Abstract

This research aims to determine the creation of a company profile website used WordPress in the CV. Duta Perkasa Pasuruan and know how to measure effectiveness on its company profile website with Webqual method. The type of research used in this research was Action Research. This research used the method of distributing questionnaires to 15 respondents, observation, documentation and interviews. This research measured the effectiveness of newly created websites using the Webqual method. The results of this research showed that: (1) the website that had been created was easy for visitors to use in the usability dimension (2) the website that had been created had present accurate, up-to-date and easy to understand information in the information quality dimension (3) the website that had been created could make it easier users interact on the website on the interaction quality dimension.

Abstract

Based on the results of the daily assessment in the subject of Akidah Akhlak for Grade XI students at MA Darul Amanah Bedono in the even semester of the 2024/2025 academic year, only 2 out of 7 students (28.57%) achieved scores above the Minimum Mastery Criteria (KKM), while 5 students (71.43%) still received low scores. This outcome indicates that the learning process has not been effective and has not met the expected minimum competency targets. Furthermore, the low learning outcomes are also reflected in student behavior at school, which still shows a lack of application of commendable morals, such as insufficient respect for teachers, low concern for peers, and lack of participation in religious activities. This suggests that students' understanding of Akidah Akhlak is not only weak cognitively but is also not reflected in their daily attitudes and behavior.This study aims to improve student learning outcomes in the subject of Akidah Akhlak with the material "Avoiding Reprehensible Behavior" through the Problem Based Learning (PBL) method in class XI MA Darul Amanah Bedono in the even semester of the 2024/2025 academic year. The method used is Classroom Action Research (CAR) in two cycles with 7 students as subjects. In the pre-cycle, only 2 students (28.57%) completed with an average score of 60.86. After the implementation of PBL, the results increased in cycle I with 4 students (57.1%) completing and an average score of 75.29, and reaching 100% completion in cycle II with an average score of 81.29. In addition to increasing grades, PBL also has a positive impact on student attitudes, such as critical thinking, cooperation, and responsibility, through contextual learning related to tadbzir and bungling behavior. This approach has proven effective in shaping Islamic character and increasing active student involvement

Abstract

  This study aimed to make content on the Instagram reels feature as an advertising medium to promote Aura Park Malang housing using the Adobe Premier Pro Application. The study used the Action Research method consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The assessment of content effectiveness was carried out through the Grammar of Edit approach for the quality of video marketing content, as well as the EPIC Model (Empathy, Persuasion, Impact, Communication) to measure the effectiveness of video marketing content. The sample in this study consisted of 11 respondents, including owners, employees, marketing experts, computer experts, and prospective consumers. The results of the questionnaire analysis on Grammar of Edit showed a score of 85%, this is categorized as feasible and meets the standards in video quality. While the results of the analysis on the EPIC rate were 4.4 on video 1, 4.4 on video 2, 4.3 on video 3, 4.3 on video 4 and 4.2 on video 5. There was an increase in the effectiveness score on video 5 after revisions were made in the second cycle by obtaining an average EPIC score of 4.3. Therefore, all video content are included in the "very good" category. This means that based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that video marketing content is included in the very effective category. Thust it is recommended that the business apply the videos an the advertising media at Aura Park Malang.   Keywords: Adobe Premiere Pro; EPIC Model; Instagram Reels   ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat konten di reels instagram sebagai media iklan untuk perumahan Aura Park Malang dengan menggunakan Aplikasi Adobe Premier Pro. Pada penelitian menggunakan metode Action Research, yang terdiri dari perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Penilaian efektivitas konten dilakukan melalui pendekatan Grammar of Edit untuk kualitas konten video marketing, serta EPIC Model (Empathy, Persuasion, Impact, Communication) untuk mengukur efektivitas konten video marketing. Sampel dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 11 responden, yang meliputi pemilik, karyawan, ahli pemasaran, ahli komputer, serta calon konsumen. Hasil analisis kuesioner pada Grammar of Edit mendapatkan skor 85% dikategorikan layak dan memenuhi standar dalam kualitas video. Sedangkan hasil analisis pada EPIC rate sebesar 4.4 pada video 1, 4.4 pada video 2, 4.3 pada video 3, 4.3 pada video 4 dan 4.2 pada video 5. Terdapat peningkatan skor efektivitas pada video 5 setelah dilakukan revisi pada siklus kedua dengan memperoleh EPIC rate sebesar 4.3. Oleh karena itu seluruh konten video marketing termasuk kategori “sangat baik”. Artinya Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa konten video marketing termasuk dalam kategori sangat efektif. Sehingga diharapkan dapat menjadi media iklan pada Aura Park Malang.

