Abstract

SMEs are business ventures undertaken by the majority of Indonesians to generate income. The SME industry was not destroyed by the financial crisis of 1998. SMEs have been growing rapidly every year. This phenomenon occurs not only in Bekasi but also in other regions of Indonesia. The growth of the SME sector has become a government priority, especially in terms of marketing. All industries are experiencing SME development, including the culinary industry. One of the currently popular culinary dishes is seblak. Although there are many types of seblak, this particular one is the most popular due to its affordable price, delicious taste, and comfortable location. One of the latest trends in Bekasi is Seblak Prasmanan. The data collection techniques used were literature review and observational study. Based on the research findings, the marketing strategy aligned with the 4Ps (product, price, place, and promotion) influences the sales volume of Seblak Prasmanan. The conclusion of this research is that a more effective marketing strategy is expected to increase the sales volume of Seblak Prasmanan.

Abstract

In the era of increasingly fierce business competition, businesses are required to understand the market better in order to create quality products and superior services for customer satisfaction. This study aims to develop an effective marketing strategy for Warkop Babakan using a SWOT analysis approach. This analysis identifies the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats facing Warkop Babakan, a coffee shop founded by Bang Alim in 2022 in North Bekasi, West Java. The research was conducted using qualitative methods through interviews and direct observation. The results of the SWOT analysis show that the main strengths of Warkop Babakan are complete facilities and a diverse menu, as well as a strategic location. Weaknesses include limited parking space and poorly lit shophouses. Opportunities include increasing visibility through Google Maps and maintaining food and beverage supplies, while threats come from competitors with better facilities and hygiene issues. Marketing strategies designed include product development, competitive pricing, effective promotion, and good customer service. The research conclusion emphasizes the importance of SWOT analysis in devising a comprehensive marketing strategy to improve the competitiveness and sustainable growth of Warkop Babakan's business.

Abstract

The Influence of Organizational Climate Mediated by Work Engagement on Employee Performance at PT. Ciriajasa Cipta Mandiri. This research aims to find out whether Organizational Climate can influence the performance of Work Engagement mediation found in Employee Performance at PT Ciriajasa Cipta Mandiri. With quantitative research methods, the population and sample are saturated. The sample used in this research was 205 respondents. The results of this research explain that organizational climate variables have a positive and significant effect on Work Engagement. Because Organizational Climate has a value of (T statistics 21.565 > T table 1.65) and (P Value 0.000 < 0.05). So the direct influence of the Organizational Climate variable on Work Engagement is proven to be significant and stated to be full. The organizational climate variable has a negative effect on job satisfaction. The Work Engagement variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The researcher realizes that this research has shortcomings and limitations, however, the researcher hopes that this research can be useful for the parties involved in this research. This research can be used to expand knowledge and complete the literature regarding the Influence of Organizational Climate Mediated by Work Engagement as an Intervening Variable in PT. Ciriajasa Cipta Mandiri.

Abstract

Donat Glaze adalah produk menggunakan nilai menjadi pemanis yang cocok dikonsumsi oleh semua kalangan. Produk ini mengandung karbohidrat dengan tepung serta kentang tumbuk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) pada UMKM Donat Glaze. Metode perencanaan strategis yg digunakan buat mengevaluasi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman yang dihadapi dalam suatu proyek atau perjuangan bisnis, atau buat mengevaluasi lini produk yg dimiliki serta bersaing. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu studi literatur review. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kekuatan produk ini yaitu tidak memakai bahan pengawet sehingga dijamin sehat, kelemahannya tidak menarik perhatian konsumen karena masih baru, peluangnya yaitu masih jarang penjual donat yang memperhatikan kesehatan dengan tidak memakai pengawet sedangkan ancamannya yaitu kosumen lebih mementingkan harga daripada kualitas yang sehat. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa Donat Glaze memiliki kekuatan dan peluang yang cukup bagus untuk berkembang.

