Many organizations are making changes by using information technology to support their business activities. Routine and uncomplicated activities tend to be carried out supported by computer-based applications. These activities include diagnosing damage and performing maintenance on the printer. This study aims to develop an Excel system application for fault diagnosis and maintenance of printers. The expert system printer damage diagnosis application in this study was developed based on a knowledge base. The research was conducted through the stages of needs analysis, design, implementation and testing. Rumah sakit mempunyai tujuan agar tercapai pelayanan Kesehatan yang optimal pada pasien secara cepat dan tepat serta terpadu dalam penanganan penyakit yang diderita oleh pasien. Beragamnya jenis penyakit dan kondisi pasien, serta banyaknya kunjungan yang datangbersamaan ke rumah sakit telah mengakibatkan kepadatan di wilayah rumah sakit. Kepadatan ini ketika permintaan untuk layanan melebihi kapasitas dari perawat, ruangan, pengetahuan serta pengobatan untuk memberikan perawatan yang berkualitas dalam kerangka waktu yang tepat maka pelayanan harus cepat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan respontime pelayanan dengan sistem pendukung keputusan di RSUD Dr. Moewardi dengan membuat suatu model sistem informasi eksekutif sebagai pendukung keputusan.

In teaching and learning activities it is necessary to have monitoring activities carried out by teachers to the principal, so that the teaching staff know the values and limits of the ability of their students. The process of delivering information about the grades of students to the principal is still manually and less than optimal. So we need a system that makes it easy for teachers to monitor their students. Therefore, the discussion in this paper is to design a dashboard information model that will facilitate collaboration between teachers and monitor the development of students' abilities by the principal. This research uses the needs analysis, planning, prototype design and prototype review methods. So the data displayed will be in accordance with what is needed by the school. New student registration is one of the processes that is normally carried out every year in educational institutions such as schools. New student registration is useful for screening prospective students who have been selected tobecome their students. In this research the process of registering new students at SMK Putra Rifara is done conventionally and has not been computerized, which allows many errors from writing data, stacking files and losing data. The formulation of the problem of this research is how to make a registration information system for SMK Putra Rifara. So the research method used is the method of observation, interviews, and library methods. The new student registration in formation system is buit with the PHP programming language and utilizes the MySQL database as a database server. Information about tourism sites in Tangerang Regency is inadequate. Tourists have difficulty in obtaining information about tourist attractions. This study propose a model of tourism geographic information system (GIS) to make help tourists to find and obtain information about tourism in Tangerang Regency easier. In this research, activities consist of two stages, namely: data collection and system design. Data collection activities carried out by observation, interviews, and literature study. While the GIS model is designed with Unified Modeling Language, reuse method, and prototype. The final result of this research is a model of tourism geographic information system in the form of use case diagrams, activity diagrams, class diagrams and prototype user interfaces. The test results showing that the model produced has a score of 72.1 with a good predicate. This study aims to develop a model of dashboard information system to improve the quality of scientific journal management. The method used to develop the model of the dashboard is prototyping. The dashboard was also developed using the Pivot Table, Histogram/ Column Chart, Line Plot/ Line Chart, and Area Chart approach. For case study, the information displayed in the dashboard which from data recorded in the MAVIB Journal. The information used includes information about the score of articles that have been received, website visitor in the form of a summary report View Page Statcounter. It can be downloaded in Excel form. The Prototype Dashboard Information System and the addition of Additional Menu in OJS were made using figma, so that it becomes an illustration for designing and updating the appearance of OJS website pages. The information displayed in the dashboard is used to make decisions in order to improve the management of scientific journals. The results show that the dashboard model successfully displays strategic information, tactical information and transactional information. This research discusses the ordering and production application model developed with the php programming language. The application model is developed with an agile method approach that suits the circumstances that suit the needs of application development quickly but still meets the needs of application owners and users. Data collection was carried out using observation methods, interviews, and literature studies. Data collection is carried out to find out the problems that occur, while observation activities on the ongoing process and PIECES-based analysis aim to confirm the problems to be solved through application development. Application development is carried out through the stages of analysis, design, development, and testing. The design stages are carried out using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) approach. The development stage is done using the php programming language with the codeigniter 3 framework and the mysql database with visual studio code as the text editor. In the final part, testing activities are carried out with a black box testing approach. The test results show that the developed application is functioning properly and in accordance with the development goals. The application of ordering and production applications produced in this study plays a positive role in improving business process performance, and increasing the satisfaction of application users and enterprise customers.

Sebuah perusahaan penyedia tenaga kerja seperti PT. Dua Benua Pratama merupakan perusahaan besar yang memiliki karyawan yang banyak. Pada proses pengambilan keputusan untuk perpanjang kontrak karyawan yang habis masa kontraknya masih bersifat subjektif yaitu tidak ada parameter dalam penilaiannya. Dan sering kali dalam proses pengambilan keputusan ini tidak memenuhi kriteria yang dibutuhkan oleh perusahaan. Solusi yang dapat diterapkan untuk meningkatkan efektifitas dan akurasi dalam pengambilan keputusan perpanjang kontrak karyawan adalah dengan menggunakan sistem pendukung keputusan yang menggunakan metode SMART (Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique). Metode SMART yang digunakan pada pembuatan sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan perpanjang kontrak karyawan ini mampu meningkatkan efektivitas penilaian karyawan, dengan menetapkan kriteria dan alternatif-alternatif yang ada. Pada kriteria ditentukan bobot Sehingga didapatkan hasil yang akurat dan adil bagi perusahaan. Dan sangat membantu HRD dalam mengambil keputusan. Internet access at this time is a daily necessity that cannot be denied. It is certain that most institutions and business entities require internet access in carrying out their activities, including educational institutions. With the development of mobile computer technology in which more users use mobile devices to access the internet, wireless-based network infrastructure is a demand that cannot be postponed any longer. By using a wireless connection to connect to the network, authentication becomes something that must be considered, the use of access to the network by unwanted parties can harm other parties. Changing passwords regularly is important to avoid misuse of access to the network by other parties. This paper presents a problem where when an educational institution implements the Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) program, students and teachers cannot change passwords using the personal device used, this is because the personal device is not registered with the domain controller at the institution. The solution proposed in this article is to move the NPS RADIUS server function on the local site to LDAP in the cloud using a combination of WLC which handles Wi-Fi clients and Fortinet which handles authentication to the cloud. This study aims to measure the prediction of survival of covid-19 patients with the best algorithm based on RMSE(Root Mean Square Error). The Covid-19 pandemic has lasted from December 2019 until now and is full of uncertainty about when this pandemic will end, so this research was carried out. In this study, the knowledge discovery database method was used by extracting data sets from Covid-19 patients from March 2020 to March 2021 for each province in Indonesia (Dataset from Kawal Covid-19 SintaRistekbrin) to predict survival during this pandemic as measured by the best algorithms include k-NN (k-Nearest Neighbor), SVM (Support Vector Machine), and/or Deep Learning. The measurement results using cross-validation and the optimal number of folds is 3 in the form of RSME, showing that the k-NN algorithm is an algorithm with RSME 0.101 +/-0.23 where the error rate is the lowest compared to the two algorithms above. Therefore, the k-NN algorithm was chosen as the algorithm for the predictive measurement of surviving Covid-19 patients.
