Abstract

Tepian Teratai becomes one of the favorite culinary tourism destinations to hangout in Berau District. This is because this district does not yet have a mall or shopping center with limited available famous culinary outlets. Other Tepian also have the same business model, namely a group of street vendors along the banks of the Segah River. However, compared to other Tepians, Tepian Teratai still becomes the favorite choice to hangout. This study aimms to identify and analyze 1) the effect of price on the decision to choose, 2) the effect of product variation on the decision to choose, 3) the effect of location on the decision to choose, and 4) the effect of price, product variation, and location on the decision to choose. This quantitative study used a multiple linear regression analysis technique. The population in this study were visitors to Tepian Teratai, Berau District, East Kalimantan, whose number was unknown / infinite. This study involved 100 respondents as samples selected using a purposive sampling technique. The results of the study showed that 1) price had a positive and significant effect on the decision to choose, 2) product variety had a positive and significant effect on the decision to choose, 3) location had a positive and insignificant effect on the decision to choose, and 4) price, product variety, and location simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on the decision to choose.

Abstract

Kinerja sumber daya manusia erat kaitannya dengan kinerja organisasi, semakin tinggi kinerja sumber daya manusia maka semakin tinggi pula kinerja organisasi, dengan demikian apabila kinerja organisasi semakin tinggi maka akan mempermudah pencapaian tujuan. Dalam hubungan tersebut, perhatian terhadap upaya peningkatan kinerja sumber daya manusia harus diutamakan. Dalam melaksanakan tugas pokok dan fungsinya, Dinas Sosial, Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak Kabupaten Kepulauan Anambas membutuhkan SDM dengan kompetensi yang sesuai bidangnya, motivasi yang tinggi dan fasilitas kerja yang memadai agar kinerja organisasi dapat tercapai secara optimal. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh kepada sebanyak 47 pegawai Dinas Sosial, Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak Kabupaten Kepulauan Anambas. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari hasil pengisian kuisioner. Analisis data penelitian diolah dengan analisis regresi linier berganda menggunakan SPSS 24. Tujuan penelitian menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi, motivasi dan fasilitas kerja terhadap kinerja Pegawai pada Dinas Sosial, Pemberdayaan Perempuan Dan Perlindungan Anak Kabupaten Kepulauan Anambas. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) variabel kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, 2) variabel motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, 3) variabel fasilitas kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. 4)Kompetensi, Motivasi Dan Fasilitas Kerja berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan, secara simultan Terhadap Kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Sosial Pemberdayaan Perempuan Dan Perlindungan Anak Kabupaten Kepulauan Anambas.

Abstract

RS Bhakti Mulia merupakan rumah sakit umum kelas C yang memiliki beberapa pesaing di sekitarnya. Dalam menghadapi para pesaingnya ini RS Bhakti Mulia harus benar-benar dapat memberikan pelayanan yang baik bagi masyarakat yang berkunjung untuk berobat ke RS Bhakti Mulia. Agar rumah sakit dapat memberikan pelayanan kesehatan yang baik, maka kinerja karyawan perlu ditingkatkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan kerja, kompetensi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada pelayanan pasien di rumah sakit Bhakti Mulia Jakarta. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan non medis dan medis yang bekerja pada Rumah Sakit Bhakti Mulia Jakarta yang berjumlah 362 orang. 249 karyawan digunakan sebagai sampel. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, . pelatihan kerja, kompetensi, dan motivasi kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan medis dan non medis di Rumah Sakit Bhakti Mulia Jakarta.

