Abstract

Abstrak: Ketersediaan Data yang lengkap dan valid menjadi salah satu tantangan dalam pembangunan Wisata Berbasis Tourism di Desa Karang Sidemen. Oleh Karena itu kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) yang dilaksanakan di Desa Wisata Karang Sidemen bertujuan untuk memetakan data potensi tumbuhan obat pada jalur wisata Desa Karang Sidemen yang dapat mendukung penyusunan paket wisata Green Tourism kedepannya. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian ini adalah Eksplorasi dan metode Waterfall yang tergabung dalam metode Asset Based Community Development (ABCD), yang didasarkan pada tahap identifikasi potensi, dengan rangkaian tahapan: koordinasi sekaligus survey pendahuluan, ekplorasi dan pengambilan data titik koordinat, pengolahan data, evaluasi dan penyerahan peta permanen. Anggota pokdarwis sebanyak 30 orang dan pemerintah Desa Karang adalah mitra dalam pengabdian ini. Adapaun Hasil yang dicapai melalui kegiatan PkM ini adalah dihasilkannya peta spasial yang permanen terkait keberadaan jenis-jenis tumbuhan obat sepanjang jalur wisata desa karang sidemen yang dikelompokkan berdasarkan Famili.Abstract: Availability of complete and valid data is one of the challenges in developing Tourism Based Tourism in Karang Sidemen Village. Therefore the Community Service (PkM) activities carried out in the Karang Sidemen Tourism Village aim to map data on the potential of medicinal plants on the Karang Sidemen village tourism route which can support the preparation of Green Tourism tour packages in the future. The method used in the implementation of this service is the Exploration and Waterfall method which are incorporated in the Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) method, which is based on the potential identification stage, with a series of stages: coordination as well as preliminary survey, exploration and collection of coordinate point data, data processing, evaluation and submission of permanent maps. There are 30 Pokdarwis members and the Karang Village government as partners in this service. The results achieved through this PkM activity were the production of a permanent spatial map regarding the presence of medicinal plant species along the Karang Sidemen village tourism route grouped by family.

Abstract

Non-Timber Forest Products (NTFP) are one of the resources that the community in Community Forest can manage. Optimal and efficient use of forest resources will significantly influence improving the standard of living of people who utilize forest resources. However, the community still needs to do it optimally. Forest resources contained in forests have important values that can meet social, environmental, ecological, and economic needs. This study aims to determine the types and utilization of NTFPs in Oi Rida Community Forest, analyze farmers' incomes, and analyze farmer categories based on the World Bank's poverty approach. The research method used to fulfill the research data was a structured interview with 38 HKm respondents. The results showed that there were 18 types of NTFPs with a total plant presence of 10,657 tons/ LLG, including candlenut, coffee, avocado, durian, cloves, bamboo, lamtoro, ginger, turmeric, chili, porang, ginger, vanilla, lemongrass, cassava, keladi, banana, and honey. Total income of Rp. 178,845,583 LLG per year with an average of Rp. 4,706,463 LLG per year. The amount of income from the use of HHBK converted into rupiah, spent to obtain goods or services of US $ 1.25 or equivalent to Rp 18,332.43 per day, and the average income of Rp 4,706,463 per year to Rp 4,222 per day. This income value is classified as non-prosperous farmers (poor) because the income per person daily does not meet US $ 1.25 or equivalent to Rp. 18,332.43.

Abstract

NTB Province is committed to implementing the Ministry of Environment and Forestry Regulation Number 9 of 2021 which states that there is a need to increase the economic activities of residents living around forests through social forestry schemes. The most popular social forestry scheme is HKm. The HKm scheme is of more interest to the people of NTB because it aims to improve the welfare of communities around the forest and its implementation can be carried out in protected and production forests. Based on the above problems, it is necessary to conduct research related to the evaluation of HKm management of Gapoktan Alam Lestari in order to find out the economic, ecological and social aspects regulatedinPerdirjen Perhutanan Sosial dan Kemitraan Lingkungan No.P.9/PSKL/PKPS/KUM.1/10/2019. Descriptive method was used in this research. A snowball sampling approach was used to determine respondents. Gapoktan Alam Lestari obtained a medium score (75%) in its evaluation.

Abstract

This article discusses the water level control of the tank using PID control which is implemented on PLC (Programmable Logic Control) with HMI interface. This plant system consists of a controlled tank, a sup-ply tank, a water level sensor, a water faucet in the form of a motorized valve, PLC and HMI. In previous studies, the plant system used usually only has a controlled tank without a supply tank so that the control of the system becomes simpler. However, in this study a supply tank was also used so that the flow of water flowing in controlling the water level would depend on the water level of the supply tank and the opening of the water faucet. This plant system with a tank that has an open outlet pipe is a classic system that is non-linear so linearization is needed in its control. In order for the system to be linearized, it is assumed that both the supply tank and the controlled tank only operate within a certain value range. The realiza-tion of a water level control system using a PID controller was made and tested for its effectiveness at the setpoint values of 10 cm and 20 cm. Based on the simulation and experimental results, it was found that the system worked well where the PID control was able to stabilize the system at both setpoint values where the obtained overshoot were below 10%.

