Abstract

This community service activity was carried out in Montong Ajan Village, Praya Barat Daya Subdistrict, Central Lombok Regency, with the aim of increasing the capacity of the community in managing the Rumpang Rumeneng Waterfall natural tourism site and developing creative economy products based on local potential. The method used was the Participatory Action Approach through the stages of training, mentoring, and participatory evaluation. The training focused on improving destination management skills, hospitality principles, and the development of local products such as bamboo crafts and culinary products unique to the village. Mentoring was carried out through regular field visits to help the community apply the skills they had acquired, strengthen the Pokdarwis institution, and foster collective awareness of the importance of sustainable tourism management. The results of the activities show an increase in the community's capacity in tourism management, the formation of new creative business groups, and increased social and economic participation of the village community. This program has succeeded in strengthening the synergy between the tourism and creative economy sectors as an effort to empower the community based on local potential. This activity is expected to become a model for the development of competitive and sustainable tourism villages in the Central Lombok region.

Abstract

Damaged drugs, leftover drugs in poor condition, and expired drugs that are not destroyed with the right method can cause environmental damage and clinical losses in the form of side effects due to using drugs that are no longer suitable for use. The purpose of this health promotion activity is to increase public knowledge about how to dispose of damaged or expired drugs at home. The health promotion methods used are leaflets and banners plus lectures or direct explanations to the public. Participants in this activity numbered 31 people, namely mothers who attended morning exercises held at the Sungai Ulin Health Center. The result of this health promotion is that the public becomes more aware of how to dispose of damaged or expired drugs at home properly

Abstract

 Tumbuhan khas rawa Kalimantan yang banyak dikaitkan dengan kesehatan adalah Kelakai (Stenochlaena palustris). Kelakai mengandung senyawa kimia antioksidan, antibakteri, antijamur, antianemia dan antiinflamasi. β-sitosterol adalah fitosterol penting di tumbuhan kelakai. β-sitosterol dikatakan mampu menekan pertumbuhan sel kanker payudara. Protein penting dalam perkembangan sel kanker payudara adalah Estrogen Receptor (ER) yang juga merupakan target protein untuk kerja obat. Penelitian ini bertujuan melihat potensi senyawa β-sitosterol sebagai inhibitor ER secara in silico. Energi bebas Gibbs (ΔG), koefisien inhibisi (Ki) dan interaksi ligan dengan residu ER dianalisis sebagai parameter docking. Sifat farmakokinetik β-sitosterol diprediksi menggunakan server web pkCSM dan SwissADME. Hasil molekular docking menunjukkan bahwa β-sitosterol membentuk kompleks dengan ER dengan energi bebas Gibbs (ΔG) = -5,27 kkal/mol dan raloxifene = -5,71 Kkal/mol. β-sitosterol berinteraksi dengan residu Gln-441, Asn-439, Met-438, Ala-493, Leu-495, Arg-503, Gln-499, Gln-502, Gln-506 dan raloxifene berinteraksi dengan residu Phe-425, Met-421, Leu-428, Ile-424, Met-388, Leu-391, Leu-387, Phe-404, Met-502, Met 348, Leu-525, Leu-346, Asp-347, Glu-348, Ala-350, Pro-515, Asp547, Trp-383, Met-383, Glu-524, Val-528, Trp-383, Asn-502, Pro-508, Leu-589, Val-524, Val-327. β-sitosterol tidak bersifat hepatotoksik dan tidak menyebabkan alergi kulit. Protein ER berinteraksi stabil dengan β-sitosterol dengan Sembilan residu. β-sitosterol berpotensi sebagai kandidat obat antikanker dengan menghambat pertumbuhan ER. Kata kunci: raloxifene, kanker payudara, in silico, target protein, SwissADME   A typical plant of the Borneo swamp that is widely associated with health is Kelakai (Stenochlaena palustris). Kelakai contains antioxidant, antibacterial, antifungal, antianemic and anti-inflammatory chemical compounds. β-sitosterol is an important phytosterol in Stenochlaena palustris. β-sitosterol is said to be able to suppress the growth of breast cancer cells. An important protein in the development of breast cancer cells is the Estrogen Receptor (ER) which is also a protein target for drug action. This study aims to see the potential of β-sitosterol compounds as ER inhibitors in silico. Gibbs free energy (ΔG), inhibition coefficient (Ki) and ligand interaction with ER residues were analyzed as docking parameters. The pharmacokinetic properties of β-sitosterol were predicted using pkCSM and SwissADME web servers. The results of molecular docking showed that β-sitosterol formed a complex with ER with Gibbs free energy (ΔG) = -5.27 kcal/mol and raloxifene = -5.71 kcal/mol. β-sitosterol interacts with Gln-441, Asn-439, Met-438, Ala-493, Leu-495, Arg-503, Gln-499, Gln-502, Gln-506 residues and raloxifene interacts with Phe-425, Met-421, Leu-428, Ile-424, Met-388, Leu-391, Leu-387, Phe-404, Met-502, Met 348, Leu-525, Leu-346, Asp-347, Glu-348 , Ala-350, Pro-515, Asp547, Trp-383, Met-383, Glu-524, Val-528, Trp-383, Asn-502, Pro-508, Leu-589, Val-524, Val-327 residues. β-sitosterol is not hepatotoxic and does not cause skin allergies. The ER protein interacts stably with β-sitosterol with nine residues. β-sitosterol has potential as an anticancer drug candidate by inhibiting ER growth.

