Abstract

Pandemi covid-19 di tahun 2022 ini telah perlahan mereda, namun upaya memupuk persatuan dan kesatuan harus tetap diusahakan oleh seluruh lapisan masyarakat. Secara khusus tujuan pengabdian ini: 1. Mengetahui cara memupuk persatuan dan kesatuan di masyarakat pasca Pandemi Covid-19. Melakukan identifikasi yang berkaitan dengan implementasi pendidikan dalam keluarga; 2. Mengetahui hasil dari sosialisasi persatuan dan kesatuan di masyarakat pasca Pandemi Covid-19 di Kelurahan Sukorejo RT.07/RW.10 Kecamatan Gunungpati Kota Semarang, Jawa Tengah; Pelaksanaan pengabdian ini menggunakan metode ceramah dengan dialog interaktif yang memberikan kesempatan kepada pembina, pengurus, serta anggota masyarakat untuk menyampaikan pendapat, tanggapan maupun pertanyaan. Simpulan hasil pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1. Strategi untuk memupuk persatuan dan kesatuan di masyarakat pasca pandemi Covid-19 harus dilakukan dengan cara memberi sosialisasi pentingnya nilai-nilai persatuan dan kesatuan seperti gotong royong antar masyarakat, saling menghormati dan menghargai perbedaan di dalam kehidupan masyarakat; 2. Pengabdian ini memberikan wawasan kepada masyarakat tentang peran penting semua warga agar keberhasilan mewujudkan praktik nilai persatuan dan kesatuan dapat tercapai sesuai cita-cita bangsa dan negara.

Abstract

Waktu luang merupakan waktu yang dimiliki di antara kesibukan sehari-hari yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh anak-anak selama liburan dengan cara yang produktif dan menyenangkan. Namun masalahnya, cara memanfaatkan waktu luang untuk melakukan kegiatan yang produktif dan juga untuk mengejar hobi kesukaan itulah yang masih kurang pas dan kurang sesuai yang dilakukan oleh anak-anak. Tujuan pengabdian adalah mendeskripsikan jenis waktu luang yang dimiliki oleh anak-anak, dan pemanfaatan waktu luang untuk dilakukan kegiatan yang bersifat produktif. Metode pengabdian yang disampaikan digunakan metode ceramah, diskusi, dan tanya jawab. Simpulan pengabdian adalah memanfaatkan waktu luang tidak terlepas dari segala faktor yang memengaruhinya. Beberapa faktor yang menjadi penghambat pemanfaatan waktu luang diantaranya adalah sering menunda pekerjaan dan kemalasan.

Abstract

Pandemi virus corona (Covid-19) mengakibatkan perubahan secara mendadak dalam perilaku keseharian individu dan aktivitas masyarakat serta membawa dampak perubahan luar biasa untuk semua bidang termasuk pendidikan, sehingga belajar dari rumah merupakan suatu keniscayaan. Bahkan pelajar SD, SMP, dan SMA/SMK juga “dipaksa” untuk melakukan pembelajaran dari rumah (Surat Edaran Sekjen Kemendikbud, No. 15/2020). Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah membantu peserta didik dan guru yang mengalami kesulitan dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran secara daring dan luring dalam penggunaan teknologi seperti cara pengoperasionalan komputer. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah interaktif, penyuluhan dan pendampingan secara langsung tentang penggunaan teknologi dalam pembelajaran, praktik, dan pelatihan. Hasil pengabdian diperoleh simpulan bahwa kemampuan guru dalam pembelajaran daring dapat ditingkatkan melalui pelatihan dan praktik langsung sesuai dengan tingkat kemampuan, keantusiasan, dan semangat dalam mendapatkan keterampilan aplikasi daring. Kata kunci: pembelajaran daring dan luring, covid-19.

Abstract

Koperasi bagi bangsa Indonesia merupakan Badan Usaha Ekonomi yang sesuai dengan cita-cita bangsa Indonesia, sebagaimana di amanatkan dalam pasal 33 ayat 1 UUD 1945, yang menyatakan bahwa perekonomian Indonesia di susun sebagai usaha bersama berdasar atas azas kekeluargaan dan pasal tersebut menyebutkan bahwa kemakmuran masyarakatlah yang diutamakan, bukan kemakmuran orang per orang, serta bangun perusahaan yang sesuai dengan pasal 33 itu adalah badan usaha yang berbentuk Koperasi. Latar belakang kegiatan pengadian pada masyarakat ini adalah memberikan pemahaman bagi ibu-ibu kelompok PKK desa Kalisari, Kecamata Kradenan, Kabupaten Grobogan dalam usaha merintis berdirinya Koperasi Simpan Pinjam. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini adalah agar kelompok PKK desa Kalisari memiliki pengetahuan perkoperasian dan mampu mendirikan badan usaha ekonomi yang berbentuk Koperasi. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini adalah kemauan dan kesediaan kelompok ibu-ibu PKK desa Kalisari untuk mendirikan badan usaha ekonomi berbentuk Koperasi, yaitu Koperasi Simpan Pinjam (KSP) sebagai salah satu wadah bersama menghimpun dana permodalan bagi usaha Koperasi dan UMKM.

