Abstract

The use of probiotics is an innovation in an effort to increase production and fight pathogens in aquaculture cultivation environments. Probiotic candidate microorganisms are selected selectively to ensure that the probiotics used are safe and provide benefits for the host and the environment. This study aims to select probiotic candidates based on the aspects of growth and sensitivity to antibiotics from 4 isolates of Bacillus from abalone (Haliotis asinina). Growth observations were carried out by turbidimetric method using a spectrophotometer at a wavelength of 600 nm in SWC media, and antibiotic sensitivity was tested using Rifampicin, Gentamicin, Kanamycin, and Erythromycin antibiotics using the well-diffusion agar method. The growth analysis of isolates was described by a growth curve based on the OD value, and antibiotic susceptibility based on the diameter of the inhibition zone. The results showed that the growth of the four isolates of Bacillus spp. had a short lag phase, ranging from 1-2 hours, an exponential phase ranging from 15 hours to B. pumilus SLK1 and B. licheniformis SLK2 isolates, and 12 hours to B. coagulans CaK1 and B. coagulans CaK6 isolates. Antibiotic sensitivity showed that B. coagulans CaK1 isolates were sensitive to all the tested antibiotics, while B. pumilus SLK1 isolates, B. licheniformis SLK2, and B. coagulans CaK6 were only sensitive to Rifampicin and Gentamicin antibiotics. The ideal probiotic candidate is an isolate with good growth and does not have resistance properties, based on the results of this study CaK1 isolate has the potential as a probiotic candidate

Abstract

Paper ini membahas pentingnya meningkatkan kesadaran petani dan mendorong integrasi praktik pertanian cerdas dalam konteks pertanian konservasi. Menyadari perlunya menyelaraskan kearifan pertanian tradisional dengan teknologi mutakhir, kegiatan in menekankan penilaian terhadap praktik konservasi yang ada, penggabungan strategis teknik pertanian presisi dalam pertanian konservasi dan memberikan pemahaman tentang konservasi keanekaragaman hayati berupa tanaman padi merah. Hal ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya perencanaan yang presisi dan sistem irigasi cerdas dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan keberlanjutan. Kegiatan ini juga menekankan pendidikan dan keterlibatan masyarakat sebagai elemen penting untuk menumbuhkan penerimaan dan pemahaman di kalangan petani. Dengan menyoroti potensi manfaat dan menekankan sinergi antara pertanian cerdas dan konservasi, inisiatif ini berupaya mendorong perubahan transformatif menuju lanskap pertanian yang lebih berkelanjutan dan memadai secara teknologi. Untuk mendukung tercapainya konsep integrasi pertanian cerdas dalam pertanian konservasi dan konservasi keanekaragaman hayati, tim peneliti Universitas Mataram melaksanakan promosi kepada petani yang berada pada Keluran Manorang Salo, Kecamatan Marioriawa, Kabupateng Soppeng, Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Islamic business ethics, service quality and estimated value on customers' interest in using the Gowa Branch of the Mas SulSel pawn service, where the sample in this study is customers who use the Gowa branch of the Mas SulSel pawn service. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. Based on the research results, it was found that the first hypothesis was accepted, namely that Islamic business ethics had a positive and significant effect on customers' interest in using the Gowa branch of the Mas South Sulawesi pawn service. Likewise, the second and third hypotheses are also accepted, where service quality and estimated value have a positive and significant effect on customer interest in using the Gowa branch of the Mas South Sulawesi pawn service. And with that, the fourth hypothesis is also accepted, where the three variables, namely Islamic business ethics, service quality and estimated value simultaneously influence customer interest in using the Gowa branch of the Mas South Sulawesi pawn service.

Abstract

This thesis aims to determine the effect of gross profit margin and net profit margin on stock prices in mining sector companies listed on the jakarta islamic index for 2019-2022. This study uses the indenpedent variables, namely gross profit margin and net profit margin. the dependent variable is stock price. the data used in this study is secondary data, namely in the form of financial reports of sharia companies registered on the jakarta islamic index in 2019-2022. This research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. Statistical methods using multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test and analysis of the coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that the ratio of gross profit margin and net profit margin has an effect on stock prices. By using the f test it is found that the independent variables have a simultaneous influence on the dependent variables. Calculation of the coefficient of determination shows thet all independent variables, namely gross profit margin and net profit margin, can explain the stock price variable by 30% the remaining 70% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Process mining is a new science that focuses on the transparency of an existing process. Especially in a world full of digitalization, of course, many companies, education, health are immediately competing in presenting the most efficient and effective processes to do. in this study the authors used Request for Payment data owned by a university. These requests will later be checked by the travel administration, this budget approval can be done by supervisors, directors, or fund owners. the author uses Celonis tools and algorithms in Celonis to identify bottlenecks and rework in the process. We also attempted to analyze where new insights could be drawn from the resulting process model. The result of this research is to pay special attention to several activities, as well as to provide explanations of the criteria related to the application to be submitted.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (CHLB) is the main factor determining the health status of the pesantren community (boarding school leaders, ustadz/ustadzah, students, other employees at the pesantren). CHLB in Islamic boarding schools is a set of behaviors that are practiced on the base of awareness as a result of learning, which makes the pesantren community independently able to prevent disease, improve their health, and play an active role in creating a healthy environment. This community service activity expects female students to live clean and healthy behaviors, especially in personal hygiene care, dental and oral care and preventing scabies. The methods used are health services, education and health training. The results of community service activities through clinical symptom screening showed that 21 female students had clinical symptoms of scabies. Only a few Santriwati have a Clean and Healthy Lifestyle, because almost half of them still lack knowledge about personal hygiene. Many students have good dental and oral health care. For female students, to always maintain health and always carry out PHBS at all times, and immediately go to the health service for a health check if you experience clinical symptoms of scabies. Health workers should regularly, regularly provide health services and foster UKS in Islamic Boarding Schools, the health of the female students is always monitored.

