Abstract

Recently, many smartphones have applied Android as their operating system. Operating system Android has many advantages such as it is used in many kind of smartphone, cheap, and so on. Joining operating system Android and microcontroller system will have more advantages and applications. One of its applications is as smart storage box for keys. The data of key’s user can be monitored easily using this smart storage box. In this research was carried out some examinations for smart storage box including application, examining application against hardware, and the data display in website. The results of function examinations show that smart storage box for keys worked successfully and monitoring data in website can also be conducted well with real time.

Abstract

Cooperatives are managed with the aim of improving the welfare of its members and society as a whole. As a legal entity, cooperatives have the authority and ability to carry out every legal relationship, both externally and internally, with humans or other business entities. Cooperatives as legal entities are represented by their organs, which in this case are cooperative management, supervisors and member meetings. There are many cases of cooperatives disbanding due to the negligence of the management which resulted in cooperative losses. Based on the results of the study it was found that the position of the cooperative management in Law Number 17 of 2012 concerning Cooperatives in Article 29 stipulates that the Cooperative Management is a representative of a legal entity, in this case cooperatives. That the legal consequences for cooperative management who neglect to carry out their functions resulting in cooperative losses based on the 1992 Cooperative Law depend on the accountability of the management at the Membership Meeting. If the report is accepted, then there will be no legal consequences. That the responsibility of the cooperative management who is negligent in carrying out its functions so as to result in the loss of the cooperative can be burdened with personal responsibility because the management as the party entrusted with the task of managing the cooperative can be burdened if it can be proven that the management has committed an unlawful act as stipulated in Article 1365 of the Civil Code.

Abstract

Shared property in marriage, is a concept derived from customary law in Indonesia. In addition, this is stated in Law No. 1 of 1974 on Marriage. Not only that, Islamic law also regulates the common property in marriage. However, the joint assets included in the limited liability company's shares, are still a matter of debate. Based on Law No. 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies, it is known that shares cannot be transferred to other parties, which means, shares are not included in the joint property. This research, therefore, wants to analyze the juridical status of shares as a common property in a marriage. Research is done with descriptive analysis. The results of the study found that the juridical status of shares as a common property in a marriage is expressly not contained in existing laws and regulations, but if viewed in Article 60 paragraph (1) of the UUPT which stipules that shares are moving objects and give rights to their owners, then if the shares are acquired during the marriage period, Research is done with descriptive analysis. Abstract

Abstrak : Latar belakang tulisan ini ingin membangun ulang kerangka berpikir tentang makna ikhlas. Tulisan ini dibangun atas dasar kajian kualitatif yang bersifat perpustakaan dengan titik focus pada konten analisis. Perpustakaan yang dijadikan rujukan primer adalah buku tafsir Sa’di yang berjudul Taysir al-Karim ar-Rahman fi Tafsir Kalam al-Mannan dan dikhususkan dalam membahas satu surat al-Ikhlash dan satu ayat dari surat Yasin ayat 21. Kesimpulan, bahwa keikhlasan pendidik menurut Sa’di memiliki 4 pilar pembangunan: (1) dari “untuk Allah,” (2) diisi dengan pemahaman Islam dan (3) ikut Nabi, (4) tujuannya “rida Allah”. Prinsip ikhlas yang dia bangun dan amalkan adalah (1) hanya mukmin yang ikhlas karena mereka beriman kepada Allah yang maha ikhlas, seperti yang tertuang di dalam surat al-Ikhlas, dan (2) dunia dan harta bukan tujuan, tapi sarana. Temuan dari tulisan ini bahwa term ikhlas bagi Sa’di itu hanya berlaku bagi muslim, bukan yang lain. Kata kunci : ikhlas, pemikiran, pendidikan, Sa’di

Abstract

The election principle of LUBER, JURDIL as mandated by the 1945 Constitution and TSM as the principle of Pilkada is the foundation of democracy that is free from fraudulent practices and justifies all means for each participant (contestant) and all winning teams registered with the KPU and volunteers. The political contestation of the Regional Head Election by winning one party by cheating by a special election supervisory body (Election Supervisory Body) is an event that is detrimental to democracy, both administrative violations and election crimes. Violations that have occurred since before entering the Pilkada stage until the determination of the winner after the calculation of the results of the vote are actions that must be avoided to maintain and maintain peace, unity. Simultaneous Pilkada Year 2024 held on Wednesday, November 27, 2024 was an agreement between the DPR, KPU, BAWASLU and DKPP which had previously been regulated in Law no. 10 of 2016 concerning Pilkada that there will be simultaneous regional elections in 2024. Problems that arise Can Election Crimes Make the 2024 Elections More Integrity? How can Pancasila Democracy realize the 2024 Pilkada simultaneously as a LUBER ELECTION? In order to realize a clean and authoritative government, it must start from elections with integrity and elections with integrity can be realized, one of which is the strict and fair enforcement of criminal law. Through direct elections, Pancasila democracy can be realized.

Abstract

This study aimed at describing comprehensively the profile of Indonesian Language teachers in Bengkulu Province. The focus of the study were the educational background, school levels where the teachers currently teach, employment rank, gender, and age. Descriptive qualitative method was used in this research. From the data analysis, it is found that 98,97% of Indonesian Language teachers have bachelor degree; 65,64% of teachers teach in junior high school level; 34,96% of teachers are in Iva rank; 66,03% of teachers are female; and 89,76% of teachers are in the productive age (30-50 years-old).