Abstract

This research aims to find out, analyze and prove that employee work loyalty among Gojek drivers is partially influenced by flexible working hours and compensation. The research design uses quantitative research with a survey approach, the research population is 164 Gojek Drivers in the community in Bintara, West Bekasi. The sample measurement technique uses the formula Hair et al. (1998). With the accidental sampling method. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire distributed directly to 110 Gojek drivers in West Bekasi. The data was analyzed using SEM based on Partial Least Square with the help of Smart PLS Software.4. The analytical method used is outer model test, inner model test, hypothesis test. The research results show that (a) flexible working hours have a positive effect on work loyalty, (b) work rewards have a positive effect on work loyalty, (c) flexible work hours have an effect on compensation, (d) flexible work hours have an effect on work loyalty through the mediation of compensation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh perencanaan karir dan engagement karyawan terhadap pengembangan karir dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi di PT Inkote Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang didistribusikan kepada 180 karyawan dan dianalisis menggunakan PLS-SEM dengan SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengembangan karir dan kepuasan kerja. Engagement karyawan juga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengembangan karir serta kepuasan kerja. Namun, kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengembangan karir dan tidak menjadi variabel mediasi yang signifikan dalam hubungan antara perencanaan karir dan pengembangan karir, maupun antara engagement karyawan dan pengembangan karir. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa meskipun perencanaan karir dan engagement karyawan berkontribusi dalam pengembangan karir, kepuasan kerja bukan faktor utama yang mendorong kemajuan karir. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan perlu mempertimbangkan faktor tambahan seperti peluang promosi dan kebijakan organisasi yang strategis untuk mendukung pertumbuhan karir karyawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap jenjang karir karyawan dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediating. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS). Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 180 karyawan Kantor Pusat Perum Bulog, dengan jumlah sampel dihitung menggunakan rumus Hair berdasarkan jumlah indikator variabel penelitian. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap jenjang karir (path coefficient 0,870) dan kepuasan kerja (path coefficient 0,703). Sebaliknya, lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja (t-statistik 0,913; p-value 0,361) dan menunjukkan pengaruh negatif terhadap jenjang karir (path coefficient -0,054). Pengujian lebih lanjut dengan Smart PLS 4.0 mengonfirmasi bahwa kepuasan kerja berperan sebagai variabel mediasi antara kepemimpinan transformasional dan jenjang karir, dengan nilai R-square sebesar 0,813.

Abstract

This study intends to investigate strategic ambidexterity (STA) by examining how environmental dynamism (EN) affects networking capability (NE) in small businesses. In addition, the moderating influence of EN on the relationship between NE and STA is examined. The association between networking capability, environmental dynamism, and strategic ambidexterity was determined by analyzing the responses from a survey of 185 small business owners in the province of West Java. The research has employed survey questionnaires and smart PLS for data analysis. This study indicated that small business networking capability and environmental dynamism directly affected strategic ambidexterity. However, this study's outcomes reveal that environmental dynamism as a moderator in the relationship between networking capability and strategic ambidexterity is insignificant.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman (SWOT) pada usaha Jus X sebagai salah satu pelaku UMKM lokal. Selain itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman mahasiswa dalam aplikasi stategi bisnis. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini menggambarkan bagaimana usaha Jus X memanfaatkan potensi yang dimiliki, menghadapi tantangan pasar, serta mengembangkan strategi yang sesuai dengan kondisi internal dan eksternal. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Jus X memiliki keunggulan dari sisi rasa dan bahan alami, namun masih menghadapi kendala dalam hal promosi dan daya saing harga. Peluang berkembang cukup terbuka karena meningkatnya minat masyarakat terhadap minuman sehat, namun ancaman dari pesaing sejenis dan perubahan tren konsumen perlu menjadi perhatian. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan dalam pengambilan keputusan strategis demi pengembangan usaha yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This research is an attempt to find out  if Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) currently being implemented in various companies has shown its influence on increasing organization sustainability. This study utilizes a systematic literature review to examine the role of green human resource management (GHRM) in increasing organization sustainability. References used in this systematic literature review study are research papers obtained from Scopus journals Q1, Q2, and Q3. The study showed significant and positive effects of GHRM practices on organization sustainability.
