Purpose – This paper trying to test whether public service motivation is able to mediate the influence of servant leadership on managerial performance Methodology/approach – This research using quantitative methods. Data processing and hypothesis testing using WarPLS version 7.0. This research was conducted at the Government of Indragiri Hilir Regency, Riau Province, Indonesia. The sampling technique used is probability sampling with proportionate stratified random sampling. The sample was calculated using Herry King's Nomogram Table with an error rate of 5% where 135 respondents were selected. Findings – It was found that. Public Service Motivation is able to mediate the influence of servant leadership on managerial performance. The direct influence of Servant leadership on public service motivation is greater than the direct influence of servant leadership on managerial performance, the effect of public service motivation on managerial performance is the lowest. Novelty/value – Because public service motivation has become an important factor that is able to mediate the influence of servant leadership on managerial performance, it is very important to understand how to maintain managerial performance by looking at indicators of public service motivation.

This study aims to and analyze if influence of employee engangement on employee performance trought organizational justice as a moderation. This study used the quantitative method, data collection techniques used by distributing questionnaires to 50 respondents. Hypothesis testing was carried out using the Structural Equtions Model (SEM) technique with the smartPLS 3.3.9 program. The results of the study show that : 1) employee engagement has a positive and significant effect of employee performance, 2) employee engagement has a positive and significant efffect on organizational justice, 3) organizational justice has a negative but not significant effect on employee performance, 4) organizational justice is not able to moderate the influence of employee engagement on employee performace.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari stres kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja Perawat Rumah Sakit Jiwa Daerah (RSJ) Provinsi Jambi Tahun 2023. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dan data yang penelitian yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Pada penelitian ini sampel yang diambil adalah perawat di Rumah Sakit Jiwa Daerah Jambi sebanyak 77 responden yang merupakan perawat di RSJ Daerah Provinsi Jambi yang menangani pasien dengan gangguan jiwa.Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan Uji Validitas dan Uji Reabilitas, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Regresi Linier Berganda, Uji Hipotesis menggunakan Software SPSS. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Terdapat pengaruh antara stress kerja terhadap kinerja perawat di Rumah Sakit Jiwa Daerah (RSJD) Provinsi Jambi dengan signifikansi 0.03 dan terdapat pengaruh antara lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja perawat di Rumah Sakit Jiwa Daerah (RSJD) Provinsi Jambi dengan signifikansi 0.000. Kata Kunci : Stres Kerja,Lingkungan Kerja,Kinerja Perawat ABSTRACT This research aims to determine the effect of work stress and the work environment on the performance of Regional Mental Hospital (RSJ) Nurses in Jambi Province in 2023. This research is quantitative in nature and the research data used is primary and secondary data. The population and sample are nurses at the Jambi Regional Mental Hospital, 77 respondents who are nurses at the Jambi Province Regional Mental Hospital who treat patients with mental disorders. Data collection was carried out using Validity and Reliability Tests, Classical Assumption Tests, Multiple Linear Regression, Hypothesis Testing using SPSS Software. The research results show that there is an influence between work stress on the performance of nurses at the Regional Mental Hospital (RSJD) Jambi Province with a significance of 0.03 and there is an influence between the work environment on the performance of nurses at the Regional Mental Hospital (RSJD) Jambi Province with a significance of 0.000.

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Bagian Seksi Pengawasan Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Jambi Pelayangan untuk mengetahui pengaruh uraian pekerjaan terhadap kualitas kerja melalui kecerdasan emosional. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 33 pegawai. Kemudian data diolah dengan menggunakan aplikasi Partial Least Squre (PLS). Proses pengujian dilakukan dalam tiga tahapan, yaitu outer model, inner model dan pengujian hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian diperoleh hasil yaitu 1)terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara uraian pekerjaan terhadap kualitas kerja dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,010, 2)terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara uraian pekerjaan terhadap kecerdasan emosional dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000, 3)terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kecerdasan emosional terhadap kualitas kerja dengan nilai signifikasi sebesar 0,000 dan 4)terdapat pengaruh uraian pekerjaan terhadap kualitas kerja melalui kecerdasan emosional dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 serta seluruh hipotesis diterima. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa uraian pekerjaan yang jelas mampu membantu pegawai dalam mengelola kecerdasan emosionalnya sehingga pegawai dapat meningkatkan kualitas kerjanya.

