Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui efektivitas penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Talking Stick di kelas VI SD Negeri 4 Andoolo Kabupaten Konawe Selatan. Dimulai dengan refleksi pembelajaran yang menunjukkan bahwa ada masalah dalam pembelajaran (siswa masih kurang percaya diri dalam mengemukakan jawaban dari pertanyaan guru). Oleh karena itu, peneliti menentukan untuk menerapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Talking Stick. Penelitian ini dikategorikan ke dalam Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Peneliti menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumen untuk mengumpulkan data. Pelaksanaan penelitian dilakukan pada bula Februari-April 2020. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa efektivitas penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Talking Stick pokok bahasan konsep perubahan benda di SD Negeri 4 Andoolo Kabupaten Konawe Selatan telah diterapkan. Adapun aspek-aspek dalam efektivitas penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Talking Stick terdiri dari: (1) Penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Talking Stick: Terlihat bagaimana saat siswa ikut berperan aktif dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas. (2) Pembelajaran koperatif tipe Talking Stick: Ini dapat menambah daya cepat tanggap siswa dalam proses belajar mengajar yang berlangsung pada konsep perubahan benda. (3) Langkah-langkah model pembelajaran koopratif tipe Talking Stick: Terlihat dari langkah pertama dengan menyampaikan semua tujuan pembelajaran hingga langkah terakhir menutup pelajaran, dan (4) Penerapannya pada konsep perubahan benda: Di mana untuk mengukur kemampuan siswa dalam memahami materi yang sudah diajarkan sebelumnya oleh guru.

Abstract

 Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas model pembelajaran discovery learning yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar bahasa Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan melalui dua siklus dimana setiap siklusnya terdiri atas empat tahap yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPA UPT SMA Negeri 3 Pangkep. Teknik dokumentasi, observasi, dan tes merupakan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tujuan penelitian ini telah mencapai indikator keberhasilan. Diperoleh bahwa adanya peningkatan hasil belajar Bahasa Indonesia siswa dari setiap siklus, dengan hasil 46,66% pada siklus I meningkat menjadi 83,33% pada siklus II. Terjadinya peningkatan persentase kehadiran siswa, perhatian, minat, keaktifan, serta semangat belajar siswa dalam proses belajar mengajar. Sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa penerapan model Discovery Learning dapat meningkatkan hasil Belajar Bahasa Indonesia Siswa Kelas XI IPA UPT SMA Negeri 3 Pangkep Tahun pelajaran 2022/2023.

Abstract

Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi kegiatan Literacy Movement (LiMo) dan Mengetahui pengaruh kegiatan Literacy Movement (LiMo) dalam meningkatkan minat baca anak di SDN 1 Tegalurung, Balongan Indramayu mengingat rendahnya minat baca siswa ini juga terjadi di Kabupaten Indramayu. kegiatan Literacy Movement (LiMo) memiliki empat rangkaian kegiatan yaitu bercerita; bermain; membaca bersama; dan pemberian donasi yang dilakukan dengan mempertimbangkan kebutuhan anak sekolah dasar. Pengabdian ini menggunakan studi kasus dengan observasi, angket dan wawancara sebagai instrumen penelitian dalam mengumpulkan data guna mengetahui permasalahan dan solusi. Hasil pre-observasi melalui angket yang menunjukkan rendahnya minat baca pada siswa. Minat baca siswa kelas IV dan V 39% dan 39,90% kelas VI. Hasil dari kegiatan Literacy Movement (LiMo) terdapat perubahan positif terhadap keinginan siswa untuk membaca. Hasil angket menunjukkan bahwa minat baca siswa meningkat pada angka 70,14% untuk kelas IV, 73,3% untuk kelas V, 74,63% untuk kelas VI yang artinya minat baca siswa menjadi tinggi. Hal ini dapat terjadi dengan mempertimbangkan penyebab rendahnya keinginan atau ketertarikan membaca siswa seperti jenis buku yang cenderung monoton tentang pelajaran, kebutuhan siswa terhadap buku dengan tema non-pendidikan yang edukatif, jenis buku yang digemari siswa.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of achievement motivation on participation in the decision-making process, assessment of work environment, and job satisfaction of Free Trade Area Concession Service and Sabang Freeport employees. Respondents were 56 facility employees selected through a rapid sampling sample. Data collection was performed using questionnaires and data were analyzed using multiple statistical linear regression tools. The study found that decision-making involvement, work environment ratings, and achievement motivations had a positive impact on job satisfaction among Sabang Free Trade Zone and Freeport Concession Authority employees. Motivation to achieve has the greatest impact on employee job satisfaction, followed by evaluation of the work environment. Statistical test results show that the values ​​of F count > F table and T count > T table can be simultaneously and partially interpreted as participation in decision-making and evaluation of the working environment of Sabang Free Trade Zone employees. I'm here. and the Freeport Concession Office. Therefore, hypothesis Ha is accepted and hypothesis Ho is rejected. Abstract

