Abstract

Computer networks are one of the important subjects in the field of information technology. Various types of computer network devices continue to innovate to adapt to technological developments. Mikrotik is one of the router products that is widely used to implement a network system. As an educator, in this case a lecturer is required to implement the Tri Darma every year, one of which is PKM, namely Community Service, which this year is focused on the Computer Department at SMKN 1 Peringgasela. The aim of this training is to increase understanding and competence in the field of computer networks using Mikrotik, and to prepare students to face the Skills Competency Examination (UKK) as well as providing preparation for the implementation of the PSG and when they graduate. The training methods used are lectures and practice (Demostration). The results of this training activity in general, apart from the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of the students, include several components, namely: 1) Success in training, 2) Achievement of planned research objectives, 3) Achievement of planned material targets

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi motivasi belajar siswa serta mengkaji pengelolaan sekolah di SMP Siti Chadijah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan teknik analisis model Miles dan Huberman. Fokus penelitian ini adalah motivasi belajar siswa dan pengelolaan sekolah berdasarkan hasil observasi serta wawancara dengan guru dan siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa faktor yang memengaruhi motivasi belajar siswa, yang diklasifikasikan menjadi faktor internal dan eksternal. Faktor internal mencakup sifat, kebiasaan, kecerdasan, serta kondisi fisik dan psikologis siswa. Sementara itu, faktor eksternal meliputi lingkungan belajar, sarana dan prasarana, peran guru, dan dukungan orang tua. Pengelolaan sekolah di SMP Siti Chadijah ditemukan belum optimal, terutama dalam pengelolaan komponen penting, seperti kurikulum dan program pengajaran, tenaga kependidikan, peserta didik, keuangan dan pembiayaan, sarana dan prasarana, hubungan sekolah dengan masyarakat, serta layanan khusus. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pengelolaan yang lebih efektif untuk mendukung peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa.

Abstract

Pengaruh Kualitas Produk Dan Harga Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Sandal Dan Sepatu Merek Bata Pada Toko Bata Tolitoli. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian sandal dan sepatu merek bata pada toko bata tolitoli. Kegunaan dari penelitian ini adalah teoritis dan praktis. Berdasarkan kerangka pemikiran hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penleitian adalah diduga bahwa kualitas produk dan harga berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian sandal dan sepatu merek bata pada toko bata tolitoli. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif dan data kualitatif yang terdiri dari data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan ada 3 yaitu teknik observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode acidential kouta . Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dan harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Sedangkan kualitas produk dan harga secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penurunan pendapatan masyarakat dan banyaknya aktivitas masyarakat yang dilakukan secara daring selama pandemi covid-19, memunculkan peluang untuk melakukan usaha secara online. Melihat peluang tersebut maka tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah: (1) memberikan pelatihan pengolahan sampah dapur organik segar menjadi eco enzyme, (2) memberikan sosialisasi perhitungan harga pokok produksi, (3) memberikan sosialisasi penggunaan internet atau media  online dari segi transaksi ekonomi secara online, cara memasarkan produk melalui media internet (digital marketing) dan cara mengoperasikan akun transaksi online. Dalam kegiatan ini, peserta diberi pelatihan pengolahan produk eco enzyme, perhitungan harga pokok produksinya dan bagaimana memasarkan produk secara online. Abstract

A halal certificate on a product is now a must. Consumers will be more selective in choosing products that have halal certification for consumption. The socialization and assistance activities for Halal Certification and Halal Assurance were carried out for Food and Beverage MSME partners assisted by DMI, Gresik Regency. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide an understanding of the urgency of halal, halal ingredients, halal potential, and halal certification so that it can be used as a medium for developing businesses and increasing sales turnover. The ABDIMAS implementation method includes three stages: The planning stage involves mapping the problem, solving problems, and coordinating with MSME partners and DMI Gresik Regency. The stage of implementing the socialization of halal certification using the lecture and question-and-answer method. The monitoring and evaluation phase of a series of socialization and mentoring activities carried out. The results of ABDIMAS activities show that MSME partners participating in the socialization are quite enthusiastic about asking questions related to halal products, the benefits of halal labeled products, halal certification procedures, and halal product guarantees. It is hoped that the food and beverage MSMEs assisted by DMI Gresik Regency can arrange halal certification both through the regular and self-declare routes so as to increase sales turnover.

