Abstract

Purpose of the Study: This systematic review investigates the integration of digital technologies into physics education across secondary and tertiary institutions globally, identifying patterns, outcomes, and evidence-based best practices within technology-enhanced learning environments (TELEs) from 2015 to 2024. Materials and Methods: Following PRISMA 2020 guidelines, a comprehensive electronic search was conducted across six major databases—Web of Science (WoS), Scopus, ERIC, IEEE Xplore, PsycINFO, and Google Scholar—using systematically constructed Boolean search strings. Inclusion criteria comprised peer-reviewed empirical studies published in English between January 2015 and December 2024, focusing on digital technology interventions in physics education contexts. After full screening, 87 studies met the inclusion criteria and were subjected to qualitative synthesis and descriptive meta-analysis. Results: Analysis revealed five dominant technology clusters: virtual laboratories and simulations (34.5%), augmented and virtual reality environments (21.8%), adaptive learning systems and AI-assisted instruction (18.4%), gamification platforms (14.9%), and collaborative online environments (10.3%). Studies consistently reported positive effects on conceptual understanding (mean effect size d = 0.67, 95% CI [0.54, 0.80]), student engagement (d = 0.72), and laboratory skill acquisition (d = 0.58). Emerging technologies such as immersive VR and AI-driven personalization demonstrated the highest effect sizes, particularly in abstract concept visualization and formative assessment. Conclusions: Digital transformation presents substantial pedagogical opportunities for physics education, provided that implementation is theoretically grounded, teacher-mediated, and contextually tailored. Critical barriers including digital inequity, teacher preparedness, and evidence gaps in long-term retention require urgent targeted policy and research attention.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis persepsi mahasiswa Pendidikan Jasmani Universitas Islam Riau terhadap penggunaan kecerdasan buatan (Artificial Intelligence/AI) sebagai alat bantu dalam pembelajaran teknik dasar sepak takraw, meliputi aspek kegunaan (usefulness), kemudahan penggunaan (ease of use), sikap (attitude), dan niat penggunaan berkelanjutan (behavioral intention). Penelitian ini menggunakan desain survei cross-sectional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Sampel terdiri dari 127 mahasiswa (89 laki-laki, 38 perempuan; rerata usia 20,64±1,82 tahun) yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner tertutup yang diadaptasi dari Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) dengan skala Likert 5 poin (30 butir pernyataan; Cronbach’s α = 0,91). Intervensi pembelajaran berbasis AI dilaksanakan selama 8 minggu menggunakan aplikasi analisis gerak berbasis computer vision dan chatbot instruksional. Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif, uji-t independen, ANOVA satu arah, dan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa persepsi mahasiswa terhadap penggunaan AI dalam pembelajaran teknik dasar sepak takraw secara keseluruhan berada pada kategori positif (M = 3,87; SD = 0,54). Dimensi perceived usefulness memperoleh skor tertinggi (M = 4,12; SD = 0,61), diikuti attitude toward use (M = 3,94; SD = 0,58), perceived ease of use (M = 3,78; SD = 0,67), dan behavioral intention (M = 3,65; SD = 0,72). Terdapat perbedaan signifikan dalam persepsi berdasarkan jenis kelamin (t = 2,34; p = 0,021) dan tingkat literasi digital (F = 8,76; p < 0,001). Analisis regresi berganda menunjukkan bahwa perceived usefulness (β = 0,42; p < 0,001) dan perceived ease of use (β = 0,31; p < 0,001) secara signifikan memprediksi behavioral intention to use (R² = 0,58; p < 0,001). Mahasiswa menunjukkan persepsi yang positif terhadap integrasi AI dalam pembelajaran teknik dasar sepak takraw, dengan kegunaan yang dirasakan sebagai prediktor terkuat niat penggunaan berkelanjutan. Temuan ini menyarankan bahwa institusi pendidikan tinggi perlu memfasilitasi peningkatan literasi digital dan mengembangkan infrastruktur teknologi yang memadai untuk mengoptimalkan implementasi AI dalam pedagogi olahraga tradisional.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis efektivitas neuromuscular training terhadap stabilitas dinamis dan risiko cedera Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) pada pemain sepakbola remaja. Metode penelitian menggunakan desain eksperimen semu dengan pendekatan pretest-posttest control group. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari pemain sepakbola remaja yang dibagi ke dalam kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Kelompok eksperimen diberikan program neuromuscular training yang meliputi latihan keseimbangan, propriosepsi, dan kekuatan otot inti yang dilakukan secara terstruktur dan bertahap, sedangkan kelompok kontrol menjalani latihan konvensional sesuai program rutin. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah Y-Balance Test untuk mengukur stabilitas dinamis dan Landing Error Scoring System untuk menilai risiko cedera ACL. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kelompok eksperimen mengalami peningkatan stabilitas dinamis yang lebih optimal serta penurunan risiko cedera yang lebih signifikan dibandingkan kelompok kontrol. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah bahwa neuromuscular training efektif dalam meningkatkan kontrol neuromuskular dan mengurangi risiko cedera, serta berpotensi menjadi strategi latihan preventif yang efektif pada pemain sepakbola remaja. Abstract The purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of neuromuscular training on dynamic stability and the risk of anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury in adolescent soccer players. This study employed a quasi-experimental design using a pretest–posttest control group approach. The participants consisted of adolescent soccer players who were divided into experimental and control groups. The experimental group received a structured and progressive neuromuscular training program consisting of balance, proprioception, and core strength exercises, while the control group followed conventional training based on their routine practice. The instruments used were the Y-Balance Test to assess dynamic stability and the Landing Error Scoring System to evaluate ACL injury risk. The results indicated that the experimental group demonstrated greater improvements in dynamic stability and a more significant reduction in injury risk compared to the control group. It can be concluded that neuromuscular training is effective in enhancing neuromuscular control and reducing injury risk, and it has strong potential as an effective preventive training strategy for adolescent soccer players.

