Abstract

Digital signature system is implemented to improve the quality of document border services. A digital signature on a document means that the signatory knows and approves the document. On the other hand, previous research states that the digital signature model has weaknesses in terms of identifying and verifying the authenticity of the signature image. This study aims to develop a digital signature model with validation of the authenticity of good signatures and accelerate document binder services. The digital signature model was developed using modified agile methods. Model development is done through design, construction, testing, evaluation, and delivery. The test results show that the digital signature model developed in this study is proven to accelerate document publishing services with good validation and simplify the document publishing business process.

Abstract

The publication of learning using MOOC in Raharja University is a facility for students and lecturers in learning, learning using MOOC is one of the objectives in the University of Raharja, which will help lecturers in explaining the material so that students are easy to access where I am in the study, the problem is the absence of web learning online using MOOC application, and the absence of information summary to take a decision and the difficulty of the students get information about course or view the material. To solve the problem is conducted research that builds an improvement system of student learning on the quality and quality of university Raharja using SWOT analysis and SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) method that is felt can help in the management of data. Then transformed in Web Form at Raharja University, it is expected to overcome existing constraints, by providing information that supports the decision-making system in the online learning publications. The system was created with collaborations from Rinfo, Rinfo Sheet, RinfoForm and iLearning Media that are part of the 10 pillars of Raharja University IT. That is further implemented for the needs of student publications at Raharja University through the Web I-Mavib.

Abstract

The One Stop Integrated Services Investment Office (DPMPTSP) is one part of the Regency / City Government Center that serves licensing, one of which is the course. In practice, some regencies / cities actually have an online licensing system, besides that DPMPTSP also has its own website for course licensing but in practice both application systems are rarely used by people who want to take care of permits for various reasons, including administrative requirements that are difficult, access constraints that are sometimes problematic, the length of response time is compared to direct dating and so on. The purpose of this study is to find out the process of licensing the course, create an effective and efficient licensing system concept, and create a concept of a fast and accurate licensing system course. So the authors get alternative solutions to the problem that the public must be familiar with the online system and procedures in licensing the course should not be too long so that the community is easier to manage permits, besides the proposed system, is expected to be a companion to the existing licensing system dealing with dating directly.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the results of the prediction of breast cancer, which have been classified based on two types of breast cancer, malignant and benign. The method used in this research is the k-NN algorithm with normalization of min-max and Z-score, the programming language used is the R language. The conclusion is that the highest k accuracy value is k = 5 and k = 21 with an accuracy rate of 98% in the normalization method using the min-max method. Whereas for the Z-score method the highest accuracy is at k = 5 and k = 15 with an accuracy rate of 97%. Thus the min-max normalization method in this study is considered better than the normalization method using the Z-score. The novelty of this research lies in the comparison between the two min-max normalizations and the Z-score normalization in the k-NN algorithm.

Abstract

Kebutuhan sebuah organisasi atau perusahaan terhadap sistem informasi terus berkembang, agar dapat terus bersaing dan bertahan. Sebuah organisasi atau perusahaan dituntut untuk mempunyai kinerja yang lebih baik, dan semestinya mempunyai sistem yang harus mampu untuk menampilkan informasi secara cepat dan tepat, sehingga pihak pihak yang menjalankan organisasi atau perusahaan hal ini top level management atau para eksekutif mampu untuk memberikan kinerja yang terbaik Perguruan Al-Islam Surakarta merupakan salah satu organisasi yang bergerak di bidang pendidikan yang sudah menerapkan sistem informasi dalam pengelolaan organisasinya. Ketiadaan perencanaan sistem informasi eksekutif dan teknologi informasi yang jelas dan terukur, mengakibatkan pihak manajemen perguruan Al-Islam Surakarta kesulitan dalam menentukan skala prioritas pengembangan sistem informasi eksekutif yang berbasis teknologi. Maka dari itu diperlukan sebuah perencanaan strategis sistem informasi eksekutif. Pembuatan rencana strategis sistem informasi eksekutif ini menggunakan framework Ward dan Peppard. Proses pembuatan perencanaan strategis sistem informasi eksekutif di Perguruan Al-Islam Surakarta menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan kerangka kerja Ward dan Peppard, meliputi tahapan pengumpulan data, tahapan proses analisis dan tahapan keluaran. Analisis lingkungan internal organisasi menggunakan Value chain, analisis lingkungan eksternal organisasi menggunakan Five forces models, dan PEST kemudian hasil analisis lingkungan internal dan eksternal di analisis SWOT danMc.Farlan Strategic Grid. Berdasarkan analisis-analisis yang dilakukan di atas, maka didapatkan beberapa strategi dalam bidang sistem informasi untuk para eksekutif, strategi tersebut meliputi strategi sistem informasi, strategi teknologi informasi dan strategi manajemen sistem informasi kemudian dirancang sebuah arsitektur data, arsitektur aplikasi dan arsitektur teknologi. Berdasarkan analisis dan arsitektur yang telah dibuat akan menghasilkan strategi sistem informasi eksekutif dan portofolio rekomendasi sistem informasi eksekutif. Rekomendasi sistem informasi eksekutif ditujukan untuk para eksekutif di Perguruan Al-Islam Surakarta. Hasil penelitian ini berupa perencanaan strategis sistem informasi eksekutif dengan membuat roadmap implementasi sistem informasi eksekutif, roadmap implementasi tersebut dalam jangka waktu lima tahun dan pemetaan tersebut berdasarkan pada hasil kuesioner prioritas sistem informasi eksekutif dan Mc.Farlan Strategic Grid.

