Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the role of communication, work environment and compensation on employee performance with morale as an intervening variable. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Eka Prima Mandiri Sentosa-Surabaya Branch. The sample in this study was 58 respondents. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Analysis of the data used in this study using validity, reliability, normality, path analysis, t test and Sobel test.The results showed that communication did not play a direct role in morale. While the work environment and compensation play a direct role in morale. Communication does not play a direct role in employee performance. Meanwhile, the work environment and compensation have a direct role in employee performance. Morale plays a direct role in employee performance. Communication plays a direct role in employee performance with morale as an intervening variable. Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of research are to determine whether there is asimultaneous influence between the retail marketing mix consisting of, product,price, place, promotion, in-store atmosphere and service to purchase decision atResist Wear Turen Malang Distribution and to find out whether there is partialinfluence between the mix marketing consisting of, product, price, place,promotion, in-store atmosphere and service to purchasing decision at Resist WearTuren Malang Distribution. By using analysis tool that is doubled linearregression.Based on research and discussion in this research that can be drawn theconclusion that the retail marketing mix consisting of, product, price, place,promotion, store atmosphere and service to purchase decision at Resist WearTuren Malang Distribution, can influence simultaneously to decision purchase ofResist Wear Turen Malang Distribution. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study is aimed to know the effect of the service quality, the price and the product quality on customers’ loyalty through satisfaction as intervening variable (a case study of Ayam Nelongso Sawojajar restaurant customers). This study used qualitative research approach and this study is an explanatory research. The population of this study is all the consumers who become the customers of Ayam Nelongso Sawojajar restaurant.  The purposive sampling technique was used in this study to determine the sample.   The data was gained from distributing the questionnaire to 99 respondents. The instrument used for collect the data was questionnaire and for the data analysis, the method used was path analysis.  Based on the data analysis and the hypothesis testing, the result of this study is: The service quality and the product quality on customers’ loyalty of the variables’ satisfaction is positively and significantly affected and for the price on satisfaction as the intervening variable is not significantly affected. Based on the statement above, it can be concluded that the service quality, the price and the product quality on customers’ loyalty through variables’ satisfaction is positively and significantly affected.  Keywords : service quality, price, product quality, satisfaction, customers loyalty

Abstract

AbstractIn the digital era such as today's online activities have penetrated into every sector is no exception in marketing activities. Rapid technological developments have an impact on entrepreneurs, promotion of social media can be used as a sales strategy, buying and selling, and the promotion process simultaneously. This research uses explanatory research with a qualitative approach. There are four variables used in this study, namely content creation (X1), content sharing (X2), connecting (X3), word of mouth (X4) and purchasing decision structure (Y) . Data collection was obtained using online questionnaires (Google form) on mbok taya customers according to the number of Instagram followers. The sample used in this study amounted to 97 respondents, all respondents came from mbok taya customers according to the number of Instagram followers totaling 1,645 who were divided using the formula slovin get the 97 respondents. The technique used in sampling is Non-Probability analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear analysis, the results of this study indicate that each variable consisting of content creation (X1), content sharing (X2), connecting (X3) ), word of mouth (X4) simultaneously influences the purchase decision (Y). Based on the results of this study, mbok taya should use an online marketing strategy or social media marketing namely intsagram to strengthen purchasing decisions.keywords : social media marketing, purchase decision and word of mouth

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study is to know and analyze how the Influence ofService Quality And Facilities To Student Satisfaction Faculty of EconomicsAngakatan 2014-2016 Islamic University of Malang. The population in this studyis all students of the Faculty of Economics UNISMA. This research used surveymethod by taking sample from a population and using questionnaire as main datacollecting tool, with number 95 respondents. Analytical techniques in this studyusing multiple linear regression.The results showed that partially Variable Service Quality and Facilitieshave a positive and significant effect on Student Satisfaction. Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of research is to analyze the effect of store atmosphere, product diversity, and service quality on consumer buying interest at Halalan Mart Sukorejo. The population in this study are consumers of Halalan Mart. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a sample size of 90 respondents to Halalan Mart consumers. The method used in processing data using a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis tools through the IBM SPSS 25 application program (statistical product and service solutions). From data management, it is found that store atmosphere and product diversity have a positive and significant effect on consumer purchase interest, while service quality does not, and simultaneously the three independent variables have a significant effect on consumer purchase interest. Keywords: Analysis Store Atmosphere, Product Diversity, Service Quality, Purchase Interest

