Abstract

Obesitas merupaka suatu kondisi berat badan yang berlebihan akibat akumulasi lemak yang berlebih dalam tubuh. Biasanya obesitas terjadi pada umur ≥15 tahun pada tahun 2018 di indonesia sebesar 16,2%, sedangkan obesitas pada anak usia 13-15 pada tahun 2023 sebesar 19,7% maka terjadi peningkatan sebesar 3,5%. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan mengetahui perkembangan dan penyebab obesitas pada beberapa jurnal yang ada. Dari hasil penelitian ditunjukan ada pengaruh konseling gizi terhadap pengetahuan pada pengaruh konseling gizi terhadapa asupan gizi dan asupan lemak, sedangkan pada asupan serat tidak ada pengaruh konseling gizi , rata-rata sudah interfensi lebih renda di bandingkan sebelum interfensi. Responde perlun meningkatkan konsumsi makanan yang tinggi serat serta menurunkan makanan konsumsi energi tinggi dan tinggi lemak serta meningkatkan aktifitas fisik. Sebagai tindak lanjut dari kegiatan ini dapat diharapkan menyediakan sarana dan prasaran untuk remaja dalam mengantisipasi obesitas pada remaja di lingkungan sekolah.

Abstract

The independent learning curriculum is a new curriculum that is being promoted by the Minister of Education and Culture at this time. Many teachers are still adjusting this new curriculum. This study aims to elaborate on the implementation of technology and vocational education management in Vocational High Schools (SMK) Surabaya in the face of an independent learning curriculum. Using this type of qualitative research so that the data produced is descriptive. Data sources obtained from principals and representatives of various fields (student affairs, curriculum, facilities and infrastructure) as well as teachers along with supporting documents. Collecting data using interview, documentation and observation techniques. Data analysis is carried out after collecting all the supporting data, then the data is reduced, played data to conclusions. This research was conducted at one of the SMK Surabaya odd semester TP. 2022/2023. From this research, it can be produced that the curriculum used by SMK Surabaya is an independent learning curriculum. In the implementation of education management, this curriculum has not found weaknesses or advantages because it has only been running for a few months. So the author gives advice to use and pay attention to swot analysis in order to get better data.

Abstract

Abstract Research that uses a reverse learning model (Flipped Classroom) is an implementation of Blended Learning. This study aims to find out how to apply Google Classroom with the Flipped Classroom learning model in schools on student motivation, student activities, and student learning styles. This study started from distributing questionnaires, collecting data, analyzing data and drawing conclusions. This study used a quantitative approach with an experimental research model with a student population at SMK UNITOMO Surabaya. Data analysis using multiple linear regression using SPSS. Based on the test results, the data shows the F value of 3.164 which is greater than the F table with a significant value of 0.039. So, it can be concluded that from student motivation, student activities, and student learning styles have a significant impact on student learning outcomes using the Flipped Classroom learning model using the Google Classroom application at SMK UNITOMO Surabaya.. Abstrak Penelitian yang menggunakan model pembelajaran terbalik (Flipped Classrom) yaitu merupakan implementasi dari pembelajaran Blanded Learning. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana menerapkan Google Classroom dengan model pembelajaran Flipped Classroom di sekolah terhadap motivasi siswa, aktivitas siswa, dan gaya belajar siswa dengan begitu penelitian ini diharapkan siswa akan mendapatkan hasil belajar yang memuaskan. Penelitian ini dimulai dari menyebarkan angket, pengumpulan data, analisis data serta mengambil kesimpulan Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan model penelitian eksperimen dengan populasi siswa di SMK UNITOMO Surabaya. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan mengunakan SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, data menunjukan nilai F sebesar 3,164 lebih besar dari F tabel dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,039. Jadi, dapat disimpulkan bahwa dari motivasi siswa, aktivitas siswa, dan gaya belajar siswa bersignifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Flipped Classroom dengan menggunakan aplikasi Google Classroom di SMK UNITOMO Surabaya. .

Abstract

Many mathematics learning models have been implemented in schools, but no learning model is specifically used to monitor the learning process at home. The purpose of this research is to create a learning model that can be used to monitor the learning process at home as well as serve as additional learning for students. The learning model developed is Structured, Systematic and Massive (SSM). Data collection used several questionnaires, namely content validation questionnaires (materials and quizzes), media validation questionnaires, test instruments and student response questionnaires. The data obtained were analyzed quantitatively and then described. The development of this model uses the Moodle LMS tool. This type of research is development research using the ADDIE model. The results showed that the developed model effectively monitored students’ learning process at home. In addition, the Criteria for Achieving Learning Objectives (KKTP) became easier after applying this model. The creation of this model is one of the alternative models for improving the quality of learning in schools. In conclusion, the Soft Systems Methodology (SSM) approach effectively understands and maps complex issues in home learning monitoring.

