Abstract

This study aims to produce a preeclampsia diagnostic system online and to determine the difference in the speed of time required to diagnose preeclampsia using a web-based information system with a manual system. This research method is to arrange a framework with a quasi experimental research design with a post test only with control group. This research was conducted at the Community Health Center. The results showed that the majority of respondents were healthy pregnant women namely in the intervention group of 20 pregnant women (30.30%) and in the control group of 15 pregnant women (22.73%). The smallest number of diagnoses is in the case of superimposed preeclampsia. Web-based information systems are also able to increase diagnostic speeds to 7.21%. Statistical test results using the Independent T-Test obtained a P-value of 0.041 <0.05 (α). Conclusion, there is a difference in the time of diagnosis of preeclampsia using a web-based information system with a manual system. Keywords: Diagnosis, Preeclampsia, Information Systems, Web

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe low back pain in third trimester pregnant women. The method used is a cross sectional descriptive study design. The results of the study, respondents who experienced mild pain as much as 20%, 50% experienced moderate pain and as many as 30% experienced severe pain accompanied by accompanying symptoms. Although it is a problem, 82% of adolescents only let go when pain arises or only drink warm water and press on the affected part (18%). Third trimester pregnant women seek help from their husbands and families (87.2%) regarding problems that arise and only, 12.8% of third trimester pregnant women seek help from health workers / midwives. In conclusion, most respondents have experienced low back muscle pain. Generally, information about the lower back is mostly obtained from other pregnant women and parents. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to see and find out the differences in the speed of information-based reporting systems with manual inspection according to the Ministry of Health service standard procedures. This research is a quantitative research with quasy experimental research design using posttest only with control group design. The results showed that there was a difference in reporting time between reporting based on information systems with manual reporting on postpartum mothers with examinations according to the Ministry of Health standards with a p-value of 0,000 (<0.005). In conclusion, web-based information systems accelerate the reporting time of postpartum maternal health services compared to manual checks according to the Ministry of Health's service standards. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the activity of uterine contractions and perinatal outcomes in mothers who give birth by induction. The method of this study was a prospective observational descriptive design of 20 women with induction whose contractions were monitored every 15 minutes for 10 minutes by palpation and recorded perinatal outcomes. The results of this study show that the frequency and duration trends in successful induction deliveries tend to increase while those that fail tend to be constant. Successive average frequency and duration of successful induction 4.2 times / 10 minutes and 45.09 seconds. Whereas the failed induction was 1.92 times / 10 minutes and 25.54 seconds. In conclusion, most BLB is between 2500-4000 grams. The majority sex is female. Apgar score condition between 7-10. 1 baby serotinus and no baby with pathological jaundice. Abstract

Latar belakang: Aktivitas seks tanpa perlindungan dapat berisiko menyebabkan HIV/AIDS dan Infeksi Menular Seksual (IMS), sangat mengkhawatirkan, terutama di kalangan remaja sampai dengan rentang usia produktif usia 15-30 tahun seperti terlihat dari 573 kasus HIV/AIDS dan 802 kasus IMS di Kota Malang. Meskipun upaya oleh Kementerian Kesehatan telah dilakukan, angka IMS dan HIV/AIDS tetap tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pemberian simulasi permainan BoardGame: Find the Notice Edusex terhadap daya tarik dan sikap remaja tentang seksual bebas.Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain Quasi-Experimental dengan Non-Equivalent Pre-Test Post-Test with Control Group Design. Sampel dipilih melalui proportional random sampling berjumlah 34 responden untuk masing-masing kelompok intervensi dan kelompok kontrol. Analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah uji homogenitas Saphiro Wilk, paired t-test dan independent t-test. Penelitian ini menggunakan variabel independen yaitu Simulasi Permainan BoardGame: Find the Notice Edusex, dan variabel dependen yaitu Daya tarik dan sikap remaja tentang Free Sex. Instrumen yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah permainan BoardGame: Find the Notice Edusex, kuesioner daya tarik, kuesioner sikap, leaflet edukasi seksual.Hasil: Penelitian ditemukan bahwa Boardgame: Find the Notice Edusex sudah sesuai berdasarkan uji ahli sebanyak 91%. Terdapat pengaruh pemberian simulasi permainan BoardGame: Find the Notice Edusex terhadap daya tarik remaja dibandingkan dengan pemberian edukasi leaflet edusex (p=0,048) dan sikap remaja tentang free sex (p = 0,007).Simpulan: BoardGame: Find the Notice Edusex efektif digunakan sebagai media edukasi seksual terhadap daya tarik dan sikap remaja tentang free sex.Kata kunci: Boardgame; Daya Tarik; Sikap; HIV/AIDS; IMS ABSTRACTTitle: The Influence of Boardgame: Find the Notice Edusex on Attractiveness and Adolescent Attitudes About Free SexBackground: Sexual activity without protection can risk causing HIV/AIDS and Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs), which is very worrying, especially among teenagers up to the productive age range aged 15-30 years as seen from 573 cases of HIV/AIDS and 802 cases of STIs in Malang City . The sample was selected through proportional random sampling totaling 34 respondents for each intervention group and control group. Data analysis used in this research was the Shapiro Wilk homogeneity test, paired t-test and independent t-test. This research uses an independent variable, namely the Board Game Simulation Game: Find the Notice Edusex, and the dependent variable is the attractiveness and attitude of teenagers regarding Free Sex. The instruments used in this research were the Board Game: Find the Notice Edusex, attractiveness questionnaire, attitude questionnaire, sexual education leaflet.Result: Research found that Boardgame: Find the Notice Edusex was 91% appropriate based on expert testing. There was an effect of providing the simulation game BoardGame: Find the Notice Edusex on the attractiveness of teenagers compared to providing educational leaflets Edusex (p=0.048) and teenagers' attitudes about free sex (p = 0.007).Conclusion: BoardGame: Find the Notice Edusex is effectively used as a medium for sexual education regarding the attractiveness and attitudes of teenagers regarding free sex.Keywords: Boardgame: Attraction; Attitude; HIV/AIDS; STIs

