Abstract

This service aims to provide halaqah tahsin assistance to improve the quality of Sinjai Muslim women's reading of the Qur'an. The method for implementing this assistance is divided into three stages, namely (1) The preparation and planning stage, carried out for a week, namely in the form of field observations, entering into a cooperation agreement with the ustazah as the mudarrisah at the halaqah tahsin. (2) The implementation stage is carried out by carrying out a mentoring process for Sinjai Muslim women who learn to improve their reading of the Qur'an (tahsin) guided by the ustazah as mudarrisah. At this stage, before the ustazah delivers the Tahsin material, the ustazah first invites each Muslim woman to take turns reading the Koran starting from juz 30 where at each meeting there will be a revised reading of one to 3 surahs. Then, the ustazah explains the tahsin material in a structured manner to Muslim women as in the tahsin manual while providing example verses so that Muslim women can more easily understand the material. (3) Evaluation and reporting stage where the author evaluates the ability or understanding of Muslim women during the process of improving their reading of the Qur'an in the halaqah tahsin. The results of this halaqah tahsin assistance show an increase in the quality of Qur'an reading among Sinjai Muslim women. After following the assistance in halaqah tahsin, the ability to read the Koran of Sinjai Muslim women gradually improved and became better, in accordance with the rules of tajwid.

Abstract

The study aims to investigate effective strategies for enhancing employee retention and fostering a nurturing work environment in organizations. Employing a comprehensive literature review approach, this research synthesizes key findings regarding financial incentives, career development opportunities, supportive work environments, and effective leadership practices in promoting employee retention. Methodologically, the study utilizes a qualitative analysis of existing literature to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to the retention strategies employed by organizations. The findings suggest that competitive salaries, performance bonuses, comprehensive benefits packages, and career advancement pathways are instrumental in attracting and retaining top talent. Additionally, fostering a supportive work environment characterized by open communication, transparent leadership, inclusivity, and empowerment significantly contributes to employee satisfaction and retention. Effective leadership practices, such as transformational leadership and visionary communication, play a critical role in inspiring employee engagement and commitment. Implications of the study underscore the importance of organizations adopting a multifaceted approach to retention, integrating financial incentives, career development opportunities, supportive work environments, and effective leadership practices. By recognizing and addressing the diverse needs and preferences of employees, organizations can create a positive workplace culture conducive to long-term employee retention and organizational success.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how the bride and groom course (suscatin) is implemented in dealing with divorce at KUA North Sinjai. This research is file research with a qualitative approach. The data collection method is in-depth interviews or focus groups with course participants. Data is collected and then analyzed. Based on the research results, the first thing is to increase communication with your partner, apart from communication, you can also manage conflicts that are likely to occur with your partner, there is an understanding of commitment. Couples can have a deeper understanding of the meaning of marriage and the long-term commitment needed to maintain a relationship. , then understanding roles and responsibilities. In implementing the bride and groom course, it can help couples understand their respective roles and responsibilities in marriage. Second, regarding participants' perceptions of the bride and groom course, it can vary, but overall, the course is often considered as a valuable step in preparing couples for a happy and successful married life in the future

Abstract

BAWASLU merupakan badan independent yang dibentuk oleh pemerintah dalam rangka menjamin pelaksanaan pemilu yang jujur dan adil. Oleh karena itu, untuk mempermudah sosialisasi mengenai keberadaan , peran, fungsi dan kegiatan-kegiatan BAWASLU, maka sosial berbasis Jaringan Online (daring). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen media komunikasi Badan Pengawas Pemilu Kabupaten Sinjai dan untuk mengetahui manejemen media komunikasi berbasis internet yang dimanfaatkan oleh Badan Pengaawas Pemilu (BAWASLU) Kabupaten Sinjai. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan jenis kualitatif. Data Primer adalah komisioner BAWASLU Kabu[aten Sinjai. Data Sekunder adalah dokumen terkait penelitian. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis dilakukan dengan mereduksi data, kemudian menyajikannya dan terakhir menarik kesimpulan. Hasil Penelitian menemukan : (1) Badan Pengawas Pemilu (BAWASLU) Kabupaten Sinjai sebagai Lembaga independent berupaya seoptimal mungkin untuk menjaga agar ini Lembaga tetap menjadi Lembaga yang kredibel dalam memberikan pencerahan kepada Masyarakat seputaran pemilu dengan menerapkan manajemen media komunikasi online secara ketat ; mulai dari perencanaan, pengorganisasian, kepemimpinan dan pengawasan (controlling). (2) Badan Pengawas Pemilu (BAWASLU) Kabupaten Sinjai dalam menjalankan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya memanfaatkan Media Daring (Dalam Jaringan). Media Daring (Dalam Jaringan) yang paling banyak digunakan adalan facebook dan Instagram.

