Abstract

Interpretation of Surah Al-Araf verse 179, Surah Al-Ahzab verse 21, and Surah Al-Baqarah verse 26 related to the management of noble morals in the Quran, reveals that these verses contain implicit meanings about morals in the modern era that are increasingly declining. This study is a library research conducted by collecting data through readings, books, and relevant literature. The results of the study: show that the management of noble morals is in line with Surah Al-Araf verse 179 which states that Hell is provided for jinns and humans who do not use reason, sight, and hearing that Allah has given in the best possible way; in Surah Al-Ahzab verse 21, the Prophet Muhammad (SAW) is described as a benchmark of life and an example for humanity with four characteristics: 1. Shidiq (truth), 2. Amanah (trustworthy), 3. Fathanah (wisdom), and 4. Tabligh (dissemination); Meanwhile, in the letter of Al-Baqarah verse 26, it is emphasized that obedience to Allah is the most important, because Allah will mislead those who do not want to believe and be pious, as an example of a mosquito that teaches that even small creatures obey Him. In contrast, humans gifted with reason, heart, and mind often do not want to believe and be pious, so they become wicked.

Many study programs still have restrictions in this regard, however.Aims and Scope of Paper: This study aims to determine what facilities and infrastructure are needed in the MPI Study Program to support the learning process and whether these facilities and infrastructure affect the learning motivation of MPI study program students at IAIN Curup.Method: This research is a type of correlation study with two independent and dependent variables. The population of this study consisted of 94 students, with 25 eighth-semester students serving as a test sample for the questionnaire, while 69 second, fourth, and sixth-semester students comprised the research sample. Data collection techniques included questionnaires and unstructured interviews, using instruments with a modified Likert scale. Simple linear regression was used as part of data analysis methods.Result: The findings demonstrated that the infrastructure and learning facilities had a favorable and noteworthy impact on the students' motivation to learn in the MPI IAIN Curup study program, expressed by the regression equation Ŷ = 1,846 + 1,220 Χ. The strength of the influence or causality relationship is indicated by the beta coefficient of 0.955.Conclusion: Given the significant positive influence of learning facilities and infrastructure on learning motivation, there is a need to enhance the MPI IAIN Curup study program's infrastructure and learning facilities' accessibility and use.

Abstract

The curriculum is a fundamental yet often overlooked aspect of education, serving as the core of the learning process. It must be evaluated innovatively and dynamically to align with technological advancements and evolving societal needs. As technology progresses, education must adapt to equip future generations with relevant skills for global competition. A flexible, student-centered curriculum is essential, tailored to learners’ needs, interests, and experiences. This study employs library research, analyzing books, journals, and articles to explore educational challenges in Indonesia, including curriculum issues, corruption in funding, limited teaching hours, and restrictive teacher autonomy in lesson design. Potential solutions are drawn from successful models in Finland, Germany, and Australia, whose adaptable and equitable education systems could offer valuable insights for Indonesia. By addressing these challenges through evidence-based reforms, Indonesia can enhance its educational framework, ensuring it meets contemporary demands while fostering student-centered learning.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the concept of Islamic leadership on the development of education under the auspices of the Ministry of Religious Affairs (Kemenag). The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a literature study and content analysis approach, using data sources in the form of books, articles, and official Islamic education websites. The results indicate that the concept of Islamic leadership, based on the Quran and Hadith, emulating the qualities of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), such as honesty, trustworthiness, intelligence, and communication, has a positive impact on the progress of Islamic educational institutions. However, several challenges and shortcomings in its implementation remain, such as abuse of power, the challenges of modernization, and issues of differences in schools of thought and gender. The conclusion of this study is that the successful implementation of the concept of Islamic leadership in education depends heavily on the quality and integrity of the leader, as well as his or her ability to innovate without deviating from Islamic values.   Keywords: Islamic Leadership, Islamic Education, Kemenag, Educational Management

Abstract

This research is a quantitative research with an explanatory approach, namely an approach that has a strong relationship with previous studies, such as siblings, to create, modify, and prove the hypothesis in this article. The data used in this study is primary data that the researcher obtained from an online questionnaire distributed to two hundred and eighty-five employees of “Mitra Sepuluh” Company, spread throughout Indonesia. The data that the researcher obtained was analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The conclusion in this article shows that the Digital Literacy variable has a positive relationship direction and a significant influence on Employee Performance in the first hypothesis. This is because the P-values in this article are positive and below the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.016. These results mean that the better digital literacy possessed by an employee can make employees smarter, make it easier for them to complete tasks for the company, and ultimately improve employee performance. In the next hypothesis, the Work Ethic variable can also moderate the influence of the Digital Literacy variable on Employee Performance because the same thing is that the P-Values are positive and below the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.000, more significant than the direct test of 0.000. Thus, it can be concluded that the first and second hypotheses in this article can be accepted and proven

Abstract

This study aimed at testing the feasibility of Learning Media with Blended Learning Model and Augmented Reality-assisted MOOCs. The research was conducted at Bengkulu University in 2020. The research instrument consisted of a questionnaire to test the validity of the material, a questionnaire to test the validity of the blended learning model, and a questionnaire to test the validity of augmented reality-assisted MOOCs used in learning media. Each of the three questionnaires was filled out by 3 validators. The results of this study indicated that the 3 instruments used were valid. This was evidenced by the results of the validity calculation which states that all questions are valid and no questions are issued. The results of this study showed that the learning media developed was feasible to use both in terms of material, blended learning model design, and in terms of the augmented reality-assisted MOOCs used.

Abstract

The Islamic education system plays a strategic role in shaping a generation that is not only intellectually competent but also spiritually and morally grounded. This article examines the implementation of Islamic education by focusing on three key aspects: strategic planning, resource management, and quality assurance. The study is motivated by the urgent need for Islamic education to respond to contemporary challenges, particularly in an era marked by globalization and digital transformation, which demand an education system that is both relevant and competitive. This research employs a qualitative approach through a comprehensive literature review of policy documents, scholarly sources, and field practices observed in various Islamic educational institutions. The findings reveal that effective implementation strategies must be grounded in a clear vision and mission, well-developed strategic planning, and strong, visionary leadership. Efficient management of resources—particularly qualified educators, infrastructure, and funding—significantly contributes to the success of the learning process. Moreover, an integrated and continuous quality assurance system is crucial for maintaining educational standards and ensuring institutional accountability. In today’s context, the integration of Islamic values with modern management practices, adopting information technology, is vital in advancing a high-quality, adaptive, and globally competitive Islamic education system. This study recommends fostering stronger collaboration among the government, educational institutions, and society to establish a holistic and sustainable framework for Islamic education.   Keywords: Islamic education, implementation strategy, educational resources, education quality, Islamic education management