Abstract

This research is a qualitative descriptive study that aims to describe students' thinking skills in solving problems on algebra material by class VII students of SMP Muhammadiyah Kota Bima through indicators of analysis, evaluate and create based on the introduction of similar problem structures when students are involved in the investigative process, such as; find patterns, generalize formulas using algebraic symbols and apply formulas to solve problems. The data collection technique was carried out using a question test on 28 students. While the data analysis technique is to reduce and present data and draw conclusions. The results showed that there were 9 high-ability students who met the indicators of analysis, evaluate and create, 15 students who had moderate problem-solving abilities by fulfilling the analysis indicators on differentiating and organizing and did not fulfill the analysis indicators on attributing. Whereas 4 students with low abilities did not meet the analysis indicators on attributing, evaluating on checking and critiquing and creating on generating, planning, and producing, because they only focused on questions and were unable to create new problems, but imitated previous test questions

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the optimal dose of tofu wastewater-based organic fertilizer (LOF) on the growth and yields of two mung bean varieties, Vima 1 and Vima 3. The experiment was conducted at the Academic Garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Tadulako University, Palu, from October 2021 to January 2022. A Randomized Block Design (RBD) with two factors was employed: mung bean variety (Vima 1 and Vima 3) and POC dose (0, 40 ml/plant, 50 ml/plant, 60 ml/plant, 70 ml/plant, and 80 ml/plant). The results indicated that both varieties showed similar vegetative growth responses to the LOF doses, with significant differences observed only in production components. The 80 ml/plant dose led to increased growth for both varieties, suggesting this as the optimal level for enhancing plant growth.

Abstract

Sektor Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) menjadi andalan pemerintah dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi di tengah lesunya perekonomian dunia, Kementerian Koperasi dan UKM mencatat bahwa kontribusi sektor UMKM meningkat dari 57,84 persen menjadi 60,34 persen. Metode dalam pelaksanaan penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode kualitatif. dengan melakukan survei, berbicara dengan para pebisnis, mengambil tanggal ke lokasi perusahaan, dan mengatur pelaksanaan acara. Penelitian ini dilakukan karena tidak adanya anggaran dalam pencatatan keuangan UMKM  UD Murni Jayagt, terutama anggaran penjualan dimana anggaran penjualan merupakan salah satu aspek fungsi perencanaan yang memainkan peran penting dalam keberlangsungan usaha perusahaan. Anggaran penjualan dapat dijadikan sebagai acuan dalam upaya meningkatkan penjualan selanjutnya. Dalam membuat ramalan penjualan, peneliti membandingkan 3 metode peramalan, yaitu Semi Average, Trend Moment, dan Least Square.

Abstract

(Musa balbisiana colla) dalam pakan komersial untuk meningkatkan warna pada ikan nemo (Amphipriion ocellaris). Hewan uji yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah ikan nemo dengan panjang 2-3 cm. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimental menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri dari 5 perlakuan dan 3 kali ulangan sehingga diperoleh 15 unit percobaan, yakni P0 (tanpa penambahan bubuk kulit pisang), P1 (bubuk kulit pisang 5%) P2 (bubuk kulit pisang 10%), P3 (bubuk kulit pisang 15%), P4 (bubuk kulit pisang 20%). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh yang nyata terhadap tingkat kecerahan warna, pertumbuhan panjang, pertumbuhan berat, namun tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap tingkat kelangsungan hidup, sehingga dilakukan uji lanjut untuk mengetahui perlakuan terbaik dalam menghasilkan peningkatan warna pada ikan nemo, diketahui bahwa P3 (bubuk kulit piang 15%) merupakan perlakuan terbaik pada kecerahan warna dengan persentase 26,30. Perlakuan terbaik pada pertumbuhan panjang mutlak dan berat mutlak ialah P4 (bubuk kulit pisang 20%) dengan persentase panjang 0,60 cm dan persentase berat 0,64g.
