Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga, rasa , lokasi dan iklan terhadap keputusan pembelian ayam penyet putri bagi konsumen di kota medan. Jumlah sampel tidak diketahui namun dengan mengunakan rumus penentuan sampel limeshow dan metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan accidental sampling, maka sampel ditentukan 96 orang yang berada di lima lokasi cabang Ayam penyet Putri. Hasil yang diperoleh ternyata secara keseluruhan mendapatkan nilai positif, yakni Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan harga,rasa,lokasi dan iklan secara bersama-sama terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Ayam Penyet Putri. Terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan harga terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Ayam Penyet Putri. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan rasa terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Ayam Penyet Putri. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan lokasi terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Ayam Penyet Putri. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan iklan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Ayam Penyet Putri. Pada akhirnya Ayam Penyet Putri sangat diminati oleh masyarakat pecinta kuliner ayam goreng.

ABSTRACT          Generally, the purpose of a company is to maximize the value of the company, to maximize earning so that the company can survive and perform its activities as well as to expand its market share. Earning was derived by an enterprise in the future cannot be ascertained, so that should be a prediction the change of earning from one period into the future. The change of earning that occur in a company can be used as a basis for investors to determine whether they will make a purchase, turnover or hold their investment. Information on the changes of earnings also can be used by the employees of the company to determine the companys future that will affect the income of the employee. This study aims to determine the influence of return on equity and debt to equity ratio to the change of earnings in the Perkebunan companies listing on the Indonesia Stock Exchange either partially or simultaneously. This research uses descriptive quantitative hypothesis testing with multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that partially, return on equity influence on the change of earnings while the debt to equity ratio does not influence the change of earnings in Perkebunan companies listing on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Simultaneously, return on equity and debt to equity ratio influence the change of earnings in Perkebunan companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The coefficient of determination obtained value of 0.149 means that the independent variable return on equity and debt to equity ratio of 14.9% influence to the change of earnings, while 85.1% is influenced by other variables such as the dividend payout ratio, size, net profit margin, inflation and etc. Keywords : Return On Equity, Debt to Equity Ratio and Change of Earnings,   ABSTRAK          Secara umum tujuan dari sebuah perusahaan adalah untuk memaksimalkan nilai dari perusahaan tersebut, untuk memaksimalkan laba sehingga perusahaan dapat tetap bertahan dan melakukan aktivitasnya serta melakukan ekspansi untuk memperluas pangsa pasarnya. Laba yang diperoleh oleh perusahaan di masa yang akan datang tidak dapat dipastikan, sehingga perlu dilakukan prediksi akan perubahan laba yang terjadi dari satu masa ke masa yang akan datang. Perubahan laba yang terjadi di suatu perusahaan dapat dijadikan dasar bagi para investor untuk menentukan apakah mereka akan melakukan pembelian, pejualan atau menahan investasi mereka. Informasi tentang perubahan laba dapat digunakan juga oleh para karyawan perusahaan untuk menentukan masa depan perusahaan yang akan mempengaruhi pendapatan karyawan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh return on equity dan debt to equity ratio terhadap perubahan laba pada perusahaan Perkebunan yang listing di Bursa Efek Indonesia baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pengujian hipotesis dengan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial return on equity berpengaruh terhadap perubahan laba sedangkan debt to equity ratio tidak berpengaruh terhadap perubahan laba pada perusahaan Perkebunan  yang listing di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Secara simultan, return on equity dan debt to equity ratio berpengaruh terhadap perubahan laba pada perusahaan Perkebunan yang listing di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Pengujian koefisien determinasi diperoleh nilai 0,149 artinya variabel bebas yakni return on equity dan debt to equity ratio berpengaruh sebesar 14,9% terhadap perubahan laba sedangkan 85,1% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain seperti dividend payout ratio, size, net profit margin, inflasi dan sebagainya. Kata Kunci : Return On Equity, Debt to Equity Ratio dan Perubahan Laba.

Faktor yang menghubungkani iklim organisai dan disiplin kerja karyawan di perusahaan, sehinggaperusahaan harus mampu menciptakan dan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, diharapkan denganmeningkatkan iklim organisasi dan disiplin kerja karyawan dapat berdampak positif bagi pencapaiantujuan dari karyawan itu sendiri dan perusahaan terkait. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa padavariabel X1 iklim organisasi adalah : Y = 3,248 + 1,075X1 ini artinya terdapat hubungan antara iklimorganisasi dengan disiplin kerja karyawan. Kemudian pada variabel X2 kinerja adalah : Y = 2,716 +0,936X1 ini artinya terdapat hubungan antara kinerja karyawan dengan disiplin kerja karyawan danselanjutnya pada hipotesis ketiga menunjukan bahwa Persamaan regresi ganda Y = 2,633 + 1,210 X1 +0,152 X2. Persamaan tersebut memperlihatkan bahwa variabel iklim organisasi (X1) memiliki koefisienpositif, berarti mempunyai hubungan yang searah terhadap variabel disiplin kerja (Y), kemudianvariabel kinerja karyawan (X2) juga memiliki koefisien positif, berarti memiliki hubungan yang searahterhadap variabel Y (disiplin kerja)

