Abstract

Education is an effort to improve the quality of individuals, directly or indirectly to become the basis and keep pace with the development of Science and Information Technology. Science process skills and collaboration skills are two of the few skills that can be mastered by students to keep up with the Times. However, this skill is still not fully mastered by all students. As the problem in this study is still low skills of science process and collaboration skills of Class XI students at SMAN 1 East Kampar.  The purpose of this study was to determine the improvement of science process skills and collaboration skills of students through the application of the REACT learning model. The method used is Class Action Research (CAR) which is carried out as many as 2 cycles. Samples in this study were students of Class XI MIPA 4. Data collection was done through collaboration skills observation sheet and science process skills test assessment. The results of this study found that there was an increase in science process skills and collaboration skills of students of Class XI MIPA 4 SMAN 1 Kampar Timur after the application of the REACT learning model.

Abstract

Pembelajaran fisika seharusnya tidak hanya menekankan aspek kognitif, tetapi juga mengembangkan keterampilan psikomotor dan sikap ilmiah siswa. Namun, praktik di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan praktikum masih jarang dilakukan di sekolah menengah pertama, terutama karena keterbatasan fasilitas, rendahnya keterampilan guru dalam mengoperasikan alat, serta minimnya motivasi untuk memanfaatkan laboratorium. Menanggapi kondisi tersebut, Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 1 Malaka Tengah dengan tema “Pelatihan Penggunaan Real Laboratory dan Virtual Laboratory pada Materi Fisika.” Kegiatan ini bertujuan meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam mengintegrasikan praktikum berbasis Real Laboratory menggunakan KIT IPA-Fisika dan Virtual Laboratory berbasis PhET Simulation. Pelatihan dilaksanakan melalui lima sesi, meliputi penguatan konsep listrik dan optik, pengenalan alat praktikum, penggunaan KIT IPA-Fisika, pemanfaatan PhET Simulation, serta pendampingan praktikum. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman konseptual, keterampilan praktis, dan kepercayaan diri guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran berbasis eksperimen. Kombinasi laboratorium nyata dan virtual terbukti saling melengkapi, sehingga memberikan pengalaman belajar yang lebih interaktif, aman, dan kontekstual. Program ini diharapkan menjadi langkah awal perubahan paradigma pembelajaran sains menuju arah yang lebih inovatif dan berkelanjutan

Abstract

Pengembangan kompetensi mahasiswa untuk memenuhi ekspektasi dunia kerja dapat dilakukan salah satunya dengan melakukan magang Dunia Industri dan Dunia Usaha. Peningkatan kualitas magang diperlukan dalam melihat hal apa saja yang perlu evaluasi serta apa saja yang perlu dipertahankan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi ketercapaian tujuan magang DI & DU pada Prodi Pendidikan Vokasional Otomotif FPT IKIP PGRI KALTIM. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian evaluasi berbasis tujuan (goal oriented model) dengan responden penelitian yaitu mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Teknik Otomotif yang telah melaksanakan praktik industri pada tahun 2024 dan 2025. Pengukuran ketercapaian tujuan magang digunakan parameter angket serta teknik analisis data kuantitatif menggunakan statistik diskriptif. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa magang DI & DU secara umum masuk dalam kategori ketercapaian cukup, dilihat dari 7 tujuan ketercapaian. Penyebab tidak tercapainya tujuan magang DI & DU yaitu pengaruh pandemi Covid-19 yang mengharuskan perkuliahan pada IKIP PGRI dilakukan tanpa tatap muka sehingga berdampak pada kompetensi mahasiswa dalam mengikuti magang DI & DU.

Abstract

Thesis,This study aims to reveal the meaning of symbols in the process of acculturation between Malay and Chinese Islamic cultures in the architecture of the Old Mosque on Gang Bengkok Street in Medan, as well as to understand how these symbols are interpreted by the community and Generation Z. The main issue examined is how architectural elements resulting from the encounter between these two cultures function as signs and form meaning at the denotative, connotative, and mythical levels according to Roland Barthes' semiotic theory. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method through in depth interviews, field observations, and documentation, which are then analyzed using Barthes' semiotic framework. The results show that architectural elements such as temple style roofs, hanging bee ornaments, green and yellow colors, main pillars, and circular motifs form a system of signs that reflect harmony, egalitarianism, and the collective identity of the Malay and Chinese community. The discussion also found that the local community responded positively to this acculturation and turned it into a social myth about cross ethnic harmony, while Generation Z interpreted these symbols as part of a relevant cultural heritage that needs to be preserved. This research confirms that the architecture of the Old Mosque of Gang Bengkok not only functions as a place of worship but also as a representation of a living multicultural narrative that is passed down from generation to generation.

