Abstract

Permasalahan  yang  diangkat  pada  Yayasan  Nusantara  adalah  kurangnya  referensi  tentang  konsep matematika yang berciri khas nusantara yang bisa digunakan sebagai acuan dalam memperkaya kajian   nusantara.   Selain   itu,   Yayasan   ini   juga   membutuhkan   referensi   yang   digunakan   untuk   membangun  cetak  biru  kurikulum  pendidikan  yang  bernuansa  ke-Indonesiaa-an.  Keilmuan  matematika  di  Indonesia  belum  berkembang  sepenuhnya.  Hal  ini  ditandai  dengan  kurangnya  terbitan  dalam  keilmuan  ini  di  Indonesia  dan  indeks  literasi  matematika  yang  rendah  di  Indonesia.  Mathematical  poverty  ini  perlu  diatasi  dengan  menggunakan  paradigma  nusantara,  yakni  dengan  mengembangkan  konsep  pembelajaran  matematika  yang  sesuai  dengan  konteks  keindonesiaan  dan  budaya  nusantara.  Tujuan dari  pengabdian  ini  adalah  menyuguhkan  konsep  etnomatematika  yang  terdiri  dari  elemen  literasi,  metarasi  dan  teknokrasi  yang  bersumber  dari  kebudayaan  nusantara  sebagai  landasan  dalam  membentuk  kurikulum  pendidikan  matematika Indonesia. Etnomatematika yang digunakan merujuk pada pemikiran Ubiratan D’Ambrosio. Pelaksanaan  Pengabdian  Kepada  Masyarakat  ini  secara  teknik  diselenggarakan   dalam   bentuk   seminar.   Seminar   ini   bertujuan   untuk   memperkenalkan   konsep   etnomatematika  dalam  budaya  Indonesia  untuk  membentuk  matematika  nusantara. Implementasi pengabdian kepada masyarakat tentang etnomatematika ini berjalan dengan sukses. Subjek pengabdian merasa sangat senang dengan konsep yang diperkenalkan. Kesulitan mereka tentang referensi matematis dan berbagai pengetahuan eksakta yang akan dikembangkan sebagai kurikulum Nusantara bisa diatasi. Pengenalan konsep etnomatematika pada pengabdian masyarakat ini merupakan solusi bagi persoalan mereka yang membutuhkan referensi tentang kebudayaan lokal khususnya tentang matematika.

Abstract

Every E-commerce business, if they want to continue to advance and develop in its world, requires continuous updates in accordance with the times. Making a mobile-based product ordering application for MUMA stores is one way for MUMA stores to progress and develop in their business. With this mobile application, consumers will find it easy to shop for MUMA store products so that the MUMA store business becomes more developed. This research uses observation and literature study in collecting data, information and materials for research. This application will use flutter as a framework in its creation. The software testing method will use the black box method where only the functionality of the system will be tested, while testing for the objectives of this application, the data collection method through a questionnaire will be used which later the data obtained will be processed with a Likert scale calculation. Keywords: e-Commerce; Mobile Application; Flutter

Abstract

Sistem Informasi Manajemen Arsip Digital memiliki peran penting dalam mengelola arsip secara efisien dan efektif di era digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan sistem informasi manajemen arsip digital yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan organisasi di Indonesia. Studi ini melibatkan analisis kebutuhan, perencanaan sistem, desain sistem, implementasi, pelatihan dan penerapan, keamanan informasi, serta evaluasi dan peningkatan. Penerapan sistem ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi, aksesibilitas, dan keamanan dalam pengelolaan arsip digital di Indonesia.

Abstract

Technological development is growing rapidly in all aspects of life, one of which is in the field of education. There are several factors or aspects that contribute and support the possibility of scientific progress today. The presence of a technology-based system is one of the supporting factors. Extracurricular activities are non-educational activities held by schools or universities as a means for students to channel their interests and talents which are carried out outside of school hours. Therefore, a management information system must be implemented in a school for extracurricular management at school. This research aims to evaluate a web-based extracurricular management system whose data is collected from related journals in 2019-2023. In this study, researchers used the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. Systematic literature review (SLR) is one of the research techniques used to systematically collect, assess, and synthesise data from various articles or related scientific publications. To produce more objective and accountable results. This method searches for and selects relevant material using established procedures. searching for related articles using databases related to web-based extracurricular management. The results of this study indicate that the use of the Waterfall method on a web-based extracurricular management system has the most occurrences or is often used in the 2019-2023 period, this study also provides the advantages and disadvantages of several methods used to create a web-based extracurricular management system design and this study shows the research method that has the best results on a web-based extracurricular management system.

