Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji keamanan informasi pada layanan cloud melalui pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR) berbasis PRISMA, dengan fokus pada privasi data dan kepercayaan pengguna. Tiga pertanyaan riset diajukan terkait kontrol privasi, dampak regulasi, dan strategi keamanan yang dipercaya. Dari 82 artikel yang dianalisis menggunakan Covidence dan Publish or Perish, ditemukan 8 studi kunci. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa enkripsi menyeluruh, arsitektur Zero Trust, kepatuhan otomatis terhadap standar global dan strategi keamanan adaptif yang transparan efektif meningkatkan privasi dan kepercayaan pengguna. Studi ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan strategi keamanan cloud yang etis, patuh regulasi dan berpusat pada pengguna.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Human Error dan Sosial engineering Terhadap Tingkat Kebocoran Data Pada Instansi Pemerintah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada Pegawai Biro Adminitrasi Pimpinan Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa human error dan sosial engineering berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat kebocoran data Pada Instansi Pemerintah. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi bahwa perusahaan perlu mengelola dan mendorong terbentuknya ulasan serta rekomendasi positif dari konsumen untuk meningkatkan daya tarik produk di pasar digital.

Abstract

This study focuses on the Impact of Cloud Computing on the Growth of Technology Startups. Using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, this study analyzed 95 articles from various academic sources such as Google Scholar. The collected data was extracted using tools such as Publish or Perish. to filter articles relevant to this topic. The results of the study indicate that the adoption of cloud computing provides the flexibility and scalability that are much needed by startups to face market dynamics. In addition, cloud-based services enable better collaboration and accelerate product time-to-market. This study highlights the importance of an effective cloud computing implementation strategy to maximize its positive impact on the growth of technology startups.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh gaya kepemimpinan dan kompetensi kerja yang ada pada travel Bintang kuansinh travel. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh kepemimpinan dan kompetensi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan keterlibatan kerja sebagai variable intervening pada Bintang kuansing travel. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan Objek atau tempat penelitian ini adalah Bintang Kuansing Travel, yang berlokasi di Jl. Durian Tarung, Ps. Ambacang, Kec. Kuranji, Kota Padang, sumatera Barat. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Bintang Kuansing Travel yang berjumlah 40 orang. Dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan kesimpulan bahwa Gaya kepemimpinan, kompetensi kerja,  berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keterlibatan kerja. Gaya kepemimpinan, kompetensi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dan keterlibatan kerja, gaya kepemimpinan, kompetensi kerja tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Keberhasilan sistem informasi akuntansi dalam pengelolaan keuangan daerah pada instansi pemerintah sangat penting untuk diperhatikan. Apalagi jika terjadi peralihan dari satu sistem ke sistem lainnya. Berhasil tidaknya sistem yang digunakan dapat mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi keberhasilan penggunaan SIPKD berdasarkan model DeLone and McLean. Penelitian dilakukan di Sekretariat Daerah Kota Solok. Tingkat keberhasilan sistem yang diukur pada tingkat efektivitas ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi SIPKD di Sekretariat Daerah Kota Solok tergolong sangat baik dan mencapai 86,71%.

Abstract

The digital transformation has encouraged Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to adopt technology in order to maintain and enhance competitiveness in an increasingly competitive market. This study aims to examine the implementation of e-commerce and e-business in improving the competitiveness of MSMEs in the digital era. The method used is a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observations, and document studies on several MSMEs that have applied digital technology in their business operations. The results show that the utilization of e-commerce can expand market reach, increase transaction efficiency, and accelerate marketing processes. Meanwhile, the implementation of e-business supports more effective internal operational management, such as inventory management, customer service, and information systems. The combination of both has been proven to increase productivity and strengthen the position of MSMEs in digital market competition. The implication of these findings indicates that support for digital literacy and technological infrastructure is crucial to encourage comprehensive and sustainable digital transformation of MSMEs.. Abstract

