Abstract

Kualitas sumber daya karyawan yang tinggi akan bermuara pada lahirnya komitmen yang kuat dalam penyelesaian tugas-tugas rutin sesuai tanggung jawab dan fungsinya masingmasing secara lebih efisien, efektif, dan produktif. Oleh sebab itu, upaya meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia dapat diarahkan pada kedua aspek tersebut. Dengan demikian peranan manajemen sumber daya manusia semakin penting terhadap setiap kegiatan kepegawaian untuk membentuk sumber daya manusia yang handal sehingga mampu memberikan kontribusi pengembangan dan kemajuan bagi organisasi kepemerintahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengembangan karir, hubungan kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Tehnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan melibatkan pengiriman kuesioner yang telah menerima sekitar 175 tanggapan responden. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan kantoran yang tersebar di Indonesia, dan metode analisisnya menggunakan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini telah menemukan bahwa pengembangan karir, hubungan kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Abstract

Strategi komunikasi adalah perencanaan dalam penyampaian pesan melalui kombinasi berbagai unsur komunikasi seperti frekuensi, formalitas, isi dan saluran komunikasi sehingga pesan yang disampaikan mudah diterima dan dipahami serta dapat mengubah sikap atau perilaku sesuai dengan tujuan komunikasi. Proses komunikasi melibatkan pengiriman pesan dari satu individu (pengirim) kepada individu lain (penerima), dengan harapan pesan tersebut dipahami dan diberikan respons. Komunikasi dapat terjadi dalam berbagai bentuk, baik lisan maupun tulisan, menggunakan kata-kata, isyarat, atau bahasa tubuh. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi komunikasi yang digunakan oleh Badan Pusat Statistik Kota Gunungsitoli dalam mengurangi resistensi pegawai dan untuk mengetahui kendala yang dihadapi dalam komunikasi mengurangi resistensi pegawai pada badan pusat statistik Kota Gunungsitoli. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dimana penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Strategi komunikasi untuk mengurangi resistensi pegawai di BPS Gunungsitoli melibatkan pelatihan, pertemuan rutin, kolaborasi, dan evaluasi. Namun, beberapa kendala muncul: kurangnya pemahaman akan alasan perubahan, ketidakpastian dampak perubahan, minimnya keterlibatan pegawai, dan kesenjangan antara nilai organisasi dan perubahan yang diusulkan. Dukungan manajemen juga menjadi kunci dalam mengatasi resistensi ini.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of non-financial incentive programs in creating a productive work environment at PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Gunungsitoli Branch. The non-financial incentive programs at this company are designed to enhance employee motivation and job satisfaction through various non-material rewards, such as best employee awards, recognition certificates, and career development opportunities. The study employs a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through interviews with human resource managers (HRD) as key informants and several employees as supporting informants. The findings reveal that the non-financial incentive programs at Bank BNI Gunungsitoli Branch have a positive impact on employee motivation, productivity, and collaboration. However, challenges exist in the implementation of these programs, including the relevance of incentives for all departments and transparency in performance evaluation. Based on these findings, it is recommended that the company expand the scope of incentives to cover aspects of work-life balance and broader career development, as well as improve transparency in the performance evaluation and incentive distribution processes.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the optimization of allowance distribution through the implementation of the E-Kinerja system at the Department of Food Security and Agriculture of North Nias Regency. E-Kinerja is a technology-based performance evaluation system implemented to improve transparency and accountability in employee performance assessments. The research findings indicate that the implementation of E-Kinerja can enhance fairness in allowance distribution through more objective and measurable evaluations. However, the study also identifies challenges related to budget constraints and infrastructure limitations that need to be addressed to achieve the desired optimization.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, dan wawancara. Penelitiaan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan pengendalian internal persediaan barang dagang untuk meminimalisasi risiko kerusakan barang di Caritas Market di tinjau dari komponen pengendalian internal sesuai COSO (commite of sponsoring organization). Subjek penelitian merupakan Manajer dan karyawan yang berjumlah 3 orang yang diberikan beberapa pertanyaan dalam bentuk urain, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem pengendalian pengendalian persediaan barang dagang sudah diterapkan dengan baik. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari kode etik dan peraturan-peraturan telah dipahami oleh setiap karyawan. Dalam Caritas Market juga telah menyediaan struktur organisasi, SOP, dan pemasangan CCTV untuk mencegah hal yang tidak diinginkan.

