Abstract

This research aims to find out the reasons for policy actors (policy formulators), in this case the Ministry of Religion of Yogyakarta City, to initiate a policy regarding MDTT, what is the process of implementing and evaluating the MDTT policy at Suryodiningratan State Elementary School. This research uses an evaluative qualitative research approach. The type of research is evaluative using the CIPP Model (Context, Input, Process, Product) from Stufflebeam. The research results obtained show that the reason the Ministry of Religion of Yogyakarta City formulated a policy regarding MDTT was due to concerns about students in State Elementary Schools whose level of ability to Read and Write the Al-Qur'an (BTAQ) was low, in terms of technical matters in the field holding a PKS (Cooperation Agreement) with the Yogyakarta City Education Department. The implementation of MDTT at SD Negeri Suryodiningratan 2 involves the school and Honorary Religious Counselors (PAH) as MDTT teaching staff as a whole so that the implementation process of planning, implementation and evaluation activities can run well. Meanwhile, for the MDTT policy evaluation results using the CIPP evaluation model, the results were (+ + + +). These results illustrate that the context component works effectively, the input component is adequate and well fulfilled, the process component also runs well with cooperation between the parties involved, and the product component also produces significant changes related to religious knowledge in students. So, based on the findings of the research results above using CIPP, it can be concluded that the MDTT policy is quite effective

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelaah bagaimana pengelolaan Bursa Kerja Khusus (BKK) di SMK Negeri 1 Sidayu Gresik dan SMK Negeri 1 Cerme berkontribusi pada peningkatan peluang kerja lulusan di sektor industri dan bisnis (DUDI). Studi ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya peran SMK dalam menciptakan tenaga kerja kompeten dan mengatasi masalah pengangguran lulusan, yang pada tahun 2024 tercatat sebesar 9,01% (data BPS). Akar permasalahan ini terletak pada disparitas antara kebutuhan industri dan jumlah lulusan, serta adanya ketidaksesuaian keterampilan. Dalam situasi ini, BKK, yang diatur oleh Permenaker No. 39 Tahun 2018, menjadi jembatan utama dalam menyediakan informasi pekerjaan dan memfasilitasi penempatan kerja. Kendati BKK memegang peranan penting, penelitian terdahulu mengindikasikan perlunya peningkatan efektivitas, terutama dalam hal kerjasama dengan DUDI dan pengelolaan informasi alumni. Pengamatan awal di kedua SMK menunjukkan bahwa, meskipun terdapat upaya yang kuat dalam memberikan bimbingan karir dan pelatihan, sejumlah besar lulusan (25% dari SMK Negeri 1 Sidayu dan 11% dari SMK Negeri 1 Cerme) masih belum bekerja atau sedang aktif mencari pekerjaan. Studi ini secara khusus menganalisis manajemen BKK melalui lensa kerangka kerja POAC (Perencanaan, Pengorganisasian, Pelaksanaan, dan Evaluasi). Tujuan utamanya adalah untuk mendeskripsikan secara mendalam: (1) proses perencanaan BKK, (2) struktur pengorganisasian BKK, (3) implementasi program-program BKK, dan (4) penilaian kinerja BKK di kedua sekolah dalam kaitannya dengan peningkatan penyerapan lulusan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara semi terstruktur (melibatkan kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah bidang humas, ketua BKK, dan alumni), observasi, serta analisis dokumen. Diharapkan, temuan dari penelitian ini akan memberikan pemahaman yang menyeluruh tentang praktik manajemen BKK dan mengidentifikasi area-area spesifik yang memerlukan perbaikan untuk mengoptimalkan penyerapan lulusan di dunia usaha dan industri.

Abstract

This study explores the impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) integration and algorithm transparency on organizational efficiency and perceived fairness in Human Resource (HR) decision-making. Using a qualitative literature review approach, the research examines the mediating role of employee trust and the moderating influence of organizational culture. The analysis focuses on peer-reviewed international studies published since 2020, reflecting the latest theoretical and empirical developments in AI and HR management. The findings reveal that a higher level of AI integration improves decision speed, reduces operational costs, and increases the accuracy of talent allocation. However, these efficiency gains are not independent of ethical considerations. Transparent algorithms are shown to significantly enhance employees’ trust and perceptions of fairness, whereas opaque systems tend to generate resistance and distrust. Furthermore, organizational culture plays a crucial moderating role. Companies with innovative and participatory cultures report better outcomes from AI implementation, while hierarchical cultures are associated with lower adoption success and ethical challenges. This research highlights the importance of aligning technical capabilities with social and cultural factors to optimize the use of AI in HR functions. The study contributes to the discourse on socio-technical systems by proposing an integrative framework that links AI integration, transparency, trust, and culture to key organizational outcomes. Practical implications include the need for transparent system design, ethical governance, and cultural readiness to support responsible AI adoption in HR.