This research investigates the influence of information technology usage, work motivation, and work environment on employee performance at Bank Nagari's Payakumbuh Branch, with job satisfaction acting as an intervening variable. The study involved distributing questionnaires to 93 employees, and the data was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method. The findings reveal that information technology usage, work motivation, and work environment positively and significantly influence job satisfaction. Furthermore, information technology and job satisfaction directly contribute to enhancing employee performance. Interestingly, while work motivation does not have a direct impact on employee performance, it improves performance indirectly through job satisfaction. On the other hand, the work environment negatively affects employee performance, but its impact turns positive when job satisfaction is included as a mediating factor. These results highlight the essential role of job satisfaction in bridging the relationship between work-related factors and performance outcomes. The study suggests that organizations, particularly in the banking sector, should focus on enhancing job satisfaction by improving work motivation, work environment, and efficient use of information technology to achieve better employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the analysis of the use of regional government information systems in preparing regional government financial reports in Solok Regency. Type of quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study was all Financial Management Employees in the Solok Regency Government totaling 120 people and the sample in this research was 120 Financial Management Employees in the Solok Regency Government. This research analyzes data using the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. Data analysis techniques are the R-Square value, the direct influence hypothesis (Direct Effects) and the indirect influence hypothesis (Indirect Effect). The results show a positive and significant influence of information quality on trust. There is a positive and significant influence of system quality on trust. There is a positive and significant influence of information quality on user satisfaction. There is a positive and significant influence of system quality on user satisfaction. There is a positive and significant influence of trust on user satisfaction. Trust does not mediate the effect of information quality on user satisfaction. Trust mediates the effect of system quality on user satisfaction

Abstract

Technopreneurship is a combination of technology and entrepreneurship that has significant potential in supporting the development of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in the digital era. This study aims to evaluate the impact of technopreneurship on the growth of SMEs in Indonesia, utilizing a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method on 361 relevant articles from various academic databases, such as Google Scholar and Sinta. Data were analyzed using tools like Publish or Perish, Covidence, and VOSviewer to identify trends and relationships within the relevant literature. The findings indicate that technopreneurship plays a key role in enhancing SMEs' competitiveness through the adoption of digital technology, which supports operational efficiency, market expansion, and product innovation. However, several challenges, such as limited access to innovative financing, a shortage of skilled labor in technology, and insufficient digital infrastructure, remain major obstacles. Strategies such as continuous training, partnerships with the government and private sectors, and the use of e-commerce-based technology have proven effective in overcoming these challenges. This study provides crucial recommendations for stakeholders to strengthen technopreneurship as a primary driver of SME growth, particularly in facing the rapidly evolving digital transformation era

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis isu dan kebijakan manajemen sumber daya manusia (MSDM) dalam organisasi modern di tengah tantangan transformasi digital dan dinamika pasar tenaga kerja global. Perubahan teknologi dan globalisasi telah menggeser peran MSDM dari fungsi administratif menuju posisi strategis yang berkontribusi langsung terhadap keunggulan kompetitif organisasi. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan mengacu pada kerangka PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) untuk menelusuri literatur akademik yang relevan dari basis data Scopus dalam rentang waktu 2020–2025. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan dan praktik MSDM modern dipengaruhi oleh tiga pilar utama, yaitu digitalisasi, keberlanjutan, dan kolaborasi. Digitalisasi melalui penerapan Electronic Human Resource Management (e-HRM) meningkatkan efisiensi, transparansi, dan keterlibatan karyawan. Aspek keberlanjutan tercermin dalam penerapan Sustainable HRM (SHRM) yang menyeimbangkan dimensi ekonomi, sosial, dan lingkungan. Sementara itu, kolaborasi internal melalui collaborative HRM memperkuat jejaring sosial organisasi dan mendorong inovasi. Secara keseluruhan, hasil telaah menunjukkan bahwa organisasi yang mampu mengintegrasikan ketiga aspek tersebut memiliki kapasitas adaptif lebih tinggi terhadap perubahan pasar kerja dan disrupsi teknologi. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya kebijakan MSDM yang berbasis data, inklusif, dan berorientasi pada keberlanjutan guna mendukung daya saing jangka panjang organisasi di era modern.