Abstract

Sales information system analysis is an important process in developing and maintaining an effective sales information system. In the ever-evolving digital era, a comprehensive understanding of methods, techniques and approaches related to sales information system analysis is very important. Therefore, this study aims to conduct a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) on sales information system analysis. This study follows a structured and systematic SLR methodology. Literature searches were conducted through databases of journals, conferences and other reliable sources. The focus of this research is the literature that discusses concepts, techniques, and approaches related to sales information system analysis. The findings of this study reveal several important things. First, various analytical methods are used in the context of sales information systems, including requirements analysis, business process analysis, data analysis, and security analysis. Second, there are frameworks and models that have been developed to guide the analysis of sales information systems, such as business process models, entity and relationship models, and data analysis models. In addition, this study also highlights the importance of stakeholder involvement in the sales information system analysis process. Through the participation and good understanding of stakeholders, the analysis results can be more relevant and can support the right decision making. However, this study also identified some challenges in sales information system analysis, such as high data complexity, coordination between different departments, and fast changing business requirements. Therefore, further research and development of better analytical methods are needed to overcome this obstacle. In conclusion, this study presents a comprehensive review of sales information system analysis using the Systematic Literature Review method. These findings provide an in-depth understanding of the methods, techniques and approaches related to the analysis of sales information systems. The results of this study can be a guide for practitioners, researchers and academics in analyzing and developing an effective sales information system.

Abstract

The process of archiving documents in the purchasing division of TIFICO runs simply by saving hard copies of files to the bindex contained in the archive storage cabinet. As time goes by, documents will increase, so storing documents manually creates obstacles that make it difficult for staff when finding documents that are needed, thus making work less effective and efficient, besides that it can pose risks such as loss and damage to documents. In order for operations to run efficiently, a computerized archive management and search system is needed to integrate archive data into an integrated database, so that archives can be managed properly. In this study, the knuth morris pratt algorithm has been applied to the system search function to maximize the search process. The results of this study are in the form of a web-based archive management and search system, with a system that has been built the document archiving process to be more effective and efficient, this is evidenced by the test results with the average time needed by the Knuth Morris Pratt algorithm to search a document archive is 76.4 ms.

Abstract

Web-based medical record information systems have become an important research area to increase the efficiency and accuracy of medical data management. Web-based SIMR has various potential benefits. In this journal, a literature review is presented which aims to describe the development and benefits of web-based SIMR implementation. The results of the literature review show that a web-based medical record information system can provide several significant benefits. Some of its key benefits include better data accessibility, easier sharing of information between healthcare facilities, increased administrative efficiency, and improved coordination of patient care. In addition, web-based SIMR can also facilitate the exchange of medical information between various health systems and facilities. The Literature Review also identified several challenges associated with the development and implementation of a web-based medical record information system. These challenges cover issues of privacy and data security, technology infrastructure, data quality, and integrity, as well as regulation and compliance.

Abstract

Recruitment is the process of accepting prospective workers to meet the need for manpower (job vacancies) in a company, while the selection process is the process of selecting the most qualified prospective workers to fill job vacancies. The process of selecting new employees at PT. Ferrindo Tata Wahana is still done manually. Starting from the personnel side, they still have to sort out the CV (Curriculum vitae) for each prospective employee. And after the file selection process, written test and interview, applicants still have to wait for get notification of the results of being accepted to work or not at the company and of course it takes quite a long time. With this decision support system, it aims to assist the company in determining new employees according to the company's needs, as well as the existence of a login security system with one time password for the login process to be more secure because the user is asked to enter a unique code before accessing the main page on the system. using the Weighted Product (WP) method of PT. Ferrindo Tata Wahana found it helpful in time because it was able to determine new employees quickly and efficiently.

Abstract

One of the business activities that are currently starting to develop is auction activities. Auction is the sale of goods with a price offer that is open to the public and is carried out orally and/or in writing which is decreasing or increasing to reach the highest price. The buyer with the highest bid wins the auction and completes the payment transaction. Branded second-hand clothes are one of the fashion trends, especially among teenagers, because most people consider second-hand clothes to be a unique and classic fashion so that they become one of the public's targets for getting a different style. The auction system for second hand branded clothes is still mostly traditional, in which the buyer must come to the auction shop to see the branded second hand clothes firsthand. In addition, auctions are only held during opening hours. Of course, buyers should spend more time following the auction through to the end. This is less effective and efficient because of distance and time constraints. To provide a solution to this problem, an online auction system for branded second-hand clothes was created that serves as a means for many buyers to facilitate auction activities. The development of this online auction system uses the Extreme Programming (XP) method and the database uses MySQL and the programming language uses PHP. The results of this study are an online auction system for web-based second-hand clothes that can simplify the auction process and can hold auctions and be accessed for 24 hours. In addition, this system can make it easier to make bids, search for auction winners, and transactions.

Abstract

Barcode is a sign of storing information in the form of expiration date, production code and identity number. In general, the benefits of barcodes obtained are to provide convenience to us. The problem that exists in the current barcode production process is that the barcode design is not in accordance with customer requests (the design is not updated), then the request for fulfillment of production in the field is still manually so that if the team head incorrectly requests an order, it will cause the barcode stock to soar (full stock). and stock defects are not available (data not updated) so stickers that should already exist are remade (double production). Along with the development of current technology, there are many types of Smart Phones to overcome these problems, it is necessary to have a system that supports ease of interaction and can be implemented using the Android system. By utilizing the proposed system correctly, it makes the ordering process easier, saves, and the time used is more effective. With the problems that exist at PT Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper Tbk, namely the sticker ordering system using a barcode, the ordering process is still not computerized. With this barcode creation system, customers can find out a barcode image. With this barcode stock recording system, it will help the admin to find out what production is in the field. With a website, it will make it easier to make and request barcode stickers
