<![CDATA[This socialization activity aims to provide insight into opportunities to develop knowledge of trends and insights that are equal for small industries, as well as educate participants to obtain information to be able to join relevant associations/communities in every expert activity on social media. The implementation method follows a gradual process consisting of stages of information exchange, question and answer, discussion, and demonstration. The enthusiasm of the participants who followed with a percentage of 94%, and the results that have been achieved in the activities carried out are; 1) Participants are familiar with the knowledge and opportunities of home industry, 2) Participants are able to master the use of the Canva application to create product catalogs and implement it on various online sales media platforms, 3) Participants are able to take advantage of relevant associations/communities in every expert activity in the media social media to obtain relevant information, and 4) Participants are also able to master the knowledge gained as additional skills and create effective product promotion opportunities for home industries.]]>

<![CDATA[Automated Trading Systems & Autopilot Manual Trading training for 6 days on 10-15 January 2023 provides an understanding of the concepts and workings of ATS and AMT as well as risk management in trading. This training is expected to make participants more independent in trading and able to maximize the use of ATS and AMT to gain profits in their investments. In addition, this training is expected to make a positive contribution in increasing financial literacy and investment in society. However, this needs to be done in a structured and comprehensive manner so that capital market participants understand the potential risks that may arise when using Automated Trading Systems and Autopilot Manual Trading in their investment activities. The recommendation that can be made is to hold regular training and outreach, both by regulators, securities companies, and capital market associations. With effective training and outreach as well as strict supervision, it is hoped that capital market players will be able to optimize their investment potential by avoiding unwanted risks. This training can also help increase awareness and understanding of sharia compliance in investing in the Indonesian sharia capital market.]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi kegiatan Literacy Movement (LiMo) dan Mengetahui pengaruh kegiatan Literacy Movement (LiMo) dalam meningkatkan minat baca anak di SDN 1 Tegalurung, Balongan Indramayu mengingat rendahnya minat baca siswa ini juga terjadi di Kabupaten Indramayu. kegiatan Literacy Movement (LiMo) memiliki empat rangkaian kegiatan yaitu bercerita; bermain; membaca bersama; dan pemberian donasi yang dilakukan dengan mempertimbangkan kebutuhan anak sekolah dasar. Pengabdian ini menggunakan studi kasus dengan observasi, angket dan wawancara sebagai instrumen penelitian dalam mengumpulkan data guna mengetahui permasalahan dan solusi. Hasil pre-observasi melalui angket yang menunjukkan rendahnya minat baca pada siswa. Minat baca siswa kelas IV dan V 39% dan 39,90% kelas VI. Hasil dari kegiatan Literacy Movement (LiMo) terdapat perubahan positif terhadap keinginan siswa untuk membaca. Hasil angket menunjukkan bahwa minat baca siswa meningkat pada angka 70,14% untuk kelas IV, 73,3% untuk kelas V, 74,63% untuk kelas VI yang artinya minat baca siswa menjadi tinggi. Hal ini dapat terjadi dengan mempertimbangkan penyebab rendahnya keinginan atau ketertarikan membaca siswa seperti jenis buku yang cenderung monoton tentang pelajaran, kebutuhan siswa terhadap buku dengan tema non-pendidikan yang edukatif, jenis buku yang digemari siswa.]]>

