Abstract

Pelaku UMKM di Kabupaten Semarang menghadapi tantangan signifikan dalam memanfaatkan platform digital untuk pemasaran, khususnya TikTok dan Shopee, yang berpotensi besar dalam meningkatkan jangkauan pasar dan penjualan. Program pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan pemasaran digital pelaku UMKM melalui pelatihan berbasis praktik, pendampingan intensif, dan optimalisasi penggunaan kedua platform tersebut. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup identifikasi kebutuhan, pelatihan dan workshop, pendampingan implementasi, serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada indikator kinerja: jumlah pengikut TikTok meningkat rata-rata 50%, engagement rate naik 25%, kunjungan toko Shopee bertambah ±45%, dan penjualan meningkat rata-rata 18% dalam dua bulan pasca-program. Keberhasilan ini didukung oleh motivasi peserta, metode pelatihan aplikatif, pendampingan berkelanjutan, dan ketersediaan infrastruktur digital, meskipun dihadapkan pada kendala keterbatasan waktu produksi konten, variasi literasi digital, keterbatasan anggaran iklan, dan minimnya pemanfaatan analitik pemasaran. Program ini membuktikan bahwa pendekatan pelatihan dan pendampingan terintegrasi mampu meningkatkan kompetensi digital dan kinerja pemasaran UMKM, sehingga layak direplikasi di wilayah lain dengan kondisi serupa.

Abstract

This study analyzes and identifies forms of innovation in the learning process of Islamic education within the Merdeka Curriculum framework. Innovation in the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum is a response to the challenges of the relevance of Islamic education in the digital era. This study uses a qualitative approach with library research, focused on analyzing relevant literature regarding learning innovations in Islamic education based on the Merdeka Curriculum. Data collection techniques were conducted through document studies of scientific papers published in the last five years. The results of the study indicate that innovations in the learning process of Islamic education, such as differentiated learning, Project-Based Learning, and the integration of digital technology, contribute to increased student engagement, understanding of Islamic values, and strengthening teacher capacity. However, challenges were also identified in the form of limited infrastructure and cultural resistance among educators. This study recommends strengthening teacher training and developing policies that support the transformation of contextual and relevant Islamic learning. Novelty in the context of an integrated exploration of various dimensions of innovation in Islamic education within the Merdeka Curriculum framework. Previous research tends to only address one or two aspects, this study systematically combines five domains of innovation.

Abstract

This study explores the role of the school principal in enhancing swimming achievement among students at SD Negeri Benda 03, Brebes Regency. The research was motivated by a paradoxical phenomenon: despite limited facilities and resources, the school has produced notable achievements in swimming competitions. The objective of this qualitative case study was to analyze how school leadership, teacher collaboration, and parental support contribute to students' sports performance. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation involving the principal, physical education (PJOK) teachers, students, and parents. The findings reveal that effective and transformational leadership by the principal played a critical role in mobilizing school resources, fostering collaboration among teachers, and establishing partnerships with external institutions. Additionally, committed teachers and proactive parental involvement emerged as essential in overcoming infrastructural limitations. The study concludes that strong, visionary school leadership, a supportive working environment, and engaged stakeholders collectively drive student achievement in sports. This research contributes to the educational leadership literature by providing contextual insights into how leadership and collaboration function in rural schools with limited resources, and offers practical recommendations for policy-makers and educators aiming to improve student outcomes in extracurricular domains.

