Abstract

Limbah nanas Smooth Cayenne PK-1 berpotensi sebagai bahan baku ecoenzyme disinfektan alami. Penelitian ini mengkarakterisasi ecoenzyme dari tiga bagian buah (daging, kulit, batang) hasil fermentasi 90 hari, lalu memformulasikannya menjadi pembersih lantai. Hasil karakterisasi menunjukkan ecoenzyme dari kulit memiliki aktivitas antibakteri tertinggi, didukung kandungan fenolik dan pH asam (3,2–3,5). Formula pembersih lantai optimum diperoleh dengan konsentrasi 20% ecoenzyme kulit nanas. Formula ini memenuhi standar SNI 06-4085-1996: pH 7,2, viskositas 1150 cP, stabilitas emulsi baik, dan stabil selama 30 hari penyimpanan. Produk menunjukkan aktivitas antibakteri signifikan terhadap E. coli (zona hambat 12,5 mm) serta efektif menghilangkan noda minyak (90,2%). Analisis regresi mengonfirmasi 20% sebagai titik optimum. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ecoenzyme dari kulit nanas PK-1 merupakan disinfektan alami yang efektif dan stabil untuk pembersih lantai ramah lingkungan, sekaligus mendukung pemanfaatan limbah pertanian bernilai tambah.

Abstract

This study, conducted at CV Rumah Alam Jaya in Malang, East Java, Indonesia, aims to explore the potential and challenges of African Night Crawler (ANC) earthworm agribusiness and to formulate sustainable development strategies. Using a mixed-methods case study approach, data were collected through focus group discussions (FGDs), semi-structured interviews, and structured questionnaires (quantitative Likert-scale). Ten FGD participants included worm farmers, extension agents, agribusiness practitioners, and local government officials selected based on their direct involvement in worm agribusiness activities. SWOT factors were identified through thematic analysis of qualitative data, while weights and ratings were derived from FGDs and expert interviews. The analysis places ANC agribusiness in the Growth/Expansion quadrant, supported by easy-to-apply cultivation techniques, strong market potential, and availability of low-cost organic feed. However, it faces internal weaknesses (such as pest vulnerability, limited consumer awareness) and external threats (such as market competition, regulatory constraints). Based on these findings, four integrated strategies are proposed: (1) implementing IoT-based moisture and temperature monitoring, (2) adopting multi-tier rack systems to optimize space use, (3) expanding market access via digital platforms such as Shopee and Tokopedia, and (4) strengthening institutional collaboration and farmer training to improve business sustainability and resilience.

Abstract

This study obejctives to determine the distribution maps and identify the morphological character of local Mangga Podang at five sub-districts in Kediri. This research used purposive sampling method for collecting data. Coordinate of local mango wasanalyzed using QGIS software version 3.6. Morphological characters are examined by observing the morphology. Microclimate factors that were measured are altitude, intensity, temperature and moisture of soil and air, soil pH, and soil nutrient. Morphological characterswere analyzed for homogenity by statistical test. The results showed that Mangga Podang distribution has spread in residential areas and has different altitude factors between 85-459 meters above sea level. The total population(individu/400m2) found in this study were Mojo10(11.2%), Banyakan 17 (19.1%), Grogol8 (9%), Semen 3 (3,4%)and Tarokan51 (57.3%). Mangga Podangof Kediri Regency generally have homogenous morphological characters, but there were the special character which differs each other, they are the number of flowers in 1 panicle, the weight of ripe fruit and exocarp color of ripe fruits. This morphological variation dependent to light intensity, altitudinal, the velocity of wind and soil nutrient factors.