Abstract

Industri perjalanan religius, terutama Umroh, telah menjadi salah satu sektor yang tumbuh cepat dalam industri pariwisata global. Hal tersebut juga dirasakan oleh PT Muhibbah Mulia Wisata Pekanbaru. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui 1) pengaruh promosi media sosial terhadap kepuasan jamaah umroh PT Muhibbah Mulia Wisata Pekanbaru, 2) pengaruh harga terhadap kepuasan jamaah umroh PT Muhibbah Mulia Wisata Pekanbaru, 3) pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan jamaah umroh PT Muhibbah Mulia Wisata Pekanbaru, 4) pengaruh promosi media sosial, harga, kualitas pelayanan secara simultan terhadap kepuasan jamaah umroh PT Muhibbah Mulia Wisata Pekanbaru. Populasi penelitian ini adalah semua jamaah atau jemaah umroh yang telah mengikuti perjalanan umroh dengan PT. Muhibbah Mulia Wisata Pekanbaru dalam bulan Februari dan Maret 2024 sebanyak 159 dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 61 responden dengan menggunaka teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis statistik menggunakan  SPSS versi 21 dalam mengolah data dengan instrumen pengujian yang digunakan adalah uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji normalitas, regresi berganda, uji t, uji determinasi, uji heteroskedastisitas, dan uji Multikolinieritas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) terdapat Pengaruh promosi media sosial terhadap kepuasan jamaah umroh di PT. Muhibbah Mulia Wisata Pekanbaru, 2) terdapat Pengaruh harga terhadap kepuasan jamaah umroh di PT. Muhibbah Mulia Wisata Pekanbaru, 3) terdapat Pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan jamaah umroh di PT. Muhibbah Mulia Wisata Pekanbaru, 4) terdapat pengaruh bersama antaran promosi media sosial, harga, dan kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan jamaah umroh di PT. Muhibbah Mulia Wisata Pekanbaru.

Abstract

The quality of a school is reflected in teacher performance, which significantly impacts overall education quality. Teacher performance is the outcome of tasks performed based on skills, experience, commitment, and time management. Assessing this performance is crucial for identifying obstacles and rectifying errors to achieve learning goals. At SMPN 1 Jember, teacher performance is commendable, meeting 80% of the school target, yet teachers often struggle with administrative duties, which can detract from classroom focus. This study aims to determine whether competence, leadership style, and training individually and collectively influence teacher performance at SMPN 1 Jember. Using multiple linear regression with SPSS 29 software, the research employs a saturated sampling method, involving all 48 teachers at SMPN 1 Jember. Findings indicate that competence and leadership style positively and significantly impact teacher performance, while training has a negative yet significant effect. Collectively, competence, leadership style, and training positively and significantly influence teacher performance at SMPN 1 Jember. Abstract

The ability of a country to progress and develop is highly dependent on its level of education. The mentality of the young generation is increasing rapidly through both formal and informal education. The importance of education has driven the growth of the education sector, which is now a major industry and even a separate business sector. When a business in the education sector is established, the competition is to win the hearts of parents and convince them to enroll their children in the school. Through parental satisfaction at SMP Strada Budi Luhur, Bekasi City, this study aims to analyze the influence of service quality and trust on the decision to choose a school. Path analysis combined with quantitative methods was used in this study. The sample consisted of 223 parents selected using random sampling techniques. The results of the study showed that: (1) There is a direct and significant relationship between service quality and parental decisions; (2) There is a direct and significant relationship between trust and satisfaction; (3) There is a direct and significant relationship between service quality and parental decisions; (4) There is a direct and significant relationship between trust and parental decisions; (5) There is a direct and significant relationship between satisfaction and parental decisions; (6) There is a direct and significant influence between service quality and parental decisions mediated by satisfaction as an intervening variable; (7) There is a direct and significant relationship between service quality and parents' decisions. Keyword: Service Quality, Trust, Satisfaction, Parents' DecisionsResource Quality

Abstract

The quality of Human Resources is one of the factors that determines the progress of a country. Quality human resources cannot be separated from quality education as well. One important aspect of the world of education is teachers. A teacher's job is not only to teach but also to educate students to become quality people. Therefore, a teacher must have sufficient competence. One of the competencies possessed by a teacher is pedagogical competency. Pedagogical competency is a competency that differentiates the teaching profession from other professions. The differences in characteristics of each student and the curriculum that continues to develop are the main reasons that every teacher is obliged to improve his or her pedagogical competence. With adequate pedagogical competence, it is hoped that the level of success in the learning process can be achieved for all students. This research aims to determine and analyze: 1) the influence of academic supervision on teacher pedagogical competence, 2) the influence of organizational culture on teacher pedagogical competence, 3) the influence of work motivation on teacher pedagogical competence, and 4) the influence of academic supervision, organizational culture and work motivation overall together towards teacher pedagogical competence. This research was conducted at the Perkumpulan Strada Middle School, Cabang Jakarta Utara Timur, which consists of four school units. The sampling method used was the saturated or sesus sampling method where all 51 teachers of the Perkumpulan Strada Middle School, Cabang Jakarta Utara Timur, were used as samples for this research. The results of the study show that the academic supervision variable has a positive and significant effect on the pedagogical competence of teachers at the the Perkumpulan Strada Middle School, Cabang Jakarta Utara Timur, and the organizational culture variable also has a positive and significant effect on the pedagogical competence of teachers at the the Perkumpulan Strada Middle School, Cabang Jakarta Utara Timur. Still, the work motivation variable has no effect on the pedagogical competence of teachers at the the Perkumpulan Strada Middle School, Cabang Jakarta Utara Timur. Academic supervision, organizational culture, and work motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the pedagogical competence of teachers at the the Perkumpulan Strada Middle School, Cabang Jakarta Utara Timur. Keyword: Academic supervision, Organizational Culture, Work Motivation and Pedagogical Competence