Abstract

Perekonomian nasional dan daerah sangat ditopang oleh perkebunan Lada. Selain menghasilkan devisa, kegiatan perkebunan Lada juga telah memberikan peluang kerja kepada warga sekitar, agar perkebunan rakyat dapat berkembang dan sejahtera, petani harus memperbaiki pengelolaannya sebagai penyeimbang industri Lada, luas area Perkebunan petani kecamatan Aere adalah 1-2 ha. Mayoritas petani di Kabupaten Kolaka Timur mengandalkan usahatani Lada sebagai sumber pendapatan usaha mereka. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Aladadio Kecamatan Aere Kabupaten Kolaka Timur mengingat masih banyak petani lada skala kecil. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 30 petani lada yang tersebar di beberapa dusun di desa tersebut. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan skala Likert untuk pengukuran sikap dan skala Guttman untuk mengukur pengetahuan dan tindakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat perilaku petani Fluktuasi harga lada di Kecamatan Aere masih tergolong pada kriteria rendah yakni 9%. Indikator pengukuran Skala Likert yang terjadi membuktikan bahwa dari seluruh indikator pengukuran baik pada aspek perilaku, Sikap dan Tindakan memiliki hal yang relative rendah dan setiap petani memiliki pemikiran yang tidak sama dari setiap pengukurannya dengan mempertimbangkan alasan-alasan yang logis menurut pandangan petani tersebut.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are to: 1) ascertain the relationship between the PjBL learning model and the learning outcomes of sewing shirts; 2) ascertain the learning outcomes of sewing shirts following the application of the PjBL learning model; and 3) ascertain the ways in which the PjBL learning model affects the learning outcomes of sewing shirts. This research used a quasi-experimental design type by implementing a pre-experimental design. Involving research subjects as many as 29 fashion students phase f SMKN 8 Surabaya. approaches for gathering data, such as learning outcome assessments and observation. Research tools that include test and observation sheets. A straightforward linear regression test is used as a technique for data analysis. The investigation's findings demonstrated that 1) the PjBL learning model was used in sewing shirts and achieved an average of 95% with a very excellent category, and 2) learning outcomes in sewing shirts increased following the When the PjBL learning model was used, the cognitive domain received an average score of 86 compared to 77.65, and the psychomotor domain obtained an average score of 88.31 as opposed to 76.10. 3) The learning was influenced by the PjBL learning paradigm outcomes in sewing shirts, using 0.029 <0.05 as the significance value.

Abstract

Workers’ welfare is a crucial determinant of productivity and sustainability in the manufacturing industry. In Riau, challenges such as inadequate occupational health policies and lack of awareness about health standards have negatively impacted workers’ well-being. This study aims to enhance workers' welfare through the participatory implementation of occupational health policies using the Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach. This community-based participatory research was conducted in three manufacturing companies in Riau. The PAR approach involved four key phases: problem identification, collaborative planning, implementation of health-focused interventions, and evaluation. Data were collected through surveys, focus group discussions, and workplace observations, involving both workers and management. Quantitative data on welfare metrics were complemented by qualitative insights from stakeholder interviews. The implementation of occupational health policies significantly improved workers’ welfare indicators, including reduced workplace accidents (by 25%), increased job satisfaction scores (from 65% to 85%), and enhanced worker productivity (by 15%). Qualitative findings revealed heightened awareness and cooperation among workers and employers regarding health and safety standards. Stakeholders reported that the participatory approach fostered a sense of ownership and accountability. The results demonstrate that participatory strategies are effective in addressing workplace health challenges in the manufacturing sector. The PAR approach enabled the co-creation of practical solutions tailored to local needs, fostering long-term commitment from all stakeholders. This study highlights the importance of involving workers and management in policy development to achieve sustainable improvements in welfare.

Abstract

Access to healthcare services remains a significant challenge for patients in remote areas, often due to geographical and infrastructural barriers. The integration of digital health services has emerged as a promising solution. This study explores the implementation of digital health service policies using the Community-Based Research (CBR) approach to improve patient accessibility in underserved regions. A CBR methodology was employed to engage stakeholders, including healthcare providers, local governments, and community members, in designing and evaluating digital health services. Data collection methods included participatory workshops, surveys, and interviews with key stakeholders to identify accessibility challenges and co-develop strategies. A pilot program involving telemedicine platforms and mobile health applications was implemented in three remote villages. Findings revealed that the collaborative approach significantly improved the adoption and usability of digital health technologies. Telemedicine services increased patient access to consultations by 45%, and the implementation of mobile health applications reduced travel times for medical care by 60%. Community involvement also led to increased trust and a better understanding of digital health solutions. The study demonstrates that leveraging the CBR approach facilitates the development of context-specific digital health solutions that address the unique needs of remote communities. However, challenges such as digital literacy and infrastructure limitations were identified, suggesting the need for further capacity-building initiatives. The CBR-based implementation of digital health service policies enhances patient accessibility in remote areas by fostering community engagement and tailoring solutions to local contexts.

Abstract

Tuberculosis (TB) is an infectious disease that remains a major health problem in Indonesia, particularly among productive age groups. This study aims to analyze various factors influencing the incidence of pulmonary TB in productive age and review the role of families in its management. The method used is a literature review of 30 national scientific articles published between 2017 and 2024. The review results show that internal factors such as knowledge, attitude, motivation, nutritional status, and treatment adherence play important roles in TB control. External factors such as home ventilation, housing density, socioeconomic conditions, and family support also significantly influence TB incidence and management. Family support has been proven to strengthen patients' positive behaviors, including undergoing treatment and implementing Clean and Healthy Living Behaviors (PHBS).
