Abstract

The conversion of agricultural land functions affects people's livelihoods in Bayu Village, Darul Imarah, Aceh Besar. This study examines the impact of land conversion on changes in the livelihoods of farmers in Bayu Village, Darul Imarah, Aceh Besar. The study aimed to describe the impact of the conversion of agricultural land from 2021 to 2023 into roads, shopping locations, and residential complex land in Bayu, Darul Imarah, Aceh Besar. This research was conducted in June 2023. The used qualitative descriptive methode. The data collection technique is carried out using; (1) observation techniques, (2) document analysis, and (3) interview. The results of this study (1) the loss of opportunities for some farmers, (2) changes in livelihoods for some farmers.

Abstract

UMKM dapat diartikan sebagai usaha yang dijalankan perorangan, lingkup rumah tangga atau badan usaha dengan lingkup kecil. Sektor UMKM di Kota Sigli dalam menopang perekonomian masyarakat Pidie khususnya Kota Sigli berkembang dengan baik. Perkembangannya dapat dilihat dari meningkatnya jumlah UMKM yang ada di Kota Sigli. Tahun 2019 memiliki UMKM sebanyak 1.545 unit. Namun dengan adanya pandemi Covid-19 ini, UMKM menghadapi kendala dalam perkembangannya, diantaranya penurunan angka penjualan, kesulitan bahan baku, penurunan produksi, permodalan, dan terhambatnya distribusi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah dampak pandemi Covid-19 terhadap UMKM di Kota Sigli. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah penerima UMKM di Kota Sigli. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan cara wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dampak Covid-19 terhadap UMKM di Kota Sigli meliputi 4 aspek yakni penjualan, laba usaha, modal usaha, dan pengurangan jumlah karyawan. Keempat aspek tersebut sangat dipengaruhi oleh aktivitas penjualan, jika penjualan mengalami penurunan maka akan berdampak pula pada aspek lainnya.

Abstract

Pada Agustus 2022 terjadi abrasi pada Pantai Indah Naga Permai, sehingga memberikan dampak terhadap masyarakat Desa Suak Puntong. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui dampak abrasi terhadap objek wisata Pantai Indah Naga Permai, Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat Desa Suak Puntong yang terkena dampak abrasi Pantai Indah Naga Permai. Metode yang digunakan, metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan historis, penelitian ini mengumpulkan data dengan melihat fakta yang sedang terjadi atau kejadian yang telah terjadi dan diuraikan secara deskriptif. Disimpulkan dampak abrasi pantai terhadap objek wisata Pantai Indah Naga Permai adalah hilangnya areal pantai dan mengurangi daya tarik wisata. Penyusutan garis pantai ini telah mengakibatkan hilangnya areal pantai yang sebelumnya dapat dimanfaatkan untuk berbagai aktivitas pantai seperti berjemur, berenang, dan bermain pasir. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian hal yang dapat dilakukan berupa meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat dan pemerintah tentang pentingnya menjaga lingkungan pantai dan melakukan mitigasi abrasi pantai, serta melakukan upaya rehabilitasi pantai yang rusak.Kata kunci: Pantai, Abrasi, Dampak, Objek Wisata.

Abstract

This article discusses the participation of male and female Islamic boarding school students (santriwan and santriwati) in the Real Work Lecture Program (Kuliah Kerja Nyata or KKN) at Ulumul Qur'an Madrasah Tsanawiyah in Langsa, with a focus on the implementation of innovative training programs. Involving programs such as News Anchor, MC in Arabic, and the Art of Crafting Handmade Bouquet Flowers, this research aims to evaluate the positive impact of KKN activities on the development of practical skills and the reinforcement of character values among the students. A thorough analysis of the effectiveness of each training program is also considered, taking into account the extent to which participation in these activities contributes to improving public speaking skills, mastering the Arabic language, and fostering creativity through the art of crafting handmade bouquets. The results of this research provide a clearer insight into the added value of KKN in the context of madrasah education, opening the door for further discussions on the implementation of relevant training programs in preparing students to face the challenges of the modern world.. .

Abstract

Indonesia owns many rivers, with at least 5,590 main rivers and 65,017 tributaries. Indonesian Government requires a minimum 10 meters of open land areas (borders) on the left and right sides of the river. However, this regulation is not easy to apply since not all rivers have land suitability that meet the requirements. This study seeks to reveal the suitability of land use in the watershed area of the Krueng Aceh in accordance with Government Regulation number 38 article 9 of 2011 concerning rivers. This study uses a Geographic Information System with quantitative approach with data sourced from government-owned databases such as the Geospatial Information Agency (BIG). Data processing is done by Overlay and Buffering technique. The results of the study show that: (1) Overall, the border of the Krueng Aceh is 260,291 m2 which covers six districts in Banda Aceh City. (2) In four of the six districts through which the Krueng Aceh watershed flows, there are buildings standing in the river border area. (3) Districts with a level of suitability for land use in the Krueng The lowest Aceh is Kuta Raja District (40.7%). The district with the highest percentage of suitability for land use is the Syiah Kuala District (98.9%). (4) The total percentage of suitability for land use in the Krueng Aceh is 81% or covers an area of 210,836 m2. (5) The land use of the border of the Krueng Aceh area has not experienced a significant land conversion into a residential area.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the CORE type cooperative learning model assisted by diorama media on learning outcomes in hydrofer material at SMA Negri 5 Banda Aceh. This type of research is Quasi Experimental Design. The population of this study were all students of class X IS SMA Negeri 5 Banda Aceh. Sampling was done by purposive sampling technique, taken from class X IS 3 (experimental class) of 29 students and class X IS 2 (control class) of 29 students. Data collection techniques by giving tests to students, namely pre-test and post-test. Data processing techniques using the t test. The results of data processing obtained tcount = 5.12 and ttable = 1.67. According to the test criteria, Ha is accepted if tcount > ttable at a significance level of 5% and dk = (n1 + n2 – 2). Based on the calculation results obtained tcount > ttable or 5.12 > 1.67 it can be stated that Ha is accepted, so it can be concluded that there is an influence of the CORE type cooperative learning model assisted by diorama media on learning outcomes in SMA Negeri 5 Banda Aceh
