Abstract

Pendidikan Islam adalah sebuah sistem pendidikan yang mengajarkan nilai-nilai Islam sebagai dasar dalam membentuk kepribadian yang berkarakter baik pada individu. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya upaya bersama antara semua pihak terkait untuk mengoptimalkan pendidikan Islam dan memperkuat peran pendidikan Islam dalam membentuk generasi Muslim berkualitas. Dalam penulisan artikel ini, digunakan metode deskripsi dan analisis kualitatif dengan pendekatan sejarah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengumpulkan informasi terkait strategi efektif dalam mengoptimalkan pendidikan Islam untuk membentuk generasi Muslim berkualitas. Strategi efektif dalam pendidikan Islam melibatkan pendekatan kurikulum yang berbasis nilai-nilai Islam, metode pengajaran yang berpusat pada pembelajar, serta penggunaan teknologi dalam pembelajaran. Pengembangan sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang berkualitas juga menjadi aspek penting dalam pendidikan Islam. SDM yang berkualitas melibatkan pengembangan kompetensi bagi para pengajar, pengelola, dan stakeholder pendidikan Islam, serta pengelolaan sumber daya manusia yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan Islam secara keseluruhan

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strategies and opportunities of human resource management in the digital era to improve the career development of Generation Z in Rangkasbitung Subdistrict. The digital era has changed the way Generation Z views and manages their careers, especially in utilizing the growing digital technology. This research used a qualitative approach with a case study method, where data was collected through in-depth interviews with several informants from Generation Z who work in various fields. The results show that digital technology supports daily work, especially in communication, task management, and learning. In addition, human resource management strategies such as training, mentoring, and regular performance evaluations have proven effective in improving Generation Z's competencies and readiness to face future career challenges. Despite facing challenges such as adaptation to new technologies and undisciplined student management, the opportunities offered by the digital era, such as easy access to learning resources and the chance to upgrade skills through online courses, are key drivers in their career development. This study concludes that proper support from the work environment, supported by an adaptive and flexible human resource management strategy, can help Generation Z in Rangkasbitung Sub-district to continue to develop and adapt in their careers in the digital era. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of profitability, asset structure, and asset growth on debt policy in health sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data used is secondary data from the financial statements of 45 companies. After the normality analysis, the data showed a normal distribution with an estimated skew of 0.067 (more than 0.05). With an F value of 12.827 and a p-value of 0.000, the results of the simultaneous test (F Test) show that the integrated independent variables significantly affect the debt policy. However, according to a partial analysis (T-Test), the only factor that has a significant negative influence on debt policy is profitability (p-value = 0.000), while asset growth and asset structure do not show a significant influence.

Abstract

Pajangan Subdistrict ranks first in stunting incidents in Bantul Regency, while Guwosari Subdistrict is ranked 3rd highest, namely 13.23% based on Pajangan Health Center data in 2019 after Triwidadi Subdistrict with 17.15% and Sendangsari Subdistrict with 13.23%. Efforts to prevent stunting are by approaching the community through PERGA cadre training activities in Guwosari District. The instrument uses educational media, flip sheets and educational rubrics. The result of this community service is an increase in cadres' skills regarding health promotion related to the role of the family in preventing stunting.   Abstrak Kecamatan Pajangan menempati peringkat pertama kejadian stunting di Kabupaten Bantul, untuk Kalurahan Guwosari menempati peringkat ke-3 tertinggi yaitu sebesar 13,23% berdasarkan Data Puskesmas Pajangan pada tahun 2019 setelah Kalurahan Triwidadi sebesar 17,15% dan Kalurahan Sendangsari 13,23%. Upaya untuk mencegah stunting adalah melalui pendekatan kepada masyarakat melalui kegiatan pelatihan kader PERGA di Kalurahan Guwosari. Instrumen menggunakan media edukasi lembar balik dan rublik edukasi. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah adanya peningkatan keterampilan kader tentang promosi kesehatan terkait peran keluarga dalam pencegahan stunting.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of Motivation, HR Development and Management Support both partially and simultaneously on Work Productivity at the Lebak Regency Transportation Service. This type of research uses quantitative methods with survey research. The population of this research is 154 employees at the Department of Transportation (DISHUB) Lebak Regency, Rangkasbitung, Banten. The sampling technique used was a random sampling technique using the Slovin formula, namely 61 research samples used in this research. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression were processed using the SPSS V.20 analysis tool. It was concluded in this research that motivation, human resource development, and management support partially or simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of Lebak Regency Transportation Service Employees, this shows that motivation plays a role in supporting work productivity.

