Abstract

This article examines the implementation of Business Model Canvas (BMC) strategy training in the UD Distra Adjie Pecel business in Madiun City. The purpose of this community service is to discuss the challenges faced by UD Distra Adjie such as marketing difficulties and fluctuating business performance, and to propose BMC training to optimize its business strategy. This community service method uses the Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) approach. This training empowers UD Distra Adjie business actors by utilizing their assets and resources. The training includes interactive workshops, strategic planning, and ongoing monitoring and evaluation to ensure practical implementation and sustainability. The results of the community service show a significant increase in strategic understanding, business model development, and competitive position. Participants actively participate in the BMC process, which leads to increased creativity, innovation, and economic empowerment. The study results conclude that BMC training improves individual business performance and positively contributes to the regional economy by fostering a stronger entrepreneurial environment.

Abstract

Abstrak: Akidah Akhlak merupakan ilustrasi yang signifikan dalam menyampaikan cara berperilaku hormat dari usia anak muda sekarang. Karena sifatnya yang teoritis, dalam mempelajari Akidah Akhlak, masih diperlukan objek-objek yang menjadi mediator atau pelatihan yang membantu kapasitas tersebut untuk berinteraksi sehingga realitas mudah dipahami orang banyak. Pemilihan media yang tepat dapat menjadi penopang tantangan siswa Madrasah Ibtidaiyah dalam menangkap materi. Tujuan kajian tulisan ini untuk mengetahui penggunaan media aktual (lingkungan) dalam pembelajaran akidah akhlak untuk kelas bawah MI/SD. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian yaitu peran lingkungan sebagai mediator dalam pembelajaran Akhlak-Akidah di MI/SD sangat penting dan mendukung pembelajaran siswa. Pembelajaran dengan menggunakan lingkungan dapat mengembangkan sisi pedagogisnya. Adapun simpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa kegiatan pembelajaran yang memanfaatkan lingkungan dan menekankan proses dirancang untuk memberikan siswa pengalaman langsung dan memungkinkan pembelajaran Akidah Akhlak yang bermakna dan berkualitas. Kata kunci; Media, investigasi, belajar Akidah Akhlak Abstract: Akidah Akhlak is a significant illustration in conveying how to behave respectfully from the young age of today. Due to its theoretical nature, in studying Akidah Akhlak, objects are still needed to become mediators or training that helps the capacity to interact so that reality is easily understood by many people. The selection of the right media can support the challenges of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah students in capturing the material. The purpose of this study is to find out the actual use of media (environment) in learning morals for the lower class of MI/SD. This research method uses literature study. The result of the research is that the role of the environment as a mediator in learning morality in MI/SD is very important and supports student learning. Learning by using the environment can develop its pedagogical side. The conclusion of this research is that learning activities that utilize the environment and emphasize the process are designed to give students direct experience and enable meaningful and quality learning of Akidah Akhlak.