Abstract

Efektivitas dan efisiensi pengelolaan keuangan daerah Kabupaten Tolitoli Tahun 2018-2022. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas dan efisiensi pengelolaan keuangan daerah Kabupaten Tolitoli Tahun 2018-2022. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan teknis analisis data rasio efektivitas dan rasio efisiensi dengan data sekunder yang diperoleh di Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BPKAD). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa analisis efektivitas pengelolaan keuangan daerah pada belanja modal dengan rata-rata pada Tahun anggaran 2018 sampai dengan Tahun anggaran 2022 sebesar 94,57 persen tergolong efektif. Analisis efisiensi pengelolaan keuangan daerah dengan rata-rata sebesar 94,65 persen tergolong kurang efisien.

Abstract

Kemasan merupakan salah satu komponen yang memiliki fungsi penting sebagai penunjang media promosi tidak langsung dan mampu membentuk persepsi konsumen terhadap produk. Salah satu peran dari kemasan yaitu sebagai media pendukung yang dapat memengaruhi preferensi pembelian konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang kemasan baru yang lebih menarik dan modern dengan bantuan perangkat lunak desain grafis CorelDraw. Metode yang digunakan adalah action research, yang memungkinkan proses perbaikan dilakukan secara bertahap berdasarkan hasil evaluasi. Penilaian efektivitas desain dilakukan dengan menggunakan indikator EPIC (Empathy, Persuasion, Impact, and Communication). Sebanyak 15 responden terlibat dalam penelitian ini, terdiri atas dua ahli di bidang pemasaran, dua ahli komputer desain, satu pemilik usaha, dan sepuluh calon konsumen atau konsumen. Proses penelitian dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, hasil pada siklus pertama menunjukkan bahwa desain masih belum mencapai efektivitas optimal. Pada desain siklus kedua menghasilkan peningkatan signifikan, dengan skor EPIC rate sebesar 4.69, yang menunjukkan hasil yang efektif. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa desain kemasan yang dikembangkan layak digunakan sebagai media promosi yang mendukung peningkatan daya saing produk. Selain itu, pemanfaatan file desain yang fleksibel memungkinkan Geti Nabil untuk melakukan pembaruan visual kemasan secara berkala, seiring dengan perkembangan tren pasar dan kebutuhan strategi pemasaran, sehingga relevansi produk tetap terjaga di mata konsumen.

Abstract

Bahtsul Masa’il merupakan salah satu ciri khas yang ada di pondok pesantren. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengkaji peningkatan daya pikir kritis santri melalui forum Bahtsul Masa’il yang menjadi sarana komunikasi kelompok di Organisasi MUFIDA Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Blokagung-Banyuwangi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif jenis studi kasus yang secara intensif mempelajari individu atau kelompok dengan memandang pada kasus tertentu. Peneliti sebagai instrumen sekaligus pengumpul data mengambil kasus yang ada di organisasi MUFIDA pondok pesantren Darussalam Blokagung. Penelitian dilakukan melalui beberapa tahapan yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Setelah data terkumpul, peneliti akan memeriksa keabsahan data penelitian dan menganalisis data dengan teknik induktif sehingga memberikan hasil penelitian yang dapat dipertanggung jawabkan. Sebagaimana teori komunikasi kelompok yang dikemukakan oleh Joseph Bonito, dkk, bahwa komunikasi dalam kelompok dilakukan karena adanya kepentingan tertentu, baik kepentingan secara pribadi maupun kepentingan bersama. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Bahtsul Masa’il memiliki peranan yang penting sebagai sarana komunikasi kelompok bagi santri. Karena praktek yang ada pada Bahtsul Masa’il melatih para santri untuk saling berbagi pemikiran, pendapat, ide dan memusyawarahkan keputusan yang hendak diambil.