Abstract

Persian silk (Albizia julibrissin) is a medicinal plant known to contain active compounds such as alkaloids, phenolics, flavonoids and quinones which have the potential as antioxidants and natural toxic compounds. Phytochemical screening showed the presence of these compounds in the leaf extract. In addition, a toxicity test using the Brine Shrimp Lethality Test (BSLT) method on Artemia salina larvae showed that the extract had an LC₅₀ value of 0.000007 ppm, which is included in the very toxic category. These results indicate that Persian silk leaves (Albizia julibrissin) have the potential to be developed as natural bioactive agents. Abstract

Bali is known for its prominent tourism sector. However, Bali's MSMEs still face several shortcomings compared to the tourism sector. One of the challenges faced by MSMEs in Bali is inadequate financial reporting methods. Therefore, the gradual implementation of an Accounting Information System (AIS) can improve the efficiency of financial management in Bali's MSMEs. An AIS enables automated transaction recording, real-time data analysis, and integration with digital platforms such as cloud computing, thereby minimizing human error and accelerating decision-making. This study aims to examine the development of MSMEs that do and do not implement AIS in financial data management.

Abstract

The background of this research is how to create a system that can help humans in deciding something, without taking sides with one party, and deciding something to the maximum, with this system it can be done using a decision-making system and using the AHP method which is applied to selection of the best employees in a company. The method used in this research is to use the literature review method, and read a lot of books, so that journals can be the basis of this research, with this basis, they can find the latest research problems and can be raised in this study, so finding novelty in this research, so that it can be used for future research. The problem raised in this research is how to create a system that can help decide without having to side with anyone and can help company leaders in deciding who is the best employee in their company. This research produces an output that can be known who is the best employee in a company, the best employee in a company to Bambang Wijaya with a point value of 440, which is given directly by the company's leaders so that this value is an absolute value and cannot be changed by anyone.

Abstract

The background of this research is to find out the effectiveness of basic mathematics learning through early childhood dice games for children aged 5-6 years at TKIT Algebra, by knowing basic mathematics variables as variables that affect TKIT for children aged 5-6 years, and also using dice games in subjects. basic mathematics in learning. The research method was carried out to find out the results using quantitative survey tools to 100 parents of TKIT Algebra students who were randomly selected, using SPSS software in processing the data obtained from the survey conducted. The problem raised in this study is the effectiveness of basic mathematics on TKIT aged 5-6 years and dice game for TKIT age 5-6 years, whether the relationship between these variables. The results of this study are that there is a significant relationship between basic mathematics and TKIT aged 5-6 years and there is a relationship between dice games and TKIT aged 5-6 years, all supporting data results will be explained in this paper.

Abstract

College students have various academic and social responsibilities that require good time management skills to maintain a balance between their academic, organizational, and social lives. However, many students still struggle with time management, leading to academic procrastination, late assignment submissions, and low self-discipline. This study aims to determine the importance of student time management from a cross-cultural counseling perspective and to understand the factors influencing poor time management among students. The study employs a qualitative approach using a case study of a student identified as DV who struggles to balance time between classes, organizations, and social activities. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation, while data analysis utilized the Miles and Huberman model. The results indicate that poor time management is influenced by procrastination habits, the influence of the social environment, and a collective culture that emphasizes togetherness. A behavioral counseling approach using self-management techniques helped the client improve self-discipline and the ability to set priorities. Thus, good time management is crucial in supporting students’ academic success and social balance.

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian kali ini adalah dengan bagaimana menganalisa sebuah perkembangan digital forensik dalam pendidikan di Indonesia dengan adanya penyelidikan secara sektor maka semua yang berhubungan tentang digital data akan diambil dan ditarik sebagai barang yang akan dikembangkan di kemudian hari. Masalah yang diangkat pada penelitian kali ini adalah bagaimana menerapkan perkembangan digital dalam sebuah ilmu forensik yang menyanyikan sebuah cybercrime akan terpecahkan melalui sistem forensik data. metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah dengan melakukan penimbangan terhadap data yang akan diambil sebagai dasar pengembangan dari kasus-kasus cybercrime. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah bagaimana menganalisa sebuah data yang bisa dijadikan sebuah dasar ilmu forensik sehingga dapat membantu kasus cybercrime dalam memecahkan suatu masalah.

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian kali ini adalah dengan menggunakan analisa penyadapan pada aplikasi WhatsApp dengan adanya analisa ini maka dapat diketahui celah-celah yang dapat dimasuki oleh kejahatan yang ingin menyadap aplikasi WhatsApp. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian kali ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode literatur review dengan menggunakan bacaan pada jurnal-jurnal sebelumnya, sehingga dapat diketahui celah dan kekurangan dari jurnal sebelumnya sehingga dapat dilengkapi pada jurnal yang ada pada penelitian ini. Masalah yang diangkat pada penelitian kali ini adalah bagaimana menganalisa celah-celah dari penyadapan aplikasi WhatsApp, sehingga dapat diketahui apa saja yang diperlukan jika ingin mencegah kejahatan tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah bagaimana mencegah dari penyadapan WhatsApp yang dilakukan oleh orang yang tidak bertanggung jawab sehingga pada penelitian ini dapat diketahui setelah celah apa saja dan apa saja yang harus dilakukan jika ingin mencegah hal tersebut.