Abstract

This Wireless Analog to Digital Data Logger research aims to design a prototype measuring tool that is useful for converting analog data into digital data, or an Analog to Digital Converter (ADC), without using cable media (wireless), where the communication media used in this research is Bluetooth by using the HC-05 module and Arduino Uno as the main control system. The system output of the measurement results in this research is displayed on the Android phone in the form of decimal numbers to make it easier to read, along with the date, month, and year, as well as the time when the measurement was taken. This system is also equipped with a graphic display of measurement results in real time, making it easier for users to monitor changes in data that occur visually. This measuring tool also has a facility for storing measurement data in the form of an Excel file with CSV (comma separated values) format, which can be downloaded from the data storage media on the Android phone used, making it easier for users to process or retrace the measurement data on other media such as computers.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the use of artificial intelligence (AI) and the implications of its use on the performance of staff and librarians at the Library of IAIN Curup, and the challenges and solutions in its use. This study uses a qualitative research approach with a case study as the research design. Research data were collected through interviews, observations, and analysis of related documents. The results of the study indicate that the use of AI at the Library of IAIN Curup has become part of the modernization effort in library management. AI is used not as a primary service, but as a tool that supports administrative tasks, promotions, and library collection management. The use of AI has a significant impact on the performance of staff and librarians. AI has helped speed up work processes, increase efficiency, and reduce the administrative burden. By utilizing AI, librarians can focus more on information services and more strategic collection management. The challenges in using AI include the absence of institutional policies in the implementation of AI, integration of AI with existing systems, the absence of formal training and continuous competency development and low interest in adopting new technologies.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the contribution of Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based learning management to improving the effectiveness of the Independent Curriculum, which emphasizes flexibility, differentiated instruction, and continuous assessment in authentic educational contexts. Employing a qualitative case study design, data were collected from school leaders, teachers, and academic coordinators involved in curriculum implementation through semi-structured interviews, non-participant observations, and document analysis to explore AI-supported instructional planning, learning implementation, and assessment practices. The findings reveal that AI-based learning management enhances instructional effectiveness by facilitating differentiated learning, enabling real-time monitoring of student progress, supporting evidence-based decision-making, and reducing teachers’ administrative workload. These results demonstrate that AI functions not merely as a pedagogical tool but as an integrated learning management system that strengthens curriculum implementation. The study implies that the strategic integration of AI into learning management practices can support the sustainability and effectiveness of the Independent Curriculum, provided that institutional readiness, clear management strategies, and continuous professional capacity development are adequately addressed

Abstract

Waqf land in East Java amounts to 78,825 plots covering 5,006.23 hectares, yet its registration level remains relatively low. Of this number, only 37,940 plots (2,270.25 ha) have been certified, while 4,885 plots (2,735.98 ha) have not obtained formal legal status. This study aims to analyze the registration system for waqf land under the Complete Systematic Land Registration Program (PTSL) and the implementation of E-Registration, as well as to examine the supervision mechanisms and their legal implications. Using an empirical juridical method with a socio-legal approach, the study explores registration practices and institutional dynamics of waqf management in the field. The primary contribution of this research lies in establishing a conceptual link between digital transformation in land administration—specifically through E-Registration—and Islamic legal institutions governing waqf. The findings show that digitalizing PTSL significantly increases the number of registered waqf lands and enhances efficiency, transparency, accountability, and legal protection for both nazhir and wakif. This demonstrates that digitalization is not merely an administrative innovation but also a tool that strengthens waqf governance as part of contemporary Islamic legal reform. This study fills a gap in the literature, which has largely focused on normative aspects of waqf without examining the integration of technology into its implementation. From a policy perspective, the success of digital PTSL depends on effective E-AIW training, accurate data validation, digital outreach, and continuous monitoring.