One of the banking businesses in Indonesia is Rural Banks requiring tough human resources (HR) with appropriate competence. The activity of managing and developing human resources (HR) is an important and strategic thing in HR management in a Rural Bank (BPR). The purpose of this research are to find the point of skill improvement, competence improvement, human resources' skill transformation into work system , human resources' capability improvement, industry society 5.0-based human resource development and economic growth. This research employed a descriptive quantitative method through path analysis using SPSS 22. The purposive sampling technique, 95 workers of the population were taken using questionnaires distributed via email. The results of this study demonstrated that the improvement of human resources (HR) skills, competence, and skill transformation to the work system positively and significantly affected the increase in HR's capabilities in the Rural Banks throughout Indonesia, and these three variables had an effect on HR development in the Rural Banks based on Industry Society 5.0. Simultaneously, the improvement of HR's skills, competence, and the skill transformation to the work system had a positive and significant impact on HR development based on Industry Society 5.0 in the Rural Banks throughout Indonesia through the increase in HR's capabilities as an intervening variable Keywords: industry society 5.0, human resources, rural banks, development, capability, improvement, economic growth

Growing sustainability pressures have increased the importance of internal capabilities for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) to achieve sustainable performance, especially in resource-constrained environments. This study examines the effects of sustainable human resource management (Sustainable HRM) and psychological capital (PsyCap) on sustainable performance, with sustainable work culture as a mediating variable. A quantitative approach was employed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) based on data from 105 MSME owners in Medan City. The results show that a sustainable work culture has a significant positive effect on sustainable performance (? = 0.462, t = 4.658, p 0.001). PsyCap does not significantly influence sustainable work culture (? = –0.202, p = 0.122) or sustainable performance (? = –0.093, p = 0.369). Sustainable HRM shows no significant effect on performance (? = 0.031, p = 0.720) and negatively affects work culture (? = –0.324, p 0.001). The findings indicate that organizational culture plays a key role in shaping sustainability in MSMEs, suggesting that cultural alignment may be more influential than formal HR practices or individual psychological traits. These results offer practical and policy implications by emphasizing targeted capacity-building programs and supportive interventions to strengthen MSMEs’ internal capabilities.

Community service at Yayasan Pendidikan Cerdas Mandiri was designed to improve teachers’ competence in utilizing digital technology for learning management. Initial observation showed that teachers were familiar with basic digital devices, but the use of technology was still limited to communication and simple administration. The program was arranged through socialization, training, technology implementation, mentoring, evaluation, and sustainability planning. Activities focused on selecting appropriate learning media, using digital applications for material delivery and assessment, and preparing simple digital learning tools. The expected outcomes include improved teacher understanding of digital learning, better practical skills in using learning applications, and the availability of examples of digital teaching materials and assessment instruments. This article presents a systematic narrative of the in the format of a community service journal manuscript, emphasizing the link between partner problems, offered solutions, implementation methods, and expected social change in educational services.

This study aims to examine the effect of acceptability and work efficiency on public service quality through E-Government initiatives in Medan City. The study was motivated by the need to improve public service delivery through digital governance, particularly in local government contexts where public acceptance, administrative efficiency, and digital service initiatives play an important role in strengthening service performance. This research employed a descriptive quantitative approach using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The population consisted of 2,494,512 residents of Medan City in 2023, and the sample was determined using the Slovin formula with a 10% margin of error, resulting in 100 respondents selected through accidental sampling.The results indicate that acceptability has a significant effect on the improvement of public service quality in Medan City. Work efficiency also significantly contributes to improving public service quality. Furthermore, acceptability and work efficiency significantly influence E-Government initiatives. The findings also show that E-Government initiatives significantly contribute to the improvement of public service quality. In addition, E-Government initiatives serve as an intervening variable in the relationship between acceptability and public service quality, as well as between work efficiency and public service quality. These findings confirm that public service improvement is not only determined by the availability of digital government systems, but also by the extent to which such systems are accepted by citizens and supported by efficient work processes within government institutions.This study concludes that acceptability, work efficiency, and E-Government initiatives are important determinants of public service quality improvement in Medan City. The higher the public acceptability of E-Government technology and the more efficient the work processes implemented by public institutions, the stronger the contribution of E-Government initiatives to improving public service quality. Therefore, the Medan City Government needs to continuously strengthen citizen-oriented E-Government initiatives to create public services that are more efficient, responsive, transparent, and aligned with citizens’ needs
