Abstract

This study aimed to discribe the application of management of Early Childoon Education in Wijaya Kusuma, jalan Suprapto, Talang Rimbo Baru, Curup Tengah District, Rejang Lebong Regency, Bengkulu. This tyfe of research is a qualitatifve descriptive study by taking a teacher at the wijaya Ealy Childhood Education Park Kusuma as the object of research. The data collection technique was carried out using structured interviews. The results showed that the Wijaya Kusuma Early Childhood Education Park had met management standards, namely (a) Planning, all institutational activities concerning what to do,where to do it,when it will be done, (b) Organization,planned to be compeleted by members of the work group, determining the work relationship between them and providing the appropriate work environment. (c) Direction,is the encouragement that will provide motivation in an organization. (d) Supervision to determine the realization of personnel behavior in educational organizations and whether the  level of attainment of educational goals is as desired. Supervision is carried out to collect data on the implementation of cooperation between tearhers, principals, counselors. (e) The quality of services provided to steakholders consisting of students, alumni and old school student.

Abstract

Anak merupakan aset yang menentukan kelangsungan hidup,kualitas dan kejayaan suatu bangsa di masa mendatang.OLeh karena itu anak perlu dikondisikan agar dapat tumbuh dan berkembang secara optimal dan didik sebaik mungkin agar di masa depan agar menjadi generasi penerus yang berkarakter serta berkepribadian yang baik. Tujuan penenelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran orang tua dalamMembentuk karakter suku anak dalam desa Muara Tiku. Dalam  memahami Peran Orang Tua  Dalam Membentuk Karakter Anak, Suku Anak Dalam Musi Rawas Utara. Metode deskriftif kualitatif adalah data yang dikumpulkan ialah berupa kata-kata, Gambar dan bukan angka-angka, penelitian yang berisi kutipan data untuk memberi gambaran mengenai peran orang tua dalam membentuk karakter anak suku anak dalam Musi Rawas Utara. Dan Pengumpulan data  wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi.  Pemahaman orang tua tentang pentingnya karakter religius sangat dibutuhkan dan semua orang tua harus memahami karakter riligius ditanamkan pada diri anak sejak kecil.Agar anak menjadi pribadi yang baik,dan manusia yang berakhlak yang mulia serta bertaqwa seperti yang diinginkan dalam pendidikan agama Islam,zaman sekarang ini dunia yang sudah berglobalisasi akan mempengaruhi karakter religius.Bimbingan dan perhatian orang tua sangat diperlukan untuk kepentingan pembentukan karakter religius pada anak agar anak terhindar dari pengaruh teman,lingkungan yang tidak baik dan pengaruh zaman yang buruk.pelaksanaan pembentukan karakter antara Temuan penelitian  peran orang tua dalam membentuk karakter anak suku anak Dalam memberikan: (a) pembiasaan, (b) keteladanan, (c) penguatan. Abstract

This study aims to present or find a description of the principal's role in improving teachers' professionalism at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri (MIN) 03 Kepahiang. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data was obtained and collected through interviews and observations. The data analysis technique used to obtain valid data uses data reduction (summarizing), data presentation (a collection of information), and concluding (whole description). The conclusion obtained from this research is that the principal's role in improving teachers' professionalism at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri (MIN) 03 Kepahiang has a role as a manager, educator, motivator, and supervisor. Efforts made by school principals are to provide coaching and training such as professional teacher training (TPT), as well as assigning tasks according to expertise in their respective fields. The principal's efforts in improving teachers' professionalism are carried out to realize the goals, vision, and mission of education. The principal's role in increasing teacher professionalism uses participatory and situational leadership styles. Teachers can develop their abilities according to their respective competencies without being limited; there is the provision of coaching and training that will be followed by teachers at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri (MIN) 03 Kepahiang such as teacher

Abstract

The article aims to analyze the response to the need for a blended learning model based on MOOCs and augmented reality for prospective teachers. The sample data were 52 prospective teachers. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire sheet for the needs of prospective teachers. The results of this study indicated that the instruments used are valid and reliable. It was evidenced by the results of the validity calculation which states that 18 questions were valid and no questions were issued. Then, the calculation of data reliability using the Cronbach alpha method with a score of 0.878, this value was greater when compared with the rtable value for α = 0.05, namely 0.273. Hence, it can be said that the data used reliable. For the percentage of prospective teacher needs, 88.86% was obtained, which means that prospective teachers strongly agree that the need for a blended learning model based on MOOCs and augmented reality for prospective teachers Keywords: Teacher Candidate Response, MOOCs, Augmented Reality, Blended Learning