Abstract

This community service activity aimed to enhance students’ understanding of and interest in athletics at the Riau Sports Special School (Sekolah Khusus Olahraga/SKO Riau) through the Athletics for Kids approach. Athletics for Kids is a modified athletics learning model designed according to children’s characteristics, emphasizing play-based activities, safety, and the development of fundamental movement skills. The implementation methods included socialization sessions, demonstrations, hands-on practice, and reflective activities. The participants were SKO Riau students who actively engaged in all stages of the program. The results indicated an improvement in students’ understanding of basic athletics concepts, increased enthusiasm and active participation, and enhanced fundamental movement skills, particularly running, jumping, and throwing. This activity contributes positively to early-age sports development and may serve as an initial model for introducing athletics through the Athletics for Kids approach in sports-oriented school settings.

Abstract

The  purpose  of  the study. The goal of the study is to see how the circuit training approach affects the speed of wall-climbing by athletes from the Indonesian Rock Climbing Federation (FPTI) on the Pekanbaru City Speed World Record Line. Materials and methods. A research technique using an experimental methodology of one group pretest-post test design, in which a pretest is administered before therapy is administered. The study's population included the whole Indonesian Rock Climbing Federation (FPTI) Pekanbaru City, which included six male athletes. Results. We apply the t-test procedure to test the hypothesis, and we receive tcount = 7.01 from the t-value calculation, which we then compare to the ttable value. The value of ttable = 2.132 is known from table t, indicating that tcount is larger than ttable. As a result, the accepted hypothesis and the effect of circuit training on the ability to climb wall-climbing speed with a 19.31% increase in ability. Conclusions. Circuit training provides a 19.31% increase in speed for wall climbing athletes, according to data analysis