Abstract

Mesin 3D printing dapat membuat proses produksi menjadi singkat dan sederhana, keunggulan ini menjadikan banyak peneliti mulai menggembangkan mesin printing. Pengembangan mesin printing yang sudah dilakukan salah satunya adalah mesin 3D printer 2 x 2 x 2 meter. Keberhasilan mesin printing dapat dilihat dari hasil printing yang sesuai dengan desain yang diharapkan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan aplikasi yang dapat membantu merancang desain objek 3D pada mesin printer 2x2x2 meter, salah satunya menggunakan aplikasi CAD (Computer Aided Design) “SolidWork”. Aplikasi “SolidWork” bersifat opensource yang dapat membantu mengetahui pengaruh desain 3 dimensi menggunakan software CAD terhadap jarak, sudut dan skala objek pada mesin printer 2x2x2 meter. Desain objek 3D “SolidWork” disimpan dalam dalam format file STL, kemudian diproses di dalam Simplify 3D, objek akan diiris secara software. Hasil irisan gambar 3D akan menghasilkan sebuah file G-Code. Output koordinat dari G-Code digunakan untuk menggerakan motor stepper. Hasil cetak objek 2D memiliki error ukuran bentuk segitiga 4,62%, bentuk straight slog 7,49%, bentuk oval 5,54%, error sudut sebesar 0% dan error skala objek 0%. Sedangkan untuk objek 3D memiliki error rata – rata sebesar 0,29%. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian aplikasi “SolidWork” dapat menujukkan kinerja mesin dan membantu dalam pembuatan desain 2D dan 3D pada mesin 3D printer 2x2x2 meter di Lab Elektro Prodi Elektronika Politeknik Negeri Malang. ABSTRACT 3D printing machines can make the production process short and simple, this advantage has made many researchers start to develop printing machines. One of the developments in printing machines that have been carried out is the 2 x 2 x 2 meter 3D Printer machine. The success of the printing machine can be seen from the printing results by the expected design. Therefore, an application is needed that can help design 3D object designs on a 2x2x2 meter printer machine, one of which is using the CAD (Computer-Aided Design) application "SolidWork". The application "SolidWork" is open source which can help determine the effect of 3-dimensional design using CAD software on the distance, angle, and scale of objects on a 2x2x2 meter printer machine. "SolidWorks" 3D object design is saved in STL file format, then processed in Simplify 3D, the object will be sliced automatically. The sliced 3D image will produce a G-Code file. The coordinate output from the G-Code is used to drive the stepper motor. The printout of 2D objects has a triangular size error of 4.62%, a straight slog shape of 7.49%, an oval shape of 5.54%, an angle error of 0%, and a scale error of 0%. Meanwhile, 3D objects have an average error of 0.29%. Based on the results of testing the "SolidWork" application can show machine performance and assist in making 2D and 3D designs on a 2x2x2 meter 3D printer machine at the Electrical Lab of Electronics Study Program, State Polytechnic of Malang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the conditions, analyzed internal-extenal factors and building strategy for strengthening the capacity of community forest group in Batu Kemalik, Bukit Tinggi Village, West Lombok District. SWOT matrix, IFE and EFE matrix and Grand Strategy was used for this study analysis. The sample determination using cluster sampling or sample of groups. The number of samples in this study were 33 respondents who divided into five clusters, consisting of HKm Wana Lestari administrators, members of HKm Wana Lestari, Bukit Tinggi Village officials, BPD Bukit Tinggi, and West Rinjani Forest Management Unit officials. All of the data collected using questionnaires, documentation, and in-depth interviews. Based on the results, it is known that there are 3 factors of internal strength, 4 factors of internal weaknesses, 3 factors of external opportunities and 3 factors of external threats. In general, the group are in a weak position internally so the group have not been able to maximize their strengths to overcome weaknesses, also have not been effective in taking advantage from opportunities and minimizing existing threats. The group institutions are in quadrant I. Several best strategies that can be used are increasing human resources, market development, backward integration, concentric diversification and facilities intercalation.

