Abstract

This research starts from the reality in the field, namely the scarcity of using approaches in learning and the lack of use of learning resources and tools. This is caused by learning that is still conventional so that students are less interested in participating in learning. For this reason, the authors are interested in improving the process of learning to scan reading in Indonesian language learning through the implementation of Classroom Action Research (CAR) using a Jigsaw II type cooperative learning approach. This Jigsaw II type cooperative learning approach is a learning approach that provides opportunities for students to think and discuss with friends to make themselves "experts" so that they can explain the material they discuss in expert groups to their friends in cooperative groups (origin), so that in learning students play an active role and the teacher acts as a facilitator. The purpose of this CAR is to describe the form of planning, form of implementation, and form of student learning assessment using the Jigsaw II type cooperative learning approach in learning to read and scan. This type of research is CAR (Classroom Action Research), research using quantitative and qualitative approaches. The subjects in this study were fifth grade students at SDN 08 Padang Besi, Padang City. The research data was obtained by using field notes, observations, and evaluations (tests). The results of each cycle carried out in this study showed an increase in students' reading and scanning skills from the evaluation of the first cycle of actions, the average percentage of students was 65%, while in the second cycle of action evaluation the average percentage was 78%. The results of the observations showed an increase in student activity in the learning process. So it can be concluded in this study that using a Jigsaw II type of cooperative learning approach can improve students' scanning reading skills.

Abstract

Science learning is declared successful if the predetermined learning objectives can be achieved. However, the results of the pre-observation show that there are problems in the process and learning outcomes of science in class IV SDN 17/II Tanah Grow. This research is a classroom action research (CAR) which was carried out in 2 cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The research instrument used to collect data consisted of observation sheets and learning outcomes test questions. The results showed an increase in the learning process carried out by educators from cycle I to cycle II with a good category, and the learning process of students increased from cycle I to cycle II with a good category. Furthermore, for the learning outcomes obtained by students after participating in learning with the discovery learning model, it showed an increase from the first cycle of 68% to 87.5% with a good category in the second cycle. So the discovery learning model can improve the process and learning outcomes of fourth grade students for science learning content.

Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya proses dan hasil belajar IPA di kelas V SD Negeri 192/II Sungai Buluh. Tujuan penelti adalah meningkatkan proses dan hasil belajar matematika melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Student Facilitator and Explaining. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas sebanyak dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SD Negeri 192/II Sungai Buluh. Data penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui teknik analisis data Kualitatif dan Kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian pada siklus I dengan nilai rata-rata 59% dan terjadi peningkatan pada siklus II dengan nilai rata-rata 75% yang telah mencapai indikator keberhasilan. Hal yang sama juga terlihat dari hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I belum maksimal. Hasil tes pada siklus I 53% siswa yang memenuhi KKM dan pada siklus II terjadi peningkatan yaitu 80% siswa yang memenuhi KKM, melihat hasil penelitian ini maka disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Student Facilitator and Explaining dapat meningkatkan proses dan hasil belajar matematika.

Abstract

This research is a legal research with specifications that are descriptive analytical. The implementation of verbal da'wah as a form of non-penal crime reduction in the jurisdiction of the South Coast Resort Police is to convey religious messages or moral values to others through words and oral communication. Conducted with I'tikaf, Da'wah, Weekly Recitation and Spiritual Flush activities. A persuasive approach by law enforcement officials to the community through activities carried out on community groups. Verbal da'wah is used to promote good deeds and positive activities in society, such as contributing to the general well-being, helping and avoiding harmful behavior. At events such as citizen gatherings, police can convey moral and ethical messages to participants. Giving Advice: Police officers may provide verbal advice to individuals involved in crimes or risky behavior. The impact of the implementation of verbal proselytizing as a form of non-penal crime reduction on the level of crime that occurs in the South Coast Resort Police Jurisdiction varies depending on the context, the message conveyed, and the recipient of the message. This da'wah approach looks quite effective characterized by Increasing Religious Awareness, Verbal da'wah can help individuals understand religious teachings better and increase their awareness of moral and ethical values. Positive Behavior Change, Da'wah can affect behavior change, such as reducing risky behavior, stopping criminal acts, or promoting social kindness and solidarity. The implementation of da'wah can benefit an individual's spiritual growth, help them search for meaning in life, and strengthen their relationship with their religion or belief.

Abstract

Technological developments have an important role in increasing the progress of the use of learning media in teaching practice, this is inseparable from its problems. The researcher aims to analyze the use of learning media, especially YouTube technology. Researchers discuss the use of YouTube video learning media, but no one has explained explicitly about the use of YouTube-based technology in learning Mathematics in Elementary Schools. This study used the literature review method by collecting articles from several EBSCO and Scopus databases with a time span of 2019-2023, as many as 6 articles were analyzed according to the keyword YouTube-based technology in learning mathematics. The results of the study were then analyzed and in accordance with the research as many as 6 articles. The results of the research show that the use of YouTube-based technology as a medium for learning is found at various levels of education that the researchers reviewed.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the beginning reading skills of grade II students of SD Negeri No. 112/VI Rantau Kermas, Jangkat District, by applying the global method. The global method is used because it provides a learning approach that starts from the introduction of sentences as a whole before students learn words and letters separately. The subjects of this study were students of elementary school class NO 112/VI Rantau Kermas, Jangkat District, 2024/2025 school year with a total of 15 students, consisting of 5 male students and 10 female students. This class action research was carried out in two cycles, where each cycle consisted of two meetings. The research instruments used include observation sheets of educator activities, observation sheets of student learning activities, and learning outcomes tests at the end of each cycle. The results showed a significant improvement in students' beginning reading skills from Cycle I to Cycle II. In Cycle I, the average student learning completeness reached 60.87%, while in Cycle II it increased to 82.61%. In addition, the observation results showed an increase in student learning activities as well as educators' performance in implementing learning with the global method. The percentage of students in the “Very Good” category increased from 26.09% in Cycle I to 52.17% in Cycle II, with no students in the “Poor” category at the end of the study.