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a group of metabolic diseases characterized by hyperglycemia that occurs due to abnormalities in insulin secretion , insulin action or both . The increase in the number diabetes mellitus sufferers causes an increase in the incidence diabetes mellitus complications , one of which is wounds on the feet of diabetic foot ulcers . In the wound healing process in diabetes, there are many factors that are often forgotten , one of which is adequate nutrition . Fulfilling this nutrition is very important because it can influence the wound healing process . apart from fulfilling nutrition , wound care also needs to be paid attention to . Snakehead fish ( Channa striata ) is a freshwater fish that is commonly used by Indonesian people as an Ingredients for healing wounds . . The main ingredients in this fish are relatively high protein and albumin. The albumin content in this fish is a globular protein which is often used clinically to improve nutrition and the wound healing process . Albumin also help in the process of forming body tissue . This literature aiming to determine the effect of providing processed snakehead fish ( Channa Striata ) on the healing process diabetes mellitus ulcers . The method used is a literature review with a Narrative Reviews design to identify and summarize previously published articles regarding the Effect of Providing Processed Snakehead Fish ( Channa Striata ) on the Healing Process of Diabetes Mellitus Ulcers . From the 10 articles summarized , the results showed that processed snakehead fish ( Channa striata ) contains protein, albumin, carbohydrates , fat and Zn which help in the healing process of diabetic ulcer and can reduce blood glucose levels .

Abstract

The State Defense System is directed towards fulfilling the basic minimum needs, or Minimum Essential Force (MEF). MEF is one of the targets of the National Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMN) in the field of defense, divided into three stages. In the Master Plan for Defense Industry Development, the target of MEF phase III is to support the ideal posture, creating growth in the defense industry by 2029, and achieving Defense Industry Independence. This study aims to evaluate the MEF policy in realizing Defense Industry Independence so that it can become a pillar of sustainable defense economics. The research method used is qualitative with a literature study approach. This study uses the Evaluation Theory with the CIPP Model, where the research results show that: In the context evaluation, the MEF Policy emerges as a solution to realize the state's defense system towards the ideal posture to create Defense Industry Independence. In the input evaluation, it can be seen in the MEF Alignment process. In the process evaluation, it can be seen how MEF serves as a framework in realizing an independent defense industry so that it can become a pillar of sustainable defense economics through the Import Substitution Industrialization Policy and realizing downstream processes in the Defense Industry. Meanwhile, in the product evaluation, factors that hinder the realization of Defense Industry Independence were found. These factors include insufficient budget for domestic Defense Industry R&D compared to the budget for importing defense equipment from abroad, the lack of quality human resources, and funding limitations. To overcome these problems, a review of the performance of KKIP, as a state institution directly involved in overseeing the development of domestic defense equipment until 2029, is necessary

Abstract

The goal of this study was to determine whether eighth graders at SMP PGRI Pedamaran who received instruction in the online reading strategy differed significantly from those who did not in their reading comprehension abilities. A quasi-experimental design was implemented for this study. The data was obtained through a written test consisting of multiple-choice questions. T-test was applied to the data for analysis. Based on the findings of the independent sample t-test, it was determined that the Pvalue (0.000) was less than the value (0.05) and the t-test obtained (2.917) was greater than the t-table (2.00). The results pointed out that alternative hypotheses were found to be accepted whereas null hypotheses were found to be rejected. The students who were taught by applying Online Reading Strategy and those who were not showed a significant difference in their reading comprehension achievement. In other words, SMP PGRI Pedamaran eighth grade students' reading comprehension performance was enhanced by employing an online reading strategy.

Abstract

The counselee's confident behavior is decreasing day by day due to pressure from outside and from within which makes the counselee increasingly think unworthy. Abstract

From the research conducted by the researcher, there were cases of students being bullied by their classmates, which resulted in their performance dropping because they felt anxious while taking lessons. Bullying is a behavior that usually occurs in schools, usually someone does bullying because they feel they are the most powerful or powerful. As a result, someone who is a victim of bullying feels anxious, threatened, insecure and calm, and can reduce the victim's achievement motivation. The approach that can be used is the Solution Focused Brief Counseling approach with the scarling question technique. Objectives of the Solution Focused Brief Counseling approach is one of the approaches used in school settings. Counselors can use it to solve problems with students, but this approach places more emphasis on the solution, not the problem. Finding solutions quickly and precisely to overcome the problems faced by students. By using the scarling question technique, the counselee can take actions that can bring about changes according to what they want.
