Abstract

Vaksin Covid-19 merupakan salah satu terobosan pemerintah untuk melawan dan menangani Covid-19 yang ada di dunia khususnya negara Indonesia. Pelaksanaan vaksinasi bagi ibu hamil ini menggunakan tiga jenis vaksin yaitu vaksin Covid-19 platform mRNA Pfizer dan Moderna serta vaksin platform inactivated virus Sinovac, sesuai ketersediaan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor yang berhubungan dengan pemanfaatan program vaksinasi Covid-19 pada ibu hamil di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Sudiang Raya. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional study. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah pasien rawat jalan di Puskesmas Sudiang Raya Kota Makassar yaitu sebanyak 78. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan accidental sampling. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis univariat dan brivariat dengan menggunakan uji chi square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan terdapat hubungan antara pemanfaatan vaksinasi Covid-19 pada ibu hamil dengan nilai p=0.006<0.05, budaya tidak terdapat hubungan antara pemanfaatan vaksinasi Covid-19 pada ibu hamil dengan nilai p=1.000>0.05, riwayat penyakit komorbid terdapat hubungan antara pemanfaatan vaksinasi Covid-19 pada ibu hamil dengan nilai p=0.000<0.05, dan riwayat Covid-19 dengan pemanfaatan vaksinasi Covid-19 pada ibu hamil dengan nilai p=0.019<0.05. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah variabel riwayat penyakit komorbid yang paling berhubungan dengan pemanfaatan vaksinasi Covid-19 pada ibu hamil di bandingkan variabel budaya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka disarankan agar lebih meningkatkan upaya penyuluhan yang baik kepada individu dan keluarga, khusunya ibu hamil untuk selalu berpikiran positif dan mencari informasi tentang kesehatan khususnya Covid-19.

Abstract

Provinsi Sumatera Barat menjadi satu di antara provinsi di Indonesia yang dengan serius mengembangkan wisata halal, namun selain dari keseriusan pemerintah dalam menggiatkan wisata halal masyarakat pun harus turut berpartisipasi di dalamnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi masyarakat untuk berpartisipasi dalam pengembangan wisata halal di Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang didapatkan melalui instrumen kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 100 orang responden. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan analisis faktor dan regresi linier berganda adalah dari analisis faktor menghasilkan 6 faktor baru yang terbentuk, yaitu peran pemimpin, motivasi, ekonomi, pengetahuan, lingkungan dan persepsi. Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan analisis regresi liner berganda, sehingga didapatkan bahwa secara parsial hanya faktor peran pemimpin dan pengetahuan yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi masyarakat sedangkan faktor lainnya tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Secara simultan semua faktor yang diuji berpengaruh terhadap motivasi masyarakat dengan nilai adjusted R square sebesar 0,487 atau 48,7%.

Abstract

This research examines how well eighth-grade students at SMP Negeri 7 Sigi improve their reading comprehension skills through Project-Based Learning (PjBL). Reading comprehension is one of the most important skills for students learning English as a foreign language (EFL). However, the lack of vocabulary, low motivation, and inefficient teaching strategies cause problems for many students. PjBL is used as a student-centered learning strategy to address this issue. This research applied a quasi-experimental approach, with a control group learning conventionally and an experimental group using PjBL. Pre-tests and post-tests were used to gather information about students' reading comprehension development. The average score of the experimental group increased from 34.37 to 49.28, showing a substantial improvement, while the control group increased from 35.82 to 46.38. A p-value of 0.001, which is less than 0.05, was obtained through statistical analysis using an independent sample T-test, indicating that the improvement in the experimental group is statistically significant. This study shows that PjBL can improve students' reading comprehension by encouraging active learning, collaboration, and critical thinking. Based on this, the researchers recommend applying PjBL in English language teaching to create a more engaging and meaningful learning experience. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeksripsikan diimplementasikan inovasi pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model Problem Based Learning yang dikombinasikan dengan Realistic Mathematic Education dan Pair Check. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang dilaksanakan di SDN Pemurus Luar satu Banjarmasin pada tahun ajaran dua ribu dua puluh tiga dua ribu dua puluh empat, melibatkan dua puluh dua siswa kelas lima B. Data yang dikumpulkan terdiri dari data kualitatif melalui observasi aktivitas guru dan siswa selama proses pembelajaran, serta data kuantitatif dari hasil tes tertulis siswa. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menghitung persentase dan indikator ketuntasan belajar yang telah ditetapkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada pertemuan terakhir, aktivitas guru mencapai kriteria Sangat Baik, aktivitas siswa mencapai kriteria Sangat Aktif, kemampuan memecahkan masalah siswa mencapai kriteria Sangat Terampil, dan ketuntasan klasikal hasil belajar siswa mencapai kriteria ketuntasan klasikal.