PT. Eka Dana Mandiri(Bank Edaman) Malang as a banking institution provides financial services for consumers in the Greater Malang area and its surroundings and participates in advancing the economy in the Greater Malang area and its surroundings PT. Eka Dana Mandiri(Bank Edaman) in the midst of competition between financial institutions is required to be able to provide the best service in terms of marketing communications and trust so that it has an impact on the sustainability of the company's business. The end of the transition from the Covid-19 pandemic to the New Normal for PT customers. BPR Eka Dana Mandiri(Bank Edaman) Malang experienced a decline in the number of customers. This type of research is a quantitative approach. The population in this research are customers who make loans to PT. BPR Eka Dana Mandiri(Bank Edaman) Malang. A total of 46 customers at PT. BPR Eka Dana Mandiri(Bank Edaman) Malang as a respondent came and met with researchers to fill out the questionnaire. This type of research is a quantitative approach. The population in this research is customers at PT. BPR Eka Dana Mandiri(Bank Edaman) Malang. 46 Customers at PT. The results of this research show, among other things: 1) Marketing Communication has a direct and significant effect on Customer Loyalty; 2) Trust has a direct and significant effect on Customer Loyalty; 3) Marketing Communication has a direct and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction; 4) Trust has a direct and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction; 5) Satisfaction has a direct and significant effect on Customer Loyalty; 6) Marketing Communication has an indirect effect on Loyalty through significant Customer Satisfaction; and 7) Trust has an indirect effect on Loyalty through significant Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

The beauty industry in Indonesia is experiencing rapid development, driven by ever-changing beauty trends and increasing digital penetration. This study aims to analyze the influence of digital marketing strategies, service quality, and product innovation on customer loyalty at Beauty Eyebrow Lash and Nail Jakarta. Data were collected through a survey of 99 active customer respondents using a questionnaire based on a Likert scale of 1-5. Data analysis techniques included multiple linear regression, normality test (Kolmogorov-Smirnov), multicollinearity test (VIF), heteroscedasticity test (Glejser), F-test for simultaneous effects, and t-test for partial effects on customer loyalty. The results of the analysis show that the three independent variables have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, both partially and simultaneously. Digital marketing strategies, such as collaboration with influencers, superior service quality, and relevant product innovation, have been shown to increase customer engagement and commitment. This study concludes that these factors significantly contribute to strengthening customer loyalty at Beauty Eyebrow Lash and Nail Jakarta, supporting the business’s success in facing increasingly tight competition in the beauty industry.

Abstract

PT PLN (Persero) as a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) has the responsibility to provide electricity to the people of Indonesia, including households, government agencies, and the industrial sector. To support employees’ competence and quality, PLN has an Education and Training Center (Pusdiklat PLN) which functions as a center for employees’ skill and career development. However, since the COVID-19 pandemic, Pusdiklat PLN has faced challenges in conducting face-to-face training and then switched to digital learning methods to ensure that training activities ran well. This study aims to analyze the effect of learning content, classroom interaction, and game-based learning platforms on the satisfaction of participants who take part in the digital learning program. This study uses a quantitative approach with PLN employees who took part in digital learning training in April 2024 as subjects. A total of 100 participants were selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS 25 software. The results of the study showed that learning content, classroom interaction, and game-based learning platforms has a significant positive effect on participant satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously.
