Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen pendidikan Islam berbasis digitalpreneurship sebagai solusi untuk mengatasi tantangan era teknologi digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi pustaka atau analisis konten. Adapun hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Manajemen pendidikan Islam berbasis digitalpreneurship merupakan pendekatan yang menggabungkan prinsip-prinsip manajemen pendidikan Islam dengan konsep-konsep kewirausahaan digital. Dengan memadukan nilai-nilai Islam dan inovasi teknologi digital, pendekatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan Islam. Dalam menghadapi tantangan era teknologi digital, pendekatan ini memberikan solusi dengan memanfaatkan teknologi sebagai sarana untuk memperluas akses pendidikan Islam, meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran, dan mempersiapkan peserta didik untuk bersaing dalam dunia yang semakin terhubung secara digital. Dengan adopsi model manajemen pendidikan Islam berbasis digitalpreneurship, lembaga pendidikan Islam dapat lebih adaptif terhadap perubahan, memfasilitasi kreativitas dan kewirausahaan di kalangan peserta didik, serta menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang terintegrasi antara nilai-nilai keislaman dan kemajuan teknologi digital. Sehingga, pendekatan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi yang relevan dalam menghadapi tantangan dan peluang yang muncul di era teknologi digital saat ini

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki konsep kepemimpinan pendidikan etis dan dampaknya terhadap mutu pendidikan pendidika dalam konteks Revolusi Industri 4.0. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami peran penting kepemimpinan berbasis etika dalam menghadapi perubahan teknologi dan tuntutan zaman serta untuk mengevaluasi bagaimana pendekatan ini dapat meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan analisis kointen atau studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan pendidikan yang berfokus pada nilai-nilai etis dapat memberikan landasan yang kuat untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Dalam era Revolusi Industri 4.0, pemimpin pendidikan yang beretika mampu membimbing pendidik untuk beradaptasi dengan perubahan teknologi, memperkuat kualitas pengajaran, dan membentuk karakter yang tangguh pada pendidik, menjadikan mereka lebih siap menghadapi tantangan masa depan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran kecerdasan buatan (Artificial Intelligence) dalam transformasi sistem manajemen pendidikan yang bermutu di era Metaverse. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka yang melibatkan analisis terhadap literatur terkait penggunaan kecerdasan buatan dalam konteks pendidikan dan Metaverse. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan kecerdasan buatan dapat memperbaiki efisiensi dan efektivitas sistem manajemen pendidikan dengan menyediakan solusi cerdas untuk pengelolaan data, personalisasi pembelajaran, prediksi kebutuhan peserta didik, dan peningkatan pengalaman belajar di lingkungan virtual Metaverse. Metaverse memberikan tantangan dan peluang baru dalam pendidikan, dan integrasi kecerdasan buatan menjadi kunci dalam mengoptimalkan sistem manajemen pendidikan di era ini. Dengan teknologi AI, institusi pendidikan dapat meningkatkan akurasi prediksi, mengoptimalkan proses pengambilan keputusan, dan meningkatkan responsivitas terhadap kebutuhan peserta didik. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan wawasan yang berharga bagi pengembangan sistem manajemen pendidikan yang adaptif, responsif, dan berkualitas di era Metaverse yang terus berkembang.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji seberapa kreatif siswa memecahkan masalah yang berkaitan dengan IQ mereka. Metodologi penelitian kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Siswa merupakan populasi penelitian. Purposive sampling digunakan dalam penelitian ini, dan total 100 siswa dilibatkan. Dalam penelitian ini statistik deskriptif digunakan untuk menguji data yang dikumpulkan dari instrumen tes kemampuan pemecahan masalah kreatif siswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan pemecahan masalah kreatif berada dalam kategori sedang, artinya sebagian besar siswa dapat mengidentifikasi informasi yang paling relevan dengan solusi masalah yang ingin dipecahkannya, mengklasifikasikan masalah dan menghubungkannya dengan informasi yang ditemukan, mengidentifikasi berbagai ide yang dapat menjadi solusi dari masalah yang ingin dipecahkan, dan memilih berbagai solusi yang mempunyai potensi terbesar dalam menyelesaikan masalah. Kemampuan pemecahan masalah kreatif siswa masuk dalam kategori tinggi. Jadi berdasarkan hasil analisis tes ANOVA, kecerdasan intelektual (IQ) siswa berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan kreatif pemecahan masalah pada materi pembelajaran.

Abstract

Penguatan Kompetensi Manajerial Kepala Madrasah di Kabupaten Penajam Paser Utara dalam Meningkatkan Mutu Penyelenggaraan Pendidikan Madrasah" diselenggarakan pada Rabu s.d. Kamis, 06-08 Maret 2024. Acara workshop berlangsung dari jam 08.00-16.30 WITA bertempat di Madrasah Tsnawaiyah Negeri 1 Penajam Paser Utara. Peserta workshop adalah kepala madrasah di Kabupaten Penajam Paser Utara, serta guru dan tenaga kependidikan di lingkungan Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Penajam Paser Utara, dengan jumlah peserta aktif sebanyak 30 orang. Indikator dari keberhasilan dari kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini ialah menghasilkan sebuah pemahaman dan juga komitmen dari kepala Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Penajam Paser Utara dan para kepala madrasah dalam meningkatkan kompetensi manajerial kepala madrasah, serta rencana strategis dalam peningkatan kualitas pendidikan madrasah di Kabupaten Penajam Paser Utara