Abstract

Waqf is also an instrument for creating justice and prosperity in the economic field. The main characteristic of endowments is when endowments have been fulfilled, then there is a shift in ownership from the owner to the ownership of Muslim communities which are expected to last and provide sustainable benefits. Waqf in the form of money (endowments of money) is seen as one way to make endowments can provide better and more results. Researchers are interested in conducting research on this waqf with a focus on looking at the behavior of the religious elites of the city of Malang in understanding and actualizing the endowments of money in their lives. In this case the religious elite of the city of Malang took samples from the Nahdlotul Ulama Organization (NU), Muhammadiyah and the Indonesian Islamic Da'wah Institute and some of the City boarding school caretakers. With the formulation of the problem 1) What are Malang City's religious elite views on the concept and implementation of cash waqf? 2) What is the appropriate format according to the religious elite of Malang City on the application of cash waqf? The type of research that will be used in this research is field research, namely research conducted in the arena or field of symptoms. With this type of research is expected to collect data and information obtained directly from respondents about the endowment of money for the religious elite in the city of Malang. The results of this study are the first religious elites of Malang City in terms of cash waqf giving legal jaiz in other words the practice of waqaf is not only dominated by the object of the object immovable waqaf, because it sees the situation and conditions that exist in society and for general welfare and not conflict with Sharia. Whereas in practice, the religious elite of Malang City has not yet carried out the mandate of the regulation stating that it must be orderly administration in terms of permits to be Nazar, deed of pledge waqaf and in cooperation with Islamic Financial Institutions (LKS). Second, the lack of information and socialization about this cash waqf, then the format that occurs in the community in applying this cash waqf is by directly giving the cash waqf property to Nazir directly. money that was forgiven. So that the religious elites of Malang also practice from what was signed above, because the contract directly from waqif explains in the contract for what the money is. As Muhammadiyah and other religious elites on that day also directly allocate the cash waqf received on the object of the contract that was explained at the time of the Waqf contract.

Abstract

Desa Barumbung memiliki mayoritas penduduk beragama Islam dengan pendidikan agama sebagai prioritas utama. Namun, pembelajaran bahasa Arab di Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur'an (TPA) Mesjid Nurul Huda masih minim karena keterbatasan tenaga pengajar dan metode pembelajaran yang menarik. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dasar bahasa Arab anak usia dini melalui metode pembelajaran interaktif serta meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam mengajarkan bahasa Arab. Metode yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Partisipatif (PAR), yang melibatkan observasi, diskusi, pendampingan pembelajaran. Hasilnya, 85% anak mampu mengenali kosakata dasar, 75% dapat melafalkan 15 kata Arab dengan benar, dan 70% memahami frasa sederhana dalam komunikasi sehari-hari. Guru mengalami peningkatan dalam mengembangkan metode pembelajaran kreatif, sementara orang tua lebih sadar akan pentingnya mendukung anak belajar bahasa Arab di rumah. Temuan ini sejalan dengan teori perkembangan anak yang menekankan pentingnya pembelajaran berbasis bermain dan dukungan lingkungan dalam pemerolehan bahasa. Kesimpulannya, adalah pendampingan bahasa Arab berbasis partisipatif meningkatkan keterampilan anak dan kompetensi guru, serta memperkuat peran orang tua dalam pendidikan agama anak. Model ini dapat diterapkan di TPA lain untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran bahasa Arab secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Principles are based on the ethical, moral and spiritual values ​​adhered to by Muslims. Applying these principles in marketing strategies can help companies attract Muslim customers who are more aware of these values. The purpose of this research is to determine the Islamic marketing principles applied in an effort to increase sales volume and determine the impact of implementing Islamic marketing principles at Wahyu Jaya Store, Banda Aceh City. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Research data was collected by interviewing the owner, store head, employees and customers at Wahyu Jaya Store. The results of this research explain that the Wahyu Jaya Store really upholds Islamic values ​​in marketing, such as upholding the values ​​of justice and honesty, paying attention to moral values, paying attention to the benefits and satisfaction of consumers or customers, continuing to provide the best service to consumers, providing superior quality, carrying out alms and social good deeds, not being wasteful and saving money, transparency in transactions, and continuing to carry out new and creative innovations. It is hoped that we will continue to apply Islamic marketing principles more and more so that we can continue to develop our business and not deviate from the teachings that Rasulullah SAW taught us. And also in order to optimize the management and business development carried out by Wahyu Jaya Store. Wahyu Jaya Store in marketing not only applies sharia marketing principles but also applies modern principles that do not deviate from the teachings of the Islamic religion. Applying these principles will certainly really help Wahyu Jaya Store in increasing sales volume with evidence that many customers have returned to shop at Wahyu Jaya Store and have become regulars. Wahyu Jaya Store not only pays attention to success in the world, but pays attention to and desires success in the world and the hereafter or what is called Al-Falah.