Abstract

Background: Chronic Energy Deficiency (CED) can be experienced by women of reproductive age (WUS) aged 15–45 years old since adolescence then continues during pregnancy and breastfeeding due to low energy and nutrient reserves. Health technology innovation that utilizes artificial intelligence, i.e. Digital mid-uppr arm circumference (MUAC) which is a digital measurement tool that can make it easier to read anthropometric measurement results, especially in measuring upper arm circumference to detect pregnant women who experience CED. Subjects and Method: This was a Research and Development with a pre-experimental design with an on shot case study. The number of samples is 100 Subjects, which is done 3 times each month for 3 months. The sample was selected by purposive sample. The analysis used artificial intelligence. Results: Digital MUAC level of accuracy in detecting CED in pregnant women and its recommendations that utilize artificial intelligence, an accuracy level of 100%. Conclusion: The CED detection tool Digital MUAC, is a tool capable of detecting CED and providing recommendations based on the results of CED detection in pregnant women who utilize artificial intelligence by having accurate measurement results with an accuracy value of 100%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of hypno-pressure (SP6, LR3, GV20, EX-HN3) in reducing the dysmenorrhea pain level and anxiety levels suffered by adolescent girls. The research method used was true experiment with pretest-post test control group design. The results there was a significant difference in the intervention group, namely a decrease in the dysmenorrhea pain level with a p-value of 0.001 and a decrease in the level of anxiety with a p-value of 0.001. The average decrease in the dysmenorrhea pain level in the intervention group was 4.18, and the average decrease in the level of anxiety in adolescent girls was 5. In conclusion, hypnopressure treatment can reduce the dysmenorrhea pain level and anxiety levels suffered by adolescent girls. Key Word : Hypnopressure, Anxiety Level, Dysmenorrhea Pain Level

Abstract

Background: Cervical cancer is the second leading cause of morbidity and mortality in the world. This can be influenced by several things such as lack of willingness to participate in cervical cancer screening. This review aims to explore factors that influence participation in cervical cancer screening. Subjects and Method: This study is a systematic review with PICO covering: (1) Population: women; (2) Intervention: factors influencing participation; (3) none; (4) level of participation in cervical cancer screening. The databases used are PubMed and JSTOR. Inclusion criteria include full text in Indonesian and English with research subjects in women with cervical cancer. Exclusion criteria in this study were articles published less than five years ago. Results: A total of 21 articles stated that several factors such as interpersonal, intrapersonal, community, organizational, and public policy can influence participation in cervical cancer screening. Conclusion: Intervention strategies based on the reviewed factors need to be improved to reduce cervical cancer morbidity and mortality rates.

