Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between teacher competence, physical fitness, and academic achievement of class XII students at SMAN 1 Mantup Lamongan. This type of research is correlational. The population in this study was 229 students of SMAN 1 Mantup Lamongan. The sample used was 65. Data analysis using validity test, reliability test, pre-requisite test and hypothesis testing using R test and F test. Data collection techniques using progressive aerobic cardiovascular endurance run. The results of the study are the analysis of the relationship between teacher competence and academic achievement obtained sig value < 0.20, < 0.05, so it can be concluded that there is a relationship between teacher competence and academic achievement, analysis of the relationship between physical fitness and academic achievement obtained sig value < 0.03, < 0.05, so it can be concluded that there is a relationship between physical fitness and academic achievement, analysis of the relationship between teacher competence, physical fitness with academic achievement obtained sig value < 0.002, < 0.05, so it can be concluded that there is a simultaneous relationship between teacher competence, physical fitness with academic achievement.

Abstract

Pendidikan Jasmani, Olahraga, dan Kesehatan (PJOK) adalah mata pelajaran penting yang mendukung kesehatan fisik, mental, dan sosial peserta didik. Namun, rendahnya minat peserta didik terhadap pembelajaran PJOK menjadi tantangan yang harus diatasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis Anime Kuroko No Basuke terhadap minat belajar peserta didik kelas XI di SMKN 1 Kota Kediri. Metode penelitian menggunakan eksperimen semu dengan dua kelompok, kelompok eksperimen yang menggunakan Anime dan kelompok kontrol yang menggunakan metode konvensional. Sampel terdiri dari 66 peserta didik yang dipilih secara Purposive Sampling. Analisis data menggunakan SPSS 26 meliputi uji normalitas, homogenitas, dan uji-t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada minat belajar kelompok eksperimen dibandingkan kelompok kontrol. Media pembelajaran Kuroko No Basuke terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan minat belajar dan dapat menjadi alternatif untuk pembelajaran PJOK yang lebih menarik.

Abstract

The rapid evolution of digital technology has significantly impacted various sports, including niche ones like petanque. This study explores the perceived benefits and barriers of using an Android-based application for scoring and statistics management in petanque, a sport gaining popularity in Indonesia. Traditionally, performance assessment in petanque relied on manual, paper-based methods, prone to inaccuracies and inefficiencies. An Android app, Petanque Match Statistics, was developed to address these challenges, offering real-time data accuracy, improved workflow, and enhanced performance analysis. This study employed a quantitative approach, surveying 50 participants (35 players and 15 coaches) in Surabaya, Indonesia, to assess their impressions of the app's usability, accuracy, efficiency, and overall satisfaction. Results indicated high ratings across all parameters, with no significant differences between players and coaches. The app was commended for its intuitive design, reliability, and time-saving efficiency. Findings highlight the potential of digital solutions to modernise petanque match administration, enhance strategic decision-making, and improve the user experience. The study underscores the importance of user-centred design in facilitating the adoption of digital advancements in sports, offering valuable insights for future developments in petanque and other emerging sports.

