Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of Ownership Structure and Dividend Policy on Company Value with Debt Policy as an intervening variable in LQ45 companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2021 period. The population of this research is all 45 LQ45 companies registered on the IDX. The sampling technique in the research used purposive sampling so that 10 data analysis samples were obtained. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this research used the Smart PLS 3.0 application. The results of this research indicate that Ownership Structure and Dividend Policy have a significant negative effect on Debt Policy, Ownership Structure does not have a significant effect on Company Value. Ownership Structure and Debt Policy have a significant negative effect on Company Value, and Dividend Policy has a significant positive effect on Company Value. Ownership Structure and Dividend Policy do not have a significant effect on Company Value through Debt Policy.

Abstract

Bank Central Asia Situbondo Branch. By using the Partial Least Square (PLS) Structural equation model. Results of direct influence hypothesis testing using the Smart PLS 3.0 application. Service quality has a significant positive effect on Satisfaction (H1 is accepted), Product quality has a significant positive effect on Satisfaction (H2 is accepted), Trust has a significant positive effect on Satisfaction (H3 is accepted), Service quality has a positive but not significant effect on Loyalty (H4 is rejected), Quality product has a positive but not significant effect on Loyalty (H5 is rejected), Trust has a positive but not significant effect on Loyalty (H6 is rejected), Satisfaction has a significant positive effect on Loyalty (H7 is accepted), Service quality has a significant positive effect on Loyalty through Satisfaction (H8 is accepted), Product quality has a significant positive effect on Loyalty through Satisfaction (H9 is accepted), and Trust has a significant positive effect on Loyalty through Satisfaction (H10 is accepted).

Abstract

This study aims to design an optimal furniture product catalog website interface design with a focus on aspects of functionality, clarity, aesthetics, and responsiveness, using UD. Prana Meubel as a case study. Through analysis of the company's business needs, understanding of user preferences, and exploration of effective design trends, this research resulted in an interface design that reflects UD's brand identity. Prana Meubel, pays attention to product search functionality, intuitive navigation, as well as attractive product visualization. It is hoped that the results of this study can contribute to the understanding of the importance of website interface design in the furniture industry, as well as provide practical guidance for similar companies in improving their online presence and user experience.

Abstract

Limited technological mastery challenges pre-elderly students participating in online Teacher Professional Education (PPG) programs. This study explores their motivation and obstacles through a mixed research approach. Four key motivational factors were identified: intrinsic, career, social, and economic. These factors drive their decision to pursue further education in teaching. However, technological and digital skill limitations remain significant barriers. Institutional support addresses these challenges such as specialized digital training and mentoring. Such initiatives help students critically reflect on their limitations and shift their perspectives on online learning. Aligning with Jack Mezirow's transformative learning theory, this process emphasizes critical reflection to overcome obstacles and foster perspective changes. Ultimately, this approach enables pre-elderly students to effectively achieve their learning goals, enhancing their contributions to academic and professional communities.

Abstract

This research examines the role of artificial intelligence (AI) in public policy through a literature study approach. The background of the research is based on the rapid development of digitalization and the increasing need for innovation in governance. AI, as a data analysis and prediction tool, has the potential to improve the quality of decision-making and the efficiency of public administration. This study identifies various AI implementations in the health, transportation, and public service sectors in several countries, highlighting benefits such as improved service effectiveness and operational optimization. However, AI implementation also poses ethical challenges such as algorithmic bias, privacy issues, and lack of transparency in the decision-making process. The discussion in this study addresses policy recommendations to address these challenges as well as a comparison of AI adoption in developed and developing countries, providing insights into best practices and anticipated barriers. The research concludes that responsible AI adoption, supported by comprehensive regulation and capacity building of the apparatus, can significantly transform public policy.

Abstract

Environment is everything around the human being and influences the development of human life. Environmental problems have to be solved by all parties, including parents. Environmental responsibility behavior comes from an awareness of the problems that occurred. This awareness can solve the problems. The responsibility behavior of parents is the result of the interaction of various factors, one of them is a personality factor. This study aimed to recognize the correlation between personality and environmental responsibility behavior of parents. This research was conducted in SMP (Junior High School) Labschool Jakarta, SMP Labschool Kebayoran, and SMP Labschool Cibubur in the first semester of the 2019/2020 academic year. The population of the study was all parents whose children study at the mentioned Lab schools. The method used was a survey method through correlational studies. The correlation coefficient obtained was 0.961. It could be interpreted that the determination coefficient was 92.4 %. Based on the result, it could be concluded that the personality variable contributed to the parents’ environmental responsibility behavior (92.4 %) while 7.6 % was determined by other factors. The very high correlation could have an impact on a child's parenting. Parents who have a high personality will educate their children to have a high personality and environmental responsibility as well. Learning models in schools that are appropriate and contain strong Islamic values will be able to strengthen the personality of a child that has been formed by his parents at home.

Abstract

Tingginya tingkat turnover karyawan di PT Bumi Berkah Boga (Kopi Kenangan) mengindikasikan adanya isu loyalitas yang berpotensi menghambat pertumbuhan perusahaan di era globalisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap loyalitas karyawan. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan kausal, menggunakan survei untuk mengumpulkan data dari 100 karyawan sebagai sampel dari total 133 populasi di Karawang, yang dihitung menggunakan Rumus Slovin. Instrumen penelitian diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya, dan data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program IBM SPSS 25, didahului dengan uji asumsi klasik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan, dibuktikan dengan nilai t-hitung 6,485 t-tabel 1,984 dan signifikansi 0,000 0,05. Koefisien determinasi sebesar 54,8% menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja berperan penting dalam menjelaskan loyalitas karyawan. Dengan demikian, peningkatan motivasi kerja melalui pengembangan karier, promosi, dan kepemimpinan dapat menjadi solusi strategis untuk meningkatkan loyalitas dan mengurangi turnover karyawan.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the role of purchasing decisions in mediating discount programs, store atmosphere, and advertising on consumer loyalty at the Reborn Point Kumpul Cafe. The population in this research are consumers who make purchase transactions at the Point Kumpul Reborn Café Situbondo. The sampling technique used in this research is the probability sampling method using random sampling technique. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this research used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The research results show that the discount program has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, the store atmosphere has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, advertising has an insignificant positive effect on purchasing decisions, the discount program has a significant negative effect on consumer loyalty, the store atmosphere has an insignificant positive effect on consumer loyalty, Advertising has a positive but not significant effect on consumer loyalty, purchasing decisions have a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty, discount programs have a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty through purchasing decisions, discount programs have a positive but not significant effect on consumer loyalty through purchasing decisions, discount programs have a positive but not significant effect not significant to consumer loyalty through purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Eka Jaya Internasional is a company that focuses on producing facial, hair, fragrance and home care products. The company continues to innovate in creating quality products by creating the Hanasui brand. This brand has gone viral and is widely discussed by the public, especially in the Dawuhan community. So the focus of this research is on consumers of the Hanasui brand in Dawuhan Village who purchase through the Shopee e-commerce. The sampling technique was determined by purposive sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using Smart PLS 3.0, showed that Price had a positive but not significant effect on Purchase decisions, Product quality had a significant positive effect on Purchase decisions, Price that with Promotion moderation had a positive but not significant effect on Purchase Decisions, Product quality that with Promotion moderation had a significant negative effect on Purchase Decisions.
