Abstract

The Qur'an was revealed to be understood and put into practice, its presence is a solution for humans. Some of the verses are quite clear, but some still require explanation, both in terms of buying and selling in business ethics. The concept of buying and selling in Islamic law is a subject of discussion among fiqh scholars who always have different opinions regarding how to deal with it. In this case the author tries to explore the concept of buying and selling transactions in Islamic law both explicitly and implicitly in the broad sense of buying and selling, along with explaining its implementation and extending it to contemporary interpretations which include the characteristics and paradigms that surround it. With the aim of outlining an idea for building or reconstructing paradigms in the current contemporary era due to developments over time.

Abstract

The implementation of Quizizz Paper Mode as an innovative evaluation tool in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) at SD Negeri 2 Banda Sakti was developed to address the need for a more effective, engaging, and learner-friendly assessment technique suitable for elementary school students. This study aims to describe how Quizizz Paper Mode is applied in the PAI evaluation process and to identify its influence on students' motivation and comprehension. The Paper Mode feature was selected because it integrates the advantages of digital assessment with the convenience of QR-code–based access, making it suitable even for students who do not own personal electronic devices. This research employed a qualitative descriptive approach involving PAI teachers and students as participants. Data were gathered through observations, interviews, and documentation throughout the implementation of the media. The findings reveal that Quizizz Paper Mode successfully fosters a more interactive, enjoyable, and non-monotonous evaluation environment. Teachers benefit from simplified scoring procedures, as the system automatically checks responses, reduces the likelihood of errors, and accelerates the analysis of learning outcomes. Moreover, students demonstrated greater engagement due to the appealing presentation of questions and the assessment format that differs from conventional methods. The challenges encountered mainly relate to technical readiness, including internet availability and teachers' initial proficiency in operating the application. Overall, this innovation effectively supports PAI learning evaluation and holds significant potential for further development within elementary education contexts.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of customer value on customer satisfaction and its impact on customer loyalty with the moderating effect of cafe atmosphere in Lhokseumawe City. The data in this study were 120 employees who responded to a questionnaire distributed through Google Form. The data analysis tool used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) operated with Amos. The results of the study found that customer value significantly influenced job satisfaction and customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction also significantly increased customer loyalty. And in testing the mediation effect of customer satisfaction significantly mediated the influence of customer value on customer loyalty. Furthermore, in testing the moderation effect, cafe atmosphere significantly moderated the influence of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. The results of this study are expected to provide important contributions for stakeholders in developing cafe business marketing strategies in the future.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan website interaktif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa Sekolah Dasar terhadap materi fakta dan opini pada pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuasi eksperimen dengan desain pretest-posttest terhadap 20 siswa kelas V. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, tes hasil belajar, dan tanggapan guru serta siswa. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata nilai pretest sebesar 38,5 meningkat menjadi 87 pada posttest. Seluruh siswa mengalami peningkatan, dan 100% mencapai skor di atas 80. Selain itu, siswa menunjukkan antusiasme yang tinggi dan partisipasi aktif selama proses pembelajaran. Guru juga menyatakan bahwa website interaktif menciptakan suasana belajar yang menyenangkan dan efektif. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, website interaktif terbukti mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar sekaligus mendukung pembelajaran yang aktif, menyenangkan, dan relevan dengan kebutuhan era digital.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan hak dasar setiap warga negara yang dijamin oleh konstitusi, namun realitas di lapangan menunjukkan masih adanya ketimpangan akses dan kualitas pendidikan, terutama di wilayah pedesaan dan kelompok masyarakat semi nomaden. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor penyebab rendahnya motivasi belajar siswa pada kelompok masyarakat semi nomaden Uetua di Desa Ape Maliko, Kecamatan Sindue, Kabupaten Donggala, serta peran guru dalam membangun motivasi belajar siswa di tengah keterbatasan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rendahnya motivasi belajar siswa dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor utama, yaitu keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana sekolah, pengalaman belajar yang belum kontekstual, serta rendahnya peran dan kesadaran orang tua terhadap pentingnya pendidikan. Guru berperan penting sebagai motivator, fasilitator, dan pembimbing untuk menjaga keberlangsungan dan semangat belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa penguatan peran guru serta dukungan lingkungan dan orang tua menjadi kunci dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa pada kelompok masyarakat semi nomaden meskipun berada dalam keterbatasan.