Abstract

PT Samudra Solusi Agensi is a new company engaged in education marketing services. Its reliance on social media and word of mouth has not effectively conveyed complete and professional information. To address the lack of digital platform that enhances visibility and credibility, this study aims to develop a website as promotional media using Figma and WordPress.  This study employed an action research method, with data collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. A total of 30 respondents participated, including 2 marketing experts, 2 IT experts, 1 company director, and 25 clients or prospectives clients. Website quality was assessed using WebQual and effectiveness was evaluated through the EPIC Model.  The results showed that the quality level of the website developed was in the “very good” category with a WebQual score of 90.9%, and the effectiveness level of the website as a promotional media was in the “very effective” category with an EPIC Rate score of 4.5. These results indicated that the developed website successfully met the company’s needs and was suitable for use.  The results indicate that the company profile website developed with WordPress CMS is highly effective as a promotional media. It is expected that PT Samudra Solusi Agensi continuously manage and optimize website content regularly to maintain the relevance of service information.

Abstract

Global Putra Ventura Sejahtera is a B2B company specializing in the provision of installation services, procurement of goods, and telecommunications infrastructure in Indonesia. Currently, PT Global Putra Ventura Sejahtera only uses personal Email and Whatsapp as their digital publication platforms. As the company continues to grow, these two platforms have become less effective in supporting the company's publication activities since they cannot reach potential clients outside the company's network, and exacerbate them to establish their brand and disseminate information. This study aims to create a company profile website using the WordPress CMS as an effective publication platform that can be accessed by everyone on the internet. The research method used was action research involving seven respondents, consisting of one computer expert, one website UI/UX expert, two marketing experts, one company public relations staff member, one company administrative staff member, and one company director. Data was collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted using the WebQual method with three indicators, Usability Quality, Information Quality, and Interaction Quality, to measure the website's quality as a publication medium. The research results show that in the first cycle, the website achieved a WebQual score of 88.3%, which falls into the “very good” category. After improvements based on feedback from respondents were made, there was an increase in results, with the WebQual score improving to 94.57%, and no significant suggestions were made. The website can be considered “very good” in terms of the information displayed, usability, and interaction with users. It can be concluded that the company profile website created using WordPress CMS demonstrates excellent information quality and website quality, making it suitable for use as a company publication medium.

Abstract

The growth of e-commerce in Indonesia has produced a large volume of user-generated reviews, which contain valuable knowledge for business decisions. However, analyzing this unstructured text data manually is inefficient. The purpose of this study is to improve the performance of sentiment classification on Indonesian e-commerce reviews using machine learning and transformer-based models. The test method is carried out using a public e-commerce review dataset. Three models are evaluated: Multinomial Naïve Bayes, Support Vector Machine (SVM), and IndoBERT. For machine learning models, text pre-processing is performed, and features are extracted using TF-IDF. For the transformer-based model, a fine-tuning approach is used. The results show that the IndoBERT model produces better classification accuracy than the other tested models. For the given dataset, this method obtains 94,1% in accuracy, outperforming both SVM (89,5%) and Multinomial Naïve Bayes (84,2%). The IndoBERT model, despite its higher computational cost, is the most effective for this classification task.

Abstract

Mobile banking application developed by Bank Syariah Indonesia to provide convenience for customers in accessing banking services. Although BSI Mobile is designed to facilitate banking transactions, there are still many customers who do not understand and are not very familiar with the BSI Mobile application. So many customers are still reluctant to switch from traditional banking methods to digital platforms. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of digital media promotion and word of mouth on customer decisions to use BSI Mobile.  The location of this research was conducted on Jalan Imam Bonjol, Johan Pahlawan District, West Aceh Regency. The objects in this study were digital media promotion, word of mouth and customer decisions at BSI KC Meulaboh Imam Bonjol. The results of the study showed that partially digital media promotion had a positive and significant effect on customer decisions in using the BSI Mobile application. Word of mouth had a positive and significant effect on customer decisions in using the BSI Mobile application. Simultaneously digital media promotion and word of mouth had a significant effect on customer decisions in using the BSI Mobile application at BSI KC Meulaboh Imam Bonjol.