Abstract

Tanaman ceguk (Combretum indicum L.) memiliki 2 variasi yaitu tipe membulat dan tipe memanjang dan berpotensi sebagai antioksidan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aktivitas antioksidan bunga ceguk tipe membulat pada beberapa wilayah di Kalimantan Selatan yakni di Kota Banjarbaru, Kabupaten Banjar dan Kabupaten Kotabaru. Penentuan aktivitas antioksidan baik secara kualitatif maupun kuantitatif dilakukan dengan menggunakan KLT dan Spektrofotometer UV-Vis. Ekstrak etanol bunga C. indicum tipe membulat dari Kota Banjarbaru, Kabupaten Banjar, dan Kabupaten Kotabaru secara kualitatif memiliki aktivitas antioksidan yang ditandai dengan adanya bercak kuning dengan latar belakang ungu pada plat KLT setelah penyemprotan reagen DPPH. Adapun nilai IC50 ekstrak etanol bunga C. indicum tipe membulat pada Kota Banjarbaru, Kabupaten Banjar, dan Kabupaten Kotabaru masing-masing sebesar 16,358 ppm, 28,445 ppm, dan 20,868 ppm dengan kategori sangat kuat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini bunga C. indicum tipe membulat memiliki aktivitas antioksidan tertinggi pada wilayah  Kota Banjarbaru.Kata Kunci : Combretum indicum L, bunga ceguk, ekstrak, antioksidan Combretum indicum L. has 2 types, rounded and elongated , as an antioxidant activity. This study aims to determine the antioxidant activity of round-type flowers in several areas in South Kalimantan, such as in Banjarbaru City, Banjar Regency and Kotabaru. Determination of antioxidant activities, qualitatively and quantitatively, was carried out using TLC and UV-Vis Spectrophotometer. The qualitative test of ethanolic extract of round type C. indicum flowers from Banjarbaru City, Banjar Regency, and Kotabaru had antioxidant activity which was indicated by the presence of yellow spots on a purple background on the TLC plate after spraying DPPH reagent. The IC50 values for the ethanolic extract of C. indicum flower type in Banjarbaru City, Banjar Regency, and Kotabaru were 16.358 ppm, 28.445 ppm, and 20.868 ppm with a very strong category antioxidant. Based on the results of this study, the round type of C. indicum flowers had the highest antioxidant activity in the Banjarbaru City area.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi implementasi kurikulum berbasis kompetensi pada LKP program otomotif di DIY dalam hal: (1) dukungan lembaga kursus, (2) relevansi tujuan program kursus dengan kebutuhan peserta didik, (3) kesiapan tenaga pendidik, (4) kesiapan peserta didik, (5) kesiapan sarana prasarana, (6) kesiapan dokumen kurikulum, (7) perencanaan materi pembelajaran, (8) pemanfaatan media pembelajaran, (9) penggunaan metode pembelajaran, (10) penilaian pembelajaran, dan (11) pencapaian standar kompetensi lulusan (SKL). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluasi dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Model evaluasi yang digunakan adalah evaluasi model CIPP (context, input, process, product) dari Stufflebeam. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari pimpinan lembaga kursus, tenaga pendidik, dan peserta didik pada LKP program otomotif di DIY yang sudah terdaftar dan mempunyai Nomor Induk Lembaga Kursus (NILEK). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis statistik deskriptif dengan bantuan komputer program SPSS 17, dan analisis kualitatif, yaitu dengan mendiskripsikan dan memaknai data tiap-tiap komponen variabel. Dari hasil penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa: (1) dukungan pimpinan lembaga kursus dalam kategori tinggi, (2) relevansi tujuan program dengan kebutuhan peserta didik dalam kategori sangat tinggi, (3) kesiapan tenaga pendidik dalam kategori tinggi, (4) kesiapan peserta didik dalam kategori tinggi, (5) kesiapan sarana prasarana pembelajaran dalam kategori tinggi, (6) kesiapan dokumen kurikulum dalam kategori tinggi, (7) perencanaan materi pembelajaran dalam kategori tinggi, (8) pemanfaatan media pembelajaran dalam kategori sedang, (9) penggunaan metode pembelajaran dalam kategori tinggi, (10) penilaian pembelajaran dalam kategori tinggi, dan (11) pencapaian standar kompetensi lulusan (SKL) dalam kategori sedang. THE EVALUATION OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF COMPETENCY-BASED CURRICULUM IN COURSE AND TRAINING INSTITUTES FOR AUTOMOTIVE PROGRAMSAbstractThe Evaluation of the Implementation of Competency-Based Curriculum in Course and Training Institutes for Automotive Programs. This study was an evaluation study using quantitative and qualitative approaches. The evaluation model was the CIPP (context, input, process, product) by Stufflebeam. The study population consisted of institutes managers, instructures and students at the course and training institute for automotive programs in YST registered and having Nomor Induk Lembaga Kursus (NILEK). The data were analyzed using the descriptive statistic analysis techniques with the SPSS 17 program and the qualitative analysis to describe and interpret the data from each variable component. The results of the study show that (1) the institutes' support is in a high category, (2) the relevance of the courses programe objectives to the participants' needs is in a very high category, (3) the instructors' readiness is in a high category; (4) the participants' readiness is in a high category, (5) the readiness of the infrastructure and facilities, (6) readiness of the curriculum documents is in a high category; (7) the learning material planning is in a high category, (8) the use of learning media is in a medium category, (9) the use of learning methods is in a high category, (10) the learning assessment is in a high category, and (11) the achievement of the graduate competence standards is in a middle category.