Abstract

Educational institutions have various kinds of religious cultures that are applied in their organizational systems. However, not all educational institutions have their own culture, which is a characteristic of these educational institutions. Spiritual attitudes are very appropriate to be implemented in the school environment, and this is because schools are a place for interaction between others, gathering with peers, and communication, so it becomes a very strategic place for fostering, directing, and preparing students to become religious figures. This study aims to determine religious culture, the formation of spiritual attitudes, and the influence of religious culture on the spiritual perspectives of students at SD Terpadu Ainul Ulum Pulung Ponorogo. This type of research is quantitative with questionnaires and documentation data collection procedures; the object of this research is SD Terpadu Ainul Ulum Pulung. The population of this research is the students of SD Terpadu Ainul Ulum, while the sample is 50% of the population, which is 45 students. Data related to religious culture and students' spiritual attitudes were analyzed correlational, while data associated with the influence of religious culture on spiritual attitudes were analyzed correlational using the Contingency Correlation formula. The results of data analysis: (1) The application of religious culture is good. This is known from the results of the study, which showed the highest percentage (73%), (2) students' spiritual attitudes were in a good category. This is known from the results of the study, which showed the highest percentage was 62.2%), (3) Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between religious culture on the self-adjustment ability of SD Terpadu Ainul Pulung Ponorogo students.. Keywords: Religious culture; Learners, Spiritual Attitude Abstrak: Lembaga pendidikan memiliki berbagai macam budaya religius yang diterapkan didalam sistem organisasinya. Namun tidak semua lembaga pendidikan memiliki budaya tersendiri yang menjadi suatu ciri khas bagi lembaga pendidikan tersebut. Sikap spiritual sangat tepat diimplementasikan di lingkungan sekolah, hal ini disebabkan karena sekolah merupakan salah satu wadah untuk interkasi antar sesama, kumpul dengan sebaya, komunaksi, sehingga menjadi tempat yang sangat strategis dalam membina, mengarahkan dan mempersiapkan peserta didik menjadi sosok yang religius. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui budaya religius, pembentukan sikap spiritual, dan pengaruh budaya religius terhadap sikap spiritual peserta didik di SD Terpadu Ainul Ulum Pulung Ponorogo. Jenis penelitian ini kuantitatif dengan prosedur pengumpulan data kuesioner dan dokumentasi, objek penelitian ini yakni SD Terpadu Ainul Ulum Pulung. Populasi dari penelitian ini yakni selurus siswa siswi SD Terpadu Ainul Ulum, sedangkan sampelya yakni 50% dari populasi yaitu 45 siswa. Data yang terkait tentang buadaya religius dan sikap spiritual siswa dianalisis secara korelasional, sedangkan data terkait dengan pengaruh budaya religius terhadap perilaku sikap spiritual dianalisis secara korelasional dengan rumus Korelasi Kontingensi. Hasil analisis data: (1) Penerapan budaya religius sudah baik. Hal ini diketahui dari hasil penelitian yang menunjukkan prosentase tertinggi (73%), (2) Sikap Spiritual siswa termasuk kategori baik. Hal ini diketahui dari hasil penelitian yang menunjukkan prosentase tertinggi 62,2%), (3) Berdasarkan hasil analisis tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara budaya religius terhadap kemampuan penyesuaian diri siswa SD Terpadu Ainul Pulung Ponorogo. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of parenting and smartphone use on the honest and responsible attitude of Tipar Public Elementary School students. This study used a quantitative method with a survey method to investigate the relationship between smartphone use, parenting style, and the development of honest character and responsibility among elementary school students. Questionnaires were employed to collect data. The participants in this study were elementary school students. Tipar Elementary School will be chosen as a representative sample, and the sample size will be calculated based on statistical considerations and power analysis. The collected data were examined using relevant statistical techniques. This study reveals that parenting style positively affected students' honest and responsible attitudes by 26.3%. Smartphone use positively affects students' open and accountable attitudes by 24.0%. Parenting style has a positive effect on smartphone use, amounted 19.1%. Parenting parents and smartphones positively influence the honest and responsible mood of Tipar Public Elementary School students, 34.9%, and other factors influence the remaining 66.1%. As a result, the more positive parents' attitudes toward their children, the more honest and responsible students become. The greater students use smartphones, the better their open mindset and responsibility. Similarly, the better the parenting style and the usage of smartphones, the better students' honesty and responsibility. In contrast, the more severe the parenting style and the use of smartphones, the lower the students' open thinking and responsibility would be.