Abstract

Abstrak Tulisan ini bertujuan menjelaskan persoalan akulturasi Islam dan budaya lokal pra Islam di Aceh. Pemikiran ini mengacu pada kerangka sosiologi budaya. Kendati akulturasi ini dimenangkan oleh budaya Islam yang lebih dominan, namun terdapat beberapa budaya dan ritual yang merupakan hasil dialektik dengan budaya lokal tersebut, baik yang bersifat menyerap maupun diologis. Hasil yang diperoleh bahwa akulturasi Islam dan budaya lokal di Aceh terjadi karena terdapat beberapa sebab di antaranya adalah bahwa sebelum Islam datang ke Nusantara, budaya lokal yang dipengaruhi Hinduisme maupun Buddhaisme sudah membudaya dalam masyarakat Aceh sehingga datangnya Islam yang di bawa oleh Da’i sufi tidak serta merta mengikis habis budaya tersebut. Dalam hal ini, adanya sikap akomodatif Da’i sufi pendai juga berpengaruh terhadap eksisnya budaya lokal tersebut.

Abstract

One of the tourist attractions in the city of Batam is the tourist village of Pulau Mubud Darat. Mubud Darat Island is separated from Batam Island. On the island of Mubud Darat has a beautiful beach with white sand on the shoreline. However, on the island of Mubud Darat, there is no PLN electricity. The electricity that flows on Mubud Darat Island is still sourced from generators with diesel fuel. Electrical installations on the island of Mubud Darat are also not safe for visitors. This requires large costs for tourism operations both for operations and installation repairs. In addition, to increase the interest of visitors on Mubud Darat island, a good photo spot icon is needed which will later become an icon for Mubud Darat Island. Therefore, lighting is needed from solar panels, as well as repairs to electrical installations on Mubud Darat island. In addition, to create a tourist icon on Mubud Darat Island, a photo spot for the sky door is given which is added with LED strip lights.

Abstract

The turn of the Hijri New Year on 1 Muharram is an important moment for Muslims. Children have a very important role in ensuring the existence of the nation and state in the future. The purpose of this study is to find out how effective Gebyar Muharram's activities are to understand deeply in increasing religious knowledge. This research uses a community empowerment-based method of what?only the problems, advantages, and needs of the community. The approach used is to use a scientific point of view education, especially religious knowledge. Results This study shows that the activities of Gebyar Muharram have an effect on significantly with the competition, children become more enthusiasm and interest in learning Islam.

Abstract

ABSTRAK: Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya kesenjangan antara harapan dan kenyataan, dimana kurikulum Bahasa Indonesia bagi Penutur Asing (BIPA) diharapkan penutur asing yang belajar Bahasa Indonesia mudah mempelajari Bahasa Indonesia. Bahan ajar keterampilan menyimak BIPA ini berpusat kepada pengajar BIPA agar mudah mengajarkan bahasa Indonesia serta penutur asing yang diajarkan bahasa Indonesia dengan cepat mempelajari bahasa Indonesia. Selain itu, mahasiswa pendidikan Bahasa Indonesia FKIP UMSU dapat  menggunakan bahan ajar keterampilan menyimak Bahasa Indonesia untuk Penutur Asing (BIPA) dalam praktik pembelajaran BIPA dikelas ataupun secara daring dimasa pandemi saat ini. Oleh karena itu, bahan ajar keterampilan menyimak BIPA “Aku Suka Indonesia” dapat memudahkan mahasiswa dalam mempelajari BIPA serta menjalin kerjasama yang baik antara dosen dan calon pengajar BIPA (mahasiswa).Penelitian ini akan dilaksanakan dengan menerapkan metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif (mixed research). Metode pengumpulan data dengan observasi, angket dan tes. Sedangkan teknik analisi data menggunakan model Miles Huberman untuk data kualitatif dan uji statistik untuk data kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan selama satu tahun dengan langkah-langkah sebagai berikut: 1) pendahuluan/survey meliputi; studi literatur, studi lapangan, mengumpulkan data. 2) analisis data, 3)mendesain model pembelajaran, 4) analisis model pembelajaran, 5)uji coba lapangan.KATA KUNCI : bahan aja.r;, keterampilan menyimak; bahasa Indonesia untuk penutur asing BIPA LISTENING SKILLS TEACHING MATERIAL DESIGN “AKU SUKA INDONESIA”ABSTRACT: This research is motivated by the existence of a gap between expectations and reality, where the BIPA curriculum is expected for foreign speakers who learn Indonesian to learn Indonesian easily. This BIPA listening skill teaching material is centered on BIPA’s teachers so that it is easy to teach Indonesian and foreign speakers who are taught Indonesian quickly learn Indonesian. In addition, Indonesian language education students at FKIP UMSU can use teaching materials for Indonesian listening skills for foreign speakers (BIPA) in the practice of learning BIPA in class or online during the current pandemic. Therefore, teaching materials for BIPA listening skills "I Like Indonesia" can make it easier for students to learn BIPA and establish good cooperation between lecturers and prospective BIPA’s teachers (students). This research will be carried out by applying qualitative and quantitative methods (mixed research). Methods of data collection by observation, questionnaires and tests. While the data analysis technique uses the Miles Huberman model for qualitative data and statistical tests for quantitative data. This research was conducted for one year with the following steps: 1) preliminary/survey includes; literature study, field study, collecting data. 2) data analysis, 3) designing learning models, 4) analysis of learning models, 5) field trials.KEYWORDS: teaching materials;listening skills;Bahasa Indonesia bagi Penutur Asing.
