Abstract

Entrepreneurship dikembangkan di Desa Rajamandala Kulon melalui kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memotivasi masyarakat dalam memproduksi dan memasarkan rendang, makanan tradisional Indonesia yang telah diakui secara internasional.  Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan metode Plan-Do-Check-Action (PDCA). Pada tahap perencanaan, tim mengadakan rapat koordinasi, menyusun anggaran, dan merencanakan timeline. Tahap pelaksanaan meliputi pembuatan materi presentasi, soal pre-test dan post-test, serta kuesioner kepuasan peserta. Tahap pengecekan meliputi survei lokasi yang dilaksanakan untuk memastikan bahwa tempat kegiatan sudah siap. Tim juga memastikan komitmen mitra untuk bersedia berkolaborasi pada tahap selanjutnya. Tahap aksi mencakup pelatihan kewirausahaan dan pembuatan bumbu rendang yang higienis dan berkualitas. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan antusiasme tinggi dari peserta yang terdiri dari ibu-ibu PKK dan pemuda karang taruna. Pelatihan motivasi berhasil meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta dalam perencanaan bisnis dan pemasaran digital. Sementara itu, pelatihan teknis pembuatan bumbu rendang dilakukan di Posyantekdes Ikhlas Ramaku dengan fasilitas permesinan yang memadai. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman peserta tentang kewirausahaan, dengan rerata skor post-test lebih tinggi (80) dibandingkan dengan pre-test (64,29). Meskipun sebagian besar peserta merasa puas, ada peserta yang merasa tidak puas karena harapan untuk mendapatkan alat produksi secara gratis belum dapat terpenuhi. Kesimpulannya, kegiatan ini berhasil meningkatkan pengetahuan kewirausahaan dan keterampilan teknis dalam produksi bumbu rendang, serta menumbuhkan minat masyarakat dalam mengembangkan usaha kecil. Rencana selanjutnya adalah melaksanakan program pendampingan berkelanjutan untuk mendukung proses produksi yang higienis dan berkualitas, memanfaatkan fasilitas yang tersedia di Posyantekdes Ikhlas Ramaku, guna meningkatkan kapasitas dan keberlanjutan usaha peserta.

Abstract

The oil and gas industry in Indonesia, including PT XYZ which manages domestic oil and gas, faces high complexity and risk. PT XYZ's operations are supported by several offshore platforms and facilities which have various potential risks. Process safety is a top priority to prevent major incidents or major accidents. PT XYZ uses Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) which needs to be revalidated every five years to ensure procedures comply with current conditions. This research focuses on the FSO Federal II facility owned by PT XYZ, a 200 thousand barrel capacity crude oil storage vessel with a high potential risk of major incidents. PT XYZ uses the HAZOP and HAZID methods in PHA to identify risks. However, PT XYZ does not yet have a direct control system for workers. This research aims to create a risk control system that can be used by Federal II FSO workers as a work guide. This work guide will help in handling undesirable events that have the potential to cause major incidents. Proposed improvements include creating a work guidance document based on risk identification using Bowtie Analysis, which produces a mapping diagram of causes, peak events, hazards and consequences. The bowtie diagram will be simplified to make things easier for workers, considering the large number of processes in FSO Federal II. This guideline will help workers prevent major incidents from occurring.