Abstract

Learning activities organized by the school during the New Normal period were using social media assistance, such as whats app, zoom, google classroom, You Tube, Edmodo. This learning model is considered effective in breaking the chain of the spread of the corona virus. Learning and education patterns at an early age are filled with playing, running, and filled with joy in the learning process. Therefore, it takes a pattern of intense parenting and mentoring from parents to assist their children in taking online learning. Because in early childhood, it is the most important stage for their growth and development towards adult humans. This article was written using a literature study research method. The results showed that parenting patterns and mentoring can be done by parents in accompanying online learning. Among them can be done in the form of giving attention, supervision, and always coordinating with the school and other students' parents so that their children can learn independently and reflect Islamic values ​​according to the Al-Qur'an and Hadith.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the role of the family in forming religious awareness in elementary school children. In the complex context of modern life, the role of the family is crucial in guiding children to religious values and awareness. Qualitative research methods were used with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews with parents and children, participant observation in daily family interactions, as well as content analysis of religious documents and materials used at home. The research results show that family interactions, parental role models, a supportive family environment, and religious practices at home all contribute to forming a strong foundation for children's religious awareness. These findings strengthen theoretical studies of the role of the family in religious education and child development, and provide a valuable contribution to a deeper understanding of the key factors that influence this process. In conclusion, the role of the family has a significant impact in forming religious awareness in elementary school-aged children, and efforts need to continue to be made to strengthen the positive role of the family in children's religious education.

Abstract

Tempeh is a diverse product, from side dishes to snacks. Tempeh can be found throughout Indonesia and abroad. However, marketing of tempeh products is still dominated by traditional sales. To increase tempe sales, an effective digital marketing strategy via online media is needed. The purpose of this research is to identify digital marketing opportunities and challenges in Tempe as well as strategies that can be implemented by micro, small and medium businesses in Tempe to increase sales through digital media. This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature review method. Based on the results of the literature review, digital marketing opportunities in Tempe include the increasing number of internet and social media users, changes in consumer preferences for online shopping, and diversification of digital platforms. However, the challenges that exist include limited understanding of digital marketing among MSME stakeholders, minimal budget and minimal resources. quality human resources in the field of digital marketing, although there are significant opportunities in digital marketing in Tempe, such as the increase in the number of internet and social media users and changes in consumer preferences, challenges faced by micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) such as limited understanding of marketing digital, budget, and quality human resources must be addressed. Therefore, to maximize the digital marketing potential of Tempe, it is necessary to increase knowledge and skills in the field of digital marketing, as well as efficient budget management and human resource development. By overcoming these challenges, tempe MSMEs can take advantage of digital opportunities to increase sales and reach a wider market.

Abstract

Supporting student learning in elementary schools involves various efforts to help students understand subject matter, overcome learning difficulties, and develop optimally. The objectives of service in elementary schools usually include various aspects that support the development of students, teachers, and the school community as a whole to improve the quality of education . Improving the quality of learning and developing student skills, improving the school environment, and supporting student welfare. Service methods in elementary schools can vary depending on the specific goals and context of the service program, including helping students with learning difficulties through additional sessions or individual tutoring. The results of service in elementary schools depend on the objectives and type of service program implemented, such as improving students' academic achievement and understanding of subject matter through additional guidance and support, improving teachers' skills and knowledge in teaching and classroom management, a better learning environment and supporting learning development student.

Abstract

This article examines the implementation of Tahsin Al-Qur’an learning at TPQ Dasussalam. The aim of this study is to evaluate the Qur'an reading ability of the students and to improve their reading skills in accordance with Islamic principles. The results of the Tahsin learning show a satisfactory improvement according to standards, from planning and implementation to evaluation. This research is field-based with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The Tahsin materials use the Asyafi'i book, and teachers employ the talaqqi method to enhance students' reading quality. The supporting factors for the success of the learning process are cooperation with the students' guardians, while the inhibiting factors are limited time and the teachers' difficulty in maintaining the students' enthusiasm and concentration during the learning sessions.

Abstract

This study aims to assist basketry craftsmen in Prajegan Village, Sukorejo, Ponorogo, in utilizing Facebook as a marketing tool to increase their product sales. Using the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) method, the research identifies local strengths and assets as the foundation for developing a digital marketing strategy. Intensive training and mentoring were provided to enhance the craftsmen's digital skills, particularly in managing Facebook as a promotional platform. The results indicate that this mentoring successfully improved the craftsmen's ability to use Facebook effectively, leading to a significant increase in their product sales. The implementation of this method demonstrates that an asset-based approach and tailored training can empower communities and support the sustainability of small businesses.