Abstract

Penelitian crossectional study ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan persepsi orang tua, guru dan siswa terhadap program pembelajaran motorik di sekolah dasar. Sebanyak 254 responden yang terdiri atas 72 siswa, 66 guru, dan 93 orang tua terlibat dalam penelitian ini. Angket persepsi dengan jawaban tidak tahu sampai dengan sangat yakin digunakan untuk mengukur persepsi para responden. Analisis data menggunakan deskriptif statistik, t-test (uji beda berdasarkan gender, kelas, dan jenis sekolah), dan anova (uji beda berdasarkan pengalaman guru mengajar). Aplikasi SPSS digunakan dalam proses analisis data. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa persepsi siswa, orang tua, dan guru terhadap program pembelajaran motorik di sekolah dasar sudah baik. Ditemukan bahwa siswa SD dan MI memiliki persepsi berbeda (t= 4.515, p= 0.000<0.05). Begitu pula persepsi orang tua yang memiliki anak di SD dan MI berbeda (t= 4.276, p= 0.000<0.05). Kualitas keterlaksanaan PJOK menjadi faktor paling mungkin memengaruhi perbedaan persepsi ini. Disimpulkan bahwa perbedaan kualitas keterlaksanaan PJOK di sekolah dapat menimbulkan perbedaan persepsi program pembelajaran motorik di sekolah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memliki tujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa kelas VA di SDN Pakis 8 Surabaya dalam mata pelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani, Olahraga, dan Kesehatan (PJOK) dengan menggunakan permainan tradisional boi-boian sebagai metode pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK), yang akan diimplementasikan dalam dua siklus. Untuk mengetahui pandangan siswa terhadap pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan, data diperoleh melalui observasi, dokumentasi, dan angket. Setelah implementasi permainan boi-boian terlihat adanya peningkatan dalam motivasi belajar siswa. Pada siklus I, motivasi siswa tercatat sebesar 64% dengan 20 dari 32 siswa tergolong termotivasi, sementara pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 81% dengan 25 siswa termotivasi, melampaui target yang ditetapkan yaitu 78%. Permainan boi-boian terbukti mampu mewujudkan lingkungan belajar yang menyenangkan sekaligus meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa, dan mendukung guru dalam mencapai tujuan pembelajaran PJOK secara lebih maksimal. Oleh karena itu, studi ini memperlihatkan bahwa implementasi permainan boi-voinan implementasi permainan boi-boi an memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa kelas V A di SDN Pakis 8 Surabaya.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of information access, social support, and physical literacy on students' clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS), and tests the moderating role of self-efficacy. PHBS is an important foundation in shaping the character of healthy, productive, and competitive students. The study used a correlational quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design. Data were collected from 82 students of Dr. Soetomo Surabaya Junior High School through purposive sampling technique. The research instrument was a four-point Likert scale-based questionnaire that measured PHBS, information access, social support, physical literacy, and self-efficacy. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method based on Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that social support and physical literacy had a significant influence on students' PHBS, while access to information was not significantly related. Self-efficacy was also not proven to moderate the relationship between independent variables and PHBS. This model explained 36.9% of the variance in students' PHBS, with dependence influenced by other factors. The findings emphasize the importance of social support and physical literacy in promoting PHBS, while information delivery strategies need to be improved to be more effective. Implications include school-based development programs involving families, teachers, and communities to improve physical literacy through extracurricular activities, supporting peer groups, and creating conducive physical and information environments. The findings are expected to be the basis for improving students' health and character building in a sustainable manner. Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis minat belajar peserta didik pada pembelajaran PJOK materi pencak silat berdasarkan gender di SMKS NU Gresik. Jenis penelitian ini adalah survei dengan desain penelitian deskriptif-komparatif. Jumlah populasi pada penelitian ini sebesar 368 dan sampel sebesar 96 yang ditentukan dari jumlah minimal sampel 79 pada perhitungan rumus slovin. Pengambilan sampel di tentukan menggunakan teknik quota sampling untuk menentukan jumlah sampel yaitu pada kelas X 56 peserta didik dengan rincian 28 peserta didik laki-laki dan 28 peserta didik perempuan, pada kelas XI 40 peserta didik dengan rincian 20 peseta didik laki-laki 20 peserta didik perempuan, selanjutnya teknik simpel random sampling digunakan untuk memilih peserta didik secara acak. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket. Hasil penelitian Secara deskriptif, minat belajar pencak silat peserta didik laki-laki memiliki rata-rata (17.83) yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan peserta didik perempuan (16.52). Meskipun demikian, perbedaan ini tidak signifikan secara statistik berdasarkan hasil uji Independent Samples t-test (Sig. = 0.180). Meskipun tidak signifikan secara statistik, perbandingan total nilai minat belajar secara kumulatif menunjukkan minat belajar pencak silat pada laki-laki (856) lebih tinggi sekitar 7.94% dibandingkan perempuan (793). Hal ini memberikan gambaran deskriptif adanya kecenderungan minat belajar yang lebih besar pada laki-laki dalam sampel penelitian.

Abstract

Physical literacy, encompassing motivation, self-confidence, motor skills, and knowledge for lifelong active participation, remains low among Indonesian elementary school students: less than 40% meet competency standards, and more than 70% do not achieve 60 minutes of daily activity.In a randomized controlled trial in Jombang, East Java, 120 fourth–sixth grade students were divided into two groups. The intervention group participated in an eight-week Sports Education Model (SEM) (two 45-minute sessions per week) with role assignments, mini-tournaments, reflection, and discussion; the control group underwent a conventional curriculum. Physical literacy was measured using a validated instrument before and after the program.Results showed an average increase in the physical literacy score of the SEM group of 8.24 points (p<0.001). However, after adjusting for confounding variables, the difference between groups was not significant (F(1,116)=0.187; p=0.667). Retrospective bias occurred: post-test scores significantly predicted pre-test scores (η²=0.138; p<0.001), indicating that intervention experience influenced self-evaluations of initial abilities.SEM has been shown to potentially improve physical literacy, but its eight-week duration may not be sufficient for significant differences between groups. Future studies are recommended to extend the intervention to 12–16 weeks, include structured teacher training, and use a multicenter longitudinal design to strengthen evidence of effectiveness and ensure sustainability.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of slow motion-based learning media and its impact on students’ learning motivation in the "Anak Indonesia Hebat" gymnastics material. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The research subjects consisted of a physical education teacher and fifth-grade students at SD Negeri Majenang. The results showed that the use of slow motion videos significantly improved students' movement comprehension, interest, and active engagement in learning gymnastics. The increase in learning motivation was evident through greater participation, self-confidence, and student enthusiasm. Slow motion media proved to be effective as a visual aid in teaching complex movements gradually and enjoyably.

Abstract

The problem faced by elementary school teachers in Lamongan district is the lack of knowledge about the profile of Pancasila students. This service aims to introduce the profile of Pancasila students through sports, as well as prioritizing "Sports for Development" as an effort to use sports, physical activity, and games as a tool to achieve development goals, and specifically support the Sustainable Development Goals (TPB) of the United Nations -Nation (UN). Therefore, teachers as participants are expected to be able to understand and practically apply the concepts and principles of "Sports for Development" in teaching Physical Education, Sports and Health (PJOK) to develop good values ??and self-competencies for elementary school students. The method used is lectures and training on the profile of Pancasila students through sports in PJOK learning. This activity was carried out in three stages, namely the preparation, implementation, and evaluation stages. As a result of this dedication, the teacher has been able to increase understanding and be able to implement Pancasila student profiles through sports in PJOK learning
