Abstract

The development of MSMEs is currently influential in increasing people's income, facilitating and accelerating the process of improving the economy. MSME actors in Ciawi village are still done manually by taking orders offline. This is done because they still have little energy and limitations to market these products, and lack of mastery of information and communication technology-based marketing strategies. This community service aims to provide the community with the importance of brand strength of a product brand (brand equity) of SMEs, and how to introduce the brand so that it is known to all levels of society. Most of the GENERAL actors in Ciawi village have not used good and attractive packaging, do not know a place where they can become legal entrepreneurs and develop better through MSME groups in the Brebes Regency area. Furthermore, the team formulated problem analysis and solutions related to problems in the field by providing branding equity training which was attended by 20 participants. In addition, training on making packaging that is more attractive, to support buying interest and selling power. Marketing strategy introduced by utilizing the use of social media to support business development activities.

Abstract

Financial management ability in terms of financial planning is one of the abilities that must be possessed by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) by increasing their financial planning knowledge. The existence of good financial management capabilities can carry out effective, efficient, and useful financial planning, so that business actors are expected to increase the level of welfare in running their business. This community service activity is carried out with the aim that MSME actors have good financial planning knowledge. This community service activity uses the method of material presentation, discussion and question and answer. The result of this activity is that business actors can carry out financial planning on their business activities. By having good financial planning knowledge, business actors in Tiwulandu Village, Brebes are expected to be more advanced, smooth, and prosperous in running their businesses.

Abstract

The strategic location makes Brebes a good economic center, especially for buying and selling souvenirs, as well as being a center for trading Brebes souvenirs. These were merchants with typical Brebes, totaling 34 merchants. The study used randomly distributed questionnaires. The data analysis method uses SPSS and is processed to calculate validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, regression analysis, t tests, F tests and determination tests. The results showed that willingness to pay affects the productivity of typical Brebes souvenirs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas penerapan absensi fingerprint di BPPKAD. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif pada 74 sampel berdasarkan teknik purposive sampling. Pertimbangan dalam penentuan responden dilakukan dengan mempertimbangkan pegawai yang sudah memiliki NIP. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Penentuan nilai absensi fingerprint dilakukan dengan menggunakan rekapitulasi data sekunder. Pengumpulan data dilakukan selama satu bulan, 27 Januari - 25 Februari 2020. Penyajian secara deskriptif digunakan untuk menjelaskan tanggapan yang diberikan berdasarkan nilai prosentase jumlah responden. Hasil penelitian ini adalah efektifitas penerapan absensi fingerprint di BPPKAD Kabupaten Brebes sebesar 974 point atau 59,83% pada tingkat kehadiran tepat waktu (15.06), telat berangkat (32.55), pulang cepat (0.51), absen berangkat (2.16), absen pulang (6.57), telat berangkat absen pulang (0.31) dan telat berangkat absen pulang (2.67). Sementara itu, terdapat 40.17% yang dikategorikan melanggar aturan antara lain: tidak masuk tanpa alas an (28.72), izin sakit (7.63) dan izin tidak berangkat (3.82). Hasil penelitan menunjukan bahwa penerapan absensi fingerprint sebesar 59.83% dapat dikategorikan kurang efektif (pada skala 41 – 60). Sehingga untuk meningkatkan efektifitas penerapan absensi fingerprint dapat dilakukan dengan menerapkan peraturan kepegawaian yang lebih ketat dan pemberian peringatan sampai pemotongan gaji kepada pegawai yang tidak patuh pada aturan kepegawaian yang berlaku

Abstract

Riset ini tujuannya untuk mengetahui pengaruhnya harga jual dan merek produk terhadap minatbeli konsumen di Konter Andhika Cell Losari. Riset ini bagian penelitian kuantitatif. Jumlah populasi riset ini yaitu 333 diambil dari rata-rata pengunjung maupun pembeli handphone perhari di Konter Andhika Cell setiap bulan. Sampel diambil dengan memakai rumus slovin dengan teknik insidental sehingga diperoleh sampelnya sebanyak 77 orang. Cara mengumpulan data dengan kuesioner dan analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil riset menunjukkan harga jual dan merek produk baik secara individu maupun bersama mempunyai pengaruhnya secara signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen di Konter Andika Cell Losari.