Abstract

Perusahaan kompresor AC mobil menghadapi tingginya tingkat cacat dalam proses brazing, yaitu metode penyambungan logam menggunakan bahan tambahan dengan titik leleh lebih rendah, yang dipanaskan hingga mencair dan mengisi celah antara logam yang disambungkan. Analisis terhadap data produksi periode Juni 2022 – Desember 2023 menunjukkan bahwa tingkat cacat pada proses brazing melebihi batas toleransi perusahaan, dengan jenis cacat utama berupa lubang, celah, dan kotoran. Pendekatan Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve (DMAI) diterapkan untuk mengidentifikasi penyebab utama cacat, sementara metode Quality Function Deployment (QFD) digunakan dalam perancangan braket pengunci guna meningkatkan kestabilan penyambungan. Teknik analisis mencakup identifikasi kebutuhan pelanggan, pemetaan House of Quality (HoQ), serta evaluasi konsep desain. Hasil penelitian menghasilkan braket pengunci berbahan stainless steel 304 dengan dimensi 120 × 100 × 75 cm, yang mampu mengurangi getaran selama proses brazing, sehingga meningkatkan kualitas sambungan. Implementasi braket pengunci ini berhasil menurunkan tingkat cacat sebesar 35% dibandingkan kondisi sebelumnya, sehingga meningkatkan efisiensi produksi dan kualitas produk di perusahaan kompresor AC mobil.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini merupakan penelitin pengembangan yang bertujuan untuk menghasilkan desain produk kerajinan sokasi berbasis material komposit matrik polyester berpenguat serat batang bambu sesuai dengan keinginan/permintaan customer menggunakan metode Quality Function Deployment (QFD). Kelayakan desain produk kerajinan sokasi diperoleh berdasarkan hasil pengujian data, yang didapat dari hasil penyebaran angket. Kelayakan desain produk kerajinan sokasi berbasis material komposit matrik polyester  berpenguat serat batang bambu telah melewati tahap pengembangan yaitu uji ahli produk, uji kelompok kecil dan uji kelompok besar. Uji ahli desain produk dilakukan oleh dosen Pendidikan Seni Rupa Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha dan dengan mendapatkan nilai sebesar 80% sehingga masuk dalam kriteria sangat baik. Uji kelompok kecil dilaksanakan pada 5 orang masyarakat Desa Sambangan  dan mendapatkan nilai sebesar 82% sehingga masuk dalam kriteria sangat baik. Kemudian uji kelompok besar dilakukan pada 20 orang masyarakat  Desa Sambangan dan mendapatkan nilai sebesar  86% sehingga masuk dalam kriteria sangat baik dan desain produk kerajinan sokasi layak digunakan.Kata Kunci: Pengembangan Desain, Sokasi, Quality Function Deployment.This research is a research development that aims to produce a design product based on composite rod reinforced bamboo fiber reinforced material according to the wishes / requests of customers using the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method. The feasibility of the design of the craft product sokasi is obtained based on the results of testing the data, which is obtained from the results of questionnaire distribution. The feasibility of the design of handicraft products based on composite material of bamboo fiber reinforced composite matrix has passed the development stage, namely product expert test, small group test and large group test. The product design expert test was conducted by the lecturer of the Fine Arts Education University of Ganeshadan University with a score of 80% so it was included in the very good criteria. The small group test was carried out on 5  people of Sambangan Village community and got a score of 82% so it was included in the very good criteria. Then a large group test was carried out on 20 people of Sambangan Village community and got a value of 86% so that it was included in the very good criteria and the design of the handicraft product was suitable for use. Keywords: Design Development, Sokasi, Quality Function Deployment.

Abstract

The results showed that: 1) Principal leadership had a significant positive effect on teacher performance with an original sample value of 0.011 and a p-value of 0.011. 2) Principal leadership has a significant positive effect on effectiveness with an original sample value of 0.582 and a p-value of 0.000. 3) Work discipline has a significant positive effect on effectiveness with an original sample value of 0.269 and a p-value of 0.024. 4) Work discipline has a significant positive effect on teacher performance with an original sample value of 0.282 and a p-value of 0.005. 5) Effectiveness has a significant positive effect on teacher performance with an original sample value of 0.369 and a p-value of 0.007. 6) Principal leadership has a significant positive effect on teacher performance mediated by effectiveness with an original sample value of 0.215 and a p-value of 0.014. 7) Work discipline has no significant positive effect on teacher performance which is mediated by effectiveness with an original sample value of 0.099 and a p-value of 0.069.

