Abstract

This study explores applying deep learning technology to enhance the teaching of local wisdom values in Islamic education. In the artificial intelligence era, integrating its capabilities in education is on the rise, but teaching local wisdom has not yet kept up with modern technology. A qualitative approach with a literature review focused on the application of deep learning in Islamic education is addressed in this study. The survey results show that deep learning can create adaptive learning systems that tailor the materials based on students' characteristics. Such systems can enrich learners ' experiences, enhance understanding of Islamic values, and improve younger learners' character development through local wisdom, Islamic teachings, and ethics more efficiently. Other possibilities include automated analysis of students' learning behaviors for personalized instruction, easy interaction with the educational materials, and learning through experiences. Therefore, integrating deep learning technology into Islamic education could offer innovative approaches to guard and disseminate teaching local wisdom in light of modern technological advancements.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how the practice and review of Islamic Law in the Boho Oi Mbaru tradition at weddings of the Mbojo Tribe community in Dompu Regency, West Nusa Tenggara Province. This research uses descriptive qualitative research with a field study approach from anthropology and sociology. The collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis processing techniques use reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that first, the process of implementing the Boho Oi Mbaru Tradition is the Boho Oi Mbaru Tradition, a custom of the people of Dompu Regency at weddings. This Boho Oi Mbaru tradition is carried out before the wedding ceremony. In this tradition, only the bride is bathed, while the groom is not bathed. The aim is to hope that the bride will not act like she did when she was a girl, and the community believes that carrying out this tradition can produce offspring who are worthy and obedient to their parents, and diligent in worship. Second, the view of Islamic law regarding the practice of Boho Oi Mbaru in community marriage customs is permissible because looking at the procedures for its implementation and its purpose there are no elements that give rise to sharia arguments, as long as the community customs do not conflict with the Koran and al-Hadith then permitted, unless the custom violates the provisions of Islamic law. Thus, it is necessary for the Dompu community and government to be able to maintain and maintain the identity of the Dompu in all activities, especially at weddings..

Abstract

This research aims to find out how the panai tradition of Islamic law is reviewed in the marriage traditions of the Bugis tribe of Makassar in Bima. This research uses descriptive qualitative research with a normative sociological approach to field studies. The collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis processing techniques use reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results of this research show that first, the Bugis Community in Makassar has two elements that cannot be separated in the marriage process, namely the man not only gives the dowry but also gives panai. If one of the parties commits a violation after the application and cash payment process has been carried out, then one of them will be subject to a fine. Second, judging from Islamic law, marriage is subject to the application of panai as one of the mandatory requirements in traditional marriages of the Bugis tribe which does not violate the pillars and conditions of marriage in Islamic law, because the tradition of giving panai is by the principles of Islamic marriage law because it contains the principle of consent and agreement between the groom and the bride in determining the value of the panai.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to raise the issue of wage payment schemes. Based on the data, there are still many people who pay wages using a process that is not in accordance with the contract that has been determined, and there are still many people who make wage payments without paying attention to the appropriate time period and amount of wages. So in this research we will discuss how the implementation of worker wage payments in the self-help housing stimulant assistance program (BSPS) is appropriate from a Maqashid Syariah perspective. The government has a program to eradicate uninhabitable housing with a housing assistance program for low-income communities through the PUPR ministry. West Kalimantan, especially Kuburaya district, is in the spotlight with a larger aid allocation quota than other districts. This assistance was in the form of money which was then spent collectively by the beneficiaries amounting to twenty million, with details of seventeen million five hundred thousand for building materials and two million five hundred thousand for workers' wages. Wage payments are made after the house is built by the beneficiary with their own self-sufficiency, so a problem arises in the payment of workers' wages which is deferred until the house is completely built and still has to wait for the entire group to complete its obligations as a condition for paying workers' wages. Based on Maqashid Syariah's review, the process of paying wages in the BSPS program is seen from the indicators of protecting religion, protecting the soul, protecting offspring, protecting property, protecting, and reason. These are not all contradictory, but need to be reviewed from the perspective of dharuriyyat, tahsiniyyat, hajjiyat

With this understanding, there is a difference in opinion of the scholars regarding the hadith about the deceased being tortured because of the crying of the family. Abstract

The authenticity of God’s revelation is important to study because it might raise doubts among Muslim scholars when it is used for interpretation. The purpose of this study is to examine the authenticity of the revelation using Hasan Hanafi's thoughts as an Islamic thinker who has serious attention to the topic. This study uses a qualitative method and employs literature study. The approach is dialectic and historical. The results of the study show that Hasan Hanafi, in determining the authenticity of the revelation, carried out historical criticism that is free from theological, philosophical, mystical, and spiritual aspects. Hasan Hanafi put forward four instruments to authenticate. First, the text must be in verbatim. Second, the words of the revelation received by the Messenger must be written down at the time of recitation. Third, the transfer is through writing. Fourth, the process of transfer from oral medium to the written one must follow the rigid rules of transfer. He confirms that Qur'an qualifies as an authentic holy book when it is authenticated with historical criticism.