This study aims to determine the positive influence of work culture and work motivation on employee performance at the Regional Development Planning Agency (BAPPEDA) in Jambi Province. This study is an associative study that examines the relationship between two variables. The subjects were 86 employees at the BAPPEDA office. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using a Likert scale and statistically processed using statistical tests and SPSS version 26 for Windows. Based on the research results, it can be obtained that the work culture variables (X1) and work motivation (X2) have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) of the Jambi Province Regional Development Planning Agency, with the results of the t test obtained for the work culture variable obtained a calculated t value> t table (2.668> 1.988) with a significant level of 0.009 <0.05 and for the work motivation variable obtained a calculated t value> t table (2.192> 1.988) with a significant level of 0.031 <0.05 it can be concluded that the factors (work culture and work motivation) partially influence employee performance at the Jambi Province Regional Development Planning Agency, and the F test obtained a calculated F value> F table (17.938> 3.103) it can be concluded that the work culture variable (X1) and the work motivation variable (X2) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatahui gambaran tata Kelola, kompetensi, perilaku Inovatif dan kinerja BUMdesa yang ada di Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat; serta untuk menganalisis pengaruh tata kelola dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja BUMdesa yang ada di Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui perilaku inovatif sebagai variable intervening. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh organisasi BUMdes yang ada di Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat dengan jumlah 114 BUMDesa. Ukuran sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan nonprobability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Dimana sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini memenuhi beberapa kriteria yang telah di tentukan, sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 50 BUMDesa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey dan menggunakan analisis data Partial Least Square (PLS). Namun sebelum analisis, terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji outer model melalui uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Selanjutnya melakukan uji Inner Model melalui uji R-Square (Coefficient of determination), dan F-Square (f2 effect size). Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa tata kelola dan kompetensi memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja BUMdesa, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui perilaku inovatif sebagai variable intervening. Hal ini menjelaskan bahwa semakin baiknya tata kelola dan kompetensi yang dimiliki oleh pengurus BUMDesa, akan berpengaruh terhadap perilaku inovatif pengurus dalam mengelola BUMDesa, yang berdampak dengan semakin baiknya kinerja Badan Usaha Milik Desa.

This research aims to examine and analyze the influence of spiritual leadership on teacher performance mediated by organizational culture. The sample in this study was 47 teachers at the Tanjung Pasir Al Awwabien Islamic Boarding School, Jambi City. Data collection was carried out using the questionnaire method. The approach used in this research is to use a quantitative descriptive approach with the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. Data collection in this research is primary data. The results of this study indicate that spiritual leadership has a positive and significant effect on individual performance in teachers, spiritual leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational culture, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on individual performance in teachers, spiritual leadership has a positive and significant effect on individual performance which is mediated by organizational culture variables.

This study explores the impact of entrepreneurial leadership on innovative work behavior and employee performance within the public sector, focusing on the Jambi Province Industry and Trade Office—a critical entity in local economic development. Adopting a mixed-methods approach, the research involved a survey of 114 employees supplemented by qualitative observations, analyzed through Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Findings indicate that entrepreneurial leadership significantly enhances innovative work behavior (Path coefficient = 0.63, p < 0.01), which in turn mediates the relationship between leadership and employee performance (Indirect effect = 0.27, p < 0.05). Additionally, the direct impact of entrepreneurial leadership on employee performance was also significant (Path coefficient = 0.36, p < 0.05), underscoring the dual pathways—direct and mediated—through which leadership styles conducive to innovation can improve organizational outcomes. These results underscore the transformative potential of entrepreneurial leadership in fostering innovation and enhancing performance within traditionally less dynamic public sector environments. The study contributes to the burgeoning literature on leadership in the public sector by demonstrating the pivotal role of leadership styles in enhancing innovation and operational efficiency.

This study aims to describe and analyze Model of improving employee through organizational commitment to Pulp Industry in Sumatera. The research method used descriptive quantitative. The sample of this study used probability sampling technique. The sample selection criteria was employees of the pulp industry in Jambi, Pekanbaru and Palembang. Beverage Development with a total of 240 samples obtained from Sumatera (Jambi, Pekanbaru and Palembang). Data analysis was performed by using descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The data obtained was processed using a component-based or variance-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis which is known as Partial Least Square (PLS). It was found that the direct influence of competence, career development and extrinsic motivation and organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance in pulp industry, then the indirect effect of competence, career development and extrinsic motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance mediated by organizational commitment.

Research This study aims to examine the effect of transformational leadership on agency performance. The aim of this research is to explain and analyze the effect of transformational leadership style on the performance of village officials through innovative behavior in Sekernan Muaro Jambi District. The population of this research is the village government in 15 villages in Sekernan Muaro Jambi district. The sample size used was 105 respondents with a purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used is path analysis using the SmartPLS approach. The research results show that (1). Transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on innovative behavior (2). Innovative behavior has a positive and significant effect on the performance of village officials (3). Transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on the performance of village officials, and (4) Transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on the performance of village officials through innovative behavior as an intervening variable