Abstract

Principals as school leaders are a contributing factor to success in efforts to strengthen governance, accountability, and public image. This success cannot be separated from competence and ability in their duties, roles and functions. Providing excellent service to all school members, optimizing the empowerment and development of school residents, focusing on performance and growth and impact for school progress and for the community, this leadership is called servant leadership. This study aims to produce a model of strengthening service leadership in the form of a constellation model of influence between variables and their mathematical model. From this model, a research hypothesis is derived which will then be tested using path analysis at the quantitative research stage. The research begins by interviewing informants who are considered competent in providing the expected answers. Furthermore, data reduction, data codification, data display, data analysis, and conclusion drawing were carried out. The research was carried out at the Bogor Regency Private Vocational School in the period October to December 2020. From the research conducted, several variables are thought to have positive and dominant influence on service leadership, namely adversity intelligence, proactive personality, teamwork as exogenous variables, organizational commitment, and work motivation as intervening variables.

Abstract

Program Kampung Iklim (ProKlim) merupakan inisiatif nasional untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan masyarakat dalam upaya adaptasi dan mitigasi perubahan iklim. Salah satu bentuk penguatan ProKlim yang relevan dan aplikatif di tingkat rumah tangga adalah melalui pengembangan Tanaman Obat Keluarga (TOGA). Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan ketahanan kesehatan dan iklim masyarakat melalui pemanfaatan TOGA yang terintegrasi dengan kegiatan adaptasi perubahan iklim. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup sosialisasi, pelatihan budidaya TOGA, dan pendampingan pembuatan kebun TOGA di pekarangan warga dengan membagi menjadi 5 titik lokasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman masyarakat tentang manfaat TOGA, peningkatan ketersediaan tanaman obat di rumah tangga, serta tumbuhnya kesadaran akan pentingnya ketahanan iklim berbasis komunitas. Kegiatan ini berkontribusi terhadap penguatan indikator adaptasi ProKlim, khususnya di sektor kesehatan dan ketahanan pangan. Diharapkan kegiatan ini dapat direplikasi di wilayah lain yang tengah mengembangkan ProKlim.

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to analyze the effect of educational technology integration on improving teacher creativity through the application of servant leadership. The focus is to understand how servant leadership can create an environment that supports teachers' use of technology and enhances their creativity in teaching. Methods: A quantitative approach was used with a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 200 teachers in Indonesian schools. The variables studied included the application of servant leadership, the use of technology in learning, and teacher creativity. Data were analyzed using regression to measure the relationship between variables. Results: The results show that servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on the use of technology in learning, which in turn enhances teacher creativity. Leaders who provide active support and adequate resources create an environment that supports technology-based learning innovation, which positively impacts teaching quality. Novelty: This study contributes new insights by combining servant leadership and educational technology as mutually supportive factors in enhancing teacher creativity. The findings enrich the literature on educational leadership and provide practical insights for school principals to enhance teacher creativity through technology.

Abstract

Teacher performance is a key factor in achieving quality education because teachers not only serve as instructors but also as educators, role models, and agents of change in shaping the character and competencies of students. However, optimizing teacher performance still faces challenges related to discipline, leadership, organizational culture, and work motivation. This study aims to find strategies to improve teacher performance through these factors. The research method uses a quantitative approach with path analysis and SITOREM. The research population involved 513 public elementary school teachers in Region 2 of East Jakarta with a sample of 225 teachers. The results showed that discipline (?=0.424; p=0.001), transformational leadership (?=0.134; p=0.005), organizational culture (?=0.088; p=0.001), and work motivation (?=0.087; p=0.002) have a direct and significant effect on teacher performance. In addition, discipline (?=0.110; p=0.002), transformational leadership (?=0.225; p=0.001), and organizational culture (?=0.290; p=0.001) also have a significant effect on work motivation. However, work motivation does not function effectively as an intervening variable in the indirect influence of these three factors on teacher performance. The implications of these findings emphasize the importance of strengthening discipline, transformational leadership, and organizational culture directly to improve teacher performance. More effective development strategies should focus on these factors, while work motivation plays a supporting role rather than a primary mediating role.

Abstract

Low teacher commitment remains a major challenge in educational management, affecting the consistency of instructional quality and institutional stability. This research aimed to formulate a strategy to strengthen teachers’ institutional attachment by integrating local wisdom and organizational support. The study employed the Modeling and Optimization of Management Resource Strengthening (POP-HR) approach combined with SITOREM analysis to identify key variables and prioritize improvement indicators. Data were collected through a multistage random sampling of 120 foundation-based teachers using standardized questionnaires measuring transformational leadership, career development, and local wisdom values of silih asih (mutual care) and silih asuh (mutual guidance). The results of path analysis showed that transformational leadership and career development had significant direct and indirect effects on teacher loyalty, mediated by cultural values. SITOREM findings revealed several weak indicators such as equality, motivation, and training opportunities that require targeted improvement. Strengthening leadership practices, supporting career growth, and internalizing local cultural values were found to be effective strategies to enhance teacher engagement and dedication. The findings provide a framework for developing culturally grounded strategies in education management to strengthen teacher engagement