Abstract

Pentingnya peningkatan Statistical Literacy (SL) menjadi semakin nyata di tengah-tengah era informasi dan teknologi yang terus berkembang. Penelitian   ini bertujuan untuk melihat proses pengembangan e-modul statistik deskriptif berbasis problem based learning terintegrasi Isu Pendidikan Nasional untuk meningkatkan SL mahasiswa, dengan menerapkan metode penelitian berjenis Research and Development berdesign Plomp. Objek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa PGSD Universitas Muhammadiyah Muara Bungo. Penelitian ini menghasilkan nilai kevalidan materi 93% berkategori sangat kuat, kevalidan media sebesar 96,65% berkategori sangat kuat, dan kevalidan Bahasa sebesar 94,40% berkategori sangat kuat. Selanjutnya  menghasilkan nilai kepraktisan sebesar 69,84% berkategori praktis dan menghasilkan nilai keefektifan dari hasil belajar mahasiswa sebesar 85,71% berkategori sangat baik. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan e-modul statistik deskriptif berbasis PBL terintegrasi isu pendidikan indonesia untuk meningkatkan SL dalam kategori sangat baik. Kemudian,  peneliti melihat ada gap yang membutuhkan penelitian lebih lanjut terkait pengembangan e-modul statistik inferensial berbasis PBL terintegrasi Isu-isu dibidang lainya seperti lingkungan, kesehatan dan ekonomi dalam upaya meningkatkan SL mahasiswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memaksimalkan tercapainya proses dan hasil belajar yang efektif dan maksimal pada materi operasi pecahan matematika melalui model Teams Games Tournament (TGT). Subjek penelitian berjumlah 16 peserta didik, dilaksanakan dalam II siklus menggunakan pendekatan PTK meliputi tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Pengumpulan data yang diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan: keberhasilan guru naik dari 82,60% siklus I menjadi 95,65% pada siklus II, partisipasi peserta didik dari 62,5% menjadi 87,5%, dan nilai tes dari 68,75% menjadi 87,5%, peningkatan ini  memenuhi Kriteria Ketercapaian Tujuan Pembelajaran (KKTP). Dengan demikian, model TGT efektif meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dan prestasi matematika peserta didik kelas V di SD Negeri 60/II Muara Bungo.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan proses dan hasil belajar mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan Sosial (IPAS) melalui penerapan model Accelerated Learning berbantuan media roda berputar pada siswa kelas V SD Negeri 36/VI Rantau Panjang. Metode yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, dengan tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi untuk mengukur kualitas proses pembelajaran serta tes untuk mengetahui pencapaian hasil belajar siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam keterlibatan siswa selama proses pembelajaran, serta peningkatan pada hasil belajar. Proses pembelajaran mengalami peningkatan dari kategori “baik” pada siklus I menjadi “sangat baik” pada siklus II, sementara persentase ketuntasan belajar siswa meningkat dari 55% pada kondisi awal menjadi 90% pada akhir siklus. Temuan ini membuktikan bahwa model Accelerated Learning dengan media roda berputar efektif dalam menciptakan suasana belajar yang interaktif, menyenangkan, serta mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Oleh karena itu, model ini direkomendasikan untuk diterapkan secara luas dalam pembelajaran di sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Partisipasi aktif yang terbatas dan rendahnya capaian akademik dalam mata pelajaran Matematika di kalangan siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 36/VI Rantau Panjang menjadi alasan mendasar dilaksanakannya penelitian ini. Masih digunakannya metode pengajaran yang bersifat konvensional turut berkontribusi terhadap menurunnya semangat belajar, kurangnya keterlibatan, dan minimnya ketertarikan siswa dalam mengikuti kegiatan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguraikan penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis inkuiri dalam meningkatkan proses serta hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran Matematika. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK), yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus berulang mencakup tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Instrumen pengumpulan data mencakup lembar observasi terstruktur untuk memantau aktivitas guru dan siswa, serta tes yang dirancang guna mengukur hasil belajar. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pendekatan inkuiri memberikan pengaruh positif dalam meningkatkan partisipasi aktif siswa selama proses pembelajaran dan secara signifikan membantu memperbaiki capaian akademik mereka. Pada akhir setiap siklus, terjadi peningkatan yang mencolok dalam jumlah siswa yang mencapai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM). Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa model inkuiri efektif dalam meningkatkan mutu proses dan hasil belajar Matematika. Selain itu, pendekatan ini memiliki potensi besar untuk diterapkan secara lebih luas sebagai strategi pembelajaran aktif yang relevan di jenjang sekolah dasar.
