Abstract

Kasus suap dalam FIFA telah menimbulkan krisis kepercayaan terhadap integritas organisasi olahraga internasional ini. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis praktik suap dalam FIFA dari perspektif hukum kejahatan internasional, dengan fokus pada regulasi anti-suap yang diterapkan dan tantangan penegakannya. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur yang komprehensif, melibatkan peninjauan kritis terhadap artikel jurnal akademik, buku, dan dokumen hukum internasional, termasuk Konvensi PBB Melawan Korupsi (UNCAC). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun terdapat kerangka hukum internasional yang kuat, penegakan hukum terhadap praktik suap di FIFA menghadapi berbagai hambatan, termasuk perbedaan sistem hukum nasional dan keterbatasan koordinasi lintas batas. Reformasi internal FIFA yang mencakup pembentukan Komite Etik Independen dan penerapan prosedur due diligence yang lebih ketat telah dilakukan untuk meningkatkan transparansi dan akuntabilitas. Artikel ini memberikan rekomendasi untuk memperkuat kerjasama internasional dan memperbaiki mekanisme penegakan hukum untuk mengatasi korupsi dalam organisasi olahraga.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship between physical literacy and the physical fitness levels of ninth-grade students in junior high schools across Garut Regency. This study employed a quantitative design with a cross-sectional approach. Physical literacy refers to the integration of motivation, confidence, knowledge, and understanding that enable individuals to engage in lifelong physical activity. Data were collected through the APLQ questionnaire and the Indonesian Physical Fitness Test (TKJI), employing a survey and physical assessment method with 127 participants. The findings revealed a significant correlation between physical literacy and physical fitness, with a significance value of p = 0.013, indicating that physical literacy plays a role in supporting fitness levels. The conclusion that students with higher levels of physical literacy tend to achieve better physical fitness, while lower levels of physical literacy are often associated with poorer fitness outcomes. This study emphasizes the importance of fostering physical literacy as a means to promote active and healthy lifestyles among students.

Abstract

Purpose of the study: The importance of physical fitness in volleyball and its application in physical education which has not been maximized has encouraged research on the analysis of the impact of physical fitness on volleyball learning in relation to a longitudinal review of the aspects of speed, strength, and flexibility from the perspective of a sports pedagogy approach. Methodology: This study uses a longitudinal approach to analyze changes in aspects of learning evaluation and physical fitness of students over a period of 24 weeks involving three main parameters, namely: strength, speed, and flexibility through test instruments, to then be analyzed using repeated measurements of one factor (ANOVA) and measuring effect size with Hedges' g. Main Findings: The results of the study revealed that volleyball learning has a positive impact on students' learning achievement patterns and physical fitness in terms of speed, strength, and flexibility viewed from sports pedagogy. The implications of these findings are relevant to the development of physical education curricula and sports training programs along with their assessments that provide a scientific basis for planning sustainable training programs. Novelty/Originality of this study: The analysis of volleyball learning and its impact in the field of physical education evaluation in this study focuses on analyzing the sports pedagogy approach so that it not only analyzes the impact of learning but also develops an analysis related to aspects of physical fitness and learning as a whole using a longitudinal review from a sports pedagogy perspective.

Abstract

The sense of responsibility to educate students as "whole people" which lies on the shoulders of all higher education managers, sports programs will continue to have strategic programs in the higher education system in Indonesia. Therefore, researchers conducted a normative and juridical literature review to examine sports in higher education. The results of this review indicate that Article 35 (3) of the Higher Education Curriculum Law No. 12 of 2012 concerning sports higher education is needed to be used as a compulsory subject in higher education. Overall, this review provides an appropriate reference point for further research by identifying the need for research in the aspect of sports needs, especially making sports a compulsory subject in college as a form of realizing a whole human being. However, there are weaknesses and inequalities in several aspects. This research is a novelty in the study of sports policy analysis in Indonesia.

Abstract

Peningkatan sumber daya manusia merupakan cara yang strategis dalam meningkatkan kehidupan bermasyarakat, berbangsa dan negara menuju kearah yang lebih baik, salah satu sumber daya manusia yang menunjang dalam peningkatan pendidikan yaitu widyaiswara. Peran dan fungsi widyaiswara sangat penting karena akan memberikan pendidikan dan pelatihan kepada pegawai negeri sipil yang dalam penelitian ini berfokus pada Widyaiswara di lingkungan PP PAUD dan DIKMAS Jawa Barat. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah metode kaji tindak partisipatif. Hasil yang diperoleh dari program pelatihan peningkatan kompetensi, di antaranya: 1) pengembangan model pemberdayaan masyarakat sebagai tugas inti dari PP PAUD dan DIKMAS Jabar, terdapat dua fungsi utama secara general, yaitu pengembangan model dan mutu bagi masyarakat. 2) Model yang sedang digarap oleh tim PP PAUD dan DIKMAS adalah model Paket C dalam Jaringan, dengan 4 model yaitu model kurikulum, model modul, model media, dan model evaluasi. 3) langkah-langkah pengembangan model pemberdayaan masyarakat yaitu studi pendahuluan, merancang model tentatif, uji coba model tentatif dan revisi model. 4) adanya ketertarikan dari widyaiswara dalam menerapkan model pemberdayaan masyarakat. .