Abstract

Siswa SD Negeri 179 Kota Pekanbaru banyak yang kurang daya kosentrasinya dalam beraktivitas pada saat pembelajaran sehingga siswa tidak memperhatikan guru pada saat guru menjelaskan, selanjutnya siswa masih kurang percaya diri dalam mengekspresikan kemampuannya nya dalam belajar, serta kurangnya motivasi siswa dalam proses pembelajaran khususnya pada olahraga lompat jangkit. Pelaksanaan teknik lompat jangkit ini memerlukan keterampilan yang khusus, terutama untuk anak sekolah dasar. Dimana teknik dasarnya terdiri dari lari awalan (approach), jingkat (hop), langkah (step), lompat (jump). Jadi setiap rangkaian itu memiliki cara tersendiri seperti awalan, dimaan siswa harus berlari secepat mungkin untuk bisa mendapatkan kecepatan yang bagus. Setelah awalan dilanjutkan jingkat yaitu melakukan lompatan dengan kaki yang sama, lalu dilanjutkan dengan langkah dimana melakukan pergantian kaki untuk melangkah, setelah itu tahapan melompat / melayang, dengan adanya tolakan yang kuat diharapkan lompatan siswa bisa jauh kedepan. Terkahir mendarat, tahapan ini harus menggunakan kedua kaki untuk mendarat, tetapi badan juga harus diperhatikan keseimbangannya jangan sampai nantik salah satu anggota badan jatuh kebelakang. Penggunaan psikologi olahraga menjadi tuntutan mutlak untuk mengatasi masalah-masalah psikologis siswa sekolah dasar juga bagaimana penanganan aspek psikologis ini dapat meningkatkan minat dan semangat siswa dalam mempraktekkan lompat jangkit. Psikologi Olahraga merupakan ilmu yang mempelajari perilaku manusia dalam konteks untuk meningkatkan prestasi olahraga.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung antara daya ledak otot tungkai, kecepatan reaksi dan motivasi terhadap kecepatan lari jarak penek 100 meter. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada atlit atletik PPLP Pekanbaru Provinsi Riau. Populasi menggunakan populasi sasaran adalah seluruh atlit atletik PPLP lari jarak pendek berjumlah 12 atlit. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik sampel total (total sampling). Pengujian hipotesis pengaruh daya ledak otot tungkai terhadap kecepatan lari jarak pendek 100 meter sebesar 0,659. Pengaruh kecepatan reaksi terhadap kecepatan lari jarak pendek 100 meter sebesar 0,621. Pengaruh motivasi terhadap kecepatan lari jarak pendek 100 meter sebesar 0,764. Pengaruh daya ledak otot tungkai terhadap motivasi sebesar 0,625. Pengaruh kecepatan reaksi terhadap motivasi sebesar 0,782. Pengaruh daya ledak otot tungkai terhadap kecepatan lari jarak pendek 100 meter melalui motivasi sebesar 0,915. Pengaruh kecepatan reaksi terhadap kecepatan lari jarak pendek 100 meter melalui motivasi sebesar 0,960. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan: Terdapat pengaruh positif antara daya ledak otot tungkai terhadap kecepatan lari jarak pendek 100 meter pada atlit atletik PPLP Pekanbaru. Terdapat pengaruh positif antara kecepatan reaksi terhadap kecepatan lari jarak pendek 100 meter pada atlit atletik PPLP Pekanbaru. Terdapat pengaruh positif antara motivasi terhadap kecepatan lari jarak pendek 100 meter pada atlit atletik PPLP Pekanbaru. Terdapat pengaruh positif antara daya ledak otot tungkai terhadap motivasi pada atlit atletik PPLP Pekanbaru. Terdapat pengaruh positif antara kecepatan reaksi terhadap motivasi pada atlit atletik PPLP Pekanbaru. Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of smash training by using Imagery toward smash result of Men Volleyball team ofHealth, Physical education and recreation Department of Teacher Training and Education Faculty of Universitas Islam Riau. This research designwas quasi experimental with one group pretest-posttest design. The population of this research was all players of Men Volleyball team of Health, Physical education and recreation Department of Teacher Training and Education Faculty of Universitas Islam Riau. The sample of this research was allpopulation or also called as total sampling which consisted of 14 students. The test used wasvolleyball smash l. The data was analyzed statistically by dependentt-test. The result shown that there was no significant effectof using Imagery training of students’ smash results. Then, experimental treatments with Imagery exercise were done for 12 meetings, (post-test) was a passing and stopping skill test which had result as 1398 and the mean score was99.86, and t-observe was 0.17 which means bigger than significant value of t-tableas 2.16. As conclusion, Ho isaccepted, and Hais rejected.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of applying the teaching style of practice and inclusive teaching style on groups of students who have high and low motor abilities in the process of learning the basic techniques of sepak takraw. This research method uses experiments factorial 2x2 with by level design, the population of this study was 82 students of physical education study programs at the Riau Islamic University. The sample of this study was 44 people taken using purposive sampling technique, consisting of 22 people with high motor ability and 22 people with low motor ability. Furthermore the sample was divided into four groups of 11 people each. The data analysis technique used ANAVA with the results of the t-dunnet advanced test. (1) For students who have a high motor ability, the results of the learning of the takraw basic techniques of teaching practice style groups are better than inclusi teaching styles, with t0 = 5.06 ≥ ttable 1.67 then H0 is rejected. (2) Students who have low motor ability, the results of the learning of the basic techniques of takraw group inclusi teaching style is better than the teaching style of practice, with t0 = -1.81 ≤ ttable 1.67 then H0 is rejected. (3) There is an interaction between teaching style and motor ability on the results of the basic takraw learning techniques, with p-value = 0,000 ≤ 0.05 or H0 rejected.

Abstract

Physical fitness is influenced by the food they consume. Nutritious food can increase the athlete's stamina so that athlete's achievement will be easily achieved. Fulfilling the need for nutritional intake requires a good level of understanding of the importance of the nutritional intake needs of athletes, especially soccer athletes at SMA Negeri Sport Riau Province. The purpose of the study is to measure the level of understanding of the nutritional intake needs of adolescent soccer athletes at SMA Negeri Sport Riau Province. This type of research is evaluation. The method used in this study is a survey method with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data collection technique is carried out using a questionnaire or questionnaire method by testing the level of validity and reliability. The population in the study amounted to 35 male soccer athletes at the Riau Province Sports State Senior High School. The sampling technique uses total sampling. Data analysis uses quantitative descriptive as outlined in the form of a percentage. The results shows that the level of understanding of the nutritional intake needs of soccer athletes at the Riau Province Sports High School can be seen that 65.7% gives a good assessment. This indicates that the level of understanding of the nutritional needs of athletes is in the good category so this needs to be maintained. Likewise, the athletes' understanding of the athlete's daily nutritional adequacy and the regulation of the athlete's nutritional intake during the training period is in the good category. So it can be concluded that the level of understanding of the nutritional intake needs of soccer athletes is in the good category.