Abstract

Recruitment is the process of attracting individuals as needed at the right time, in sufficient numbers, with specified qualifications, and encouraging them to apply for work with the organization. recruitment at BKPSDM must be in accordance with the needs that will be obtained after carrying out workload analysis and position analysis. Placement is placing employees as elements of work implementation in positions that are in accordance with the criteria, abilities, skills and expertise. This research was carried out at the BKPSDM office in Gunungsitoli city, the research method used was a qualitative research method. Data sources were obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that the recruitment method at BKPSDM uses an open method, employee placement is based on academic achievement, educational background, experience, physical health, mental health, marital status and age. In general, recruitment and placement methods were carried out well. However, in placements there are still employees who are placed who do not match their educational background. The recommendation made is rotation of positions. It is hoped that the results of this research will be used as input in making policies, especially regarding the analysis of recruitment methods in employee placement at BKPSDM Gunungsitoli City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of planning on employee productivity at PT. Narindo Solusi Telekomunikasi in Gunungsitoli City. Trust can be observed in situations where a partner or employee carries out their duties. This research employs a descriptive method with a quantitative approach, utilizing questionnaires for data collection. The population in this study consists of the employees of PT. Narindo Solusi Telekomunikasi in Gunungsitoli City from April to September 2012. The sampling was done using a random sampling technique, setting the sample size at 50% of the 100 employees in the population. Data analysis was performed using simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that planning has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty (t-value = 7.014 > t-table = 2.006). The regression coefficient analysis result of 0.234, which is positive, indicates that the higher the performance planning, the higher the employee loyalty. The coefficient of determination is 0.562, meaning that 52.6% of the variance in the dependent variable (Performance Productivity) can be explained by the independent variable (Planning). Meanwhile, 47.4% of the variance in the dependent variable (Performance Productivity) is explained by other factors not examined in this study. To increase employee loyalty, the owner of PT. Narindo Solusi Telekomunikasi in Gunungsitoli City must maintain and enhance trust in employees so that the existing employees remain loyal and do not easily move to other companies.

Abstract

In this study, researchers will conduct an analysis in realizing community empowerment in village programs in the Nazalou Lolowua Village government, Gunungsitoli Alo'oa Subdistrict, In research observations, researchers found that there was dissatisfaction among the village community with the lack of availability and quality of sewing course training organized by the village government. The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of transformational leadership in the formation of a quality work culture at the Gunungsitoli Idanoi Sub-District Office and the role of transformational leadership in the formation of a quality work culture at the Gunungsitoli Idanoi Sub-District Office. In this study using qualitative methods and data collection techniques using observation, documentation and interviews. The result of this study is that the Camat's leadership is based on an inclusive approach, clear vision, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individual attention to employees. The Camat's inclusive approach is reflected in policies and practices that open space for participation of all team members in decision making. Inclusive leadership applied by the Camat of Gunungsitoli Idanoi has a positive impact on the work environment, active participation of team members, motivation, and productivity. This approach is supported by several factors, such as active and equitable participation of all employees in decision-making, a clear vision that leads to improved public services and active community involvement, active involvement of the Sub-district Head with employees, communication of the Sub-district Head's vision and goals, special initiatives for employee development, encouraged creativity and innovation, support for employee intellectual development, individual attention from the Sub-district Head to employees, and employee experience in receiving special attention.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the Quality of Service affecting Prepaid Electricity Customer Satisfaction in North Gunungsitoli District, Gunungsitoli City, to realize this goal, data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents of prepaid electricity customers. This type of research is quantitative based on obtaining data in the form of numbers obtained by distributing questionnaires. From the results of the hypothesis test (t test) it was found that the accepted hypothesis was ha, where there was an influence of service quality on prepaid electricity customer satisfaction in North Gunungsitoli District, Gunungsitoli City, and from the results of the Determination coefficient test obtained a value of 71.1%. This can be interpreted that the satisfaction of Prepaid Electricity customers in North Gunungsitoli District, Gunungsitoli City is influenced by service quality by 71 percent. Based on the results of the T Variable X test of service quality, a calculated value = 7.515 was obtained with a signification level of 0.000. Using a signification limit of 0.05 we get a table t of 1.697. Which signifies that tcount > t table, which means Ho rejected Ha accepted.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji transformasi kompetensi pegawai dalam penerapan teknologi untuk meningkatkan pelayanan publik di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Gunungsitoli. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian ini berfokus pada bagaimana penerapan teknologi, khususnya Sistem Informasi Administrasi Kependudukan (SIAK), dapat meningkatkan kinerja pegawai dan efisiensi operasional. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan lima informan kunci yang dipilih secara purposif, termasuk kepala dinas dan staf teknis. Studi ini mengungkapkan bahwa meskipun adopsi teknologi telah meningkatkan kecepatan dan akurasi layanan secara signifikan, masih terdapat tantangan dalam adaptasi pegawai, terutama di antara mereka yang kurang terbiasa dengan teknologi. Pengembangan program pelatihan berkelanjutan yang mencakup keterampilan teknis, komunikasi, dan etika kerja sesuai dengan perkembangan teknologi menjadi penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik. Manajemen perubahan yang efektif diperlukan untuk mengatasi resistensi, dengan melibatkan pegawai sejak awal dan memberikan dukungan yang jelas. Peningkatan infrastruktur teknologi dan evaluasi rutin layanan online akan memastikan akses yang lebih cepat dan handal. Penguatan budaya inovasi di tempat kerja serta peningkatan kolaborasi antar bidang menjadi kunci dalam meningkatkan efisiensi. Evaluasi berkala terhadap pelatihan, teknologi, dan layanan publik memastikan strategi yang adaptif dan efisiensi operasional. Kepemimpinan transformasional juga diperlukan untuk menginspirasi dan memotivasi pegawai menuju kinerja yang lebih baik.