Abstract

Background: Gastroscopy is a diagnostic procedure to view organs visually using a lat connected to a monitor, the organs viewed are the esophagus, gastric and duodenum. Anxiety in patients before gastroscopy occurs due to fear by imagining. Education is carried out as a pre-action procedure to explain the actions that will be performed. Objective: We conducted a systematic review and meta-analysis to investigate the effect of audio-visual education on patient anxiety before gastroscopy. Results: Four articles were included in this study, audiovisual education significantly reduced patients' anxiety before gastroscopy using Visual analogue scale (VAS); one study used Anxiety and Stress Scale-42 (DASS-42) and one study used State Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI). Based on a randomized control trial, it was found that education was effective in reducing anxiety by -4.38 (95% CI: -14.3796 to 5.6198), indicating insignificant results. And obtained I² value of 99.9607%, Q value of 1017.3516, and P value <0.0001 which means that heterogeneity is high. The range of results obtained was -26.7290 to 17.9692 with three negative results and one possible positive result (Khan, et.all, 2023) with a residual value of (± 2.4977) In the regression test results showed asymmetry in the flores plot (p < 0.0001) but did not show a rank correlation test (p = 0.7500). Clinical Implications: Audio-visual education is a potentially promising method for controlling anxiety in patients undergoing gastroscopy; however, its effect in controlling anxiety is controversial.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of government policy and micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) empowerment on the development of the coffee processing industry in Banda Aceh, Indonesia. Using a quantitative approach with a sample of 30 coffee MSMEs, data were collected through surveys and interviews, and analyzed with multiple regression. The results reveal that government policy, including training, equipment assistance, and licensing facilitation, has a significant positive effect on industry development, although challenges remain in financing access and equitable support. Similarly, MSME empowerment, particularly in human resource capacity building and managerial guidance, also demonstrates a significant positive effect, yet programs tend to be short-term and lack sustainability. Simultaneously, both variables explain 53.2% of the variation in industry development, while the rest is influenced by factors such as market access, innovation, and local coffee culture. This study highlights the crucial role of adaptive government policy and continuous MSME empowerment in fostering a competitive and sustainable coffee industry in Banda Aceh.

Abstract

The problem of this study is the effectiveness of cooper method to teach reading comprehension at the seventh grade students of MTs Nurussalam Sidogede Belitang OKU Timur. The objective of this study is to know whether or not the cooper method effective to teach reading comprehension. In this study, experimental method was used. The population was all of the seventh grade students. The total number of population was 70 students. The sample was 70 students taken through cluster random sampling, consisting of 35 students as the experimental group and 35 students as control group. The result of experimental group in the pre-test was 81.14. The highest score of the students was 90, the lowest score was 65, and while the median score was 80, and modus score was also 80. In the post-test control group, the mean score was 62.71. The highest score was 60, while the lowest was 55, and While the median score was 60, and modus score was 55. In fact, the students' scores in the post-test were better than those in the pre-test. The result of the matched t-test calculation was 10.77. It was higher than 1.697 (The critical value). It can be said that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted and the null: hypothesis (Ho) was rejected. It means that the teaching reading by using cooper method was effective at MTs Nurussalam Sidogede Belitang OKU Timur.

Abstract

This community service program aims to support the digital transformation of Bank Sampah Mandiri Sandubaya by developing a web-based information system as an official, structured, and accessible platform for public communication. The partner previously relied solely on social media, which limited the organization’s ability to present information cohesively and maintain proper documentation. The implementation stages included needs assessment, system design, web development, content management training, and system evaluation. The results show that the developed website successfully integrates key information such as the organization’s profile, vision and mission, activity documentation, location map, and managed waste data. Furthermore, the training improved the staff’s ability to independently update and maintain website content. The web-based system has enhanced transparency, improved publication effectiveness, and strengthened the professionalism of Bank Sampah Mandiri in engaging with the community and potential stakeholders. Overall, this program provides an appropriate digital solution and supports the sustainability of environmental management efforts in Sandubaya.
