Abstract

Purpose – This trying to test whether political will perception is able to mediate the influence of servant leadership on managerial performance Methodology/approach –This research uses quantitative methods. Data processing and hypothesis testing using WarPLS version 7.0. This research was conducted at the Government of Indragiri Hilir Regency, Riau Province, Indonesia. The sampling technique used is probability sampling with proportionate stratified random sampling. The sample was calculated using Herry King's Nomogram Table with an error rate of 5% where 135 respondents were selected. Findings – ItFound that. Political will perception is able to mediate the influence of servant leadership on managerial performance. The direct influence of Servant leadership on managerial performance is greater than the direct influence of political will perception on managerial performance. There is a direct influence of servant leadership on political will perception. Novelty/value –Because political will perception has become an important factor that is able to mediate the influence of servant leadership on managerial performance, it is very important to understand how to maintain managerial performance by looking at indicators of political will perception.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan gambaran kepemimpinan agilitas, budaya organisasi, dan agilitas organisasi, serta menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan agilitas terhadap agilitas organisasi BPPRD Kota Jambi melalui budaya organisasi. Sampel penelitian yang digunakan sebanyak 62 orang responden, yang diambil dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Jenis data yang dikumpulkan meliputi data primer yang berupa hasil isian kuesioner kepemimpinan agilitas, budaya organisasi, dan agilitas organisasi, serta data sekunder berupa hasil publikasi lainnya seperti; buku, jurnal-jurnal dan dokumen lainnya yang ada hubungannya dengan topik penelitian ini. Data yang telah dikumpulkan kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis verifikatif berupa Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan agilitas dan budaya organisasi pada BPPRD Kota Jambi secara keseluruhan berada pada tingkat kualitas yang sangat baik. Sangat baiknya kepemimpinan agilitas dan budaya organisasi tersebut ternyata memberikan kontribusi yang positif terhadap agilitas organisasi, dimana hasil pengukuran menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan kualitas agilitas organisasi BPPRD Kota Jambi berada pada kategori sangat tinggi. Hasil analisis direct effect membuktikan bahwa; (1) kepemimpinan agilitas secara langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap budaya organisasi, (2) budaya organisasi secara langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap agilitas organisasi, dan (3) kepemimpinan agilitas secara langsung berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap agilitas organisasi. Sementara hasil analisis indirect effect membuktikan bahwa kepemimpinan agilitas secara tidak langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap agilitas organisasi melalui budaya organisasi. Hasil penelitian ini berimplikasi terhadap upaya peningkatan kemampuan pimpinan melihat peluang dalam teknologi terbaru yang dapat membawa inovasi dalam proses atau layanan organisasi, serta peningkatan budaya organisasi yang berorientasi pada efektivitas dan efisiensi kerja, agar agilitas organisasi BPPRD Kota Jambi dapat meningkat di waktu yang akan datang

Abstract

The aim of this research is to see the extent of the role of Human Resource Management (HRM) in the Digital Era. The method used in this research is "systematic literature review (SLR)". The results of the study are that human resources can create value and need to be seen as an important part of interdepartmental business analysis. methodology used to view the perceptions of human resource management researchers regarding the function or role of human resource management in the digital world. These are all interrelated and will have a multiplier effect on improving individual and organizational performance. In conclusion, effective and appropriate Human Resources are needed so that individual and organizational performance can improve optimally and sustainably.

Abstract

This research examines the impact of development on teacher performance, with job satisfaction serving as a mediating variable at SMK Negeri 1 Muaro Jambi. The approach used in this research is quantitative, and data collection was done through questionnaires from 58 teachers. The findings indicate that development has a positive impact on teacher performance, both directly and indirectly through job satisfaction as a mediating variable. Job satisfaction also plays a significant role in enhancing teacher performance. This study showed that with proper designs, the development programs improve job satisfaction and motivational levels among the teachers. Development of training, adequate reward, and appropriate job variation may improve the state of affairs for increasing satisfaction and teacher productivity. All this was hoped to become inputs into the human resource management aspect of educational institutions.