Abstract

Latar belakang: Pijat merupakan salah satu bentuk dari terapi sentuh yang berfungsi sebagai salah satu       teknik pengobatan penting. Praktik pijat ini dilakukan dengan pandangan untuk membuat ibu hamil, ibu postpartum dan bayi sehat, karena dengan pijat dapat menghasilkan perubahan fisiologis (berkaitan dengan zat hidup seperti organ, jaringan atau sel) yang menguntungkan dan dapat diukur secara ilmiah seperti kadar hormon stres dan gelombang otak. Teknik pijatan berkaitan erat dengan tekanan pada jaringan tubuh. Tekanan merupakan salah satu besaran fisika yang digunakan disemua bidang kegiatan termasuk pada pijat. Resiko tekanan yang terlalu kuat pada pijat dapat membuat kerusakan jaringan, sedangkan tekanan yang kurang atau terlalu ringan justru kurang memberikan dampak sesuai tujuan pijat. Tujuan: Melihat tingkat pengetahuan peserta sebelum dan sesudah pemberian penyuluhan penerapan alat smart gloves scale untuk kader, ibu menyusui dan ibu yang memiliki bayi/balita. Metode: Metode pelaksanaan nya dengan praktik lapangan dan demonstrasi kemudian dilanjutkan dengan metode diskusi. Hasil:  Terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan yang signifikan pada peserta setelah diberikan penyuluha mengenai penerapan alat smart gloves scale ini. Kesimpulan: Dari hasil kegiatan ini pengabdian Masyarakat ini, alat standar tekanan pijat dapat sangat membantu ibu, kader dan bidan dalam melakukan pijat pada ibu hamil, ibu nifas dan bayi yang sesuai dengan rekomendasi ahli. This practice is carried out with the aim of promoting the health of pregnant women, postpartum mothers, and infants. Massage can result in scientifically measurable physiological changes, such as reductions in stress hormone levels and improvements in brain wave patterns. Massage techniques are closely associated with the application of pressure on body tissues. Pressure is a physical quantity applied across various fields, including massage. Excessive pressure during massage may cause tissue damage, while insufficient or too light pressure fails to achieve the intended therapeutic effects. Objective: To assess participants' knowledge levels before and after providing education on the use of the smart gloves scale for health cadres, breastfeeding mothers, and mothers with infants or toddlers. Method: The implementation involved field practice and demonstrations, followed by discussions. Result: There was a significant increase in participants' knowledge after being educated on the application of the smart gloves scale. Conclusion: The findings of this community service activity indicate that the standardized massage pressure tool is highly beneficial for mothers, health cadres, and midwives in performing massages on pregnant women, postpartum mothers, and infants in accordance with expert recommendations. Abstract

Nipple inverted is a condition when the nipple is sunken inward, which makes it difficult for the baby to breastfeed, so innovation is needed that can help mothers to continue breastfeeding. Thus, a study is needed that aims to identify effective and innovative techniques to treat nipple inverted in breastfeeding mothers. This study applied a systematic review with the PICO strategy including: population was breastfeeding mothers; intervention was the reverse needle technique; comparison was none; outcome was nipple protruding. The database used in this study was Google Scholar. Inclusion criteria were full-text articles, Indonesian or English articles, breastfeeding mothers with nipple inverted as research subjects; while the exclusion criteria were articles published more than 10 years ago. This study obtained 8 articles and the results of the synthesis of the eight literatures showed several efforts that can be made to manage nipple inverted including vacuum therapy, injection syringe modification, reverse needle injection technique, breast care, pulling the nipple using the thumb, index finger and nipple retractor method made from the hollow end of a disposable syringe, continuous traction, and surgical treatments. It was concluded that the most widely used method for the effective management of nipple inverted is the reverse syringe technique.Keywords: nipple inverted; breastfeeding mothers; reverse syringe technique ABSTRAK Nipple inverted adalah kondisi ketika puting susu cekung ke dalam, yang membuat bayi sulit untuk menyusu, sehingga dibutuhkan inovasi yang dapat membantu ibu untuk tetap bisa menyusui. Dengan demikian diperlukan studi yang bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi teknik-teknik yang efektif dan inovatif untuk menangani nipple inverted i\pada ibu menyusui. Studi ini menerapkan tinjauan sistematis dengan strategi PICO meliputi: population adalah ibu menyusui; intervention adalah teknik jarum terbalik; comparation adalah tidak ada; outcome puting menonjol. Database yang digunakan dalam studi ini adalah Google Scholar. Kriteria inklusi meliputi artikel teks penuh, artikel Bahasa Indonesia atau Bahasa Inggris, ibu menyusui dengan nipple inverted sebagai subyek penelitian; sementara itu kriteria eksklusi adalah artikel publikasi lebih dari 10 tahun terakhir. Studi ini mendapatkan 8 artikel dan hasil sintesis dari kedelapan literatur tersebut menunjukkan beberapa upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk penatalaksanaan nipple inverted antara lain terapi vakum, modifikasi spuit injeksi, teknik jarum suntik terbalik, perawatan payudara, menarik puting susu menggunakan ibu jari, telunjuk dan metode retraktor puting dibuat dari ujung berongga jarum suntik sekali pakai, traksi kontinyu, dan surgical treatments. Disimpulkan bahwa metode yang paling banyak digunakan untuk penatalakasaan nipple inverted  secara efektif adalah teknik jarum suntik terbalik.Kata kunci: nipple inverted; ibu menyusui; teknik jarum suntik terbalik