Abstract

AbstractFinancial aspect is a measure of a company's success in its performance and one of the aspects that influences the company's survival. Companies that have healthy financial performance will be known from how the company's ability to obtain profits through profitability ratios. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of working capital management, company age, company size, and sales growth on profitability of companies listed on the IDX. The data collection method used in this study is documentation. The type of data used in this study is secondary data. the method of analysis used in this study is multiple regression. This study uses data from companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018 and samples were taken using purposive sampling. The number of samples taken in this study were 10 companies. The results of this study are the Working Capital Management and Age of the company affect the profitability, and the variable size of the company and growth does not affect the profitability. Keywords: Working Capital Management, Company Age, Company Size, Profitability.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of Influencer Marketing, Brand Image, Product Design, Product Quality on Purchase Intention during the Covid-19 Pandemic (Case Study on Brand Erigo in Malang City). This type of research is explanatory research using a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used in this study is non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling approach. The data collection method in this study was carried out by distributing online questionnaires with a Likert scale given to respondents who intend to buy products from the Erigo brand. The sample used in this study were 90 respondents. Research data were analyzed using IBM SPSS software. The results of this study found that the variables of influencer marketing, brand image, product design, product quality have a simultaneous effect on purchase intention. The results of this study also found that the influencer marketing variable had no effect of 0.540 on purchase intention. The brand image variable was found to have an effect of 0.019 on purchase intention. The product design variable was found to have an effect of 0.005 on purchase intention. The product quality variable was found to have no effect of 0.054 on purchase intention. Based on the results of this analysis, the Erigo brand should use influencer marketing with a positive and strong appeal and select prospective influencer marketing who have credibility that can represent the product. Second, the Erigo brand is expected to improve the quality of Erigo products in terms of materials. Third, the Erigo brand is expected to always try to maintain and improve the company's brand image for its products and is expected to continue to innovate in product design so as to increase the purchasing value of consumers to buy Erigo products, because design is one of the important tools to face the rapid market competition in the business world. Keyword: influencer marketing, brand image, product design, product quality, purchase intention.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to explain the influence of corporate reputation, trustand website quality to the loyalty of online shop customers olx.com, StudentFaculty of Economics class year 2015 UNISMA. The population of this researchis all students of faculty of economics year 2015 UNISMA. The sample was takenby using purposive sampling method so that 88 respondents who fulfill thecondition as sample. This research uses primary data and multiple regressionanalysis method.The result of this research show that firm reputation variable havepositive and significant influence to customer loyalty, trust variable have positiveeffect and not significant to customer loyalty, website quality variable havepositive and insignificant to customer loyalty, simultaneously variable of companyreputation, trust and website quality have significant influence .Keywords: company reputation, trust, website quality, customer loyalty.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to find out how Gojek users decide to use Gojek services. In this research, five variables are used, namely price, convenience, service quality and trust, which are independent variables, while user decisions are dependent variables. Whereas in this study the number of respondents obtained was 147 respondents based on the results of the questionnaire distributed but from that number there were 47 respondents who did not meet the sample criteria, so the number of samples that had been selected was only 100 respondents. In determining the sample criteria in this study using purposive sampling, namely determining the sample based on certain criteria. The analysis technique used in the study is multiple linear regression analysis technique that is with research data in the form of cross section data. The results in this study indicate that the variable price, convenience, service quality and trust simultaneously have a positive effect simultaneously on Gojek service user decisions. On the price variable, convenience, service quality and trust have a partial positive effect on the decision of Gojek service users.Keywords: Price, Ease, Service Quality, Trust, User Decision.