Abstract

Akreditasi menjadi salah satu aspek yang penting dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan di lingkungan sekolah yang menjadi salah satu upaya peningkatan mutu. Pentingnya akreditasi dalam lingkungan pendidikan ini tentunya melatarbelakangi pentingnya manajemen menjadi salah satu kuncinya. Maka dari itu dibutuhkan manajemen yang baik. Penulisan artikel ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan manajemen yang dilaksanakan di MTs Bunayya Islamic School dalam akreditasi dalam peningkatan mutu. Pendekatan kualitatif dan jenis deskriptif adalah metode yang digunakan. Pengumpulan data dilaksanakan dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan reduksi data, pengelompokan data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Data diuji keabsahannya dengan triangulasi sumber, triangulasi waktu dan triangulasi teknik. Proses Akreditasi di MTs Bunaya Islamic School dimulai dari perencanaan akreditasi, pengorganisasian akreditasi, pelaksanaan   akreditasi   madrasah, serta pengawasan   akreditasi   madrasah   di   MTs   Bunayya Islamic School dilakukan oleh kepala madrasah. Akreditasi ini MTs Bunayya Islamic School mendapatkan nilai 86 dengan predikat akreditasi B. Dampak akreditasi secara internal adalah guru–guru mempunyai kesadaran untuk meningkatkan kompotensi yang dimilikinya. Dampak secara eksternal dengan adanya proses akreditasi adalah kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap sekolah bertambah.Kata Kunci: Manajemen Akreditasi, Peningkatan Mutu

Abstract

Sekolah sebagai lembaga pendidikan meningkatkan kemampuan akademis siswa diperlukan sistem yang mampu memenuhi tujuan tersebut, salah satu sistem tersebut adalah manajemen sekolah. Program manajemen sekolah di SMAN 4 Rejang Lebong berbentuk program-program alternatif  baik. Target program manajemen sekolah meningkatkan  mutu dan kebaikan pelanggan dengan melibatkan semua komponen dan potensi sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah bidang  kurikulum, wakil kepala sekolah bidang kesiswaan, siswa kelas XII (dua belas), guru dan operator erapor. Berdasarkan temuan sistem manajemen sekolah dalam mengembangkan kemampuan akademis siswa di SMAN 4 Rejang Lebong bahwa pengelolaan  manajemen sekolah cukup terencana, terorganisasi sehingga sekolah dapat memberikan pelayanan terbaik kepada siswa untuk meningkatkan kemampuan akademis siswa. Mengembangkan  kemampuan akademis dalam  melanjutkan perguruan tinggi  pelaksanaannya menyiapkan peserta didik dalam langkah pembelajaran, penilaian menggunakan metode relavan dengan materi yang disampaikan. Dampak dari sistem manajemen  sekolah untuk melanjutkan Perguruan Tinggi berdampak baik secara internal meningkatkan kualitas dalam pembelajaran sehingga memotivasi siswa untuk melanjutkan Perguruan Tinggi, dan secara eksternal sebagai tantangan sekolah meningkatkan kualitas lulusan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis persepsi mahasiswa PAUD terhadap pentingnya kemampuan entrepreneurship dalam kesiapan menghadapi tantangan di era digital. Penelitian dilakukan  pada bulan Juni 2022. Sampel penelitiannya adalah 66 mahasiswa Pendidikan Guru PAUD FKIP Universitas Bengkulu yang diambil dengan teknik purpossive sampling. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah lembar angket tertutup dengan 4 pilihan jawaban. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa PG-PAUD FKIP UNIB sebagai sampel dalam penelitian ini memiliki persepsi bahwa kemampuan entrepreneurship dalam kesiapan menghadapi tantangan di era digital itu penting.

Abstract

In this modern era n educational institutions, have demands to develop IPTEK demi the creation of quality outputs, so that students can develop creatively and can keep up with the times of the global era. And the morality of the lives of children (students) is now encountered many problems directly and on social media. from these problems, this study aims to analyze and describe how independent curriculum management is based on character education in the millennial generation. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative methodology based on books, journals and articles. This technique focuses on how to manage an independent character-based curriculum and efforts to form a millennial generation with character.

Abstract

In The Class IIA Correctional Institution Rejang Lebong in giving directions to prisoners, it provides non-formal training administration as a Package C equivalency school. In offering this instructive assistance, good administration is expected to achieve quality instructive goals. Objectives of exploration: (1) implementation of non-formal instruction program at Rejang Lebong Penitentiary, (2) obstacles faced, and efforts to conquer obstacles in Lapas Rejang Lebong. This kind of examination is a subjective exploration of graphics. Procedures vary information based on perceptions, meetings, and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of a non-formal instruction program for prisoners completed by the penitentiary had gone very well, despite the fact that it actually faced many obstacles. Prison helps PKBM "Bina Sejahtera" which is under the control of the Ministry of Education and Culture.

Abstract

The Qur'an is the absolute source of concepts and their existence does not change even though their interpretation is possible to change according to context or circumstances, times, and places. The Qur'an is a Normative-Theoretical guideline in the implementation of Islamic religious education. The research aims to describe and critically analyze the concepts of Education contained in the Qur'an surah Luqman and its Implementation in Islamic Religious Education. This research is literature research, with data collection techniques carried out through documentation. The approach used in this study is a normative-philosophical approach. The analysis of the data qualitatively is carried out with deductive-inductive analysis instruments. Deductive methods are taken to uncover or generalize the concepts of education in the Qur'an surah Luqman so that a complete conclusion can be obtained. While the inductive method is used.