The results showed that: 1) Apparatus performance had a significant positive effect on service quality with an original sample value of 0.211. 2) Apparatus performance has a significant positive effect on work productivity with an original sample value of 0.340. 3) The level of education has a significant positive effect on service quality with an original sample value of 0.389. 4) The level of education has a significant positive effect on work productivity with an original sample value of 0.608. 5) Work productivity has a significant positive effect on service quality with an original sample value of 0.402. 6) Apparatus performance has a significant positive effect on service quality mediated by work productivity with an original sample value of 0.769. 7) The level of education has a significant positive effect on service quality mediated by work productivity with an original sample value of 0.863.

Mahrudi, 2023. The Effectiveness of Leadership Style, Competence, in the Order of Improving Apparatus Performance Mediated by Commitment, Wijaya Putra University Postgraduate Program. This type of research is explanatory, namely to test the hypotheses between the hypothesized variables that will be tested for truth. by using a quantitative approach, the research sample was 42 respondents. In this study the data will be processed using SEM-PLS data analysis. The aims of this study are: 1) To describe the leadership style, competence, commitment and performance of the apparatus. 2) To test and analyze the influence of leadership style on apparatus performance. 3) To examine and analyze the influence of leadership style on apparatus commitment. 4) To test and analyze the effect of competency on device performance. 5) To test and analyze the influence on apparatus commitment. 6) To test and analyze the influence on apparatus performance. 7) To examine and analyze the indirect influence of leadership style on apparatus performance mediated by Commitment. 8) To examine and analyze the indirect effect of competence on apparatus performance which is mediated by Commitment. The results of the study show that: 1) Leadership style has no significant effect on apparatus performance. 2) Leadership style has a significant effect on attention. 3) Competence has no significant effect on device performance. 4) Competence has a significant effect on attention. 5) Commitment has a significant effect on apparatus performance. 6) Leadership style has no significant effect on apparatus performance which is mediated by commitment. 7) Competence has a significant effect on the performance of the apparatus which is mediated by the liver.

The Role of HR Competence, and Community Participation in the Performance of Public Services in Sampang District, Sampang Regency Mediated by Professionalism, Wijaya Putra University Postgraduate Program. This type of research is in the type of cross-sectional research, the approach used is a quantitative approach with a total sample of 42 people. Abstract

Abstrak - PT XYZ adalah sebuah perusahaanyang bergerak di bidang otomotif berlokasiKabupaten Bekasi. Salah satu produk yangdihasilkan adalah AC mobil. Berdasarkan dataproduksi periode Juni 2022 3 Desember 2023ditemukan produk defect di atas batas toleransiperusahaan sehingga perlu dilakukannya analisismenggunakan pendekatan DMAI (Define, Measure,Analyze, Improve) dan analisis diagram fishbone dan 5why’s. Setelah dilakukan analisis menggunakanpendekatan DMAI, didapatkan proses brazing yangmenjadi proses yang menghasilkan defect palingbanyak dengan jenis defect lubang, celah, dan kotoryang terdapat pada permasalahan meneganairancangan bracket pengunci untuk mesin brazingyang merupakan permasalahan utama padapenelitian ini yaitu mendapatkan rancangan bracketpengunci mesin brazing untuk penyambungan tube keevaporator sehingga dapat menurunkan persentasedefect lubang, celah, dan kotor pada proses brazing.Penelitian ini dilakukan perancangan bracketpengunci mesin brazing untuk penyambungan tube keevaporator menggunakan metode Quality FunctionDeployment (QFD). Hasil dari penelitian ini berupaperancangan bracket pengunci memiliki fitur bracketuntuk menahan getaran yang terjadi. Brackettersebut dirancang menempel pada mesin brazingsehingga mengurangi getaran yang terjadi selamaproses penyambungan tube ke evaporator. Materialyang dipilih untuk bracket adalah stainless 304.Bracket ini memiliki dimensi 120 x 100 x 75 cm danterdiri dari 5 part. Selain itu, penelitian jugamengestimasikan biaya yang diperlukan untukmemproduksi alat ini. Berdasarkan perhitungan,biaya yang dibutuhkan adalah Rp700.450 Kata Kunci— Six Sigma, DMAI, Defect,Brazing, QFD.
