Studi Islam semakin diminati oleh para peneliti, apalagi studi Islam semakin berkembang. Islam tidak lagi dipahami secara historis dan doktrinal, namun telah menjadi fenomena yang kompleks. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, dimulai dengan pencarian dan deskripsi informasi, pengumpulan data secara sistematis, dan interpretasi. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa; Pendekatan interdisipliner merupakan pendekatan yang sangat penting untuk didorong, apalagi jika ingin digunakan untuk memahami pesan-pesan Islam yang terkandung dalam al-Qur'an dan al-Hadits. Pendekatan interdisipliner merupakan pendekatan baru dalam mengkontekstualisasikan pesan-pesan Islam, peraturan Islam yang mengedepankan keterbukaan terhadap perbedaan yang ada dipandang sebagai sunnatullah dan rahmat bagi seluruh umat manusia.

This study discusses the effectiveness of incorporating classical music in teaching writing, using a quantitative research method. The research was conducted on 39 students from two groups in the fifth semester English Educational Program of IAIN Bone, with 20 students in the experimental group and 19 students in the control group. The researcher administered pretests, treatments, and posttests, and analyzed the data using mean score and t-test formulas. The results of the study indicate that the students in the experimental group who received treatment with classical music background showed improvement in their writing achievement compared to the control group, who received treatment without the classical music background. However, the improvement was not considered significant. Therefore, it can be concluded that the use of classical music background in teaching writing did not have a significant impact on the writing achievement of fifth-semester students in the English Educational Program of IAIN Bone.

The purpose of the research is to investigate whether the Engage, Study, and Activate (ESA) method was effectively used by eighth grade students for vocabulary mastery. The researcher used quantitative approach by the design of this study was quasi-experimental research to determine the effectiveness of the Engage, Study, and Activate (ESA) method on vocabulary mastery. The population of the research consisted of 205 students, and the sample of the research was the eighth grade of SMP Negeri 5 Tangerang for the academic year 2021-2022, which consisted of 60 students. The results of the research showed that the students’ vocabulary in the pre-test and post-test differed significantly, up to 20 percent. After receiving the treatment, their vocabulary significantly improved. This can be seen from the average pre-test results in the experimental class of 61.6 and the average post-test of 74.13. The mean of the pre-test results in the control class was 58.66, and the average post-test results were 64.26. The value of the t-test was greater than the t-table (5.40 > 2.00). It indicated that the alternative hypothesis (H1) was accepted and the null hypothesis (H0) was rejected. It can be concluded that the use of the Engage, Study, and Activate (ESA) method is effective in improving vocabulary mastery.

One form of the implementation of regional autonomy is the existence of autonomy in the aspect of regional financial management which is called fiscal autonomy. Fiscal autonomy is the delegation of responsibilities and the distribution of power and authority for decision-making in the fiscal sector, which includes both revenue and expenditure aspects. Fiscal decentralization is linked to the duties and functions of local goverment in providing public goods and services. This study aims to analyze the degree of fiscal decentralization in Southeast Sulawesi Province in 2016-2020.The degree of fiscal decentralization is a measure of the ability of local goverment in order to increase Local Own Revenue which is used to finance development in Southeast Sulawesi Province. This is study uses secondary data. The analytical tool used in this study is quantitative analysis, namely the analysis of the degree of fiscal decentralization, namely the ratio between Regional Original Income and Total Revenue Regional. The results showed that the degree of fiscal decentralization of Southeast Sulawesi Province in 2016-2020 fluctuated with an average 0f 25,25% so it could be said that it was still in the moderate category.

Pelatihan tenaga kerja merupakan kegiatan penting yang harus diikuti setiap pelamar kerja yang ingin terjun ke dunia kerja melalui lowongan yang disediakan oleh Dinas Ketenagakerjaan Kota Medan . Untuk menghasilkan sumber daya manusia yang baik melalui pelamar yang mengikuti pelatihan kerja, juga harus didukung dari baik tidaknya kinerja yang di laksanakan Dinas Ketenagakerjaan Kota Medan. Maka diperlukan suatu sistem data mining untuk mengetahui kualitas kinerja pelatihan yang di lakukan oleh Dinas Ketenagakerjaan Kota Medan apakah berjalan dengan baik atau tidak dengan cara melakukan kuisioner kepada setiap pelamar kerja untuk memberi penilaian tentang aspek-aspek pelatihan kerja tersebut. Sistem yang dirancang mampu melakukan analisis dan menentukan hasil rata-rata dari penilaian pelamar dengan menggunakan metode K-Means. Metode ini dapat digunakan untuk menentukan kualitas pelatihan kerja. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu berdasarkan penerapan metode K-Means pada sistem yang dirancang mampu melakukan analisis dan menentukan sebuah penilaian, yang diharapkan dapat membantu pihak Dinas Ketenagakerjaan dalam melakukan kinerja pelatihan yang baik bahkan lebih baik lagi. Dalam perhitungan data mining dengan metode K-Means ini dapat disimpulkan apakah pelatihan yang dilakukan Dinas Ketenagakerjaan tersebut masuk di kategori baik,cukup baik atau kurang baik dari setiap penilaian pelamar kerja.

