Abstract

Abstract: Teacher performance is a visible achievement when teachers carry out the tasks and responsibilities assigned to them. Schools as an organization really need quality human resources, both in terms of leadership and teaching staff, with effective task arrangements and monitoring systems as determining factors in achieving organizational goals. Perkumpulan Strada has a vision to create an excellent, caring, and service-based educational community. The strategic role of teachers in the learning process greatly influences the quality of students. This study aims to analyze the influence of work motivation, pedagogical competence, and teacher professionalism, both partially and simultaneously, on the performance of junior high school teachers at the North East Jakarta Branch of Perkumpulan Strada. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 25 software. The sampling technique used is saturated, through 51 junior high school teachers at the North East Jakarta Branch of Perkumpulan Strada became respondents through the distribution of online questionnaires. The results showed that work motivation and teacher professionalism have no influence on teacher performance, while pedagogical competence is proven to have a positive and significant effect on the performance of junior high school teachers at the North East Jakarta Branch of Perkumpulan Strada. Abstrak: Kinerja guru merupakan capaian yang tampak ketika guru melaksanakan tugas dan tanggung jawab yang dibebankan kepadanya. Sekolah sebagai sebuah organisasi sangat memerlukan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas, baik dari sisi kepemimpinan maupun tenaga pendidik, dengan pengaturan tugas dan system pengawasan yang efektif sebagai faktor penentu dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi. Perkumpulan Strada memiliki visi untuk mewujudkan komunitas pendidikan yang unggul, peduli, dan berlandaskan semangat pelayanan. Peran guru yang strategis dalam proses pembelajaran sangat berpengaruh terhadap mutu peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja, kompetensi pedagogik, dan profesionalisme guru, baik secara parsial maupun simultan, terhadap kinerja guru SMP Perkumpulan Strada Cabang Jakarta Utara Timur. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 25. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan merupakan jenuh, melalui 51 guru-guru SMP Perkumpulan Strada Cabang Jakarta Utara Timur dijadikan responden melalui penyebaran kuesioner secara daring. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja dan profesionalisme guru tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja guru, sedangkan kompetensi pedagogic terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru SMP Perkumpulan Strada Cabang Jakarta Utara Timur. Kata Kunci: Motivasi Kerja, Kompetensi Pedagogik, Profesionalisme Guru, dan Kinerja Guru.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of pedagogical competence, professional competence, and work motivation on teacher teaching performance at Hidayatul Ummah Islamic Educational Institution (LPI) Magetan. The research method employed a quantitative approach with linear regression analysis on41 reacher respondenst. The result showed that simultaneously, the three variable significantly influenced teacher performance. However, partially, it was found that only professional ompetence had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Incontrast, pedagogical competence and work motivation were found tho have no significant partial effect on teacher performance at the institution. This indicates that deep mastery of subject matter and professional development are the most decisive factors in determining the quality of teacher perfoemance at LPI Hidayatul Ummah Magetan compared to other factors in this study.

Abstract

An organization can run effectively if the management functions such as planning, organizing, motivation, discipline and supervision within it function well, and the supporting elements are available and meet the requirements. One of the most important elements that can support the running of the company is human resources (employees). Laborers, employees, workers or staff who essentially have the same goal to achieve an organizational or company goal. PT PLN (Persero) In order to maintain and improve corporate performance, PLN management sets Key Performance Indicators (KPI) as a benchmark for performance achievement that must be met by management and all lines of office every year. With this problem, the researcher wants to examine the leadership style, OHS culture, OHS training on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Jember and the results obtained are that leadership style has a unidirectional and positive relationship with employee performance, OHS culture has a unidirectional and positive relationship with employee performance and OHS training has a unidirectional and positive relationship with employee performance.

Abstract

The development of technology has changed consumer behavior, especially among Generation Z, who are known as natives and are active in interacting on e-commerce platforms and social media. The phenomena of live shopping, influencer credibility, and user-generated content (UGC) have become key strategies capable of shaping consumers' purchase intentions. This study aims to analyze the influence of live shopping, influencer credibility, and user-generated content on purchase intention, with perceived value as a mediating variable among Generation Z in Surabaya. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The research population consists of Generation Z aged 12–27 years in Surabaya who actively shop online. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using path analysis with the assistance of SmartPLS 3.0 statistical software. The results show that live shopping and user-generated content have a positive and significant effect on Generation Z's purchase intention. Influencer credibility does not have a direct effect on purchase intention. Influencer credibility and user-generated content have a positive effect on perceived value. Perceived value does not affect purchase intention and does not function as a mediating variable. These findings indicate that Generation Z's purchase intention is more influenced by direct factors and shopping experience than by perceived value. The practical implications of this study emphasize the importance of marketing strategies based on interactive content, shopping experience, and ease of transaction. Future research is recommended to integrate additional variables and expand the context and research objects to increase the generalizability of the research.