<![CDATA[The development of the Smart City concept has become the main focus for many cities throughout the world, including in Indonesia. The city of Banda Aceh, as one of the important cities in Indonesia, also faces challenges and opportunities in realizing this vision. One of the main challenges faced is the lack of adequate technological infrastructure. This hampers the implementation of various Smart City services such as smart transportation systems and technology-based waste management. Apart from that, the low quality of telecommunications services also affects the growth of the digital economic sector in this city. However, there are significant opportunities to overcome these challenges. The use of technological innovations such as the Internet of Things (IoT) can be an effective solution. Collaboration between the public, private and community sectors is also key in facing these challenges. There is a need to increase investment in technological infrastructure and increase public awareness of the importance of the Smart City concept. By overcoming challenges and taking advantage of existing opportunities, the City of Banda Aceh can progress in realizing the vision of a Smart City that is inclusive, sustainable and highly competitive. This will provide great benefits for city residents in improving the quality of life and sustainable economic growth.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara kritis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan usaha kecil, dengan fokus pada usaha mikro di Bamenda, Kamerun. Menggunakan pendekatan metode campuran, penelitian ini memadukan data kuantitatif dari survei terhadap 200 manajer usaha kecil dengan wawancara kualitatif mendalam pada 15 manajer terpilih. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun faktor keberhasilan seperti kompetensi manajerial dan akses terhadap sumber daya keuangan konsisten dengan temuan sebelumnya, terdapat faktor-faktor unik yang berkaitan dengan konteks sosial-ekonomi Bamenda. Jaringan bisnis, inovasi, dan pengelolaan hubungan terbukti menjadi elemen penting dalam menentukan keberhasilan usaha kecil di wilayah ini. Selain itu, penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya dukungan eksternal, termasuk akses terhadap pembiayaan dan teknologi, yang memfasilitasi pengembangan usaha. Sementara kompetensi manajerial tetap menjadi penentu utama keberhasilan, kolaborasi strategis dalam jaringan bisnis serta kemitraan dengan pemasok juga memainkan peran signifikan dalam meningkatkan daya saing dan keberlanjutan usaha kecil. Studi ini memberikan kontribusi penting bagi literatur akademis terkait manajemen usaha kecil di negara berkembang, sekaligus memberikan rekomendasi untuk kebijakan yang mendukung pertumbuhan usaha kecil melalui peningkatan akses terhadap sumber daya, pelatihan manajerial, dan penguatan jaringan bisnis.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the use of Quipper Shool on student learning outcomes in science subjects on the human digestive system. Class VIII A students at SMP Negeri 1 Bissappu in the academic year 2022/2023, totaling 18 students. This research is a type of quantitative research using experimental methods as well as the media used in the study, namely Quipper School. The population in this study were all students of class VIII and class VIII A as the sample. The instrument in this study provided pre and post-test on the sample. Data collection techniques used are observation, tests, and documentation. Techniques Data analysis is descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. Based on the results of research and data analysis regarding comparison of statistical scores, comparison of learning outcomes categories, and comparison of completeness levels, it has been proven that there is an increase in student learning outcomes in class VIII A of SMP Negeri 1 Bissappu. It can be seen that student learning outcomes through descriptive statistical analysis before using Quipper School media, student scores. below the KKM value and after using the Quipper School media the student's score increased above the KKM score. It is known that the posttest score of 80.14 is greater than the pretest score of 76.14. From the results of these data, it can be concluded that the Quipper School-based learning media in learning can have an influence on student learning outcomes in science subjects for class VIII A SMP Negeri 1 Bissappu and provide a positive response to the learning media.]]>

<![CDATA[Research on the Effectiveness of Using the Quizlet Application on Assessment of Student Learning Outcomes in Science Lessons on Substances and Their Changes in Class VII 2 Students at SMP Negeri 18 Makassar in the 2022/2023 Academic Year, a total of 30 students. Aims to determine the effectiveness of student learning outcomes by using the Quizlet application in the Natural Sciences subject matter of substances and their changes. This research is a type of quantitative research using experimental methods and the media used in research, namely the Quizlet application. The sample in the research was class VII 2 students. The instruments in this study provided pre- and post-tests to the sample. Data collection techniques used are observation, tests, and documentation. Data analysis techniques are descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. Comparison of learning outcomes categories, and comparisons of completeness levels has proven an increase in class VII 2 student learning outcomes of SMP Negeri 18 Makassar. It can be seen that student learning outcomes through descriptive statistical analysis before using Quizlet media, the average student score is still below the KKM score and after using media quizlet average student scores increased above the KKM score. The finding that the posttest result value is 84 is greater than the pretest result value which is 62.5. Furthermore, based on the results of inferential statistical analysis using the t test formula, it is known that the tcount obtained is 2.326 with a frequency df = 30-1 = 29, at a significant level = 0.05 or 5%, the ttable is 1.699. So tcount > ttable or H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Based on these results it can be concluded that there is a significant increase in student learning outcomes. From the results of this study it can be interpreted that through learning media based on the Quizlet application in learning can have an influence on student learning outcomes in class VII 2 Science class SMP Negeri 18 Makassar and provide a positive response to the learning media.]]>