Abstract

Keadaan zaman yang berubah dengan cepat membuat kesehatan masyarakat menjadi sangat rentan terkena penyakit, baik fisik maupun mental. Keberadaan taman bugar merupakan upaya untuk menjauhkan masyarakat dari ancaman penyakit baik fisik maupun mental, konsep yang dibuat dari taman bugar merupakan upaya untuk mendorong masyarakat untuk senantiasa membiasakan pola hidup sehat. Selain itu, taman bugar tidak hanya berisikan alat-alat olahraga tetapi memiliki instruktur senam yang ada di dalamnya, hal ini membuat masyarakat lebih paham akan pentingnya hidup bugar. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan dalam program pengabdian pada masyarakat ini yaitu metode kaji tindak partisipatif. Hasil yang diperoleh menggambarkan: 1) meningkatnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat mengenai pemanfaatan alat kebugaran; 2) terciptanya kesadaran dalam diri masyarakat untuk berolahraga yang bertujuan untuk hidup bugar; 3) instruktur kebugaran desa yang menjadi harapan dari masyarakat ialah yang paham secara pengetahuan maupun secara keterampilan untuk mengajak masyarakat berolahraga; dan 4) masyarakat menganggap bahwa implementasi produk taman bugar desa sudah tepat sasaran.

Abstract

Based on Article 27 paragraph (3), it mandates that "Every citizen has the right and obligation to participate in efforts to defend the country". So based on this mandate, the existence of student organizations is an important part of implementing state defense, especially in the campus environment which can of course be at the forefront in building state defense, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, state defense has a vital role in being able to become a medium for building awareness. to maintain national identity and integrity. Therefore, this PkM aims to be able to develop a pilot model of cadres ready to defend the country based on identity and integrity in student organizations. The PkM program, using the participatory action study method, with 21 students as part of student organization representation within the Indonesian University of Education, with data collection techniques using questionnaires. The results of the implementation of this service program show that cadres are ready to defend the country in the climate of UPI student organizations showing a percentage of 61.9% stating that they Strongly Agree that students must have the awareness to be active and contribute to Student Organizations on campus as cadres ready to defend the country using a culturally appropriate approach respective organizations such as accustoming members to be disciplined and honest, prioritizing collective interests besides individual interests, every activity must be based on internalizing the values of Pancasila and defending the country as well as maintaining local cultures as a form of nationalism, identity and student integrity.   Abstrak Berdasarkan Pasal 27 ayat (3) mengamanatkan bahwa “Setiap warga negara berhak dan wajib ikut serta dalam upaya pembelaan negara”. Maka berdasarkan amanat tersebut, keberadaan organisasi kemahasiswaan menjadi salah satu bagian penting dalam pelaksanaan bela negara, terkhusus di lingkungan kampus yang tentunya bisa menjadi garda terdepan dalam membangun bela negara terkhusus di masa pandemi COVID-19 bela negara sangat memiliki peran vital untuk bisa menjadi media pembangunan kesadaran untuk tetap mempertahankan identitas dan integritas bangsa. Oleh karena itu PkM ini bertujuan untuk bisa mengembangkan model percontohan kader siap bela negara berbasis identitas dan integritas pada organisasi kemahasiswaan. Program PkM dengan metode kaji tindak partisipatif ini bersama 21 mahasiswa sebagai bagian dari keterwakilan organisasi kemahasiswaan di lingkungan Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia, dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil pelaksanaan program pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa kader siap bela negara pada iklim organisasi kemahasiswaan UPI menunjukkan persentase 61,9 % menyatakan Sangat Setuju jika mahasiswa harus memiliki kesadaran untuk aktif dan berkontribusi dalam organisasi kemahasiswaan di lingkungan kampus sebagai kader siap bela negara dengan menggunakan pendekatan sesuai budaya organisasinya masing-masing seperti membiasakan anggota untuk disiplin dan jujur, mendahulukan kepentingan bersama di samping kepentingan individu, setiap kegiatan harus berlandaskan pada internalisasi nilai- nilai Pancasila dan bela negara serta menjaga kebudayaan-kebudayaan lokal sebagai wujud nasionalisme identitas dan integritas mahasiswa. Abstract

The danger of this virus has forced the government to implement various regulations to reduce the level of spread and infection, one of which is by staying at home. Staying at home and staying away from socialization that is usually done makes individuals get various mental problems which of course have an impact on the human condition itself, so it is important for individuals to still have mental toughness. In this study, the authors wanted to examine the effect of implementing COVID-19 gymnastics that had been made previously on mental toughness in adults people in Indonesia. The experimental method with a one-group pretest-posttest design was used in this study. COVID-19 gymnastics for 6 weeks was given to 150 subjects by professional gymnastics instructors. Before and after being given treatment, the subject filled out the Mental Toughness Inventory (MTI) which was prepared beforehand to obtain data, after which data analysis was carried out using SPSS Version 24. The results showed that there was a significant effect of COVID-19 gymnastics on increasing mental toughness in adults people in Indonesia. In addition, the COVID-19 gymnastics was proven to be effective in providing an increase in results between the pretest and the posttest by 3.6%. This study concludes that the application of COVID-19 gymnastics has a positive effect on mental toughness in adults people in Indonesia, so it can be an alternative activity to avoid various mental health problems, especially during a pandemic like this. The author suggests that every individual remains active in exercising even in situations and conditions that are full of limitations, one of which can be done by doing COVID-19 gymnastics.
