Abstract

The issue of Leadership and public health services is a significant concern for governments, the wider community, and world health institutions. This study discusses several best practices in public health services based on the principle of health leadership in carrying out health service tasks, especially the government providing health services to the community as mandated by the constitution. This study uses secondary data such as academic publications, books, articles, and other literature relevant to public health service issues and leadership policies. We obtained data through electronic searches in several journals through the Google Scholar application. We then reviewed several stages of analysis, such as coding the data, analyzing sensitive data, evaluating the data, interpreting the data, and concluding the results. Study with a phenomenological approach to obtain valid and highly valid findings. We believe that these results answer the problem of this study. We found, among other things, that health services and Leadership must depart from the first three principles, namely the nature of Leadership with knowledge or understanding of public health conditions, Leadership that has strategic connectivity that combines knowledge, expertise, and experience to support the success of public health services in Indonesia, especially in the era of the pandemic crisis, entering a new normal. The results of this study are expected to be essential inputs for future research and contribute to strengthening decision-making in the field.

Abstract

This study discussed the escalation of healthy environmental policies by parties such as environmental organizations and the government. We designed this research in a qualitative descriptive manner where we extracted information from several sources. Then we researched it until we got an answer to finish the discussion. We examine this study under a phenomenological approach. Likewise, data analysis involves data coding, high evaluation, in-depth interpretation, and data organization. After discussing the results, we conclude, among others, that the best practices for accelerating healthy environmental policies by the government and other organizations in the country have helped publicize the government's commitment to maintaining a healthy environment, including conducting seminars, workshops by related organizations, supporting symposiums organized by the government. Other best practices are the healthy living community movement driven by the private sector and the environmental love movement to save the earth is also carried out by various non-governmental organizations, all of which want to encourage the acceleration of policies and Implementation of maintaining a healthy environment in Indonesia. It is hoped that these results will be helpful in future similar studies.

Abstract

This study was conducted to gain an in-depth understanding of what and how effective the use of digital applications to promote public health is due to the increasingly powerful impact of technology, including public health. This elephant utilizes the data we search electronically on compounds of health publications and technologies released between 2010 and 2022. We examine them under a biological approach that involves a series of techniques such as coding the data, evaluating the data thoroughly, and approaching conclusions so that we will get answers. Finally, digital applications to promote public health, especially in Indonesia, are a non-negotiable necessity, considering the effectiveness and innovation provided by technology that can complete health tasks that have been carried out manually. These findings will be helpful for further studies.