Abstract

Lembaga kursus nonformal dianggap penting sampai saat ini karena memberikan fleksibilitas dan aksesibilitas kepada individu untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan pengetahuan sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan minat. Namun dalam pengelolaan lembaga kursus, masalah yang seringkali dihadapi adalah persaingan dengan lembaga kursus lainnya yang menawarkan program serupa dan juga kurangnya hal yang dapat mempengaruhi keputusan siswa yang kesulitan dalam memilih lembaga kursus terbaik yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan anggaran mereka. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan analisis deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah murid aktif di Lembaga El Rahma Education Centre sebanyak 200 orang, dan sampel yang digunakan menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 134 orang yang dihitung dengan rumus slovin. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur dengan pengolahan data menggunakan Smart PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa iklan instagram dan metode pembelajaran berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara langsung terhadap keputusan mengikuti kursus di El Rahma Education Centre. Kemudian iklan instagram dan metode pembelajaran berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan mengikuti kursus di El Rahma Education Centre secara tidak langsung melalui word of mouth (WOM).

Abstract

E – commerce telah memberikan kenyamanan dan kemudahan transaksi tanpa berbatas tempat dan waktu. E- commerce telah merubah proses jual beli. Shopee menduduki urutan pertama dengan jumlah pengunjung mencapai 157,97 juta pengunjung tiap bulannya. Salah satu upaya e-commerce dalam mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen adalah melalui strategi pemasaran seperti pemberian diskon, fasilitas ongkir gratis, dan kemudahan dalam metode pembayaran. Penelitian ini difokuskan untuk mengkaji sejauh mana promo diskon, gratis ongkir, dan metode pembayaran COD berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian di marketplace Shopee. Objek penelitian adalah mahasiswa Institut Teknologi dan Bisnis Asia Malang yang merupakan pengguna aktif Shopee. Latar belakang penelitian didasari oleh tingginya persaingan di sektor e-commerce dan pentingnya strategi pemasaran dalam memengaruhi perilaku konsumen. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan teknik kuesioner sebagai metode pengumpulan data, dan analisis regresi linier berganda sebagai alat analisis. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, variabel promo diskon, gratis ongkir, dan sistem pembayaran COD memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Selain itu, secara simultan, ketiga variabel tersebut juga terbukti secara signifikan memengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen di marketplace Shopee.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh faktor-faktor keuangan yang terdiri dari likuiditas, profitabilitas, dan leverage terhadap nilai perusahaan pada sektor konstruksi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama periode 2020–2024. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif dengan menggunakan data panel dari laporan keuangan tahunan 13 perusahaan konstruksi. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, profitabilitas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan likuiditas dan leverage tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Temuan ini mengimplikasikan bahwa peningkatan profitabilitas menjadi kunci utama dalam meningkatkan nilai perusahaan sektor konstruksi.

Abstract

Bank Sampah Puma Mandiri terletak di kawasan PT PLN Indonesia Power Unit Bisnis Pembangkit (UBP) Banten 1 Suralaya.  Penelitian kuantitatif ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas layanan (X1), dan brand   trust  (X2) terhadap pengambilan   Keputusan   untuk bermitra melalui digitalisasi (Z) pada BBJP Plant Bank Sampah Puma Mandiri di UBP Banten  1 Suralaya. Penelitian ini mencakup total populasi sebanyak 36 mitra BBJP. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Kualitas layanan berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap peran digitalisasi; 2) Brand trust tidak memiliki pengaruh secara langsung terhadap peran digitalisasi;3) Kualitas layanan berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap pengambilan keputusan bermitra; 4) Brand trust tidak memiliki pengaruh secara langsung terhadap pengambilan keputusan bermitra; 5) Peran digitalisasi  berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap pengambilan keputusan bermitra; 6) Kualitas layanan memiliki pengaruh secara tidak langsung terhadap pengambilan keputusan bermitra melalui peran digitalisasi; dan 7) Brand Trust tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap pengambilan Keputusan bermitra melalui peran digitalisasi pada BBJP Plant Bank Sampah Puma Mandiri UBP Banten 1 Suralaya.

facilities, and school programs on parents’ school choice decisions. The research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. The population consisted of parents of students enrolled at a private junior high school, with a total of 47 respondents selected using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 26. The results indicate that word of mouth has a positive and significant effect on parents’ school choice decisions. In contrast, school facilities and school programs do not show a significant partial effect. However, the simultaneous test reveals that word of mouth, school facilities, and school programs collectively have a significant influence on parents’ decisions in choosing a school. These findings suggest that interpersonal communication and recommendations play a more decisive role than physical facilities or program offerings in parents’ school evaluations. This study contributes to the literature on educational service marketing by emphasizing the importance of word of mouth as a key determinant of parents’ school choice decisions and provides practical implications for school management in developing effective communication and promotional strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the partial and simultaneous effects of salary, motivation, and work discipline on teachers’ performance. A quantitative approach was employed using a saturated sampling technique, involving all 30 teachers in the population. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that partially, salary and motivation do not have a significant effect on teachers’ performance, while work discipline has a significant effect. Simultaneously, salary, motivation, and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on teachers’ performance, with a coefficient of determination of 74%, indicating substantial explanatory power. These findings imply that improving teachers’ performance requires a holistic strategy. Although maintaining a fair and transparent salary system remains important, greater emphasis should be placed on strengthening value-based work discipline and enhancing intrinsic motivation through non-monetary development programs. Such an integrated approach can support sustainable performance improvement in educational institutions.