Abstract

Jatrophone and its congeners jatropholone A and B, have shown potent cytotoxicity by triggering apoptosis through Bcl-2–regulated mechanisms. We evaluated jatrophone, jatropholones A and B and twenty-two related derivatives as Bcl-2–targeting anticancer leads using in silico approaches. Molecular properties and preliminary affinity estimates were obtained with ChemOffice; molecular docking to the Bcl-2 binding site was performed with AutoDock Tools. ADME predictions used PreADMET and toxicity risk assessment applied Toxtree with the Benigni/Bossa rule-base. Twelve compounds violated Lipinski’s rule of five, while thirteen displayed identical amino-acid contacts at the receptor, suggesting a conserved binding mode. Predicted plasma protein binding was high for most derivatives except compounds 20 and 22. Six derivatives were flagged as potentially genotoxic; none were predicted mutagenic. Docking ranked jatropholone A as the top candidate (binding energy −8.67 kcal/mol). These results prioritize jatropholone A for experimental validation as a promising Bcl-2–targeting anticancer agent.

Abstract

Kelompok Tani “Lestari” di Desa Suluk merupakan wadah komunikasi petani yang fokus pada budidaya rambutan, alpukat, dan durian. Meskipun menghasilkan banyak durian setiap tahun, pada 2024 kelompok ini mengalami gagal panen karena rasa buah hambar meskipun sudah matang. Upaya pemupukan belum mampu memperbaiki kualitas rasa. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, dilakukan strategi diversifikasi produk berkonsep zero waste menjadi solusi. Diversifikasi tersebut berupa Daging durian dapat dijadikan dodol atau dijual ke PT. Ice Cream Campina sebagai bahan es krim atau diolah menjadi dodol, sementara bijinya dapat dijadikan keripik. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut tim PKM melakukan diskusi setelah dilakukan observasi dan menghasilkan bahwa kelompok tani “Lestari” membutuhkan Teknologi Tepat Guna berupa Mesin Ekstraktor Durian (pemisah daging dan biji) serta mesin perajang biji durian model horizontal. Dengan dukungan ini, hasil panen dapat dimanfaatkan optimal. Selain itu, kelompok tani “Lestari” memerlukan pendampingan digital marketing untuk memperluas jangkauan pasar, melengkapi manajemen yang selama ini sudah berjalan baik melalui pertemuan rutin bulanan. PKM on Post-Harvest Durian Fruit Processing Diversification with a Zero-Waste Concept and Branding of Agropolitan Potential of the “Lestari” Farmer Group Suluk Village Madiun The “Lestari” farmer group in Suluk Village serves as a communication forum for farmers focusing on the cultivation of rambutan, avocado, and durian. Although they produce a significant amount of durian each year, in 2024 the group experienced crop failure as the fruits tasted bland despite being ripe. Fertilization efforts had not been able to improve the fruit quality. To address this issue, a product diversification strategy with a zero-waste concept was introduced as a solution. The diversification includes pulp can be made into dodol or selling durian pulp to PT Ice Cream Campina as an ingredient for ice cream or processing it into dodol, while the seeds can be processed into chips. To overcome these challenges, the PKM team conducted discussions after carrying out observations and concluded that the “Lestari” farmer group requires appropriate technology in the form of a Durian Extractor Machine (to separate pulp and seeds) as well as a horizontal model seed slicer. With this support, harvest yields can be utilized optimally. In addition, the “Lestari” farmer group requires assistance in digital marketing to expand market reach, complementing the management practices that have already been running well through regular monthly meetings.