Abstract

A watershed is a land area that functions as an ecological unit to collect, store, and channel rainfall to lakes or seas naturally. Effective watershed management requires supportive policies and regulations. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of Regional Regulation No. 5 of 2017 on Watershed Management in West Nusa Tenggara and to formulate planning strategies to optimize the policy's implementation. The research methods included literature review, interviews, and observation. Policy analysis was conducted using four criteria derived from William N. Dunn's theory, while management strategies were formulated using SWOT analysis. The findings indicate that the policy implementation falls under the "low" category with a score of 1.58, deeming it ineffective. The highest-scoring strategy is the Weakness-Opportunities (W-O) strategy, which emphasizes optimizing Government Regulation No. 37 of 2012 and Regional Regulation No. 5 of 2017 to enhance coordination in watershed management. These findings highlight the need for strategic measures to strengthen policy implementation for watershed management in West Nusa Tenggara.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the sources of income for farmers' households from within and outside forest areas, analyze the impact of community-based forest management (HKm) on farmers' welfare, and assess the overall welfare levels of farmers' households. The research employed a descriptive method. The sampling area was determined using a purposive sampling technique, while the sample size, comprising 37 respondents, was calculated using the Slovin formula. The distribution of samples was carried out using the Proportional Random Sampling technique, and respondents were selected using a random sampling approach. Data collection methods included literature review, interviews, observations, and questionnaires. The results indicate that farmers' income sources within forest areas derive from managing HKm lands, primarily through the sale of non-timber forest products. Income sources outside the forest include employment as construction workers, traders, laborers, entrepreneurs, shop employees, motorcycle taxi drivers, and rice shop vendors. Income from within forest areas significantly outweighs that from outside forest areas, contributing IDR 32,830,793 (80%) compared to IDR 11,098,163 (20%). Welfare analysis revealed that 24% of respondents fall into the "very prosperous" category, while 76% are categorized as "prosperous".

Abstract

Kecamatan Tumpang terletak disebelah timur Kabupaten Malang yang menawarkan pemandangan alam yang indah menuju Taman Nasional Bromo Tengger Semeru. Di bagian barat Kecamatan Tumpang terdapat Desa Tulusbesar, diamana mata pencaharian penduduknya meliputi sektor pertanian, peternakan, perdagangan,, usaha swasta/wirausaha, jasa dan lain-lain. Desa Tulusbesar merupakan desa yang dijaga dengan baik sebagai destinasi wisata seni dan budaya karena memiliki potensi seni budaya yang beragam, termasuk seni tradisional dan modern. Untuk melestarikan kesenian dan budaya yag ada di desa Tulusbesar maka dibuatlah panggung kesenian di padepokan Mangun Darma, dimana fungsi dari panggung kesenian ini untuk menampilkan karya seni tari dari kelompok-kelompok kesenian yang ada di desa Tulusbesar. Selama ini panggung kesenian hanya digunkan pada siang hari karena belum adanya sumber penerangan di sekitar panggung. Hal ini berdampak tidak adanya latihan atau pementasan di panggung pada malam hari. Dampak lebih lanju adalah perkembangan kemampuan kesenian dan giat kesenian tidak dapat meningkat. Dampak negatif lainnya karena tidak adanya penerangan di sekitar panggung adalah penyalahgunaan oleh muda-mudi yang jelas akan merusak masa depan pemuda-pemudi di desa Tulusbesar. Pemasangan penerangan tenaga surya akan dipasang di area panggug kesenian , sehingga diperlukan pelatihan perawatan penerangan tenaga surya bagi masyarakat/pengelola panggung kesenia desa Tulusbesar. Kegiatan yang telah dilakukan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan pengelola/masyarakat tentang perawatan penerangan tenaga surya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengevaluasi kinerja pengelolaan Hutan Kemasyarakatan (HKm) Merte Sari di Desa Sengigi, Kecamatan Batu Layar, Kabupaten Lombok Barat, dengan fokus pada aspek sosial dan faktor pendukung serta penghambat. Mengacu pada pedoman evaluasi HKm dalam Perdirjen P.9/PSKL/PKPS/KUM.1/10/2019, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa kinerja pengelolaan HKm Merte Sari berada dalam kategori baik dengan skor 286, mencerminkan peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat, penguatan kelembagaan, perubahan perilaku pengurus, dan kontribusi pengelolaan hutan. Faktor pendukung meliputi perencanaan yang baik, partisipasi anggota, pelatihan kelembagaan, dan keterlibatan perempuan. Namun, faktor penghambat mencakup kurangnya data biofisik dan potensi HHBK, serta koordinasi dan penegakan aturan yang belum optimal. Penelitian ini menyarankan perlunya pelatihan pengolahan hasil hutan, pembinaan kelembagaan yang rutin, penguatan kelembagaan dengan bantuan pihak terkait, dan penelitian lebih lanjut mengenai potensi jasa lingkungan untuk mendukung pengembangan HKm Merte Sari. Wawancara Wawancara adalah salah satu metode pengumpulan data di mana terjadi interaksi tanya jawab antara peneliti dan responden dalam penelitian ini, pendekatan yang digunakan didasarkan pada tujuan penelitian.
