Abstract

ABSTRACT In this study aims to determine the effect of Advertising and public relations on the decision of students to choose Unisma campus, through the image of campus institutions as an intervening variable. For the independent variables in this study are Advertising and Public relations, while the dependent variable for this research is the image of the campus institution and the decision to choose. For this type of research using empirical research which uses secondary data, obtained from the Unisma Malang campus (Source BAAK 2019 student data), and primary data obtained from questionnaire collection from each of the respondents that have been previously determined. The population in this study was the class of 2019 students, totaling 3,434 students. which has been determined with a total sample of 97 samples. This sampling technique uses purposive sampling in which proportional sampling has each criterion. To solve the problem in this study using the test instrument which the Validity and Reliability Test, Normality, Path analyst, Hypothesis Test and Sobel Test the test results of the analysis data show that: Advertising, public relations have a positive effect on the image of campus institutions and Advertising, public relation has a significant indirect effect on the decision to vote through the image of the campus institution as an intervening variable. Keywords: Advertising, public relations, image of campus institutions, decision to choose.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe research was quantitative research involving the variable lifestyle, knowledge level, reference group, and decision to purchase. Data of the research was collected through interview, observations and get 55 respondents of the customers of PT. Sun Star Motor Kediri . Data was then analyzed using multiple linier regression using SPSS for Windows.The result of multiple linier regression analyses showed that Y= -2.663+ 0,305 + 0,391  + 0,472  + e. Based research findings it can be concluded that there is influence between lifestyle, knowledge level, and reference group to the decision to purchasesimultaneously or partially. Then PT. Sun Star Motor Kediri needs to implement strategic steps towards matters relating to variables that influence consumer purchasing decisions. Keywords: lifestyle, knowledge level, reference group, and decision to purchase

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted in Gondosuli Village, Gondang District, Tulungagung Regency. This type of research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive data analysis. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of entrepreneurial orientation, customer orientation and competitive advantage on marketing performance. The independent variables used are entrepreneurial orientation, customer orientation and competitive advantage. while the dependent variable is marketing performance. The sample used in this study were 50 fishpond entrepreneurs in Gondosuli Village, Tulungagung. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The analytical method used is instrument test, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, determination test, F test and T test using SPSS 16.0 computer software for data processing. The results of this study indicate that entrepreneurial orientation affects marketing performance, customer orientation affects marketing performance and competitive advantage affects marketing performance. entrepreneurial orientation, customer orientation and competitive advantage simultaneously affect marketing performance. Keywords: Entrepreneurial Orientation, Competitive Advantage Customer Orientation And Marketing Performance

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research are based on interesting phenomenon about the existence of koperasi as one of economic institution, which holds a familial bonds, Transcend beyond its glory, and loyal to it's members. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze whether there is influence of googled customer relationship management (CRM) as X variables, meanwhile Y1 as intervening variables due to customer satisfaction and Y2 as customer loyalty. The research results showed that there was a significant influence between copied customer relationship management towards the pasted customer satisfaction. Therefore Y1 as satisfaction variable influences Y2 as loyalty. Therefore customer loyalty significantly benefitted credits towards translator directly. As advised by KSPP BMT NU Gapura to keep improving the costumer relationship management so that we can achieve customer loyalty by giving their satisfaction. Keywords : KSPP BMT NU, Customer Relationship Management, Customer      Satisfaction, Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to see how brand image, product quality, pricing perception, promotion, and the halal label affect Ms Glow's customer happiness in Malang, Indonesia. This study is an example of explanatory research using a quantitative approach to investigate the relationship between variables. The participants in this study were Malang-based female Ms Glow product customers between the ages of 18 and 25. A sample will be determined from this population using Malhotra's formula approach, yielding a sample of 95 samples. Instrument testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination tests were used in this study's data analysis. The results demonstrated that there was a simultaneous influence between the factors of brand image, product quality, price perception, promotion, and halal label on Ms Glow's customer satisfaction in the age range of 18-25 years in Malang City, based on the results of the t-test and f-test. The variables brand image (X1), product quality (X2), pricing perception (X3), promotion (X4), and halal label (X5) can explain 78.1 percent of the dependent variable, namely consumer satisfaction, whereas other variables outside the study model can explain 21.9 percent. Keywords: Customer Satisfaction, Brand Image, Product Quality, Price Perception, Promotion, Halal Label

Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh label halal, citra merek dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian Teh Racek (studi kasus pada mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Islam Malang). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Islam Malang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini  menggunakan teknik  purposive sampling  yang berjumlah 96 responden mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Islam Malang.Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan model Regresi dan Asumsi Klasik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa : (1). Uji t (Uji parsial) Variabel label halal memiliki nilai thitung sebesar 4,749 dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,000. Karena |thitung| > ttabel (4,749 > 1,985) atau sig. t < 5% (0,000 < 0,05), bahwa secara parsial variabel label halal berpengaruh signifikansi terhadap variabel keputusan pembelian, (2). Variabel citra merek memiliki nilai thitung sebesar 4,265 dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,000.karena |thitung| > ttabel (4,265 > 1,985) atau sig. t < 5% (0,000 < 0,05), bahwa secara parsial variabel citra merek berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel keputusan pembelian, (3). Variabel kualitas produk memiliki nilai thitung 2,707 dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,008. Karena |thitung| > ttabel (2,707 > 1,985) atau sig. t < 5% (0,008 < 0,05), bahwa secara parsial variabel kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikansi terhadap variabel keputusan pembelian. (4). Uji F (Uji simultan) hasil analisis yang terdapat pada tabel regresi, diperoleh nilai Fhitung  sebesar 148,509. Nilai ini lebih besar dari F tabel (148,509 > 2,699) dan nilai sig. F (0,000) lebih kecil dari α (0,05) artinya Variabel label halal, citra merek dan kualitas produk secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.Kata Kunci : Label Halal, Citra Merek, Kualitas Produk dan Keputusan Pembelian

Abstract

Abstract This study was conducted to determine and analyze the influence of Brand Awareness, Brand Image, Product Quality, Price and Promotion on the Purchase Decision of AQUA Brand Bottled Drinking Water (AMDK) (Case Study on Communities in Pandaan District, East Java).  This research belongs to the type of explanatory research with a quantitative approach, which was conducted to determine and analyze the influence between variables.  Ferdinand's theory was used to take a sample, ie the number of items x 5 so that a total sample of 115 people was found.To solve the problem in this research, using validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 25. The results of this study are that there is a simultaneous influence between Brand Awareness, Brand Image, Product Quality, Price and Promotion on the Purchase Decision of Bottled Drinking Water (AMDK) Brand AQUA (Case Study on Communities in  Pandaan District, East Java).  There is a partial influence between Brand Awareness, Brand Image, Product Quality, Price and Promotion on the Purchase Decision of AQUA Brand Bottled Drinking Water (AMDK) (Case Study on Communities in Pandaan District, East Java). Keyword : Purchase Decision, Brand Awareness, Brand Image, Product Quality, Price And Promotion

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of advertising, price and brand image on purchasing decisions for Scarlett brand beauty products. The location of this research was carried out on students of the Islamic University of Malang who became consumers of Scarlett brand beauty products. This research is a quantitative research. This research uses a case study method where data is obtained by distributing questionnaires to students of the Islamic University of Malang who were selected by purposive sampling. Determination of the number of samples using the Ferdinand formula and the results obtained were 75 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression and determination test. Based on the results of data analysis, the results of the F test show that Advertising, Price and Brand Image have a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions for the Scarlett brand of beauty products. Furthermore, the results of the t test show that advertising, price and brand image partially have a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions for Scarlett brand beauty products. The results of the determination test show that the percentage is 56.7% where purchasing decisions can be influenced by Advertising, Price and Brand Image. Keywords: Purchase Decision, Advertising, Price and Brand Image

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine and analyze the influence of compensation, commitment, conflict, and work environment on the performance of employees partially and simultaneously. This type of research is a quantitative research. Respondents in this study are employees in the Regional Personnel Board of Malang (BKD). The sample used in this study all employees who numbered 51 people. Data collection method used is to spread the questionnaire and interview. The results showed that compensation and conflict did not affect the performance of employees partially. While the commitment and work environment affect the performance of employees partially. Simultaneously the variable compensation, commitment, conflict, and work environment affect the performance of employees. Keywords: performance, compensation, commitment, conflict, work environment

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine and analyze the effect of product quality, brand association, brand image, brand trust, price, and word of mouth on purchasing satisfaction. Researchers are interested in this study because sales of Vans Sneakers at the Infusionstore are decreasing or not growing. With the existing theory, hopefully it can answer the problems that occur, the sample in this study is 73 consumers. The population of this study is in this study the population is all buyers of Vans Sneakers at the Malang Infusionstore from Mei to July 2020, which is estimated to reach 264 consumers. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it is known that product quality, brand association, brand image, brand trust, price and word of mouth have a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions and product quality, brand association, brand image, brand trust, price and word of mouth have a partial effect on purchasing decisions. . Keywords: product quality, brand association, brand image, brand trust, price, word of mouth, purchase satisfaction
