Abstract

Entrepreneurship is a person's ability to create jobs by combining creative and innovative sides that are useful for society. Cheese Roll is a type of roll cake or bread filled with cheese. The food business is one business that is said to never “die” because everyone is always looking for it to meet their needs. In this day and age, there are many opportunities to set up businesses, both individuals and franchises, especially food businesses, which are quite easy for prospective business people who have a culinary hobby to do. This can be seen from the various types of food, from main dishes to snacks, and the prices vary from cheap to expensive. Business owners who are interested in opening a business in the form of snacks are businesses in the food sector that offer the latest innovations in the types of snacks commonly known as desserts. This effort began with the course in the Economics study program with the idea of introducing students and the public to real-world business practices. This business offers other commonly found dishes and flavors of desserts

Abstract

This research was carried out because many MSMEs are similar to the “Bobimercy” business. It is interesting to study because “Bobimercy” the food business from processed sweet potatoes, is a company that is always trying to develop to continue competing with other competitors. This qualitative descriptive study focuses on SWOT analysis to help “Bobimercy” business owners increase competitiveness to compete with similar SMEs. The presence of the culinary business is now the latest trend that makes a person less willing to consume traditional food. The data collection technique used was a literature review and observation study method. The ST strategy, which uses strength factors to overcome threat factors, is a strategy obtained based on the analysis of the SWOT matrix and the IFAS-EFAS matrix. This implementation aims to improve product quality so that it can compete with other cassava processed business products and innovate products with different advantages from the others. Bobimercy stands for crispy melted sweet potato balls. This product was created and launched in March 2023, to be precise. Crispy sweet potato balls are produced hygienically to maintain the quality and image of the product so that it reaches the customer in a clean condition

Abstract

At present the development of business life which is increasingly advanced and fast, is a challenge or at the same time a threat for entrepreneurs to maintain their profitability, support the progress of their business and win the competition with other businesses. In the field of the food industry is one of several forms of business or business that is very fast in demand among business people today. The development of the culinary business in Indonesia in this modern era is growing rapidly where various delicious dishes have been developed. Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) are one of the main pillars of the country's economic development and can prove their resilience in the face of economic crises. In order to survive and compete with other similar businesses, research was conducted to analyze existing internal and external environmental factors so that appropriate strategies could be determined. This research is descriptive in nature and data collection techniques are carried out by means of observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Data analysis using SWOT analysis. This analysis pays attention to internal factors (Strengths and Weaknesses) and external factors (Opportunities and Threats).

Abstract

The Influence of Work life balance and Quality of work life on Work engagement in Generation Z in the city of Bekasi. This research aims to find out whether Work life balance can influence Generation Z's Work engagement through Quality of Work Life. This research method is quantitative, the sampling technique is Accidental Sampling. This research uses an instrument in the form of a questionnaire which has been compiled into several statements and measured using a Likert scale. The population used in this research is generation Z in the city of Bekasi. This research uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with a Partial Least Square (PLS) approach and uses SmartPLS 4.0 software to analyze the data. Based on the research results: 1) Work life balance in this study shows that there is a significant influence on Work engagement, 2) Quality of work life in this study shows that there is a significant influence on Work engagement, 3) Work life balance in this study shows that there is significant influence on Quality of work life and 4) Quality of work life in this study was proven to be significant and was stated as Partial Mediation

Abstract

Since millennials dominate today’s workforce, it is necessary to explore the career development of this generation. Therefore, this study aims to examine the career development of the millennial generation based on work-life balance and satisfaction factors mediated by affective commitment. This study involved 160 respondents, most of whom were female manufacturing workers. This study took a quantitative approach and used structural equation modeling to examine predictors of career development among millennials. We found that work-life balance and job satisfaction positively affect affective commitment and affective commitment positively affects career development. However, the results revealed no direct relationship between work-life balance and career development. The effect of work-life balance on career development is only significant if it is mediated by job satisfaction. A clear and targeted career path is very important for the continuity of millennial career development. This study suggests technology-based ways to engage millennials using digital tools to interact and share information, resulting in better work-life balance and higher productivity. This study implies that work-life balance is necessary for enhancing job satisfaction, emotional commitment, and career advancement.

Abstract

The Influence of Organizational Climate Mediated by Work Engagement on Employee Performance at PT. Ciriajasa Cipta Mandiri. This research aims to find out whether Organizational Climate can influence the performance of Work Engagement mediation found in Employee Performance at PT Ciriajasa Cipta Mandiri. With quantitative research methods, the population and sample are saturated. The sample used in this research was 205 respondents. The results of this research explain that organizational climate variables have a positive and significant effect on Work Engagement. Because Organizational Climate has a value of (T statistics 21.565 > T table 1.65) and (P Value 0.000 < 0.05). So the direct influence of the Organizational Climate variable on Work Engagement is proven to be significant and stated to be full. The organizational climate variable has a negative effect on job satisfaction. The Work Engagement variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The researcher realizes that this research has shortcomings and limitations, however, the researcher hopes that this research can be useful for the parties involved in this research. This research can be used to expand knowledge and complete the literature regarding the Influence of Organizational Climate Mediated by Work Engagement as an Intervening Variable in PT. Ciriajasa Cipta Mandiri.

Abstract

Riset ini membahas relasi keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) serta lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pekerja dengan mempertimbangkan peran kepuasan kerja di PT. Artha Envirotama. Tujuan dari riset untuk mengevaluasi dampak K3 dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pekerja, menilai dampak kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pekerja, serta membandingkan dampak langsung K3 dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja dengan dampak tidak langsung yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan kerja. Sampel dalam riset ini ditentukan menggunakan teknik Probability Sampling dengan metode sampling jenuh. Riset ini melibatkan 45 pekerja PT. Artha Envirotama proyek Tambun sebagai responden. Hasil riset menunjukkan jika K3 dan lingkungan kerja tidak memiliki dampak cukup tinggi dari sebelumnya terhadap kinerja pekerja. Namun, terdapat dampak cukup tinggi dari sebelumnya K3 dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja, serta dampak cukup tinggi dari sebelumnya kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja. Selain itu, kepuasan kerja memiliki peran kecil dalam memediasi dampak K3 terhadap kinerja pekerja, dan memediasi dampak lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pekerja.