Customers' habits of using savings products are considered important and can also be considered by PT's management. Bank Syariah, Indonesia (BSI), this also plays a very important role in efforts to build marketing policies for Sharia Bank's own savings products. This study aims to understand customer preferences for Bank Syariah Indonesia's savings products, including whether there are any differences in customer preferences for savings products based on characteristics. their points or not, as well as the attributes of savings products that most influence customers' decisions. Use savings products of this bank. The respondents were 65 customers of the Easy Mudarabah Savings product of the Banda Aceh branch of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI). Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The data were then analyzed using a non-parametric statistical device using the Mann-Whitney technique (U-Test). The research results show that the relationship between customers' preferences or interests in using Easy Mudarabah Savings products at BSI Banda Aceh branch includes economic benefits, banking location, safety of coins money, conformity to beliefs, concept of profit sharing, understanding of religion. mass media and customer environment. The customer's environmental factor is a factor that is given much priority over other indicators. Based on the results of statistical tests, it is known that differences in gender, age, marital status, and education level do not lead to differences in preferences for the three financial products, therefore Ho1, Ho2, Ho3 and Ho4 are accepted, while hypotheses Ha1, Ha2, Ha3 and Ha4 are rejected. On the other hand, differences in employment and average monthly income mean that customer preferences for financing products also vary. (Ha5, Ha6 are accepted and vice versa Ho5, Ho6 are rejected). The conclusions that can be drawn from this study are economic benefits, position of the bank, safety of money, compatibility with beliefs, concept of profit sharing, understanding of religion Education, mass media and customer environment are customer preferences in using savings products at Syariah Bank. Indonesia (BSI), among them, customers' environmental factors are the most dominant and preferred factors of customers compared to other factors.

Abstract

The research aims to analyze Tiens product users, especially in consuming the company's new products, so that with product knowledge consumers are interested in adopting these new products. Which creates a consumption situation that is in line with market demand in penetrating the existing market share. Data collection was carried out using purposive sampling by distributing questionnaires to 90 respondents. The data obtained was then processed through the SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) program using descriptive statistical analysis equipment in the form of average values ​​and percentages with the same frequency. The research results show that the consumption situation has a direct influence on consumers in adopting the company's new product, namely Shredded Tuna Fish which is quite popular and is only produced by Tiens to be marketed to the entire Muslim community in the city of Banda Aceh. Based on the results of the discussion, it shows that the majority of respondents were <20 to 30 years old, 44 respondents or 48.9% were unmarried, most of whom were women or women who had a high school to university level education with a middle to upper income level. . To maintain consumer loyalty, the company must continue to maintain the quality of the product content without reducing the content or content of the ingredients, replacing or recycling them so that it affects the quality and quality of the product. In terms of service, it needs to be improved considering the tight competition in the Multi Level Marketing (MLM) field at this time.

Abstract

Human resources are a critical factor in any organization’s ability to achieve its objectives. This study aims to examine the influence of work discipline and compensation on employee performance in Sukarami sub-district, Palembang City, with motivation as an intervening variable. Work discipline is assessed through punctuality, responsibility, adherence to office rules, and the use of office equipment. Compensation is evaluated based on salary, incentives, benefits, and facilities. Motivation is measured via physiological needs, safety needs, social needs, self-esteem needs, and self-actualization needs. Employee performance is quantified through work quality, work quantity, timeliness, effectiveness, and independence.This research adopts a quantitative approach, focusing on a population of 68 employees, using a saturated sampling technique. Data analysis utilized path analysis with Smart PLS 3.0 software. The findings indicate that work discipline has a positive and significant impact on work motivation, compensation has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, work discipline does not significantly affect performance, compensation significantly impacts performance, and work motivation significantly influences performance.

Abstract

This research intends to assess the influence of blockchain technology adoption on operational efficiency and consumer trust in digital enterprises. Blockchain technology, with its decentralized, transparent and safe properties, is predicted to have a favorable impact on several elements of business operations and boost consumer trust. The research method employed is a quantitative approach by collecting data through surveys and interviews with organizations that have incorporated blockchain technology. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive and inferential statistical techniques to test the stated hypotheses. The research results demonstrate that the deployment of blockchain technology greatly boosts operational efficiency, particularly in terms of reduced transaction costs, increased processing speed, and reduced operational errors. Apart from that, customer confidence has also improved dramatically, notably in areas of openness, security and data protection. These findings demonstrate that blockchain technology not only contributes to enhancing the operational performance of enterprises, but also boosting the trust relationship between firms and consumers. The conclusion of this study is that the implementation of blockchain technology has a considerable positive influence on operational efficiency and consumer trust in digital enterprises. Therefore, organizations working in the digital ecosystem are recommended to explore integrating blockchain technology as a strategy to boost competitiveness and consumer trust.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kreatifitas siswa dengan menerapkan metode driil method dan demonstrasi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dengan siklus yang terdiri dari lima kali pertemuan, setiap siklus terdiri dari: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMA Negeri 3 Pangkep pada kelas X Tahun Pelajaran 2021/2022. Jumlah keseluruhan siswa sebanyak 108 siswa diantaranya 67 siswa perempuan dan 41 siswa laki-laki Teknik pengumpulan data dan alat pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan tes. Hasil penelitian melalui Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini menunjukkan bahwa setelah mengaplikasikan metode ekspresi bebas, terjadi perubahan positif dan signifikan yaitu siswa lebih tertarik untuk belajar meningkatkan kualitas pengkaryaan seni rupa dalam seni budaya.

Abstract

This study investigates the quality of education in public and private schools, focusing on various aspects of learning. The research aims to understand the differences and similarities in approaches, resources, and learning methodologies employed by both types of schools. Utilizing a qualitative approach, data was collected through interviews with deputy headmasters and heads of enterprises from selected public and private schools. The findings reveal significant differences in curricula, teaching methods, assessment practices, and teacher quality between the two types of schools. Public schools tend to emphasize student interactivity with a student-centered approach, while private schools are characterized by the use of modern technology and resources in learning. Despite these differences, both public and private schools share similarities in their commitment to improving the quality of teaching. Both types of schools invest in enhancing teacher competence through continuous training and professional development. The study concludes that although there are differences and similarities in approaches, resources, and learning methodologies in public and private schools, the quality of teachers and their commitment to improving teaching quality have a positive impact on both. This research provides valuable insights into the factors influencing learning quality in public and private schools, highlighting the crucial role of teachers and quality management in creating an effective and relevant learning environment for students.
