Abstract

AbstractThis study entitled "Design of Information Systems Division Linearity Studies in the Ministry of Education and Culture". The purpose of this study was to establish linearity Information Systems Field of Study At the Ministry of Education and Culture that serves to facilitate the search for information on subjects alignment with certification code that has been owned by teachers who have been certified. The results of this study are that the field linearity information system still uses a manual system or the data collection system still uses injection. In the process of linearity data collection, the resulting data often experiences duplicate data, and to replace the manual system, linearity is transformed into a computerized system.Keywords: Information Technology, Information System Design, Linearity.

Abstract

Penilaian kinerja dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia bermanfaat untuk mengevaluasi kinerja, mengembangkan dan memotivasi karyawan, memverifikasi bahwa karyawan memenuhi standar kinerja, dan membantu karyawan mengelola kinerjanya, tetapi dapat menjadi sumber kerisauan bagi karyawan dan manajer, bila terdapat ketidakpastian dan ambiguitas dalam penilaian. Proses penilaian kinerja harus mampu mengidentifikasi standar kinerja, mengukur kriteria penilaian, dan memberikan umpan balik bagi karyawan mengenai hasil penilaiannya guna meningkatkan kinerja di masa depan dan memperbaiki kinerja yang tidak sesuai dengan standar. Penilaian kinerja berdasarkan kompetensi dan Key Performance Indicator (KPI) dirancang untuk meningkat obyektivitas penilaian kinerja dan untuk memaksimalkan tujuan penilaian kinerja itu sendiri.Kata Kunci : Penilaian Kinerja, Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia, Key Performance Indicator

Abstract

Scanning printed documents in the form of digital documents has become a necessity for many institutions and companies, as well as in LP3I Polytechnic Jakarta. One document that is often onover the media, i.e. diplomas and transcripts. With an average number of graduates reaching 1,900 per year, certainly many documents must be transferred to provide and be filed well, but there is no application that can manage documents over media that have already been given file names and unstructured filing, so the files are it will be difficult to search again. Generally, official documents include a unique number as an identity with a certain code structure, such as NIM, diploma number and transcript number. The purpose of this research is to determine the effectiveness of document scanning results by utilizing optical character recognition techniques known as OCR (Optical Character Recognition) on the unique number. The method used in this optical character recognition process is to use template matching correlation, which is a technique to get the highest value in the comparison of characters in input images, which have been segmented into letters and processed in binary image formats, and characters in template images. The results of this study are in the form of a prototype application using Matlab that can detect unique numbers in documents as a reference in filing files in the form of naming new files and placing them in the desired folder.Key words: documents, digital, template matching correlation

Abstract

Information system is the one example of technology products that are developing at this time. Information system can be used to help our activity, and to arrange humans live and process decision making. Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta Campus Keramat is one of the Universities that requires the participation of information technology to process the value of depreciation of assets owned, therefore an information system is designed that aims to meet those needs. Information System Design The calculation of asset values is designed using the straight-line method. And using the Use Case design model, Sequence diagram, Class Diagram, Activity Diagram and ERD. For applications on programs using PHP, as well as CodeIgnitor and XAMPP applications. Abstract

Arfa Barbershop Depok adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang usaha pangkas rambut pria. Arfa barbershop Depok masih menghadapi kendala dalam pengembangan usahanya karena sistem yang mereka gunakan masih terdapat kendala, sehingga akan memerlukan lebih banyak waktu untuk memberikan pelayanan jasa. Aplikasi yang akan dibangun merupakan rancangan sistem informasi berbasis web yang mendukung kasir untuk meningkatkan proses transaksi agar lebih baik dan cepat dengan menerapkan sistem baru. Dan Memudahkan admin  dalam mengelola laporan, Sehingga waktu dan kinerja menjadi lebih terkontrol dan teratasi. Tujuan penulisan untuk mengetahui sistem barbershop di arfa barbershop depok dengan metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan laporan ini adalah melalui studi pustaka dan studi lapangan observasi langsung ke tempat yang menjadi objek penulisan. Hasil pengamatan yang diperoleh penulis dalam sistem barbershop di Arfa Barbershop Depok meliputi pengolahan data master service, kategori service, kasir, dan transaksi serta menginput data servis, sekaligus mengelola data servis. Kata Kunci : Perancangan, Sistem, informasi, Pembayaran, Barbershop