Abstract

Hubungan Masyarakat (Humas) di lembaga pendidikan memegang peranan strategis dalam membangun citra positif dan mendukung keberhasilan lembaga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran humas internal dan eksternal di SMP Negeri di Kabupaten Kepahiang dan memberikan rekomendasi strategi optimalisasi. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian ini melibatkan wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen di lima sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun beberapa sekolah memanfaatkan media sosial dan menjalin hubungan eksternal, pengelolaan humas belum optimal karena keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, kurangnya strategi komunikasi, dan minimnya penggunaan teknologi. Penelitian ini menawarkan rekomendasi yang disesuaikan dengan kondisi setempat, seperti penguatan komunikasi internal melalui forum rutin, optimalisasi media sosial, dan peningkatan kapasitas staf humas. Penerapan strategi tersebut diharapkan dapat meningkatkan citra positif sekolah, meningkatkan kepercayaan masyarakat, dan mendukung tujuan pendidikan yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This research aims to examine how the management of the internalisation of the Pancasila Student Profile at Pangudi Luhur Domenico Savio Junior High School consists of planning, implementation, and supervision. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques used are interviews, observations and document stufdi. Data validation is done by triangulating sources and techniques. The data collected will be analysed using the Miles and Huberman flow model, namely reduction, data display, and conclusion / verification. The results showed that the planning for the internalisation of the Pancasila Learner Profile at Pangudi Luhur Domenico Savio Junior High School goes through a process that includes adjusting the planning with the guidelines issued by the Ministry of Education and Culture, planning is carried out in an annual work meeting, and socialising the school curriculum to parents. Internalisation of the Pancasila Learner Profile is integrated into all school activities, namely classroom learning activities, activities of the Pancasila Learner Profile Strengthening Project (P5), extracurricular activities, and habituation as well as the school's annual program. Internalisation of the Pancasila Learner Profile is carried out with the supervision of all school parties starting from overall supervision by the principal, and supervision in the field by educators. The condition of character education at Domenico Savio Junior High School based on research can be said to be effective because the school makes various efforts and strategies. Character education is implemented by combining the dimensions of the Pancasila Learner Profile with the values adopted by the school.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of servant leadership and work environment on teacher performance, both directly and indirectly through organizational commitment as a mediating variable, among public junior high school teachers in Temanggung Regency. The research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method, involving 291 teachers from 11 public junior high schools selected through stratified random sampling. Data were analyzed using path analysis with IBM SPSS 25, and the Sobel test was conducted to examine the mediating variable. The results indicate that servant leadership and work environment have a significant positive effect on organizational commitment. Furthermore, servant leadership, work environment, and organizational commitment significantly and positively influence teacher performance. Indirectly, servant leadership and work environment also exert a significant positive effect on teacher performance through organizational commitment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the Teacher Leadership Program (PGP) on teacher competence, quality of educational services, and teacher performance in Temanggung Regency. The research employed a quantitative approach with an explanatory design. A total of 171 teachers were randomly selected as samples from 309 PGP graduates. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using Spearman’s correlation test. The findings indicate significant relationships between teacher competence, educational service quality, and teacher performance. However, the PGP variable demonstrated a negative correlation with teacher performance, although this relationship was moderated by teacher competence and educational service quality, which strengthened and shifted the relationship in a positive direction. The results highlight the importance of enhancing competence and service quality to maximize the impact of the PGP on teacher performance.