Abstract

This research was motivated by field observations indicating that students’ learning outcomes had not yet been maximized due to the lack of learning activities that actively involved students. This condition occurred because the learning process was still teacher-centered, resulting in low levels of student participation during classroom instruction. The objective of this research was to describe the improvement in students’ learning outcomes in Pancasila Education through the implementation of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model in Grade IV of SDN 16 Air Tawar Timur. This research employed Classroom Action Research (CAR) using both qualitative and quantitative approaches. The research was conducted in two cycles, following procedures that included planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The data collected were related to learning outcomes resulting from the implementation of the Problem Based Learning model. Data collection techniques included observation analysis, tests, and non-test instruments. The research subjects consisted of the classroom teacher as an observer, the researcher as the practitioner or teacher, and 27 fourth-grade students of SDN 16 Air Tawar Timur. The research findings showed the following results. First, the teaching module in Cycle I achieved an average score of 89.6% (Good), which increased to 95.8% (Very Good) in Cycle II. Second, the implementation of learning from the teacher aspect in Cycle I obtained an average of 87.4% (Good), which increased to 96.4% (Very Good) in Cycle II. Third, the implementation of learning from the student aspect in Cycle I reached an average of 89.2% (Good), which increased to 96.4% (Very Good) in Cycle II. Fourth, students’ learning outcomes in Cycle I obtained an average score of 78.8 (Fair), which increased to 94.3 (Very Good) in Cycle II. Therefore, it can be concluded that the Problem Based Learning model can improve students’ learning outcomes in Pancasila Education in Grade IV of SDN 16 Air Tawar Timur.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) sikap belajar siswa terhadap pembelajaran matematika, (2) hasil belajar matematika siswa, dan (3) korelasi antara sikap belajar dengan hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas III SD Negeri Glagah Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode ex post facto. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 68 siswa yang diambil secara total sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket untuk variabel sikap belajar dan dokumentasi nilai PAS untuk variabel hasil belajar. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji normalitas, uji linearitas, dan uji korelasi Pearson Product Moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar siswa memiliki sikap belajar dalam kategori tinggi (75%) dengan rata-rata skor 78,28 dari skor ideal 80. Hasil belajar matematika siswa berada dalam kategori sangat tinggi dengan rata-rata nilai 77,62 dari skor maksimal 100. Hasil uji korelasi menunjukkan nilai koefisien sebesar 0,058 dan signifikansi > 0,05, yang artinya tidak terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara sikap belajar dengan hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas III SD Negeri Glagah Yogyakarta. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa tingginya sikap belajar belum tentu sejalan dengan pencapaian akademik siswa dalam mata pelajaran matematika. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan pendekatan pembelajaran yang tidak hanya membentuk sikap positif, tetapi juga mampu meningkatkan pemahaman konsep dan keterampilan matematika siswa. Correlation of Learning Attitudes Towards Mathematics Learning Outcomes in Elementary School This study aims to determine: (1) students' learning attitudes in mathematics learning, (2) students' mathematics learning outcomes, and (3) the correlation between learning attitudes and mathematics learning outcomes of third-grade students at Glagah Public Elementary School Yogyakarta. This research employed a quantitative approach with an ex post facto method. The sample consisted of 68 students selected through total sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires for the learning attitude variable and documentation of midterm exam scores (PAS) for the learning outcome variable. Data were analyzed using normality tests, linearity tests, and Pearson Product Moment correlation tests. The results showed that most students had a very high level of learning attitude (75%) with an average score of 78.28 out of an ideal score of 80. Students’ mathematics learning outcomes were in the moderate category with an average score of 77.62 out of a maximum score of 100. The correlation test yielded a coefficient of 0.058 with a significance level greater than 0.05, indicating no significant relationship between learning attitudes and mathematics learning outcomes among the third-grade students. These findings suggest that a high learning attitude does not necessarily align with students’ academic performance in mathematics. Therefore, it is essential to implement learning approaches that not only foster positive attitudes but also effectively enhance conceptual understanding and mathematical skills.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the integration of ecotheological values in Natural and Social Science (IPAS) learning to foster Life on Land awareness among fifth-grade students at MI Darul Ulum 02 Kudus. The research was motivated by the low ecological awareness of students, particularly in waste sorting and plant care within the school environment. Using a descriptive qualitative approach through observation, interviews, and questionnaires, the study implemented a Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model integrated with ecotheological values through two main projects: a demonstration of organic–inorganic waste sorting and the planting of ornamental plants. The results show that ecotheological indicators were achieved with high percentages, including awareness of God’s creation (94%), ecological empathy (91%), moral and ecological ethics (87%), responsibility toward nature (81%), project collaboration (81%), spiritual ecological awareness (79%), and value reflection (72%). Life on Land indicators also demonstrated strong achievement, such as knowledge of biodiversity (81%), understanding of environmental damage (74%), environmental conservation actions (76%), and awareness of human roles (85%). Students’ responses were highly positive, with 86% in the IPAS learning aspect, 88% in the ecotheology values aspect, 87% in the life-on-land awareness aspect, and 86% in the students’ attitudes and behaviors aspect. This indicates that learners’ responses to the learning implementation were very positive.

Abstract

The increasing prevalence of dark jokes among adolescents reflects a shift in their understanding of humor, particularly humor involving sensitive topics that may provoke diverse reactions. This study aims to examine the practice and reception of dark jokes among adolescents by reviewing the ethics of joking in hadith and analyzing it through a cognitive psychology perspective to understand the mental processes underlying adolescents’ evaluation of humor. This research employed a qualitative approach using a literature review of sources related to hadith on the etiquette of joking, humor theories, and fundamental concepts of cognitive psychology concerning adolescent perception and emotional responses. The findings indicate that dark jokes are commonly used by adolescents to lighten the atmosphere, strengthen peer relationships, or express psychological pressure, although they may also potentially offend or harm others. These practices are not fully aligned with the ethical principles of joking in the hadith, which emphasize mindfulness in speech and the avoidance of causing emotional harm. From a cognitive psychology perspective, this discrepancy can be attributed to adolescents’ still-developing cognitive abilities, particularly in considering the social impact of their statements. This study highlights the importance of humor literacy that integrates ethical awareness and an understanding of adolescent cognitive development, enabling humor to be used more wisely and responsibly within social interactions.