Abstract

This article aims to examine obstacles and solutions in political communication. The research method is qualitative with the type of library research, with qualitative descriptive analysis. The research results show that communication involving political actors conveying political messages, or relating to power, government and government policy, in the implementation of political communication often encounters various obstacles. The types of political communication barriers include technical barriers, semantic barriers, psychological barriers, physical barriers, organic barriers, status barriers, framework barriers, cultural barriers, and bureaucratic barriers. Paying attention to the many obstacles in political communication and the various solutions offered, then in general The outline of the solution in dealing with political communication obstacles consists of the quality and quantity of political communication, considering media openness, comprehensive and coordinated communication strategy and planning

Abstract

This study aims to determine: the effect of the application of REBT counseling guidance on the learning motivation of students of SMP Negeri 35 Sinjai. This study is a quantitative study using the ex post facto method. The population of this study was all students in class VII.2 of SMP Negeri 35 Sinjai as many as 23 people consisting of 10 males and 13 females. The data collection techniques were questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique was quantitative research using statistical methods. The results of the study on the questionnaire sheet showed that the application of REBT counseling guidance had an effect of 32.7% on students' learning motivation. The results showed that Thitung counseling REBT 3.193> Ttable student learning motivation 2.085 and the significance value or probability was 0.004 <0.05, this means that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. Based on the description above, it shows that the implementation of REBT counseling guidance has an effect on the learning motivation of students at SMP Negeri 35 Sinjai.

Abstract

The Muhammadiyah Student Association (IMM) in the Da'wah Movement at the Ahmad Dahlan Islamic University (UIAD) Campus intends to strengthen Faith and Piety, especially in activities that are often carried out. This research is a descriptive qualitative study. The data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. The subjects in this study were IMM cadres and UIAD students. The results of the study found that the role of IMM in da'wah has been realized but the involvement of participants is very minimal. In Da'wah, many methods or ways are found such as oral or direct methods, writing, actions or policies. The da'wah movement is based on QS Ali-Imran / 3: 104 which explains that a group of people are called to do good, inviting them to good deeds and preventing them from evil deeds. In da'wah there are supporting and inhibiting factors in the realization of an activity. An example of a supporting factor is the desire in the heart to believe in Allah SWT in this case implemented by participating in activities. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor itself is the lack of communication and participation from the surrounding environment.

Abstract

Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran jigsaw terhadap motivasi dan pemahaman konsep siswa pada mata pelajaran PAI Aqidah Akhlak di SMA Negeri 19 Bone. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan Motivasi dan pemahaman konsep siswa pada pembelajaran PAI muatan pelajaran Aqidah akhlak melalui model pembelajaran jigsaw di Kelas XI Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 19 Bone. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Pengaruh model pembelajaran jigsaw terhadap motivasi dan pemahaman konsep siswa pada mata pelajaran aqidah akhlak kelas XI SMA Negeri 19 Bone, (2) Pengaruh terhadap motivasi dan pemahaman konsep siswa pada mata pelajaran Aqidah Akhlak kelas X SMA Negeri 19 Bone,, (3) Pengaruh model pembelajaran jigsaw terhadap motivasi dan pemahaman konsep siswa pada mata pelajaran Aqidah Akhlak kelas XI SMA Negeri 19 Bone.Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian expot vacto dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas XI. adapun metode pengumpulan data yaitu dengan teknik angket dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan analisis datanya menggunakan deskriptif statistic. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Pertama, ada pengaruh Model pembelajaran jigsaw terhadap motivasi dan pemahaman konsep siswa mata pelajaran aqidah akhlak kelas XI SMA Negeri 19 Bone dengan nilai 0.004<0.05.Adapun besar pengaruh sebesar 11,1%. Ke dua, ada pengaruh terhadap motivasi dan pemahaman konsep siswa pada mata pelajaran aqidah akhlak kelas XI SMA Negeri 19 Bone dengan nilai 0.000<0.05. Adapun besar pengaruh sebesar 43,0%. Ke tiga, ada pengaruh model pembelajaran jigsaw terhadap motivasi dan pemahaman konsep siswa pada mata pelajaran aqidah akhlak kelas XI SMA Negeri 19 Bone dengan nilai 0.000<0.05. Adapun besar pengaruh sebesar 47,4%.

Abstract

Penyalahgunaan narkoba adalah masalah serius yang mempengaruhi kesehatan masyarakat secara keseluruhan, terutama di kalangan remaja. Mahasiswa Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) memiliki peran strategis dalam memberikan pendidikan tentang bahaya narkoba sebagai bagian dari pengabdian mereka kepada masyarakat. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat khususnya generasi muda tentang bahaya dan dampak penyalahgunaan narkoba di Desa Nata Kecamatan Palibelo Kabupaten Bima. Metode kegiatan dilakukan dengan penyuluhan dan pemutaran film tentang bahaya narkoba, jenis-jneis narkoba dan sanksi Hukum serta undang-undang Narkotika dan Psikotropika. Hasil dari kegiatan sosialisasi oleh mahasiswa KKN Ummat menunjukkan bahwa program sosialisasi yang dilakukan berhasil meningkatkan kesadaran dan pemahaman masyarakat, terutama remaja, tentang risiko yang terkait dengan narkoba, dan sikap remaja/siswa setelah mengikuti program ini cukup baik, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan yang dilakukan mahasiswa KKN Ummat dapat membantu remaja/siswa memahami bahaya dan dampak negatif narkoba dengan baik serta memotivasi mereka untuk tidak mneyalah menggunakan narkoba.

Abstract

Creating an animation for the Polonia Medan Immigration Company Profile Design Using Motion Graphics Animation is a design that aims to provide information about the Polonia Medan Immigration Office, so that it can be known by the wider public while making this animation a medium for finding out what the public doesn't know about the Polonia Medan Immigration Office . Multimedia is a combination of three elements, namely sound, images and text which can create dynamic and interactive presentations.