Abstract

Design and build a payment system for patient treatment at the Sangrila Clinic at PT Prima Hexa Taslam, South Jakarta. This study uses a descriptive method, which describes and analyzes data based on existing facts and information. The data collection technique used is by conducting field studies which include observations, interviews, and literature studies. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that Sangrila Clinic still uses a manual system in carrying out the medical record data collection process. This creates several obstacles, namely: employee delays in recording all medical record reports because it is still done manually. The research method used is Library Research and Field Research, the application software used is Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 Ultimate, Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio 2008 R2, Microsoft Word 2019, SAP Crystal Reports, Microsoft Visio 2019, Microsoft Power Point 2019, Google Chrome, and Adobe Photoshop 2015.Keywords: Design, System, Information, Medical Records, Patients.

Abstract

PT Bintang Karya Perdana is a company engaged in contractors, general suppliers, and information technology. To develop wings in the field of information technology. PT Bintang Karya Perdana specializes in providing GPS tracking services. Equipped with a VTS system (Vehicle Tracking System) and a vehicle control system. PT Bintang Karya Perdana is located at Jl. Al-Ridwan Mosque No. 39D, Jati Padang, South Jakarta. In running the system VTS and vehicle control systems at PT Bintang Karya Perdana are still very simple and too complicated to use this VTS system. Moreover, in making reports, tracking data still has to be manually inputted into excel or similar applications from data that can only be seen on the VTS default system. Keywords: Information System, GPS Tracking.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak penerapan pendidikan inklusif terhadap pemberdayaan siswa berkebutuhan khusus (ABK), khususnya dalam aspek kemandirian dan partisipasi sosial mereka. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian pustaka (library research) dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Peneliti mengumpulkan, menganalisis, dan mensintesis data dari berbagai sumber literatur primer dan sekunder, seperti jurnal akademis, buku, laporan penelitian, dan artikel ilmiah terkait pendidikan inklusif, pemberdayaan ABK, kemandirian, dan partisipasi sosial. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan inklusif memiliki dampak signifikan dan positif terhadap pemberdayaan ABK. Lingkungan inklusif yang menekankan pada penerimaan, kurikulum yang diferensiasi, dan dukungan yang terindividualisasi terbukti meningkatkan rasa percaya diri, keterampilan hidup sehari-hari, dan kemampuan akademik siswa. Faktor kunci lainnya adalah pelatihan guru dalam strategi pedagogis inklusif dan kolaborasi dengan tenaga profesional seperti terapis. Pencapaian dalam ranah ini secara kumulatif membangun fondasi yang kuat bagi tumbuhnya kemandirian ABK, memampukan mereka untuk membuat keputusan dan mengelola diri mereka dengan lebih baik. Di sisi lain, interaksi yang setara dengan teman sebaya non-disabilitas dalam berbagai aktivitas, baik akademik maupun non-akademik, memfasilitasi pengembangan keterampilan sosial, empati, dan rasa memiliki. Interaksi sosial ini secara langsung memperluas jaringan pertemanan dan membangun kepercayaan diri ABK untuk terlibat secara aktif dalam komunitasnya. Dengan demikian, pendidikan inklusif tidak sekadar menyatukan tempat belajar, tetapi secara sistematis mendorong partisipasi sosial yang lebih bermakna, setara, dan inklusif, yang pada akhirnya merekonstruksi paradigma masyarakat tentang disabilitas. Secara keseluruhan, temuan ini mengonfirmasi bahwa pendidikan inklusif merupakan strategi yang efektif dan transformatif dalam memberdayakan ABK untuk hidup yang mandiri dan terintegrasi secara sosial.

Abstract

The LP3I Jakarta Polytechnic Depok Campus has a Student Care Center (SCC) as a place for lecturers to record the results of student consultations. Currently, recording is still done manually, making it inefficient in terms of data search, storage, and report generation. Therefore, a web-based information system is needed to manage consultation data more effectively. This study aims to design and develop a web-based Student Care Center information system to support the recording and management of student complaints. The system was developed using the CodeIgniter 4 framework, with Bootstrap templates for a responsive interface, and a MySQL database for data storage. The system development method used was waterfall, which consists of analysis, design, implementation, and testing stages.