Abstract

This study aims to see the Effect of Training on Teacher Performance with Employee Engagement as an Intervening Variable at MAN Insan Cendekia Jambi. This study uses a quantitative method with data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires to 35 respondents. Hypothesis testing uses Descriptive Analysis Techniques using SmartPLS software as a data processing tool. The results of this study indicate that Training has a significant positive effect on MAN Insan Cendekia Jambi Teacher Performance. Training has a significant positive effect on Employee Engagement. Employee Engagement has a significant positive effect on Teacher Performance. Training has a significant positive effect on Teacher Performance through Employee Engagement as an intervening variable. Suggestions in this study: teacher performance variables to be more skilled in completing each job and must also have ideas that can solve problems in schools. The principal recommends that the training that has been programmed can be carried out properly to all existing teachers and the training carried out is in accordance with the teachers' areas of expertise so that the results of the training are more optimal and the teachers continue to develop and have better competence. Employee Engagement Variables are recommended by schools in providing support to teachers, namely by providing a comfortable and conducive work environment, clear communication, giving appreciation to teachers, and existing policies that are not focused on one party.

Abstract

This study aims to explain how Green Marketing influences Green Purchase Intention mediated by Environmental Awareness among Starbucks consumers in Jambi City. The sampling method used is Purposive Sampling with a total of 100 respondents. Primary data were obtained through a questionnaire using a Likert scale. The data analysis method employed Partial Least Square (PLS) with Smart PLS 4.0 software. The results showed that Green Marketing has a positive and significant effect on Environmental Awareness, and Environmental Awareness has a positive and significant effect on Green Purchase Intention. Green Marketing also has a positive and significant impact on Green Purchase Intention mediated by Environmental Awareness. Based on these findings, it is suggested that marketers implement Green Marketing strategies strengthened by enhancing consumer Environmental Awareness, as consumer attitudes and concerns about the environment can increase the intention to purchase environmentally friendly products. Abstract

Employee loyalty is an important factor in the sustainability and productivity of a company. This research aims to analyze the efforts made by PT. Jambi Regional Development Bank in increasing employee loyalty and its implications for company productivity.The research method used is a qualitative method. Data was collected through interviews with employees of the credit division of PT. Jambi Regional Development Bank and documentation studies. The research results show that there is a positive and significant relationship between efforts to increase employee loyalty and company productivity. Factors such as increased welfare, career development, a conducive work environment, and effective internal communication play an important role in increasing employee loyalty. The higher the level of employee loyalty, the higher the level of productivity achieved by the company. The implication of this research is that companies need to continue to develop strategies to maintain and increase employee loyalty in order to achieve optimal levels of productivity. The recommendations provided include improving the incentive system, increasing employee involvement in decision making, and providing ongoing training programs.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the State Civil Apparatus Information System (SIASN) website in internal ASN management services at the Jambi Animal, Fish and Plant Quarantine Center. This study uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach to analyze the impact of the implementation of the SIASN website on service speed, time efficiency, or obstacles and challenges faced. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of SIASN has succeeded in reducing the time in various ASN administration processes, which previously took several days to only a matter of hours. In addition, this system also increases transparency in employee data management. The main supporting factors for the success of SIASN are the availability of adequate infrastructure and HR competence in operating the system. Overall, this study confirms that SIASN has a significant effect on increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of internal ASN management services.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan melalui stres kerja sebagai variabel intervening pada Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Jambi Dr. Sutomo. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Kuantitatif dengan Populasi sebanyak 40 Orang dari seluruh karyawan Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Jambi Dr. Sutomo. Data ini dikumpulkan dengan observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner. Berdasarkan perhitungan dengan menggunakan SMARTPLS versi 3.0 diperoleh hasil bahwa beban kerja memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Beban kerja memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap stres kerja. Stres kerja memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan stres kerja dapat memdiasi pengaruh tidak langsung anatara beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Beban Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan, Stres Kerja.

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of compensation on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT Jambi Ekspres Televisi. The technique applied for this study is quantitative research. The population for this study was all employees of PT Jambi Ekspres Televisi as many as 30 people and for the research sample as many as 30 people. The data collection method used was a questionnaire that had been proven valid and reliable. The research analysis method used descriptive statistical analysis using the equation model structure (SEM), with Smart PLS 4.0 Software as a tool to process the data. The output of this study shows that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable.
