Abstract

Air is the layer of gas that envelopes the Earth. Clean air is air free of pollutants or substances that can poison the body and are commonly found in areas with many plants. Thus, the result of carbon monoxide emissions that have been processed will produce oxygen gas because the steel plate on the Box Analizer serves as a carbon element binder. This applied model does not change the shape of the vehicle so that the vehicle is able to process the carbon monoxide gas outside the system. In this test is used smoke from paper burning to provide action on the sensor. The amount of smoke which is the form of output already in the form of ppm (part per million) can be known by using the display on the serial monitor and with calibration using a gas analyzer. Gas analyzers are in the lowest range of 120ppm detecting sensors of 116ppm with a percent error of 17%.DOI : https://doi.org/10.26905/jeemecs.v1i1.2301

Abstract

Air is a layer of gas that covers the Earth. Clean air is air that is free of impurities or substances that can poison the body and is commonly found in areas where there are many plants. The realization is done through a combination of the TGS 2442 sensor on the detector with a high voltage system on the T-Box. The TGS2442 sensor is a high sensitivity sensor to carbon monoxide gas. Thus, the resulting carbon monoxide gas exhaust that has gone through the process will produce oxygen gas because the steel plate on the T-Box functions as a carbon binder. The amount of smoke, which is the output form, is already in the form of ppm, which can be found using the display on the serial monitor and by calibrating using a gas analyzer. The gas analyzer is in the lowest range, namely 100ppm, the sensor detects 116ppm with a percent error of 16%. And when the gas analyzer is in the highest range of 600ppm, the sensor detects 603ppm with an error of 0.5%.

Abstract

The shopping center switchboard system consists of several parts: a 20 kV cabinet to a 20 kV to 380 V step-down transformer, which is then provided to the user to control the newly upgraded LVMDP (low voltage main switchboard). Before distributing to users, they need to pay attention to the fixed power factor of the capacitor bank. Lack of an exemplary power factor will cause an inductive load on the capacitor bank, high temperatures due to high loads will damage the capacitor bank. A switchboard safety automation technology with a microcontroller control system has been proposed to complete this research. Microcontroller control system for switch safety includes Microprocessor (Arduino Nano), light sensor (LDR), temperature sensor (LM35DZ), LCD 16x2 I2C, actuator (fan, buzzer, three-phase network disconnect switch relay), switch (5 VDC relay), ADC As data input. The working principle of the microcontroller is: if the LM35DZ sensor detects the specified temperature, an alarm will be triggered, while the LDR sensor detects a spark, the alarm will be triggered as a danger warning signal and cut off the power grid. Equipment designed to prevent switchboard safety caused by high temperatures or sparks can prevent fires.

Abstract

So far, solar cells are known to have many weaknesses in terms of installation and position to the sun, so that the performance of solar cells on rechargeable batteries is less than optimal. Therefore, additional tools are needed to support these solar cells so that they can work optimally and produce bigger currents. Compare a sunlight tracker with an LDR system, and compare a sunlight tracker with a direct sunlight sensor with a passive system. Atmega16 is used as a control motor and automatic charger, LDR is used as a sunshine receiver, and a DC motor and a stepper are used as a sunshine indicator player. The solar cell used has a capacity of 20 WP. The automatic filling system uses a microcontroller to increase the cost and efficiency of installation. After that, the two systems will be compared first to find out the difference in power generated by the solar cell system using a tracer and a passive tracer. Using a tracking system will collect data for a week, while using a passive system will collect data for a week. By using the result data to be analyzed, the system can be analyzed and compared, and its efficiency can be determined. The solar cell tracking system is expected to increase battery charge faster than passive locations

Abstract

In electrical instrumentality with SF6 gas insulation, the quality of SF6 gas in line with the standard is prime to wise insulation power, if there' a decrease in gas quality, there'll even be a decrease among the number of voltage insulation on electrical equipment. throughout this case, it had been found that the quality of SF6 gas was deteriorating within the Ganz whole GIS Compartment at the Waru Substation Substaction, specifically the position level of the SF6 isolation gas that exceeded the required standard limit. Besides, this GIS isn't equipped with silica gel/desiccant as a condition gripping material and gas sorbent material from amendment PMT (IEEE Std 11251993) that ends throughout a decrease among the standard of SF6 gas. The addition of drier among the GIS is needed to keep up the quality of SF6 gas. These materials are analyzed for quantity and performance once applied within the compartment therefore as that deterioration of the quality of SF6 gas and thus the prevalence of insulation failure is avoided as early as possible, and SF6 remains in its characteristics with a BDV of 78.6 kV/cm (according to SF6 crucial Breakdown Volatge). And it hoped that SF6 gas will add line with it operate as a decent insulating medium. As degree application, a drier experiment has been administered among the GIS compartment at the Waru Substation station