Abstract

Sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan ketua osis ialah aplikasi yang di dalamnya ada proses pemilihan siswa yang bisa jadi calon ketua osis. Sistem ini diperlukan karena proses yang ada, tidak mendapatkan siswa yang sesungguhnya berkompeten untuk menjadi ketua OSIS. Tujuan dari riset ini merupakan mencari calon ketua osis dengan sistem pendukung keputusan yang bisa memperhitungkan calon ketua osis yang terdapat di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Negara 11 Pandeglang. Tata cara yang digunakan dalam riset ini adalah metode pengumpulan informasi yang digunakan ialah memastikan kriteria, variable kriteria, melaksanakan perhitungan. Ada pula hasil proses SAW ini berbentuk peringkat, hasil proses ini direkomendasikan selaku ketua OSIS bersumber pada kriterianya. Kata Kunci – Sistem Informasi, Ketua Osis, Metode SAW.

Abstract

Many organizations are making changes by using information technology to support their business activities. Routine and uncomplicated activities tend to be carried out supported by computer-based applications. These activities include diagnosing damage and performing maintenance on the printer. This study aims to develop an Excel system application for fault diagnosis and maintenance of printers. The expert system printer damage diagnosis application in this study was developed based on a knowledge base. The research was conducted through the stages of needs analysis, design, implementation and testing. The test results show that the application developed is able to diagnose and display printer defects and provide solutions and fixed it.

Abstract

Rumah sakit mempunyai tujuan agar tercapai pelayanan Kesehatan yang optimal pada pasien secara cepat dan tepat serta terpadu dalam penanganan penyakit yang diderita oleh pasien. Beragamnya jenis penyakit dan kondisi pasien, serta banyaknya kunjungan yang datangbersamaan ke rumah sakit telah mengakibatkan kepadatan di wilayah rumah sakit. Kepadatan ini ketika permintaan untuk layanan melebihi kapasitas dari perawat, ruangan, pengetahuan serta pengobatan untuk memberikan perawatan yang berkualitas dalam kerangka waktu yang tepat maka pelayanan harus cepat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan respontime pelayanan dengan sistem pendukung keputusan di RSUD Dr. Moewardi dengan membuat suatu model sistem informasi eksekutif sebagai pendukung keputusan.

Abstract

In teaching and learning activities it is necessary to have monitoring activities carried out by teachers to the principal, so that the teaching staff know the values and limits of the ability of their students. The process of delivering information about the grades of students to the principal is still manually and less than optimal. So we need a system that makes it easy for teachers to monitor their students. Therefore, the discussion in this paper is to design a dashboard information model that will facilitate collaboration between teachers and monitor the development of students' abilities by the principal. This research uses the needs analysis, planning, prototype design and prototype review methods. So the data displayed will be in accordance with what is needed by the school. With the dashboard information will provide teaching staff information that is as needed, interactive and more efficient.

Abstract

New student registration is one of the processes that is normally carried out every year in educational institutions such as schools. New student registration is useful for screening prospective students who have been selected tobecome their students. In this research the process of registering new students at SMK Putra Rifara is done conventionally and has not been computerized, which allows many errors from writing data, stacking files and losing data. The formulation of the problem of this research is how to make a registration information system for SMK Putra Rifara. So the research method used is the method of observation, interviews, and library methods. The new student registration in formation system is buit with the PHP programming language and utilizes the MySQL database as a database server. The results of this study are web-based new student registration information systems that have the ability to provide data accuracy and ease for parents and prospective new students to obtain information about the school.