<![CDATA[Research on the effectiveness of using Ed-link learning media as a learning evaluation tool at Makassar National Middle School aims to determine the effectiveness of using the Ed-link application as a learning evaluation tool. This type of research uses a quantitative method with a pre-experimental research design that uses one sample class in the form of pre-test and post-test. The data collection technique in this study was observation and test data analysis. The technique used was descriptive statistical analysis. The subjects in this study were students of class VII.B Makassar National Middle School in the 2022/2023 academic year, a total of 32 students. Based on data analysis, discussion of research results regarding the effectiveness of using learning media as a learning evaluation tool in Indonesian subjects, literary work entitled that: the ed-Link application is effectively used as an alternative learning evaluation tool at Makassar National Middle School with scores from observations of the use of ed- link in Indonesian subject class VII B is in a very good category which can be seen from the results of student learning through descriptive statistical analysis before using the media application ed-link, the average student score is still below the KKM after using the media, the average student score increases above KKM . It turns out that the value of the post test results, which is 2,422, is greater than the pre-test result value, which is 30.92. From the results of this study it can be interpreted that the use of ed-link as a learning evaluation tool in Indonesian subjects at the Makassar National Middle School is effective.]]>

Aims to determine the effectiveness of the use of wizer.me Interactive media in science subjects. This research is a type of quantitative research using experimental methods and the media used in this research, namely wizer.me. The sample is class XI IPA II students. The instruments in this study provide pre- and post-tests on the sample. Data collection techniques used are observation, tests, and documentation. Data analysis techniques are descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. Comparison of learning outcomes categories, and comparison of completeness levels has proven an increase in student learning outcomes in class XI IPA II at SMA Negeri 5 Bantaeng. It can be seen that student learning outcomes through descriptive statistical analysis before using wizer.me interactive media, the average student score is still below the mark KKM and after using wizer.me interactive media the average student score increased. He obtained that the posttest result value was 80.5, which was greater than the pretest result value, which was 61.75. Furthermore, based on the results of inferential statistical analysis using the t test formula, it is known that the t count obtained is 13.708, at a significant level = 0.05 or 5%, the t table is 1.740. So tCount > tTable or 13.708>1.740 thus H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. From the results of this study it can be concluded that by using wizer.me interactive media it has been effectively used in learning science for class XI IPA II at SMA Negeri 5 Bantaeng.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to describe the use, design and results of office sway-based media development in class X Indonesian teaching materials that are valid and practical. This type of research is Research and Development. Media research and development procedures use the Borg & Gall development model, namely: surveys and data collection, planning, development of product drafts, expert validation tests, design revisions and product trials. This research was conducted at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Unismuh Makassar with Class X research objects totaling 24 students and 1 Indonesian teacher. Research data collection techniques were obtained through observation, interviews, product validation to experts, student and teacher response questionnaires, as well as post-test and pre-test scores. The results of the data were analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. The results of the study show that the developed media is classified as feasible, as can be seen from the validation of material experts with an average percentage of 78.33% and the validation of media experts with an average percentage of 86%. The Indonesian teacher's response stated that the media was good with an average percentage of 82.10% and the student response questionnaire met practical criteria, the completeness score of student learning outcomes was more than 7.5%, which was 8.45%. Based on this, comparison and analysis can be interpreted that the learning product developed in the form of an E-book based on the Office Sway application in the teaching materials of this module can be declared valid and practical to use as an Indonesian language learning medium.]]>