This systematic literature review (SLR) examines the limitations of Artificial Intelligence (AI) writing assistant tools and their implications for education. The study identifies six critical shortcomings: (1) lack of academic rigor, (2) insufficient knowledge base, (3) inability to synthesize complex ideas, (4) absence of human cognitive abilities, (5) limited adaptability, and (6) questionable originality. The review highlights the challenges of engaging students with diverse emotional and cognitive characteristics, supported by statistical insights into emotional and cognitive engagement. It explores the ethical considerations and potential impacts of AI technologies on academic integrity and credibility. The findings also encompass a comparative analysis of AI models like Gemini and ChatGPT, their applications in various educational contexts, and their effectiveness in tasks such as feedback mechanisms and assessment techniques. Findings underscore the tools' potential to enhance engagement and comprehension while emphasizing the need for balanced integration with human input to preserve academic credibility. This research highlights AI's transformative yet limited role in education, advocating for responsible use and continuous evaluation.

The issue of sustainable development is one of the most critical issues globally, covering almost all human activities. The design of sustainable development was developed by the United Nations (UN) in 2015, and 17 goals are targeted to be achieved by 2030. If grouped, the 17 goals are divided into three issues, including environmental, social, and governance issues. This study aims to analyze the effect of green-labeled products on firm performance and risk. It focuses on Shariah-compliant firms by adding a moderation analysis of gender diversity in the firm's board structure. The scope of this study is companies in Indonesia and Malaysia. This study examined 130 companies from various industries from the period 2014-2022, employing a panel data approach. Utilizing Generalized Least Squares (GLS) regression for panel data estimation, the finding indicated that green products positively affect firm performance proxied by ROA and ROE. Furthermore, our findings indicated that green products positively affect ZSCORE, suggesting a lower firm risk. The presence of female board members was observed to have a negative effect on risk. The findings of this study provide new insights into companies' implementation of green products. They are expected to be taken into consideration in decision-making for companies and regulators.

Lulusan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) dihadapkan pada tantangan dunia kerja yang terus berkembang, terutama dengan hadirnya Revolusi Industri 4.0. Oleh karena itu, SMK perlu mengembangkan kurikulum yang tidak hanya berbasis teori, tetapi juga keterampilan praktis dan kewirausahaan. Pembelajaran kewirausahaan menjadi kunci dalam membentuk karakter wirausaha dan menyiapkan lulusan yang siap mandiri. Namun, saat ini banyak lulusan SMK yang belum memiliki kompetensi dan mindset kewirausahaan yang memadai. Melalui kurikulum Merdeka Belajar, diharapkan dapat mendorong siswa untuk mengembangkan minat berwirausaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi masalah yang dihadapi siswa SMK dalam mengembangkan kewirausahaan serta memberikan pelatihan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan minat mereka. Hasil dari kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kompetensi siswa, sehingga lulusan SMK tidak hanya terampil dalam bidang keahlian, tetapi juga memiliki kesiapan untuk menghadapi tantangan dunia kerja

Ethnopedagogy is an educational approach that integrates local values, traditions and cultures in the teaching and learning process. It aims to make education more relevant to people's lives and strengthen learners' cultural identity. Relevance to Islamic Education In Islamic education, ethnopedagogy helps connect local cultural values with Islamic teachings. Shaping learners' Islamic character through local traditions, such as gotong royong and deliberation. Instilling spiritual and moral values in the cultural context of the community. Contributions to ethnopedagogy character building in Islamic education are increasing awareness of cultural and Islamic identity. Integrating local wisdom that is in line with Islamic principles, such as harmony with nature and manners. Strengthening Islamic character through cultural and religious role models. Implementation Challenges Indonesia's cultural diversity is complex and diverse. Lack of teacher understanding of the concept of ethnopedagogy. The dominance of the national curriculum which lacks flexibility for local content. Conflict between certain local traditions and Islamic values. Community resistance to the integration of local culture in education. Research Methods This research uses a qualitative approach and literature review, relying on observation techniques, interviews, documentation, and local culture-based data analysis in Islamic education. Conclusion Ethnopedagogy and the philosophy of science of Islamic education complement each other in shaping education that: Values cultural diversity. Build learners' identity based on Islamic values and local culture. Make education more relevant, meaningful and contextual. This approach requires policy support, teacher training, local culture-based teaching materials, and collaboration between stakeholders.