Abstract

This study aimed to evaluate the general program implementation curriculum subjects productive trip business skills program in SMK Negeri 1 Samarinda. This study used a qualitative approach. Collecting data using (1) interviews, (2) observations (3) documentation, and (4) Questionnaires. Analysis of data using four components, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results showed (1) The evaluation of the program in the context of components that include requirements analysis, vision, mission, goals and curriculum schools of business expertise trip to the category of "Very Good. (2) The evaluation component inputs that include aspects of teachers and management, student management, infrastructure management, financial management and management education calendar. the category of "Very Good" (3) The results of the evaluation component of the learning process that includes planning, implementation of the process of learning, assessment, and monitoring of the learning process with the category of "Very Good". (4) The results of the evaluation component of output that includes the results of the theory of productive subjects of national examinations, the results of practical subjects and the results of national examinations productive work practices Industries (prakerin) and absorption graduates with the category of "very good"

Abstract

The national transformation toward a more adaptive and human-centered education system in the era of Civil Society 5.0 requires educational institutions, including madrasahs, to integrate digital technology into curriculum management processes. This study aims to analyze digital collaboration–based change management in the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum at MAN Samarinda City. A qualitative case study approach was employed to identify the forms and mechanisms of digital collaboration, the supporting and inhibiting factors, and its contribution to strengthening school readiness for educational transformation. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings reveal that digital collaboration is manifested through the use of cloud-based platforms, online communication, collective development of teaching modules, and digital supervision that enhances transparency and effectiveness in curriculum management. Supporting factors include technological readiness, teachers’ digital competence, a collaborative work culture, and adaptive leadership, while inhibiting factors involve infrastructure limitations, varying levels of digital skills, and resistance to change. The study also finds that digital collaboration enhances the school’s adaptive capacity by strengthening digital competencies, expanding professional networks, and promoting knowledge-sharing practices that support the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum. Overall, the conclusion affirm that digital collaboration is a crucial strategy for fostering an innovative and responsive educational ecosystem aligned with the demands of Civil Society 5.0.

Abstract

THE EFFECT OF DATA-ANALYTIC-BASED MANAGEMENT IMPLEMENTATION ON SCHOOL PRINCIPALS’ DECISION-MAKING The development of information technology has brought significant changes to various aspects of life, including education. One positive impact of this technological advancement is the emergence of a data-analytic management approach that enables more accurate and efficient decision-making. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach with a literature review as the primary data collection technique. This study was conducted by reviewing relevant scientific journals covering topics related to data management, principal leadership, and analytics-based decision-making. The researchers employed two theories: Simon's decision-making theory and Davis Olson's Management Information Systems theory. The results of this literature review indicate that the implementation of data-analytic management has a positive impact on principal decision-making. This approach enables principals to design more accurate, measurable, and evidence-based policies. Data literacy is a critical competency that supports the effectiveness of educational leadership. An integrated educational information system also strengthens the planning, implementation, and evaluation processes of school policies. Thus, data-analytic management serves as a strategic foundation for improving educational quality.

Abstract

The digitalization of library services has driven significant changes in librarians' roles, enhancing the quality of information services in higher education environments. The purpose of this study is to determine how librarians can optimize library services in higher education institutions to realize an Academic Smart Library. Higher education libraries function as learning resource centers that help meet users' information needs, requiring human resources with competence, experience, and the ability to adapt to digital technology. Librarians are required to provide effective, high-quality information services that meet user standards and expectations. Digitalization efforts not only affect information management systems but also require librarians to develop digital competencies, information literacy, and service innovation to increase service effectiveness. This study used a literature review method, collecting secondary data from scientific publications, journals, and related academic documents. The data were analyzed using theories and previous research to conclude strategies for optimizing librarians' roles in developing digital libraries. The results of the study indicate that the successful implementation of an Academic Smart Library is influenced by the librarian's ability to lead digital transformation by improving competencies, managing information technology, and strengthening their role as knowledge facilitators for the academic community.

Abstract

ADAPTIVE LEADERSHIP MODEL OF SCHOOL PRINCIPALS IN FACING EDUCATIONAL DISRUPTION IN THE DIGITAL ERAThe digital era has generated a profound wave of disruption that has reshaped multiple dimensions of human life, including the educational sector. The rapid advancement of information and communication technologies compels school principals to assume roles beyond administrative functions, positioning them as adaptive leaders who are visionary and responsive to the dynamics of digital transformation. This study seeks to elucidate the model of adaptive leadership among school principals in addressing the challenges of educational disruption in the digital age. Employing a qualitative approach through a comprehensive literature review, this research examines diverse academic sources—such as scholarly journals, articles, and books—to identify the principles, strategies, and practices underpinning adaptive leadership in educational institutions. The findings indicate that adaptive leadership emphasizes the principal’s capacity to flexibly navigate technological shifts, articulate a coherent digital vision, foster continuous professional development among teachers, enhance collaborative engagement across the school community, and leverage data-driven decision-making. Adaptive principals serve as agents of change who strategically integrate technology into school management and instructional practices through approaches such as blended learning, digitally oriented project-based learning, and the utilization of Open Educational Resources (OER). Furthermore, adaptive leadership necessitates the preservation of core educational values, including the incorporation of Islamic principles within faith-based school contexts. In conclusion, adaptive leadership constitutes a pivotal factor in enabling schools to successfully navigate educational disruption in the digital era. Principals who embody adaptive leadership are able to transform challenges into opportunities, sustain educational relevance, and cultivate an innovative, collaborative, and competitive school culture amidst the dynamics of global change.