Abstract

The village budget is one of the things that must be considered to realize good governance in the village. The purpose of this study is to determine the readiness, planning, implementation, administration, reporting, and accountability of the village government in Banjarharjo District, Brebes Regency in managing village finances through Siskuedes. The method used in this study is descriptive quantitative, namely analyzing the implementation of the APBDes accounting system. The results showed that, 1) the readiness of village officials in the accountability of village fund management showed a percentage of 99.38%; 2) planning apbdes with several indicators, namely by the village head and improved to determine the draft village regulation on APBDes into village regulations reaching 100% in each indicator; 3) the implementation of the APBDes shows a percentage of 96.15%, namely village expenditures excluding binding employee expenditures and office operations stipulated in the village head regulation; 4) accountability for apbdes administration shows a percentage of 100% in each indicator; 5) accountability for reporting the use of APBDes shows a percentage of 100%; 6) accountability of APBDes accountability shows a percentage of 100% in each indicator.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of individual competence factors, organizational support factors, management support factors on employee performance (case study at grand dian hotel). This study used a saturated sampling technique, a sample of 128 respondents of Grand Dian Hotel employees was used. This research method is obtained from a questionnaire (primary). The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression with the hypothesis test of the stimulant statistical test (F test) and the t statistical test (t test). The results showed that the variable of individual competency factors did not have a significant effect on the performance of Grand Dian Hotel employees. The variable organizational support factor has a significant effect on the performance of Grand Dian Hotel employees. The variable management support factor has a significant effect on the performance of Grand Dian Hotel employees. Variables of individual competence factors, organizational support factors, management support factors simultaneously together on the performance of Grand Dian Hotel employees.

Abstract

This research aims to know and analyse, causal studies of organizational culture, organizational commitment and work motivation towards employee performance. Using quantitative approach method with survey. Data was taken through the technique of sample random sampling (simple randomized technique) of the population number of 3500 employees and sampled 10% of the population is 98 employees. Data collection using questionnaires while data analysis is done using multiple regression analysis. And data processing using SPSS. The results show that there is no cultural influence on the organization's performance, there is a influence of organisational commitment to employee performance and there is no influence of work motivation to employee performance. Simultaneously means the organizational culture, and the motivation of work has no effect while the organizational commitment significantly affects the employee's performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of service quality and price on consumer satisfaction at UD refill drinking water depots. Enzes Pengbean. The population in this study are consumers who visit and are regular customers of the UD refill drinking water depot. Enzes at Pengabean, numbering around 400 people, were taken from 2019 data using purposive sampling. With the results of the research showing that service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction at the UD Refill Drinking Water Depot. Enzes was 40.3%, and prices had a significant effect on consumer satisfaction at the UD Refill Drinking Water Depot. Enzes, amounting to 43.3%. With a value of Fcount > Ftable (28.325 > 2.70), Service Quality and Price simultaneously or simultaneously have a significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction at UD refill drinking water depots. Reliability and determinant value (R2) of 0.472 or 47.2% This high enough value indicates that other factors not included as variables in this study have less ability to explain consumer satisfaction at UD refill drinking water depots. Abstract

Companies engaged in the automotive sector, especially two-wheeled vehicles, cannot be separated from the competition. Therefore, companies are vying to increase sales volume as much as possible. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of promotional costs on sales volume, selling prices on sales volume, and promotional costs and selling prices on sales volume. This study used secondary data. The population in this study is the annual financial report on Yamaha Agung Motor Brebes for 2016-2018. A sample of 117 data. Sample selection using purposive sampling technique. Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis, with the help of the SPSS program. The results of this study showed: promotion costs partially have a significant effect on sales volume, partial selling prices have no significant effect on sales volume, and promotion costs and selling prices simultaneously have a significant effect on sales volume