Abstract

This study investigates the effectiveness of an injection converter kit as a small engine retrofit for improving torque and fuel efficiency in a 100cc four-stroke motorcycle engine. An experimental method was applied using two fuel systems: a conventional carburetor and a retrofit converter kit. Torque and fuel consumption were measured across engine speeds ranging from 3000 to 7000 rpm using a dynamometer and volumetric analysis. The injection system achieved a peak torque of 6.78 N·m at 3600 rpm, exceeding the carburetor’s 5.90 N·m at 5300 rpm. It also demonstrated improved fuel economy at most RPM levels, with a spike at 6000 rpm due to overpressure. Statistical analysis via Two-Way ANOVA confirmed the significance of these differences. The results suggest that the injection converter kit is a viable small engine retrofit option for enhancing performance and efficiency in low-displacement motorcycles.

Abstract

ABSTRAct Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : (1)Peluang resiko yang bisa terjadi pada saat siswa melaksanakan praktik yang tidak Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) dan parameter-parameter pemotongan yang terdapat pada pekerjaan pemesinan di bengkel mesin SMK Nasional Berbah Sleman.(2) upaya pengendalian risiko yang dapat dilakukan oleh manajemen bengkel, guru atau pihak sekolah agar tidak terjadi kecelakaan kerja di bengkel mesin SMK Nasional Berbah Sleman. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif, dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah Guru praktik, kepala bengkel dan siswa kelas X SMK Nasional Berbah Sleman yang berjumlah 31 siswa. Objek penelitian adalah peluang risiko dan upaya pengendalian risiko. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumetasi. Teknik Analisis yang digunakan adalah: Reduksi Data, Penyajian Data dan Kesimpulan.

Abstract

This research aims to 1) Explain the job sheet for class XI motorbike electrical maintenance practices at PIRISleman Vocational School; 2) find out the feasibility of the job sheet for carrying out electrical maintenance for classXI motorbikes at PIRI Sleman Vocational School after it is developed. This research is research and development(R&D) with a 4-D development model (four-D models) which consists of the Define, Design, Development,Disseminate stages. development media in the form of a Job Sheet. The research subjects were class XI TBSMstudents at PIRI Sleman Vocational School. The object of this research is the Job Sheet on motorbike electricalmaintenance practices. This research and development resulted in 1) job sheet on electrical maintenance practices forJupiter Z motorbikes which contains the understanding and function of each Jupiter Z motorbike electrical system,how each component of the Jupiter Z motorbike electrical system works, wiring diagrams and how each works. -EachJupiter Z motorcycle electrical system, link/QR code for the circuit for each Jupiter Z motorcycle electrical system,inspection steps for each Jupiter Z motorcycle electrical system, and data table of inspection results. 2) the job sheeton electrical maintenance practices for Jupiter z motorbikes was declared very feasible by media experts, materialexperts and respondents/students. data obtained from the media expert validator test was 97.33% in the very goodcategory, from the material expert validator test 95.18% was in the very good category, according to students 85.47%was in the very good category.
